helluuu~ first off all - I love your writing! U write incredibly well and I love how you characterize Zayne and Sylus (anything u write shall be canon to me🧎🏻‍♀️🛐)
second off all, a slightly more specific request, bc I just recently saw a really cute set of nipple clips and a small buttplug that had matching pink bows on everything ahhh
How would Sylus and Zayne react coming home to reader waiting for them on the bed like that, wanting to surprise them and spice things up? (Especially with how u wrote in your Zanye ABC that he probably wouldn’t be into anything anal, but I’d guess that this wouldn’t be something he’d outright say before it comes up and reader obviously didn’t know)

It arrived the morning he was due to get back from his conference in Chansia City and you'd been staring at it in the little velvet baggie it came in as you sprawled out on Zayne's bed, inhaling the scent of him from his pillows. Your pulse quickened as you played with the smooth cold weight of it, hearing the clinking muffled by the luxurious fabric. The stage was set for your surprise.
"I'm sorry Zaynie I've been called to work, I can't meet you at the airport like I planned to. I promise I'll come straight over at 3 when I'm done?"
"Alright," came the soft reply down the line, a hint of anticipation in his tone. "Don't be too late though, I'm bringing you home a surprise."
"I'll be there with bows on!"
You giggled with a conspiratorial rush as you hung up the phone - you hadn't lied to him, technically correct was still correct after all - you would be there with bows on, they just happened to be bows on a matching set of a little buttplug and nipple clamps.
Having spent the morning picking out one of the cute sets of lingerie that Zayne had bought for you, you'd settled on a baby pink gingham print teddy, deciding the cute soft pink matched the naughtiness of the toys well. Slipping the stainless steel plug out of the velvet bag, you took the lube from his nightstand and slipped it in. You only had a about half an hour before he was due to get home and you wanted to be ready for him.
His key turned in the lock right as you were slipping on the matching nipple clamps and you let out a loud moan of anticipation. You clapped your hand over your mouth, holding your breath in the hopes you hadn't given away your presence. Damnit, you thought as you heard his travel case hit the floor with a loud thud and confident footsteps clicked down the hallway towards you. You had been caught.
"This is one of your tricks again?" The mirth shines in his soft voice as he steps into the bedroom, looking you up and down appreciatively. As you blush and turn away coyly, he chuckles and reaches out to cup your chin, bending over to kiss you. "I didn't say I wouldn't look."
Zayne takes his jacket off and tosses it onto the chair near the window, tugging his tie loose and unbuttoning his top two buttons before he settles onto the bed, sitting with his back against the headboard. He reaches out to you, sighing that he missed you as he pulls you into his lap. You gasp as the steel plug clinks against the metal of his belt buckle and he's so confused his head tilts.
Holding your hips in his firm hands, he pulls you up off his lap and then puts you back down on it, listening again to the metallic CLINK as the toy pings against the buckle. "Y/N...what did you do?" he asks in a dangerous low whisper, his eyes narrowing suspiciously. Play wrestling you out of the teddy to inspect your body, he tugs it down from your breasts roughly while he tickles you in his lap and there's a little stereo set of PLINK PLINK sounds as the nipple clamps snap off your sensitive buds and you cry out a loud needy moan.
Zayne's eyes widen in shock, looking down at the little sliver clamps with their petite pink enamel bowties, rolling them in his fingers as his brain puts together your line from the morning's call. "Be there with bows on, hmm?" he says with his lips curling into a smirk of understanding. He looks down at your nipples, red and swollen, flushed full of blood and clicks his tongue at you. "Do you want me to kiss them better?"
He doesn't wait for your answer, his mouth greedily wrapping around your nipple and sucking tightly, swirling his tongue playfully across it as his other hand travels down your hip and around the curve of your ass. He's moaning against your delicate bud in his lips, lapping at it and licking wet sloppy kisses all over it when his fingertips on your backside hit metal and he stops mid-suckle.
"Wh-What did you do?" he mumbles against your breast, his mouth pulling back from you, a string of saliva hanging between his lip and your nipple as he tilts his head up to look at you suspiciously. "Is that what I think that is...?" he asks, his tone a mix of apprehension and curiosity.
Zayne flips you off his lap and onto your back beside him on the bed and starts tugging the bottom half of the teddy off you, your legs up in the air over his shoulder as he untangles the lingerie from your ankles and that's when he finally sees it; the stainless steel plug, nestled snuggly into your ass, twitching with your quivers of anticipation and you see his brain buffer as he tries to comprehend the situation. A deep crimson flush has surged its way up his ears.
"My love..." Zayne begins with an exasperated sigh, one hand rubbing your legs up over his shoulder, the other pinching his brow as he winces. The air hangs heavy between you two for a moment.
"Surprise?" you giggle awkwardly, your cheeks flushed red with embarrassment and you bite your lip as you hold your breath, realizing that he doesn't seem as into it as you'd hoped he would be. You cover your eyes with your hands, not wanting to see disappointment on his face and that's when he sighs again, reaching down to pull your hands away from your face.
"I appreciate the gesture, my love..." Zayne starts to collect his thoughts, wanting to reassure you that you haven't done anything wrong, while also cementing what he had thought was an unspoken boundary with you. "But this...this is not for me." Your eyes start to well with embarrassed tears and he quickly wipes them away, shaking his head at you with a gentle smile, his golden-green eyes gazing at you adoringly. "My favorite place to be in the whole wide world is an inch away from this," he emphasizes the last word with a tap on the plug, then strokes his fingertips delicately through your wet folds lovingly. "...so I don't need anything else but that, okay?"
You bite your lip and nod up at him, sucking in a deep breath before giving him a blushing smile.
"There's my good girl," Zayne coos at you with a smile, stroking your glistening pussy and nipping kisses against your ankle. He rocks back onto his heels, releasing your legs. "Do you want to go take that out while I strip off? I'm feeling very overdressed compared to you." He gives your backside a gentle pat and watches you waddle towards the ensuite with a chuckle and a shake of his head.
"Oh and Y/n?" Zayne calls after you and you pause, turning back to him and tilting you head questioningly.
"On your way back, grab the little ringbox out of my luggage won't you? We can't forget about your surprise..." He smirks.

"Sweetie," Sylus drawled smugly, swinging the little velvet bag by it's loops around his long index finger like a lasso. "You know nothing can be hidden from me inside my own home. In fact," he looks down at you with a wicked smirk on his face, crimson eyes full of mischief, "I'm impressed you bought it from a store in person instead of having it delivered online. It seems my kitten is getting bolder the more time she spends with me."
"You could've at least pretended!" you pout with a huff, elbowing him in the ribs and he laughs warmly, handing the pouch back to you. "It was supposed to be a surprise but now you've ruined it."
Sylus' eyes light up with love at your grumpy little pout and he strokes your hair affectionately, cooing to you. "Don't be mad at me y/n, it's my nature to know all comings and goings in my circles. I tell you what," he says, shifting your weight off him and getting up out of bed. "I'm going to go check on some transactions, when I come back in about ten minutes this whole conversation never happened and I promise to be very surprised. Deal?"
"Okay, deal."
When Sylus slipped back into the room ten minutes later just as he'd promised, he let out an appreciative growl at the sight that waited for him.
You were bent over, hands splayed out flat on his expensive silk sheets, legs shoulder width apart and locked straight so your ass was in the air towards the door. You were completely naked, save for the steel buttplug with the little pink enameled bow on it, and the matching nipple clamps that were making your chest flush and your buds ache.
"My my," Sylus murmurs seductively, trailing his fingertips up the back of your thigh and watching you shiver under his touch. "You know I normally prefer to unwrap my own presents, but I won't complain when my gift looks this succulent.." His hand reaches the curve of your backside and he gives it a firm squeeze, his strong fingers digging into your flesh possessively and he smiles when you let out a needy little moan.
