(The housing is so fucking unreal here that I’m literally looking at a newer building and I’m like “ah yes. Half a million dollars for a one bed one bath condo is fairly reasonable isn’t it” 😭) (the two bed id actually want is 3/4 of a million) (I have not checked maintenance fees. However I do very much appreciate that they are upfront about the unit costs and don’t want you to sign up and make an appt to see the prices)
