I wouldn’t read too much into Liam and Ridoc (or do, if you want!) but I didn’t write it intending it to be A Thing, Liam’s just doing his best as always to keep his friends from getting themselves killed 🫡

The ore wasn’t a red herring necessarily, more just a way to show Violet’s desperation. Like of course she wasn’t going to be able to do anything worthwhile with it, but it was still a tool at her disposal and she had to try it, if nothing else, even if everyone was telling her it was stupid and reckless.

The Drake and Violet scene talking about Mira was more of me doing what I’ve been doing for a while, which is giving myself room to write spin offs within this world if I want to! I’ve done it with Sloane/Dain and Aaric/Tessa too so the options are all there if I decide to take it. But it’s not foreshadowing for anything in the epilogue.

The epilogue is short, about 1500 words, and takes place 6 months later. So I don’t want anyone to expect anything crazy plot wise (I’m all plotted out lmao), it’s more just to show that Xaden and Violet are together and happy! You guys may have to fill in some of the gaps with your own imagination ���🏻

Xaden and Violet are ride or die in the most literal sense. Absolutely deranged people. I love them.

Rhi’s body isn’t addressed in the epilogue so I’ll answer it here: no, they don’t find her, but they do (off page) still have a memorial for her.

You seem to be the headcanon person of the fandom. How do you think Sherliam would handle a serious argument/disagreement? Idk like their arguing styles? Who apologizes/gives in first? Things like that.

First off, love the idea that I am the headcanon person haha!

One of the fic prompts I'm working on involves this idea, but in a fun and sexy kinda way, so lemme take a shot at it a little more seriously, though a fair amount of what I'm gonna say may pop up in that fic later. This in itself kind of devolved into borderline fic as I went...and then crackfic at the end lol. 😅

I have a headcanon that Sherlock has a lot of underlying anxiety during their early days in NYC: that he hasn't really had the opportunity to deal with his own trauma from watching someone he loves attempt suicide, risking his own life and being injured himself, and spending months not knowing if William would wake up.

I don't think they often have serious disagreements, but the first few times they do, because of that lingering anxiety and stress, I imagine Sherlock just immediately backs down when things start to get stressful. And he's stewing internally over all the comebacks and points he desperately wants to make, but it's not worth it when he's so terrified that any sincere conflict between them might push Liam back to a dark place.

But a couple of months go by after Vermissa, and Liam is more and more okay every day, and one day some sincere yet ultimately unimportant argument comes up: maybe something to do with preparing for a mission, or a disagreement about something in one of their academic journals. And they're snarking back and forth a little, but there's a bit of a sincere edge to it. Then Liam says something and instantly, the perfect sassy comeback is right on the tip of Sherlock's tongue, but he swallows it down and says something milder instead, and Liam is suddenly all laser eyed observation, frowning at him.

And then all the pieces click together in Liam's head, and he understands what's going on. And he stops to tell Sherlock in no uncertain terms that he is not as fragile as Sherlock seems to think, and that them being on equal footing is important to him, and that honestly he quite likes Sherlock's sharp wit even when it's directed at him, and enjoys returning in kind.

From then on even serious disagreements are handled with playful bickering and snarking. They have a good sense of each other's sensitivities and how to avoid them, and it's rare for either to go too far and cause any hurt, but when it does happen the one who did so is always quick to apologize. Basically they just think squabbling is a lot of fun.

Once, Billy witnesses them pick an entirely unnecessary and random fight with each other, both grinning and clearly having the time of their lives, and he throws up his hands and says,

"Y'know, it doesn't actually count as makeup sex if you start the fight just for the sex!"

I chose Jack to couple up with because Oakley can’t take a joke about being a fireman… sorry but it is hot. In both senses of the word 😅 sorry not sorry! But also Jack liking dogs and gardening was such a great initial common interest thing to go on.

Sophie/Jack & Luna/Jin are replaceable after you pick your guy. Whichever couple stays are buttheads to you.

Jack is ok, but more serious than I thought he would be. I miss Jin’s humor so much. I have to say that even with most of the same dialogue choices/banter between us, there is no spark. Which does makes me going full on for Max an easier decision.

Again I did not flirt at all with Hari, but I did pick the options for saying I missed Jack so it pretty much went the same. I’m really just plugging along until Casa… which is next 😆

Vol. VII Ep. 19-21

CASA TIME!! I am choosing all the gem options to get with Max. ALL OF THEM! Bring it on!