He leans down to take a closer look at the plug, his hot breath fanning across the backs of your thighs and your heat as he clicks his tongue appreciatively. "It seems I was mistaken," he teases in a sultry chuckle, a tinge of huskiness to his tone that makes your walls ache with longing. "My present has a bow on it after all."
You gasp as he suddenly presses on the plug and swipes a slow finger through your aching folds, bringing his finger up to his lip to suck it. "Tastes good too." Sylus purrs, licking his lips, watching as you clench at nothing.
Sylus stands behind you, his right hand slipping through your rapidly soaking folds, as his other hand strokes down your back like he's petting a cat. You moan and press back against his hand and he lets out an exhaling growl. "So needy kitten," he teases in a dangerous whisper. "Are you trying to say you want more?"
You whimper and moan as he starts to slip his fingers into you, teasing your entrance and you clench greedily, trying to draw him in. "Please Sylus..." you whine at him and he laughs, his fingers hooking in and pressing deeply on your front wall and your moans get louder. As his fingers stroke deeply, confidently and your arousal surges you feel his erection pressing into your hip. He slips his fingers out of you and presses his thumb down on the plug, rotating it in slow circles and pressing it into you deeper as his fingers slide down through your wetness to press on your clit.
Right when you're about to orgasm, he lets you go and moves behind you, grinding his hips into you and reaching down over your ribs to cup your breasts, pulling you up against his chest. You pout at being edged and he leans down to kiss you passionately as you whine against his lips, head tilted back against his chest, a deep arch in your spine. He rubs your breasts and squeezes them in his strong palms, unclipping the clamps and your breath catches in your throat at the relief. He tosses the clips onto the bedside table and rubs slow circles on your nipples, his predatory gaze staring down at you before he releases you.
"Hands back down on the bed Sweetie," he commands. "And keep them there." You shiver in anticipation and do as he tells you to, palms flat, pressing your ass up against his twitching erection. Sylus smirks and pulls back from you to give himself space to stroke the head through your folds and he groans at how inviting your heat feels. Pressing himself into you, he starts to inch in, letting you settle and adjust to his size as he moves inside you.
"You always feel so good Y/n." He praises as he bottoms out against your cervix, hands roaming appreciative massaging patterns on your hips. Sylus grips you tightly and starts thrusting and you cry out in pleasure, the lewd sounds of him slapping into your wet walls echoing in the room sinfully. The noises that are coming out of you drive him wild and he slides his hands up from your hips to cup your breasts, pressing his chest down against your back, rutting into you. Sylus hot breath fans out over the back of your neck as he lets out heavy panting moans.
Feeling you clench and tighten around him as your heat builds desperately and your moaning gets louder, Sylus thrusts harder, his hips slamming both himself and the plug deeper into you and he bites down on your neck, moaning into it with a lick. "You can, go on, do it...let me feel you fall apart." he whispers wickedly into the back of your neck as your tightly wound heat snaps and you buck underneath him, the orgasm ripping through you making your walls grip him tightly as your thighs shake unsteadily. Sylus lifts himself off you to throw his head back and lets out a deep guttural moan, joining you; the last of your waves of rippling pleasure meeting his hitching thrusts as he tries in vain to keep pace while he fills you.
Sylus looks down at your sweating, quivering back below him and reaches down to pull you towards him, nuzzling into your neck as you stand up, letting out a moan at the ache deep in your thighs and your lower back from the position. He wraps his arms around you possessively, cuddling you back against his chest as he catches his breath, his panting flooding your ears. "I liked your surprise, Kitten..." he says with a breathless chuckle. "We should let you surprise me more often."

Wake up call
pt. 1
a/n: I'm not going to follow the series episode by episode, as I already mentioned. This story will focus primarily on the three witches' story, so I'll probably jump forward and back in time at my own discretion from now on. If you're curious about something in particular, feel free to tell me in the comments. Would you prefer that I go back or forward from now on? (also, sorry for eventual typos or mistakes).
pt. 2
Tumblr media
Agatha looked as surprised as you for a moment. The boy was on his knees, squirming uncomfortably at the rope around his wrists and ankles. He said something, his voice sounded muffled through the duct tape.
“Oh, uhm.. well, I may have accidentally kidnapped him.”
You blinked in disbelief, “How can you accidentally kidnap someone?”
The kid muttered something else you couldn’t quite comprehend. You thought it was his way to agree with you, so you grinned, whereas Agatha groaned in annoyance. As the boy persisted, you realized what he really wanted from you.
“Oh–”, you mouthed a quick apology, lips stretching in an awkward smile as you took the tape off his mouth with a quick puck. He winced, but then muttered a ‘thanks’ to you. Had he been locked in there the whole night? Instead of that, you asked a different question, “you alright?”, twirling your finger, you made him turn around to untie the rope around his wrists and ankles.
He sighed and gave you a grateful smile once free, “much better.”
Your lips pressed into a thin line, not really sure about what else was to say, despite having tons of questions. There couldn’t be a moment worse than this to have to deal with a kid.
“Agatha, love, care to explain?”
Your lover paid no attention, or rather she feigned to be distracted doing practically nothing more than walking up and down the house, as she mentally freaked out due to the last events.
“There’s nothing to explain–”, she waved dismissively, “For all I care he can keep the house.”
The boy frowned and quite frankly so did you. You walked up to her, confusion written all over your features, “Agatha, what in heaven are you talking about?”
The boy followed behind in silence.
When she suddenly spun around, Agatha was so close, you almost stumbled backwards. “Did you listen to Rio’s words or not?” There was a hint of frustration in her tone, quite relatable in fact, and yet...
Your head lolled to the side, “so your plan is to leave?”
“Glad you’re catching up," she grinned cheekily.
With no magic at her disposal, she had no intention of facing the Salem Seven, and even less letting you anywhere near them to save her life. So running was the best and only option she could think of at the moment; that hopefully would give her enough time to figure out a way to restore her magic and be a witch again.
You ran a hand through your hair, eyes glancing only briefly over the boy, who gave you a tight smile in return. A part of you wondered what he was doing still there. Didn't he have places to be, like school or whatever?
Before Agatha could walk from you again, you reached out to grab her wrist, “So, this is what we will do,” you started, silently enjoying the whiny sound slipping from her lips, “we sit down, talk it out like mature adults, and you–” pointing a finger at the boy, “you’re gonna tell me why you broke into our house in the first place.”
“Uhm.. yeah, I..”
“We don’t have time for this!” Agatha exclaimed, “Need I remind you there’s a price on our heads?”
A playful smirk tugged at your lips and unable to resist teasing her, you quipped, “technically it’s on yours. I only happen to be in your shit as per usual.”
The boy let out a quiet chuckle, that you were about to reciprocate hadn't it been for Agatha’s hand flapping at the nape of your neck, “Oof!" you whined.
Amusement glimmered in her eyes, “You had it coming,” she retorted. Then she glanced over the boy, with a grimace. “Not to be rude or anything, but we’ve got a lot on our plate so if you could just–” She pointed to where the front door used to be, her confidence dimming slightly, “this house is a complete disaster.”
She looked so annoyed right now, tired and scared even, but the latter she would never admit. Completely forgetting about the boy, you focused on Agatha and placed a hand over the small of her back, “it’s not so bad…” you trailed off, resting your chin on her shoulder. She knew you weren't only referring to the conditions of the house. Her eyes fell shut for a moment, her features relaxed when you started stroking her skin, lips barely brushing against a soft spot behind her ear, “we have an excuse to redecorate now.”
