Left is me screwing around with an avatar idea and right is an idea I have for a changeling fairy-type.

I'm really happy with the jack o' witch house, but not so much the body. She kinda has a Daria animation look, which isn't bad, but it doesn't go with the head.

I had a lot of fun with the fairy design. The look is kind of insectoid marionette and the concept is a changeling adult* in a transitionary state, slowly adapting to the human society of which they are in direct proximity. Her top isn't great here, I know. It's supposed to look really loose.

*changeling folklore, for any who might not know, is about the fae stealing human babies and replacing them with fae children. Modern theories regarding the changeling myth suggests the "changelings" were actually neurodivergent children. This is to say I do know the original myth isn't about "adult changelings" and my idea has a lot of lore to unpack or ignore.

Like we literally have a sliver of a chance at getting Blue Georgia and Blue North Carolina in this years election and genuinely it feels like people are just willing to throw that out. Hell, even Texas over the past 20 years has had a BIG shift in voting habits.