E19: Straight away, the fill in the blank game gem option I picked was the “smooch a boy” and wow what a smooch it was! Choosing to share a bed with Max was such a good choice too. He is so flirty and cute! Telling me what he likes was sexy and I agree with them 😏

E22: This is where I started to fall for Max in my first playthrough (w/o any diamond scenes & then I started replaying for his), but getting to keep the previous options and choosing the new one was even better. He just gave serious butterflies during the date. Telling about the smile lines, going over the “words” on MC, cuddling in his arms, sweet story of him paying for a girlfriend’s parents to visit even though he was saving, playing with her hair. Ugh my heart! I’m so smitten with him 🥴

E23: We smashed it at the Mr & Mrs game! And I loved all the flirty things we did and said to each other during. More annoyed when Luna took Max. Definitely called her out this time for picking him.

E24: Last night at Casa. Yay! Obviously spent the night with Max and I think it was even better since I got to have all the earlier moments with him too. And hearing him recap them all the next morning and how mushy he was about them all was sweet. He’s just perfect 🫠

E33: The scene is much funnier with Sienna if you’re coupled with Max because she really thinks we care if she tells Jack?? I’m sure both he and Hadjar will change theirs pretty quickly. Props to Bortoletto for bringing something simple but legit to the table. Don’t think it’ll stick but I like it as a first attempt. Bearman has blown all the rookies out of the water. But you won’t convince me his logo isn’t inspired by Max’s lion one. An animal head with the initials worked into the design? Sorry but I think he had a blueprint lol and I love it.

I think Lando has hands down the best logo. I love Max’s because I think stylistically it suits him and it’s ostentatious but also organic. But Lando’s is so sleek. Obviously he’s lucky the initials work to make the 4 so well but it’s just…perfection.

I like Lewis’s as a shape but it looks like the logo of a car company or a cigarette brand and I feel like it doesn’t speak to his essence enough.

first off, return of a legend: the beach hut

i was fully expecting the compatibility test to be more like the season 1 compatibility test with the zodiacs because that's fun but i guess that's less of a pot stirrer than a fun game to have. though the narrator poking fun at it i guess is making fun of the fandom for thinking it was gonna be horoscopes 🤣

so very obvious ass test though especially with the two answers only about the two guys you're pursuing, which I think is a missed opportunity to throw more lore about the guys in there. or at least make it not as obvious? really goes to show how surface level the characters are compared to, say, the Mr. and Mrs. Challenge towards the end of S2

as someone not on a Theo route, I really don't understand why he's sticking with Claudia unless he's got some personal turmoil he's working through and trying to actually reform his player ways. And I wish MC could talk to him as a friend and we'd see that. like in the way S2, you get to know Rocco's insecurity about never finishing university and Gary's anxiety even if you aren't on their routes

Anyway I'm still upset at the forcing MC to couple because she's single thing. They could've still had her coupled with Jin (or even with Hari it would work) and then she can either walk in single or with a casa boy. And then she's the main character: just say that the single islanders don't get dumped post casa (like it's SUPPOSED to be) because in that situation, she's the only one! Or if you need the numbers to be right, literally Emel is right there. She can come back to Oakley later if anything

still not the best stick or twist could've gone in terms of drama (or maybe that's just bc I've been looking at spoilers), but compared to S5-6, not too bad (I assume also s7 but tbh I did stop right at stick or twist for that season)

So fyi when I played Casa, I had my MC go for Shawn most of it, and then last minute switched to Max because I remembered she's a musician and I thought that would be cute. That being said, I wish it was like in the too hot to handle game where you unlock certain dialogue if you happen to have something in common with a character. Because why is Max explaining music stuff to my musician MC?

Now to your question. Each of the characters are were made to “represent” their corresponding house, to somewhat be the embodiment of the animal, so they go like this:

Niall is in the Unicorn house;

Ned is in the Dragon house;

Edmund is in the Raven house,

Liam is in the Snake house.

The houses group boys based on their personal qualities, but, ofc, there are no strict rules as which factors will definitely put you in one of the houses.

The Unicorn house is known for its dazzling, charismatic students with a strong tendency for leadership. They are determined, strong-willed, and often arrogant to an extent. They’re good at dealing with social issues, people in general, and can manipulate both people and the information they have as well. Still, despite being natural leaders, they have to have a sense of community and know how to form alliances.

They have good manners, good style, and overall have a high-society aura around them. Members of the royal families usually end up in this house. Because of that, it is considered the most prestigious (and rich lol) of the houses.