Despite everything, Agatha let out a small chuckle. She turned around and draped an arm around your waist. With everything that happened in such a short time, she hadn’t given herself a moment to truly cherish the fact that you were back—the real you. Sure, even without your memories, you stood by Agatha’s side all those years, but having you here now, like in the old days, felt different. It was different. Her eyes darted from your face to your collarbone, nose scrunching up at the sight of the nasty bluish bruise— a reminder of Rio’s hands on you. Her hand glided up to your face, tracing your jawline before slowly moving down to your collarbone, fingers barely grazing your skin, mindful that it was still tender and possibly sore.
“Are you–?”
Your eyes softened at the hesitation in her voice, “you shouldn’t worry about that.”
“I always worry about what matters," she argued back.
"Sappy," you teased.
With an eye roll, she smirked, "brat."
When her eyes darted towards the boy once again, she let out an incredulous scoff, “you better have a darn good reason to still be dangling here.”
Color drained from his face. Quite frankly, Agatha could be intimidating when she tried. Even when she didn't. “I-I do!” He cleared his throat. “I want to walk the Witches' Road. It’s the only reason why I broke in here really and–” he was talking so fast, for a moment you thought your mind had tricked you. There was no way he said the words ‘witches’ and ‘road’ in the same sentence.
Agatha's eyes snapped wide open, “what’s that you say?”
“The Witches’ Road,” he repeated, slower and firmly. It hit you hard. You couldn't help it. “I want you to take me there,” his eyes softened and so did his voice as he added, “please.”
Agatha tried to meet your eyes then, but you had your gaze dropped to the floor.
“The Witches’ Road doesn’t exist.”
You’re lying,” he argued.
Agatha scoffed bitterly, “am I?”, voice rising in exasperation.
When you slowly lifted your chin towards the boy, you squint your eyes so much as if you were troubled by a sudden headache, “You’re asking for a death wish here.”
Agatha agreed, “quite literally.”
The boy looked crestfallen, but he didn’t back down, “You only say that because you think I’m inexperienced, which is fair. I am. But I can make it to the end-”
Your lips pursed in a grimace as you tried to make sense of everything that was happening. First Rio, then the Salem Seven on your heels, and now this boy who had no idea what he was asking for.
“Look, I love your confidence– but the Road is no place for a kid.”
Agatha sank into the couch in the lounge, curling a finger at you in invitation. Smiling, you obliged, perching yourself on the armrest beside her. You were close enough that her hand could slip to rest on your thigh, her fingers tracing soft, lazy patterns over the fabric of your pants. The gentle rhythm of her touch soothed you, and you allowed yourself to calm your nerves, focusing on her proximity and nothing else.
“I’m sixteen,” he objected, taking a seat onto the chair across from you.
“Oh, why didn’t you say that before? That changes… nothing.”
You had to stifle a laugh at her sarcastic remark.
He gave a dramatic eye roll. “Come on! You walked it before and survived!”
Your brows knit in a frown. Just how much did that boy actually understand about you and Agatha? Or rather, how much did he think he understood? No one truly knew what it had been like for the two of you back in the eighteenth century. People clung to their own assumptions, and you let them—after all, the real truth was far too painful to share. Not a single soul knew the true story behind the reputation Agatha had built, nor the reasons why so many had to die in the first place.
Agatha’s hand stilled on your thigh, “I had a very good reason to stay alive, plus I’m exceptional.”
It wasn’t a lie, not completely at least.
The boy’s eyes shifted from Agatha’s to yours. You felt as if he knew what Agatha was talking about you. You saw something, a glimpse of understanding in those eyes that somehow unsettled you. If Agatha was known as ‘witch killer’ for all the wrong reasons, your reputation also preceded you, but you struggled to say the words.
“I read an egregious amount about you two. I’ve been obsessed since I first came up with your Salem days… the way you two met, and oh my God- don’t get me started on your magic skills.”
So you and Agatha had a little fan.
Agatha’s interest rose considerably. She grinned, “cute. Isn't he a cute pet?”
“Honestly, I’m not sure whether to be flattered or freaked out by all this interest,” you mused.
The boy completely ignored the fact that Agatha just called him pet. “Sorry, I just– you’re a necromancer witch!” He was now struggling to keep a posed tone of voice, and you found yourself scratching the back of your head, not really used to being praised by your gift/curse. Quite the opposite in fact. “Guilty as charged,” you quipped.
Agatha’s hand moved towards your knee, thumb brushing in a soothing circle there. You smiled inwardly at the gesture.
“Books say witches your kind is so rare, powerful and–”
“harrowed, banished, burned at the stake?” You cut him off in a sing-song tone.
Agatha snorted, “you name it.”
She knew better than anyone what it felt like to be brushed aside. It was one of the reasons why she could bond with you so easily and so quickly. You understood her before she could even attempt to comprehend the complexity about herself and her power.
Teen blinked confusedly, “I was gonna say interesting.”
You clasped your hands together and took a deep breath. “Look, we appreciate your enthusiasm. You seem like a really smart boy, and I’m sure you’re destined for great things, but we can’t help you, not with that-”
“But I saved Agatha from the spell…” his smile turned into a frown and his features dimmed  as a consequence, “I’d have come to you too if she hadn’t locked me up in the closet. But w-wait,” he suddenly came to a halt, eyebrows knitting in a frown as a new question popped up in his mind. “How did you wake up from the hex?”
Agatha knew, but said nothing, leaving the explanations to you.
“It’s hard to explain–” Being a necromancer allowed you to have all sorts of… vibes. Plus your soul was connected to Agatha’s and her life being threatened by something– or rather someone you knew quite well worked as a wake up bell for you, “it’s like a sixth sense, but better. I can always feel when Agatha needs me. I got a pull into reality the moment Rio broke into the house with the purpose of harming her. I felt her aura. She and I– let’s just say our magic works like opposite poles of a magnet.”
Agatha’s features hardened a bit, as she nibbled on the inside of her cheek out of nervousness. Your magic being complementary to Rio’s had caused you more problems than anything else. She almost lost you to her, and that’s something she would probably never forget.
The boy hummed in thought. He was clearly intrigued by your magic and took a mental note to ask you more questions at the first next opportunity, considering he left his notebook in the car.
“And who’s Rio? I didn’t hear much but– there seemed to be a history–”
“Trouble.”
“A bitch.”
Both you and Agatha said in unison.
“We don’t really need to talk about her now…” you kept vague, hoping he would catch the silent message passing through your eyes. Talking about her was never easy, not when your feelings for her were so tangled and conflicting. You’d be lying if you said you didn’t love her anymore, cause you still did. And Agatha... well, she probably did too, however, she would never admit it, not to you and even less to herself. The past clung like a shadow, and neither of you could ever truly forget. The ache of Rio's choices lingered, buried deep, a silent reminder of what your bond once was and could never be again.
He pressed his lips together and gave you a slow nod of his head in return.
“I’m curious,” she smacked her lips, your head turned towards her, as she continued, “If you’ve got the goods to break a spell cast by the Scarlet Witch, why do you need the Road?”
Your eyes widened in shock. Was she really considering this?
“The Road promises that what you’re looking for awaits at its end. I need to walk the road so I can figure out the extent of my power..” he explained and she hummed, eyes narrowing ever so slightly. “Don’t you need power yourself?”
Agatha’s back stiffened, “I most certainly do, yes.”
“She doesn’t need to walk the Witches' Road for that,” you pointed out, glancing at the purple witch with the corner of your eyes.
The boy was confused. Without giving him too much information, you simply told him that you could share your magic. And, in a way, it was true. A more accurate version would have been explaining that Agatha could kill a witch by absorbing all her power, leaving nothing behind but dust. But that was far too dramatic, plus you were still one hundred percent sure she couldn’t and wouldn’t harm you in any way.
