Tooth fairy

Damian looses a tooth, and Dick tries to introduce the notion of the tooth fairy to him (bc Dick feels like Damian is missing key aspects of a semi normal childhood, and so obviously he thinks, ”duh, the tooth fairy is one of them”)

Damian’s tooth falls out while training. he‘s all like “Shit- oh, it’s just a tooth” and goes to throw it away

Dick is like “no!! you have to give it to the tooth fairy!!”

Damian: “i have not heard of a fairy of teeth”

Dick explains her (Tim shoots him a look like “????” and Dick’s all “shhhh, he needs to experience the **magic**”)

Damian is entirely flabbergasted (“put my tooth where?) (Dick: but then you get money!!)

Damian does it even tho he’s majorly confused

((somewhere during this Bruce and Jason find out and are like ???? and Dick is like “PLZ I BEG YOU TO PLAY ALONG, DONT RUIN IT FOR HIM”

cue Jason “damn, tooth fairy only ever gave me $5 tops (Damian got $10) Damian is all, “i must be in the tooth fairy’s favor”))

after his success, Damian tries to put OTHER peoples teeth under his pillow

but ofc that doesn’t work and Damian wakes up the next day all sad, thinking along the lines of like “I have fallen from her good graces”

Dick is like “??? why what happened??” and Damian shows him the 😃teeth😃

Dick absolutely freaks, bc, valid

he then explains that she isn’t actually real

Damian is confused, like “But why would you pretend? I don’t see the gain.”

Dick says it was to help Damian have part of the childhood that he missed :,))

Damian scoffs but hugs him anyway, thanking him for his kindness. He’s secretly super touched <3

do not EVER tell me percy and annabeth don’t have romantic feelings for each other. do not EVER tell me it’s purely platonic. if you’re someone who thinks “nah i can’t see them getting married and having kids cause i don’t think they feel that way about each other” you clearly did not read about the grunt-whimper (well, you can hc whatever you want. i respect all opinions. but i do think you need to re-consider and account for the grunt-whimper)