The Dragon house is the next in line in terms of being prestigious. Students there are loud, impulsive, have a very big “presence” whenever they’re around, while still being surprisingly responsible and well-behaved. They’re good and strategy and tactics, and have the best results in sports out of the bunch because of their good organizing abilities and discipline. They have their own order inside the house and dormitory, so they tend to work on the “survival of the fittest” principle. Just like Unicorn students, they are very proud, so they’re not ready to listen to just everyone, so they sometimes have conflicts inside their house in spite of their strong sense of unity. You have to deserve their respect to be... well, respected. On the negative side, they are quite greedy, loud, as I’ve said, and slow.

The Raven house is both the opposite of the Unicorn house, yet at the same time they’re the ones they cooperate with the most. Students of the Raven house are quiet and just don’t seem all that remarkable. They’re the first to react to different events, but the most “useless” in terms of solving things. The least ambitious of the bunch, they are rather perceptive, know a lot of rumors and information, good at making suggestions and predicting future outcomes, but at the same time secretive and not very talkative with other houses. Nobody really knows what they think, so they’re the creepy ones and the “freaks”, although not in such a harsh manner as one might think. They’re here to just do their job silently, or to complain a lot and still do their job lol If the Unicorn house can be considered the facade of the society, these students are the underground part of it. Metaphorically, that is.

The Snake students are also quiet, but their presence is much more prominent than that of the Raven students. They’re perfect on the surface level, but are ready to take any means necessary to achieve their goals without being caught. They seem perfect from the outside, but students from this house have the strongest sense of individuality. They’re cautious and ready to give way to others just to be safe and sure, they’re not the ones to rush anywhere without thinking. They’re careful, and a little bit slow in order to process events around them accordingly and to take the best possible route.

when I started shipping it if I did: A few years ago actually. Back when I used to read KC fic, there was one I read with Kennett and I fell in love. And that ended up being one of the only reasons I read KC fic, for Kennett. But now I know my worth haha.

my thoughts: They’re honestly perfect in every way, shape, and form. In my mind, everything with Kolvina in canon ended up happening with Kennett (well aside from the parts I hate haha).

What makes me happy about them: Their chemistry is AMAZING! I love that eye sex scene in 4x10, and how in 4x23, Kol actually seemed to care about Bonnie dying. Call me crazy, but I wish Bonnie took his offer and they ended up going to NOLA together. And it makes perfect sense for Kol to pursue Bonnie since he holds witches in high esteem. He would inspire Bonnie to be more selfish, while Bonnie would inspire Kol to be better (but he would still be himself, not like how TO!Kol was basically Delena!Damon haha).

What makes me sad about them: The fact that they couldn't happen because Bonnie is too "strong" and "beautiful" to be with a "murderous vampire" like Kol, yet somehow Davina isn't??? And these same writers had Delena and Klaroline?? Like make it make sense lol.

things done in fanfic that annoys me: Klaroline. 'Nuff said.

things I look for in fanfic: Good writing, Bonnie being the main focus, good development, growth for both characters, etc.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Bonnie, I ship with almost everyone except her canon ships, Alaric, and Elena (in some circumstances, they could've been good but the writers kept focusing on the damn triangle).

My happily ever after for them: Kennett leaving MF together and being in NOLA.

who is the big spoon/little spoon: Kol is the big spoon, while Bonnie is the little one.

my thoughts: They were definitely having sex while Elena was emotionless.

What makes me happy about them: They have great chemistry, and do have some similarities. And like I said, I ship them as a hate-sex pairing. Like I could've seen them hooking up in the bathroom in 4x03. That's just how much tension they had.

What makes me sad about them: I don't like how they were written in canon. Like I feel like Rebekah was very ooc in late s4, because how does she hate Katherine for not wanting to be sacrificed but can still be friends with Elena who killed both her brothers. Also I feel like emotionless!Elena has a lot of Katherine in her, so for Rebekah to hate the real thing but still be friends with Elena?? And only for Elena to end up using her again?? Idk. It bugs me.

Did you have any criticisms with the lastest episode of Murder Drones? Honestly I absolutely loved and enjoyed it and liked it more than the last episode, it was a little too fast paced and some things could've been handled better, but I enjoyed it! 💛🙂 But I've seen some fans and others state that this could be the turning point for the show and not in a good way, I've seen fans state that this is either is weakest and worst episode of the show or being disappointed by it, or even see it as the show going downhill and losing it's potential, I've also seen some point out how the show continues to ruin intense and serious moments with comedy which turned people away from this episode and even saw it as misleading, since the thumbnail and teaser images hinted at EP 5 being the darkest and even a turning point for the show, but while it was dark..it still seemed to suffer through the criticism some have had with the show lately, causing people to turn away. :(