She let out a long, exhausted sigh at your insistence, “For the umpteenth time, I’m not taking your magic–”
“Ugh!" You groaned. "Aggs, Rio warned us–”
“She mentioned the Salem Seven, didn’t she?” The boy cut you off. “I’m sorry but y-you’ve got zero chances against them without magic, Agatha.”
She shot him an icy glare, “Thank you for stating the obvious.”
Your lips trembled a bit, as you struggled to hold back an amused grin.
“I’m just trying to understand which alternatives you have,” he muttered defensively.
Agatha opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out. Nothing that she could use to hush both you and the kid.
“He’s got a point, you know. You need my magic, like right now.”
Once again, she ignored you. “Or maybe, we need to walk the Witches' Road one last time.”
The boy’s mouth parted ajar, “Really?”
“Really?” You echoed in a squeak.
She simply nodded her head, giving you an innocent smile that only fueled your incredulity. You let out a quiet, bitter chuckle right after, at the same time shaking your head in disbelief.
“Agatha, sweetheart, a word?”
You held out your hand for her to take, and just like she did a moment ago, you forced a serene, tranquil smile—one that didn’t quite reach your eyes but would have fooled anyone who didn’t know you better. She took your hand, her fingers curling around yours as she let you lead her toward the kitchen. Once you were far enough from the boy to speak more privately, you locked eyes with Agatha. Your face was practically shouting, ‘What the hell?!’ —a silent message that she heard loud and clear, without a single word spoken.
“The Road doesn’t exist! What’s your plan?”
“We are the only ones aware of that,” she stated matter of factly as if that could be used as a great advantage. “Teen is right, without my magic, I can’t defend myself against the Salem Seven, I can’t protect myself or you.”
If this wasn’t handled carefully, it could spiral into something much worse. You knew, better than anyone, how deeply it hurt Agatha to feel powerless, especially when it came to protecting those she loved. She had faced this agony with Nicky, and now, here she was again, reliving the same fear, this time, for you. Her own life, in that moment, felt like nothing compared to yours. Because without you in it, there was no existence worth living for her.
“You could,” you insisted, in a low, almost pleading tone. “if only you took my power–” It was so easy.
“I’m not willing to take any risks with you,” she stepped into your bubble, her hands tightening around your shoulders, in a possessive and yet still attentive way. She wanted you to understand. She needed you to be on her side on this. “I need to make sure I've got control over my thirst first. It's been so long since the last time I did that so I'm sorry but you’ll not be the lab rat for it.”
“Are you really thinking of using the boy?”
Agatha’s mouth dropped open, “Oh no, my God- no! I’m not talking about Teen, you idiot!”
You crossed your arms over your chest and gave her a defiant look.
She gave in after a bunch of seconds, “Okay, maybe I did think of him for a minute. He did break the Scarlet Witch’s hex, though."
You pinched the bridge of your nose at that.
“But we still need to ‘walk’ the Witches Road, except that this time, we aren’t killing anyone,” you’re ready to argue back again, but she didn’t let you, so you bit your bottom lip instead, trying really trying to find the silver lining at the end of this plan. “Here’s what we will do: we gather a coven, make some female friends, sing the Ballad, it doesn’t work, wowie-!, I call them names, they get angry and blast me. I take their magic and stop right before they turn into dust.”
She paused and took into your eyes, letting you assimilate her words, hopeful you’d find her idea good enough, because there was really no time for anything else.
“So, to recap—,” you cleared your throat, “you’re willing to lie to that kid, to the poor witches we’ll meet along the way, witches who’ll eventually turn against us once they learn our intentions, but you’re not willing to take my magic that’s literally within arm’s length because you’re scared you’ll kill me.”
She hummed, feeling quite satisfied with your summary, “yep.”
A slow smirk spread across your lips, “You’re crazy.”
“Maybe," she conceded. "But this plan’s gonna work.” Agatha shifted closer, her hands sliding to your hips, her fingers pressing into your skin with a slight possessive touch.
Your gaze fell to where her hands rested and for a moment, there was silence.
Time ticked. She waited.
“Fine. Oh my God- fine–”
Before you could say anything else, she pulled you into a crashing hug. Your pout quickly turned into an amused smile, and finally into a fit of giggles when her lips began peppering kisses all over your face.
“Atta girl!” She said with a proud grin, to which you responded with a snort.
You’d be pissed, though, if by the end of the day, you’d be forced to resurrect a bunch of witches. But you kept quiet about that.

Blood Stain ~ Sturniolo Triplets
Tumblr media
Summary: As you are hanging out with Nick, Matt and Chris, you get up to grab a drink, only to realise you've left a period stain on the sofa.
Warnings: Possible swearing, blood, periods, crying, platonic nicknames, fluff.
Tumblr media
"Nick hurry the fuck up or we're starting the movie without you!" Chris shouted.
Here you were sat on the sofa with Matt and Chris, waiting for Nick to change as it was your weekly movie night. You laughed as Chris shouted, hearing some sort of sarcastic response from Nick.
"How you feeling, sweetheart?" Matt asked you, as you waited for Nick.
"I'm okay, the cramps have gone away." You answered.
You had unfortunately started your period this morning. You never gave the guys the gross details, but the dates so if you were uncomfortable or snappy, they knew why.
Nick eventually came to join the three of you, making Chris cheer as he started the movie. You curled up with a blanket as the four of you got comfortable.
An hour into the movie you wanted a drink. You got up and walked over to the fridge to grab one, when Chris came up behind you.
Hey, not to make you panic or anything but you might want to go to the bathroom." He whispered.
You felt your eyes widen and your cheek heat up as you rushed to Matt's bathroom. As you closed the door and pulled down your joggers, you realised you had leaked, knowing you had now left a stain on their sofa.
"Hey, you okay in there, kid?" Chris called, knocking on the door.
"Uh could you grab my bag out of Nick's room please?" You responded.
"Yeah of course." He replied, shuffling off to get it.
A few minutes later, Chris returned, knocking again. You opened the door enough for him to pass you the bag before closing the door again. You got cleaned up and into some non-stained clothes, before heading back out.
Nick and Matt were now aware of what had happened but none of them were disgusted or freaked out.
"I'm sorry about the sofa." You apologised as you sat down again.
"Don't be sorry, sweetheart, it happens." Nick said softly.
"I'll get the sofa cleaned." You responded.
"Don't worry, petal." Matt said, pulling you into a comforting hug.
You nodded as they reassured you it was okay and didn't make you feel horrible about your period.
"I'm just glad I'm not a girl. Those things are horrible." Chris said, making you laugh.
You all carried on watching the movie, forgetting what happened and having a good, chill night.

A/N: Sooooo sorry for the delay of getting this fic out. I had planned for it to come out on Halloween but that failed and then it was supposed to come out the day after but life got in the way.
Tumblr media
Spooky season, your favorite time of the year. You always loved October, especially Halloween. Once October 1st hit you were bringing out Halloween decorations and bringing all the fall flavored drinks out despite what your father, Tim Bradford, said. He wouldn't admit it but he loved the season mainly he loved seeing you happy. With the love of the spooky season comes the love of horror movies in and out of season. Tim never understood it but didn't question it and didn't try to make you not watch it, the only time he did was when it was too much for adults and you respected that.
You came into Tim's life unexpectedly but quickly fell in love with you. You had been a baby when you came into his life. You were found in a house where your mother had overdosed in the other room. You were crying and crying which is how John Nolan found you and picked you up. He tried soothing you with the techniques he used on his son but nothing was working. Tim walked in wondering what was going on and seeing the scene. He told Nolan to hand you over and he did instantly you stopped crying and calmed down. When CPS arrived and tried to take you, you cried and fussed it wasn't until Tim took you again and once again you settled down. It was agreed for him to take you until family could be found, none was found, a few days after that discovery and he was adopting you.
