Steve Laughalot - was captain of the slytherin quidditch team from 1968-1972

Lucius Malloy - was in his seventh year when severus snape joined hogwarts

Patricia Rakepick - was in her fifth year when the marauders first joined hogwarts and was friendly with them

Narcissa Black - was born in 1955

Davey Gudgeon - tried to touch the whomping willow when it was first planted in the marauders first year

Bertha Jorkins - was a few years older then the marauders and recognised peter from school. sirius remembered her after azkaban

Emma Vanity - was slytherin quidditch captain from 1972 - 1976

Florence Greengrass - was mentioned by bertha in a flashback from school

Gaspard Shingleton - was born in 1959

Mary MacDonald - was attacked at hogwarts by mulciber during the marauders fifth year

Lily Evans - was part of the class of 1978

Tilden Toots - was born in 1959

Adrian Carpenter - was part of the class of 1978

Alexander Stebbins - was in the same owls exam as the marauders making him part of the class of 1978

Severus Snape - was part of the class of 1978

Evan Rosier - was part of a group of slytherins that severus snape hung out with during school

Bruce Mulciber - was part of a group of slytherins that severus snape hung out with during school

Edmund Avery Jr - was part of a group of slytherins that severus snape hung out with during school

Juliette Wilkes - was part of a group of slytherins that severus snape hung out with during school

Gilderoy Lockheart - was born in 1964 (i ignore his age and make him in the same year as the marauders for shits and giggles)

Dirk Cresswell - was in the year below lily evans

Greta Catchlove - was born in 1960

Bertram Aubrey - was hexed by james potter and sirius black while at school

Regulus Black - was 18 years old when he died in 1979

Barty Crouch Jr - couldn't have been older then 19 when he was arrested in the early 80s

Lucinda Talkalot - was slytherin quidditch captain in 1976

Daisy Hockum - was born in 1962

Olivia Green - was part of the class of 1981

Duncan Ashe - was part of the class of 1981

i finished rereading the raven cycle (again) and this time i charted the days that each chapter happens on based on dates and times given and it's so interesting to see it because the first three books all take about a month, with a month or two between, but only 3 days pass between the end of bllb and trk and trk takes place over the course of a week

As gen-AI becomes more normalized (Chappell Roan encouraging it, grifters on the rise, young artists using it), I wanna express how I will never turn to it because it fundamentally bores me to my core. There is no reason for me to want to use gen-AI because I will never want to give up my autonomy in creating art. I never want to become reliant on an inhuman object for expression, least of all if that object is created and controlled by tech companies. I draw not because I want a drawing but because I love the process of drawing. So even in a future where everyone’s accepted it, I’m never gonna sway on this.

AuDHD is so funny sometimes like what do you mean my hyperfixations/special interests will last for years on end or possibly forever but they will cycle out every month or two with absolutely no transitional period or warning. like i will think about the same topic every day obsessively for 46 days in a row and on the 47th day with no visible cause adhd brain goes "ok! bored of that now" and autism brain goes "dw i got something queued up for ya" and i blast into full blown obsession on some other topic whose mental file folders haven't opened in 9 months. brain's out here treating hyperfixations like a crop rotation. once the dopamine runs out it cycles in another one but once something's in the rotation it never ever leaves. last summer we brought in one from when i was 11. it's so funny to me but frustrating too bc like. i cannot stress enough my inability to predict or control this. or how completely abrupt and random it can be

after literal years i finally got around to downloading a pdf of the wipers times, an unsancitioned satitical british trench magazine circulated among the troops in france from 1916-1918 after the fortuitous discovery of a printing press. i have approximately five million other things i need to read so idk when i'll be able to devote much time to it, and i gotta pick up a proper copy bc it's missing at least salient no 4 vol 2. that said? i'm genuinely laughing at what i've skimmed so far