Another thing I've seen people mentioned is how the show continues to throw more mysteries into the mix which leads to very little answers to the ones we already have and some that still need to be talked about and that's understandable, I think that's a reasonable and valid criticism. I mean, we only have about 3 episodes left for the season and I'm a little worried about how the show will end things and how little we'll end up finding out about the lore! But, I wanted to ask do you see the show going downhill and would you agree with some of the things some fans said and do you see yourself losing interest for the show in the future because of how the show's been handled lately? I'm honestly worried about the show's future and how things might not be improved on, (I'm not sure if Liam listens to any criticisms he's probably got for the show, btw) which'll drive people away more and bash the show even more, I mean some already said they didn't think EP 5 would be good and thought it would be shit before it even came out, lol.

Although MD is flawed and isn't perfect, I'm still very much in love with the show and it's honestly a comfort show for me, it's one of my favorite shows, tbh. But, I do honestly wanna see things get better and be improved on and I would like to see some of the issues others have had with the show be improved on as time goes on, but I'm worried certain things will probably drive more people away more. Honestly, im not loosing interest and im not scared about the show's future at all, episode 5 was perfect for me.

I understand other's people concern, but i think the reason why so many get desapointed Its because they put way too much expectations over It, Liam has a very unique story telling style that may weird people out If theyre not used to It so is not for everyone, but i dont think thats a reason to think the show is losing Its quality.

And Liam knows how to write serious episodes with less comedy (episode 2 and 3 are a big proof of that) if episode 4 and 5 were goofy Its because he wanted It to be, not because he doesn't have the skills to make "serious" moments . Im sure when the right times come everything will make sense and Liam will give us one of the most gut wrenching episodes yet.

Also, maybe its just me, but i think the reason why ep 4-5 were more focused on comedy is because the future episodes are going to be way serious and more heavy emotionally, so i think Laim wanted to make goofy episodes while he can lmfaooo

Would you date any of your LIs? Any of your MCs?

Okay 🤣 So, I've romanced a lot of characters in the Choices stories. I have no problem playing the field, etc in this interactive app. But, these types of questions always make me pause and think of doing so in reality. And I realize that I wouldn't do anything my MC's do with their LI's 😂 So here we go...

Amazingly, it's a short list 😂

For my MC's, I wouldn't date any of them, LOL! They either do stupid stuff, make decisions that I would never do in real life or they're usually too nice (I can't live with that type of perfection) 🤣

LI's: Here again, I wouldn't date that many. I would never date a prince (Sorry Liam, Hamid, and Trystan) because I have no desire to be in charge of anything, much less a country. In Open Heart, the lack of commitment from the LI's would just turn me against them. I neither have the patience nor inclination to chase after any of them. Either you want me or you don't. I'd never date another creature (Sorry Adrian, Jax, Cal, etc.), It would just be too weird for me to deal with. There are a lot of LI's in the slice of life books that I'm just meh over. I couldn't be with Gabe from LoA because he can't relax enough for me.

So...that leaves four out of the dozens of LI's that I believe I could actually have a real future with 😂😂😂

1. Thomas Hunt from Red Carpet Diaries. Even though he's famous, he prefers to live out of the public's eye. I love film history. I took some classes on it in school so I would be more than happy to sit for hours hearing about his film process. His dry humor is something I love, along with his serious, passionate nature. He's tall, dark, and handsome and what I'd hope to find if single and in Hollywood.

2. Damien from Perfect Match. Out of everyone, he's the one I'd probably be most comfortable with. His sense of humor, loyalty, sweetness are all the things I love and need in a significant other. Every time I do a replay, I love his scenes and end up smiling like a Cheshire cat each time he pops on the screen.

3. Mr. Ernest Sinclair from Desire and Decorum. If I lived in the early 1800's, this is the man I would hope chose to court me 😂 I love everything about him and how much he is like Mr. Darcy. When Mr. Sinclair falls in love, it is forever and he gives all he is to the one lucky enough to win him.

4. Hugh Crawford from The Unexpected Heiress. My soggy, early 1900s Englishman 😍 He is good natured, is able to shrug off slights, and finds a way to slip in clever quips. I would love to take long walks with him throughout the countryside and simply enjoy his optimism and self depreciating humor. He's humble yet confident in what he can do, which I find attractive.

