making art in the past couple of years has become such a miserable slog for me that sometimes it's seems like it will never be fun again. it's so soul crushing to put so much of your time and efforts into something and never create anything you really like or feel genuinely proud of, but i have to remind myself that agonizing over the quality of what i make is not going to make me feel better about it. it's very easy to beat myself up over my drawings, but it does nothing but make me sadder and sadder.

i hope anyone who sees this post takes the time to remember that being kind to yourself and the things you create is so important. every piece of art you make is special and precious, and you should be proud of that!

flutterbat. i would really like to try to make this into a sticker but i've never done anything like that before and i think the canvas size is a bit too small so i think i'll have to redraw it 😞

quite happy with how the lineart on this came out tho i think i'm getting better. pro tip guys if you use the milli pen in csp you don't have to worry about line weight and pen pressure lol

my boyfriend bought me the early access and i really enjoyed playing it. i feel like it's been a long time since i've gotten to play a new farming sim i really like so i'm really excited for the update this month :3 i love how rooted it feels in harvest moon! idk who i'm gonna choose to marry yet but juniper's design really appeals to me so i decided to draw her.