Halloween was coming up and you were thinking of what you wanted to be but was having trouble deciding. You wanted to go as a movie you recently saw but none of them were jumping out at you. There was a recent movie called M3GAN that you really wanted to see and the Mid-Wilshire Police Station just so happened to be having movie night showing this particular movie. You were excited to see it and begged your father to let you watch it after some convincing from your godmother, Angela Lopez, he finally agreed to let you watch it when they played it. When you heard that he was going to let you watch it you practically squealed and jumped up hugging him thanking him profusely. They were going to play it the night before Halloween inside the briefing room. Finally, the time for the movie night came around and you were so excited that you were buzzing with excitement and your father could tell. “I take it you're excited about this movie.” He said and you looked up at him from the backseat where you sat.
“Dad.” You said exasperated.
“What?” He asked
“Of course I'm excited to see it! I've been wanting to see when it first came out!” You said it like it was the most obvious thing in the world. He just smiled and chuckled even though you tended to be shy around others. You were lively with him and he was glad about that.
“Oh, I know you have.” He chuckled as he pulled into the parking lot. He had to work that night but there were going to be plenty of people he trusted with you there. He trusted the entire police station and everyone respected the hell out of him and there in turn they respected you and were at your beck and call, not that you would ask for help. But only a certain number of people he 100% trusted you with, Wade Gray, Luna Gray, Lucy Chen, John Nolan, Angela Lopez, Wesley Evers, Nyla Harper, and Jackson West. You could say he trusted Smitty too but it was more like he trusted you watching Smitty.
“You have to work right?” You asked and he nodded.
“Yea, I do. I'll be in and out but won't be able to watch the full movie with you.” He said and you nodded. You understood it and yes, we're upset but it was his job.
“Ok.” You said a little bit defeated and he hates seeing you like that especially since he worked so hard to get you to open up.
“You'll be with most of everyone else. Mainly Angela, Harper, Nolan, and Wesley.” He said and he could see you light up.
“Ok. Where is Lucy and Jackson going to be?” You said as he pulled into the parking lot of the precinct.
“They will be on patrol with me but will stop in every now and then.” He said and you nodded. He parked and then got out. He came to the driver's side back door and opened it then he started to help you out. It all went quickly, having you two already having a routine down. Once you were down, he made you stay close as you both made the trip to the building.
“Good evening, Officer Bradford and Mini Bradford.” The receptionist, Linda Hughes, said and you smiled and waved shyly.
“Good evening.” Tim said as you both made your way to the desk.
“Tim, Sergeant Gray would like a word with you before you start patrol.” She said
“Thank you.” Tim said and then the two of you were heading off to the main portion of the precinct. Along the way people said hi and you both greeted them back. You were shyer than your dad but they just smiled and went on.
“Y/N!” A voice rang out and you looked up and saw Angela heading your way and you lit up. Tim smiled seeing you light up as your godmother came closer to you.
“Aunt Angie!” You replied back, you were one of the very few and it was very few people that were allowed to call her Angie if it were anyone else, they would be on a receiving end of life ending glare.
“How's my favorite Bradford doing?” She asked
“Hey!” Tim said and she just smiled and looked at him.
“Oh, come on Timothy you knew when you had this little girl coming around after adopting her, she was going to be the favorite.” She said, they never kept it a secret that you were adopted. When you asked, they told you but it was never a secret.
“Well can't argue with that, now, can I?” He said and brought you into a side hug “She's my favorite Bradford too.” He said and you smiled and hid into his side. “Hey I need to meet with Gray for a second before starting patrol mind keeping her around you until the movie starts?” He asked.
“You know I would! Come on, My Favorite Bradford.” She said stealing you away from your dad who just rolled his eyes as he let you go to her.
“Before I leave and before the movie starts, I'll say bye to you.” He said and you nodded and he smiled “I love you.” He added.
“I love you too, Dad.” You said and then you were being whisked away by Angela to her desk where Harper, Nolan, and Wesely were at.
“The Better Bradford has arrived!” Angela said and you blushed. You knew it was a joke and you played along with it and Tim did too when he was around. There was only playfulness about it, nothing serious.
“So, Y/N have you thought of a Halloween costume?” Harper asked and you shook your head.
“No, nothing is jumping out at me.” You said with a frown.
“Hey, that's ok.” Wesley said
“Have you thought of a way to scare your dad?” Nolan asked, each year they tried to scare him but nothing had worked. It was like he was almost immune to it so you decided to help. You've tried to come up with something and so did they but nothing.
“No, literally nothing can scare that man. It's not worth trying.” You said
“Ain't that the truth.” Angela said “Come on, let's get the briefing room ready.” She added and you nodded happily. So, the 5 of you went to the briefing room to start getting set up. While doing so, joking and playing around brought laughter out of you. Very soon the room was dark, the snack table was set up in the back, coolers were set up, tables were pushed to the side and stairs were scattered. There was room for people to sit on the ground if they wanted to. Soon people started to file in. Sensing your shyness coming out Nolan brought you closer to him, almost sheltering you. When it looked like most of the room was filled with people and families of the officers, detectives, and others in the room, Gray walked in and to the front.
“Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the first family movie night. Hopefully we can continue this. I hope everyone enjoys the movie and the snacks in the back of the room.” He said and everyone cheered and then he was leaving. As the movie started Tim walked in, in uniform, he scanned the room and until he found you and smiled, he walked over to you and you looked up to see him.
“Hey.” He whispered
“Hey, Dad.” You said “You about to head out?” You asked and he nodded.
“Yup, I promised I would come to see you before I headed out. Be good for them and I’ll see you when I get off. I love you.” He said and kissed your forehead.
“I love you too. Be safe.” You said and he smiled.
“Always.” He said and then he was leaving just as the opening scenes appeared. While the interaction happened the other three adults smiled, they loved seeing Tim happy and actually smiling. He kissed the top of your head one more time and then he was turning to leave. Not long after the movie began to play.
As the movie played you became engrossed in the movie. You were so into it that you didn't even know your dad had stopped by several times to check on you and once he saw how into it you became, he didn't want to bother you. The scene where the dancing came out had you captivated, you loved dancing and were quite good at it. You could do that. Once the movie ended everyone stayed around for a few and then started leaving. When most of all people left and it was just the 4 of you Angela turned to you and you looked at her. “I know how to scare your dad.” She said and you gave her a suspicious look.
“How?” You asked wearily.
“Dress up like M3GAN and do the dance she did. You're a terrific dancer. I know you can do it.” She said but you were still unsure.
“It'll be fun and perfect.” Nolan said
“I don't know.” You said hesitantly.
“Please? We've been trying to scare you dad for years and nothing works. Please do this just this one time. We won't ask you to try and scare him again.” Wesley pleaded as you had a battle inside your head.
“Fine. I'll do it. You better get me extra candy.” You said
“We'll get you anything.” Wesley said as Angela hit him and gave him a look.
“I'll hold you to that.” You replied with a smirk.
“Ok, here is the plan.” Nolan said as he went into the plan and you listened and nodded. You gave some looks but they reassured you and promised you extra candy. Angela would be coming over early to help you get ready.
************************
Halloween finally arrived and Angela and Wesely were over as Tim was getting things ready. As she was getting you ready Lucy, Jackson, and Nolan came over. Once you were ready Angela texted Nolan to go and hit the breaker. The lights went out and you got into the position as you heard your dad start cussing along with Lucy and Jackson. “What the hell?” Tim asked.
“Did you piss off a ghost?” Lucy asked
“No, Lucy. I did not piss off a ghost. I don't know what the hell is going on.” He said as Angela called out.
