This is ⏃ silly au ⟟ came up with called “Home”, basically ⏃ sorta what if/Separate au with G and Tessa!

When ⏃ bunch of strange humans were rounding up the worker drones, Tessa was afraid to let some of them go, she tried to snag N, V, or J and hide them away so they could hopefully stay with her in the manor and not go to wherever it was that they were taking the others, but she failed at that, with them at least, the only one Tessa managed to get was G, so she told her to stay somewhere they wouldn’t find her so she would be safe and stay with her, and so G obeyed and stayed put, and Tessa was right, they never found her, so there G stayed, free from the torment and manipulation of the company and staying under Tessa’s care until she eventually decided to upgrade her, she tricked the others into thinking G was ⏃ whole new drone that acted as friend for Tessa because she got very lonely at the manor often, despite all the parties and balls the Elliott’s threw there, no one was exactly the nicest.

So G stayed in the Manor and roamed freely, acting as Tessa’s bodyguard as well as her loyal friend, awhile later they probably went out to Copper-9 to see what was going on after Tessa found out where they had sent the others all those years ago but I’m not sure what would exactly happen then so it’s up for y’all’s interpretation ⟟ suppose :3c

The real unnerving thing about Marcy tho is not just the betrayal or the possesiveness or the obsessive fawning, but the fact that we were with her for most of S2 and she appeared funny and sweet and harmless but she was keeping this whole secret this whole time. And on rewatch you just can't forget that. She kidnapped her friends and was plotting with the evil king to keep them trapped with her forever and she was smiling. She had fun little sleepovers and witchy quests and band battles and she was happy all while doing this terrible thing to the people she loved the most. How fucked up is that.

overnight in a bomb shelter

if the world ends this week  please brush my hair  i won’t ask you to be gentle  let me walk barefoot  farther away than the eye can see  in weather cold or warm  i may bite you  sting and curse you  don’t come too close  feed me and bathe me  that’s all i ask   but bombs scream overhead  planes shriek with their engines  sirens blare from the streets  in a murky shelter  buried beneath the mud  of your childhood home  your calloused hands are soft  dropping a blanket ‘round my shoulders  reading a book in the dark  my ears ring and my hands shake  you shield me with your palms  you promise to teach me to sew  to read and write  to run and climb  in moments in the dark  where the world might end  where all i smell is mold  you treat me like a child  who has never known love  i treat you like a woman  who has never known love  and for a moment  the world feels right  as the bombs scream overhead  ‘cause the world might end tonight

One thing I think about a lot is Elias and his mum. Like, the only reason he changed his mind and decided to detonate the bomb is bc his mum wouldn’t come out and talk to him. She didn’t even want to *see* him (from Elias’ pov at least). Despite the fact that earlier in the series he was adamant that he didn’t want to have anything to do with her (although I have wondered whether that’s an idea that the Morley’s planted in his head, or maybe straight up told him to say), she’s still his mum and he still needs her. Then later in the series in the last few seconds before he ceases to exist when they’re hugging, the idea that that might be the only time in the series when he actually genuinely knows he is loved, and how the whole loop is him chasing after that feeling of being loved yet it takes the loop breaking for him to get it. Stuff like that.
