Thought: idol AU Bingqiu, but Binghe meets Shen Yuan because SY is friends with young, up-and-coming Gongyi Xiao-- whom he befriended through his connections as a rich second gen.... but also because of a sense of camaraderie with someone who'll clearly always live in Binghe's shadow and never alongside him. 😔 (Note that GYX doesn't think this way. Shen Yuan is projecting his own Yearning. Though, they are genuinely good friends regardless.)

In any case, Binghe fell violently in love with Shen Yuan after having met him a few times & inevitably getting Wife Beamed. Yet, he can't seem to get SY alone long enough to do anything about it. Insert barely contained seething jealousy IRT Gongyi Xiao.

...the same GYX whose manager has long been trying to covertly poach Binghe. But the brat only ever accepts his Friendly Invitations™ if Shen Yuan is invited, acting as the worst unintentional wingman & hating every minute of it.

There's some kind of quadrangle going on, but only one of the angles is Romantic. Though several are obsessive. And then there's Gongyi Xiao who frankly just wants to be friends with Shen Yuan & is ??? confused.

I like to imagine that as Garrus' Commanding Officer for majority of their relationship, it's probably highly likely that Shepard has genuinely never been told a straight up "No" from Garrus and I have been laughing hard af for the past five minute thinking about how that word wouldn't even compute in Shepard's mind if she heard it leave his lips😂

Shepard accidentally becoming brat coded all because she started off as his superior is really cute to think about.