“Guys! Why did the lights go out?” Angela asked as he nodded at you and made her way to the others. Once you knew she was there you got into character.
“Where’s Y/N?” He asked
“Uh I don’t know I haven’t seen her.” Angela said
“Fuck.” He said “Y/N!” He yelled out and started to move around the house. That was your cue and so you knocked off a vase. He came running and stopped. “Y/N?” He asked and so you started dancing. “What are you doing?” He asked, the look on his face was priceless but you couldn’t break character.  As you were coming up on the flip part you concentrated and did and stuck the landing you did the last part and grabbed the fake knife and started to come towards your dad and he was quickly backing up. As you got to him you broke character as everyone laughed.
“Got you!” Angela said as she, Nolan, and Wesely laughed the others were not. They were truly scared.
“I’m sorry, Dad. They promised me extra candy.” You said as you put the knife down and walked over to him as he was catching his breath.
“You did good, Kid.” He said “Your costume and make-up are great.” He said
“Angela helped me with that.” You said
“Shit, you almost gave me a heart attack.” He said and you chuckled.
“I didn’t want to do it at first but hey extra candy.” You said and he chuckled.
“Can’t say no to that.” He said “Alright let’s go get candy.” He said throwing an arm around you bringing you into his side and everyone nodded.
“Alright let’s go!” Jackson said “Nice job by the way.” He added as he passed you.
“Thank you.” You said and Lucy said the same thing and you thanked her. As you headed outside and started your trick or treating you couldn’t help but smile and be thankful that Tim had brought you into his life without him you don’t know where you would be. “Thank you.” You said looking up at your father.
“For what?” He asked as he looked down at you, stopping.
“For taking me, adopting me, calling me yours, and overall being my father.” You said and he smiled.
“It was so worth it and I wouldn’t change it for the world even if you scared the shit out of me.” He said and you chuckled.
“I love you, Dad.” You said
“I love you too, Y/N/N.” He said leaning down and kissing your forehead. “Now go and get your candy.” He said giving you a little push and you chuckled and went to the first house of the night. As he watched you being polite Angela came up to him.
“You raised a great girl.” She said and he looked at her and then looked back at you making you sure you were safe.
“She’s a great girl. She’s changed a lot of our lives, especially mine.” He said
“She changed all of ours. Brought even more happiness into our lives.” Angela said as she watched you go to the next house. She patted his shoulder as she went and met up with the others as you showed them what you got. Tim smiled watching the interaction and even though you did scare the shit out of him he was so happy to have you in his life. He wouldn’t change it for anything.

out of your league - paul x reader
Tumblr media
AN: thank you so much for all of the love and support for fourteen entire parts of this story ! hugs and kisses, xoxo
Nervously biting your lip, you waited for the phone to answer your call. The wrinkled napkin was even more wrinkled and you hoped that the slightly smudged numbers were accurate to the ones that you have digitally imputed.
A man picks up the phone, asking who this person is calling him for.
"Hi. Can I speak to John?" you say, trying to rid your voice of any type of nervousness.
"This is he. Wait.. I know this voice... Let me think, don't say it. I will get it right....Y/N? Right?" he says.
You chuckle and confirm. He asks you how you've been. Fall is starting soon and your schedule was clear enough to give him a phone call.
"So, I'm really glad that you called. I really think I should introduce you to somebody that you will go crazy for." he explains.
"Mhm." you say as he then continues after he hears your acknowledgment.
"I think you both will go crazy for each other actually. Both of your minds seem to be a lot alike. I showed him your work and he found the other work that you have posted, he like went crazy." he says and chuckles as you join in.
"So. Have you been to New York before?" he asks.
"Never." you say almost in shock. That was the very place you would love to go. Art seemed endless there.
"All I need is for you to tell me you would like to visit and a ticket will be in your email inbox before the leaves touch the ground." he says and you take a moment to think.
Paul wasn't there at the moment, making his rounds with Sam.
"Yes, I would love to but-"
"Good! I'll uh.. keep in touch and I'll see you soon." he says, his voice being much lighter since you somewhat accepted such an offer. He saw so much potential and wanted to introduce you into a deeper world.
The line goes dead as you rack your brain of how this conversation could go.
As the fork clinked against the plate, Paul chuckled to himself as he swallowed his food. He finally takes his eyes that were on his plate and directs them to your pupils.
"You must have to either tell me something or you want something."
You playfully roll your eyes, "If I want something, you know what I would do." you tell him. He gives you a look that makes you blush but you quickly recoup yourself before things go too far off track.
"Don't freak out please." you tell him carefully as your held your own fork.
He glanced at the dish that you served him, it was one of his favorites. You barely cooked it because you expressed how tedious it was. He thought you found the lost time.
"I wont freak out if its bad." he decides.
Knowing you're not going to get the promise you wanted, you nod as you just let the words roll off of your tongue.
"I'm going to New York soon."
"When?" he says immediately back.
"Soon, before the fall."
Smiling a bit but no intent of humor, he is a bit taken aback.
"That's... very close." he says.
"I just found out today while you were gone." you say defensively.
He doesn't say much as he furrows his eyebrows and looks back down at his plate. He's thinking.
"What are you thinking about?" you softly ask as you place a touch on his hand.
"Nothing."
"Liar." you say in a hushed tone.
"How long are you going to be gone?" he asks.
You slowly shrug, feeling a bit shameful for not knowing the definite answer. You felt it was a bit childish.
"And you accepted- wait. Who is in New York again?" he then asks.
"The guy who bought my painting." you explain.
"Oh." he drags out as he scrapes the last remainder of food that was on his plate, bringing it to his mouth, saying it as if he pieced the final piece to a puzzle.
"Do you think Sam will let you go?" you ask as you fold a napkin, over creasing it.
"Sure he would. If hell froze over." he answers.
"Plus, you don't know how long you're going to be gone." he says with his hands out.
Looking down, "I don't know, I thought you would think this is a good opportunity for me." you voice out.
"Y/N, it is. There's just no way in hell he's going to let me go miles and miles away from La Push for god knows how long." he says, if you didn't pay attention, you would’ve missed that there was a hint of somberness in his voice.
Getting up from your seat, his head is now in your arms as you hold it against your stomach. "I really wish you could come."
He doesn't say anything for some time but his arm fits snug around your waist. Once you are about to let him go, he surprises you with, "You're going far. I know I can't go. Can you at least ask someone to go with you?"
You intake a breath for a response but he adds in, "I would feel better knowing someone is going with you at least."
"I can see but..." you say giving him a knowing look. Sam admitted to checking up on Emily while doing errands. It was comical to think they would be able to handle being without each other for long.
He laughs a little, "I know."
"The idea of someone being with me doesn't sound bad, you know. You have to promise me to come with me the next time I go back." you tell him.
He leans up as you lean down, "Deal." he agrees. Instead of shaking on it, you both touch lips on it.
Another day came around as you woke up in bed alone. Covers were tucked tight with you, Paul didn't want you to be cold due to your lack of clothing. The weather was starting to show signs of change. The summer wave is blending into an end. You really had to wear a jacket for temperature purposes and not by fashionable choice.
Sliding it on, you closed the front door as you made you way to return the rest of your checked out books to the local library. You brought the almost finished Wuthering Heights, texting Bella since it was a public place.
"I'm at the library. I wanted to give you something."
You weren't a heartless person. It kind of made you feel bad as you read previous missed texts from Bella, asking you if you can talk on the phone or if you were free.
You tried your best to give Paul the stress free mentality of not dealing with her. Knowing the danger that she was constantly around, you were a bit scared of it rubbing off on you.
She immediately texts back. Not hearing from you in a long time, made her not want to miss an interaction with you.