Well he is simply my lesbian best friend Green of course :)

lol but basically I'm not actually that attached to any of the player characters as characters in their own right, especially as I've only played Prom, and I actually really like we don’t have much to go on about the PCs beyond a few voice lines and the polaroids. I think it's fun it gives you space to imagine them how you like and I find the way the fandom as a whole seems to have quite set ideas about them all a bit baffling (have to assume it'll make more sense once I've played the rest). I mean in my household we don't even call them by Oz/Amira/etc. we've always used the colour names so I just think we're a bit out of step with most fans in general lol.

THAT SAID, Green is my favourite of the PCs for real :) I immediately picked him the first time I played and I nearly always do still unless I'm playing solo and need to collect a Yellow polaroid (bc my gf plays as Yellow but when they are not here they let me be them to get the pictures). I just really like the design and also Prozd is very iconic so I like all the voice lines. I sometimes see like 'transfem!Brian' redesigns and like you do you but Green already looks like a perfect woman to me lol so I usually play as he/him butch in my head. I love the credits pics of Green also (and it rules he stands next to the wolfpack in the class photo bc i can be like wow im next to my best friends the woflpack for real lol)

On my first game I got Liam and the ending polaroid is still one of my favourites it's just so cute so I guess maybe Liam would be my favourite ship for him or the Wolfpack hehe who said that but I haven't thought that much about it. But I also like Scott bc their football polaroid aaaa so cute also. With the girls idk who my top ship would be maybe Miranda that could be butch/femme swag of them. But yeah I find it harder to ship PCs without knowing their personalities much (or more like their personalities are kind of the same bc we all have the same narrator and events and outcomes etc.) so my feelings aren't that strong on any of them.

God this episode was even better the second time around. I could listen to the Tom Davidson song every day for the rest of my life and I need to know who to talk to about making it an actual song that I can get on Spotify or something. Or at least a music video on the DVD lol

Things that stuck out to me the second time around

Abby says that Kate being a single woman on the frontier isn't a good enough reason to have an "arsenal". Like... okay 1) you found ONE pistol and 2) you should buy a gun too considering at least one person in this show wants you dead. Just saying

Kate doesn't know Abby's whole story but she knows enough to want to help and that's lovely

Kate being so hesitant to work with Calian and Hoyt because she wants to do this right makes sense given her Pinkerton status but it also falls in line with her backstory. Like something went horribly wrong back in Baltimore and she doesn't want to repeat that mistake

Guys Lucia just wants to talk to Hoyt. That's it. She just wants to talk to him. Why can't she just talk to him for two minutes? She just wants to TALK!!!!

Tom: Hi Aunt Teresa! :D Aunt Teresa: I see you've still failed to get the hotel. Tom: :( I'm working on it.....

The way Hagan IMMEDIATELY jumps to Kate's defense when Teresa starts talking down to her though. I love them your honor

Kate's just like "I'm sorry I have an impossible task that I cannot pay you for" and Kai's just like "I would both kill and die for you so this is fine :)"

Was Amos drunk for the whole episode or is that just how he talks? He sounds like he's high

Augustus was having so much fun in this episode. It's Founder's Day! He can just walk around and have fun! And be a history nerd! He's enjoying himself so much!

Abby says that Hoyt's never had to face the consequences of his actions like he didn't literally get kidnapped and dragged back into a town of people he pissed off specifically so he could face the consequences of his actions. Which, okay, Abby may not know about that. But it just rings hollow and sounds too much like how Micki and Bonham judged modern Hoyt and it irritates me.

Kate went from being cautious around the Davidsons to wanting to be on the offensive in less than 24 hours and it is 1000% because they hurt her dad father figure boss

I love the song so much. Kate is an excellent showman. I hope we get more musical numbers out of this show

This probably means nothing but it stood out to me that Teresa said her nephew was her weak spot but she doesn't name Tom specifically. Idk it just feels odd now that we know she has two nephews. A way of revealing a weakness without actually revealing anything?

Teresa telling Tom that Abby is good for him is so weird now that we know that she wanted him to kill Abby AND Liam. But maybe she didn't know who Abby/Mary was aside from being Liam's wife? Because otherwise she would've been on Tom's case for not finishing the job I feel

Kate getting mad at Hagan for selling the hotel when she doesn't even know the whole story and he feeds her a lie and she doesn't know it's a lie and- ;-; I need a minute

I can't believe I didn't notice this last time but Kai drops his accent during his second confrontation with Amos. And he carefully doesn't speak when Tom shows up. Interesting.....

Hoyt: Did you have fun with my girlfriend today? Me: That's mighty big talk for someone who doesn't even act like a boyfriend

The final shot of Kate and Abby and Hoyt and Calian sitting around the table at Hagan's is perfect. They're a team now, whether they like it or not. They need to work together.