"Okay. I'm omw"
You waited as you looked around. She didn't take long before she pushes open the clear entry door and have her chocolate eyes searching for yours.
What surprised you was the hug that she gave you. She pulls back with a nervous chuckle, "I'm sorry. I haven't heard from you in a while, that's all."
"Yeah." you say bringing a nervous chuckle of your own. You extend the book in her direction as she softly smiles.
Her smile fades as she notices that you haven't finished it. She echoes her observation.
"You haven't finished it."
"I know. I'm going out of town and I don't want to lose it or anything." you explain.
She vocalizes two tisks as she looks back at the returned book, "Y/N, give it back to me when you’ve actually read the entire thing."
"I don't even know when I'm coming back." you say, bringing your shoulders up a bit.
Her eyebrows furrow a bit, "Did you change your mind? Are you leaving for college?"
You shake your head, "The power of art."
She smiles again, "That's good. I'm happy for you."
"At least keep it until I get back." you tell her, trying your best to convince her.
"No way. You might need it for the trip going there. Wait, where are you going?"
You hesitated as you thought of her immortal boyfriend finding out.
"Y/N?" she asks again when she doesn't get an answer, but cautiously.
She didn't have to know the exact city or place. Just the state.
Her eyes grow big, "Wow. That's awesome. I've never been."
"Really?" you ask her as you both walk out of the library.
As much as her mother moved around, you were surprised.
"Yeah." she says as a lock of hair moved with her fingers to rest behind her ear.
As you walk her to her truck, she then says, "I'm sure Paul is going to miss you like crazy."
"Yeah. I shouldn’t be gone for too long.”
You hear her sigh as you watch her open a cab door.
"What's wrong?' you ask.
She takes a moment, before continuing, "Do you think.. Never mind." she says.
"What? What is it?" you press on.
"I mean.. It would be nice if I got to get away like you. I really don't want to spend my birthday here. Then, you’re leaving." she says with gloom as she looks around.
"But, you get to spend it with Edward. Besides, I'm sure it's going to be all work with no fun anyhow." you say, trying to shrug it off.
She doesn't say anything but you could easily tell she wanted to.
She instead decides to sit in her driver seat.
"I can drop you back off if you want me to." she says, noticing you don't have car keys.
"The air feels good today."
"Y/N, get in." she says.
Your heart thuds almost out of your chest at the thought of her finding out where you and Paul lived. Afraid of the information she would tell Edward, you decide to play with flipping the script.
"What were you up to? I don't really feel like going home. Paul is out right now." you say as you close the passenger door.
"Doing chores. Fun, huh." she says with dry humor but her eyes still light up.
"Very." you say and both share a series of chuckles.
"Do you want to come over?" she offers. There was hope in her voice. Bella hasn't really made a genuine friend, let alone a human friend, enough to ever ask this question. It felt good to willingly ask this question to someone.
You nod. It was way better than explaining to Paul on why Bella Swan knows where you both live.
Driving on the highway, you both soak in the comfortable silence. For some reason, you felt like you had to get inside of this chick's head.
Sitting crisscrossed on her soft bed, your eyes wander around her bedroom.
You caught sight of the pictures that hung up, kids that definitely went to her school. A picture of her and her father. "Cool mustache" , you thought to yourself. Bella being hugged tightly by Renee as you could feel her carefree nature just by one glance at the picture. A long haired boy next to her was muddy as blush was painted on Bella's cheeks with the boy's arm slung around her shoulder. Taking an extra glance, you notice that she was muddy in the picture as well. A picture that stuck out like a sore thumb out of all of them, was the one with the Cullen boy. If you hadn't seen him in person with her, you would've thought she cut him out of a magazine and glued him next to her.
"So, that's why you were in Seattle." she says as realization hit as you tell her the full story of how this opportunity came about.
You nod your head as she chuckles, "Edward was trying to take me to something fancy, I convinced him to let me eat there."
"Wow." you say.
You then change the subject, “What was your first impression of Edward?”
“Perfect.” she says with a blush.
“You both met a school?” you ask. She nods.
“What about you?” she ask as she jerks her head a bit.
You shrug as you shyly smile, “I thought he was out of my league to be honest.”
A small laugh comes out of her throat as she says, “No, same. I still wonder how Edward finds me interesting.”
“Come on, it’s easy. You’re a pretty girl with a…Pretty guy to match. I’m sure this isn’t your first rodeo.” You say to not let herself feel low standard.
She gives you a look, “He’s my first boyfriend. Plus, guys didn’t look my way. In places like Arizona and California, I’m just another girl.” she explains.
You raise your eyebrows a bit at this. Understanding the rush, “Paul’s mine as well. I guess we’re experiencing relationships for the first time…together.”
A small smile doesn’t leave her face, “Okay, I’m shocked at you. You’re so easy to get along with.”
You shrug.
"I still haven't forgot that you told me you were going to let me peak into your sketchbook."
"I didn't forget." you say you say sweetly and a muffled knock appears at the door.
"I'll be back." she says as she gets up. Not thinking anything of it, you stretch your legs out in her spot until she gets back. Except, she doesn't come back right away.
You move closer to the cracked bedroom door as you hear voices beneath you. Almost being a pro at eavesdropping, you don't let your footsteps touch the ground hard under you as you sit close.
"They're dangerous, Bella." you hear a male voice, almost sounding like bells chiming.
"Well, Y/N's not. She's human. Like me."
"Who's dating someone dangerous, Bella. Who loses their temper faster than we do." the voice says, in that same bell like voice.
It was entrapping, it made you want to hear him speak a long speech, knowing you would never get bored. It was unnatural.
"Edward, that’s not fair. Plus, you won’t even explain why."
"What wouldn't be fair is if something were to happen to you." he says and silence fills the air.
You brace yourself to move, thinking he must've figured out that you're listening in, but luckily, he continues, "I know you're a selfless person, but Alice has been dying to spend more time with you."
Hearing her frustrated and impatient sigh, "Edward, I like spending time with people who have the same interests as me. Being Barbie Bella is tiring." she says.
"I know. You can just talk to her." he says.
"I have. I seriously don't believe for a second that you think she listens."
Silence then trickles into the air again as you give up, not even letting your position be known. It seemed like as soon as you sat on the bed, Bella came back in.
"Who was that?" you ask her.
"Just Edward. Are you hungry? I went shopping this week." she says as if nothing happened.
Wanting to know if your curiosity serves you right, you nod. Following her down the wooden steps, the perfect male is sitting stiffly in the kitchen chair.
Glancing at Bella, she opens her mouth, "Y/N. Edward. Edward, this is Y/N."
It was as if he tried to figure something out, as you kept your eyes on him. You didn't say anything. It reminded you of the look of concentration that he displayed when you saw him and Bella in Seattle.
"Hello." he says politely, but something in his actions felt like he wanted to say more.
"Goodbye." you say and you turn to Bella, "I should get going."
"You just got here. Please." she says, her eyes screaming for you not to go. Her hand even takes the extra length to be placed on your arm as you try to turn on your heels.
Sighing, you hated being in uncomfortable situations. You definitely didn't sign up to be a third wheel.
"I'll just be in the living room." you tell her. She's pleased with this.
"Cool. I can um.. Start dinner for Charlie then." she says with a small smile.
Giving her a tight smile you drop it as your back is faced towards her. Flopping on the couch, you press the buttons on the remote. Not knowing what to put on, you just let Animal Planet run its course. You didn't have to think.
The narrator finishes up the showing of the son of a lion being kicked out of the pride. The melodramatic music begins as the son has no choice but to leave and wander along the edges of established territories.
"They do it. If there's potential competition." the melodic voice speaks out, you jump a bit as you didn't hear him come in the living room. Out of you peripheral vision, you catch a glimpse of him as he sits stiffly on the other end of the couch.
You could still hear Bella tinkering about in the kitchen.
"I would say cool but.." you say as you impatiently wait for the commercial break to end.
"All it is, is nature." he says back.
You take a quick look at him. You wished you didn't. The amber eyes stared back at you with so much focus, it was uncanny.
You look away. You weren't afraid. It was just unnerving. His gaze was both pierce and intense. You weren’t used to something like this since the first time that you met Paul.
“Your eyes.” you just say as you watch the screen advertise paper towels, in a volume that you know only he could hear. You said it with such obvious clarity. The last commercial smoothly transitioned into the next animal’s day in a life.
“What about them.” he says slowly but steadily.
“They’re a bit..” you say and then smirk but shake your head.
“They’re a bit, what?” he pressed on but still coated with detectable persuasion.
“Unusual.” you say square at him and watch as his lips purse a bit at this. His eyebrows wrinkle a bit.
You then take your eyes back to the television screen. It wasn’t like he was going to do anything with Bella right in the kitchen.
“Is that a bad thing?” he asks with great curiosity as the animal’s day on the screen is paced slow.
“It’s an unusual thing.” you say as your eyes follow the vibrant colors of the safari scenery but to your surprise he chuckles a bit as he coolly says, “Hypothetically, you have something about yourself that’s unusual.”
You go silent as you just shrug him off. He then rises as Bella meets him halfway as she entered the room, her face filled with happiness to see him as she forgets her surroundings.
“Never again.” you sigh internally in your head as you rest your knuckle on your cheek as your arm rests on arm of the sofa. It almost felt more intrusive than Sam and Emily.
“I will leave you both be. Your friend is getting bored.” he says with humor but it was also as if he couldn’t wait to have something pinned on you. The smug smile that he tried to hide wasn’t unnoticeable to you. Bella just looked up to him with longing, but Edward held her close with such delicacy. It looked like a hint of a renaissance painting.
You didn’t expect the look of Edward’s face as he caught your eyes, the smugness slowly died down. It was as if he was reading or watching something in your eyes but you feel very unsettled, casting your glance to just Bella.
Bella then catches your eye and has a sign of remembrance as she then takes a shy hold of your hand as she walks you in the direction of the kitchen.
You felt safe in Bella’s grip but Edward’s eyes burned your skin. He literally watched you the entire way.
“Thank you.” you tell Bella as you politely take a baked treat of hers. She wanted you to try her dinner, but your stomach just couldn’t handle the heaviness of the food due to the lasting effects of Edward. A small desert was passable. It would let you buy time to think of responses if needed be.
She passed your welcomes and you both sit confortably at her table.
“He’s gone and I miss him already.” She says as she chuckles and nervously run a hand through her hair, “Is it like that with you and Paul?”
The fact that she acknowledged Edward’s absence, your tense shoulders dropped as you nod. It was true, you did miss him even at that moment.
Thinking of him, shuddered a wave of confidence through you. You were tired of tiptoeing.
“Do you both have a supernatural connection?” you ask.
She blinks as she looks at you with a wave of shock.
“Bella. It’s okay. I know Edward is not really human.” you carefully say as she still try to peddle through the river of denial.
She stutters out, “How? I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“You are so not leaving me here by myself in this world.” you say to her and it shuts her up.
Her face goes even as she then looks down and then around. She shakes her head a bit as she lets out a small breath, “So, is Paul..?”
You didn’t want to deep dive into his abilities with someone who was dating his opposition.
“Something of that sort. But promise me something please.” you say.
She nods.
“Don’t tell Edward that…I know.” you say.
She nods again but speaks, “He can’t read my mind anyway.”
You make a gesture of not knowing what she’s talking about. She makes it crystal clear. You then wondered, what did he see in your mind? It shouldn’t have been too much since you spoke out to him directly, but you just didn’t know for sure yet.
“Lucky you.” you say as she lightens her mood, feeling relaxed and at ease again.
“I feel like it’s good that we’ve met. I mean it’s nice to know someone who’s like me, a human, who just knows what it’s like to keep secrets. Especially, about stuff like this.” she says with great relief.
You give her a smile as she has her feel of gratefulness.
Her hand stayed on the steering wheel as she looked over to you. Not only did common interests overlap with one another, she liked having you around a lot. You felt bad about the idea of completely cutting her off.
“Text me.” she says as you push open her truck door.
“Okay.” you say back as your feet touched the pavement of the beach parking lot.
Sitting on the rocks, your mind wandered free as dusk began to settle in. You call Paul but there’s no answer. He’s still not home by the time you walk back.
You felt a sense of lonesome, the shower that you took didn’t soothe you. Stealing Paul’s pillow, you clutch it close to you as his faint smell of him dance in your nostrils.
It was very dark but there a luminary light that pushed your footsteps forward. Walking towards it, you felt a strong hand try to pull you back but one hand started to multiply. Soon, hands were trying their best to keep you from going into the light that you were walking in.
You woke up with such urgency, you almost didn’t notice Paul smushed into you. Sighing in relief and tracing your hand on his cheek, he stirs in his sleep. As you let your mind play a supercut of your dream, Paul’s eyes slowly but tiredly blinks open as he catches a glimpse of your unsettled demeanor.
Reaching to kiss your jawline, he makes sure that you’re okay.
You nit pick at the breakfast in front of you. Paul watched your movements without saying anything.
“I think I’m going to stay back.” you say to the silent air.
“What?” he says, as if you were crazy. You don’t say anything as you watch your breakfast instead of eating it.
“Look, you don’t have to take someone with you I was just-“ he starts, but you didn't like the way that his eyes showed how he blamed himself, you cut him off.
“It’s not about that. I don’t know. I just feel like….” you say but sigh out as your shoulders hunch a bit.
“What is it?”
“I really want you to be the one to come with me.” you just quietly say.
He takes your hand. “Believe me, I feel the same.” he says.
Your mind goes to thinking again. You really want to tell Paul that Edward has an ability. It scratches at your brain. You wondered if this was something that he knew. But, the millions of questions would come and he’s been trusting you more. If he found out that you were around Edward to know, things would go back to square one.
“I'm so fucking tired.” he comments. You look up and see that he’s telling the truth. The bags under his eyes show proof of his claim.
The hand that he still had in his, rose to up and your lips place a kiss on the back of his.
"Can we trade places?" you say to make him feel a bit better.
"No way. Let your passion be the only thing that stresses you out." he says seriously. He rises as he announces his departure. Crushing you close to him, you gladly drink him in to the point where he had to be the one to unwillingly pull away.
Sitting at the kitchen table, you doodled in your pad to blow off the thoughts in your head. Barely paying attention to the direction of your strokes. It wasn't until you reached for your eraser, is when you look at the small picture that you drew.
The eyes were very familiar and striking. You tear out the page as you crumble it tight and toss it in the trash. All it did was bring out the memories of what those eyes held. A certain face floated in your head so you tried your best to distract yourself.
Calling Emily, you find out that she’s home. You smile at this. Your smile fades when she then drops, "Kim is here."
Retracting your interest, "Okay, well, I guess I will talk to you later."
Hanging up with her, you figure fresh, cool air should help you take your mind off of things.
You walk outside, the wind blowing as you take your time with your steps. Headphones were snug on your ears as you listened closely to the lyrics. The song, you and Paul’s song, came on and soothed you. You both came a long way since then. Your mind travels as you sit on the cliffs.
As you let the piece of charcoal glide in your small booklet, a quote stuck out to you.
“Hypothetically, you have something about yourself that’s unusual.”
Whatever that means. But what did it mean? Was it just a get back for your comment? The color was unusual. But most of all, you felt frustrated that all you wanted to do was clear your head but your mind kept going back to your interaction with Edward Cullen.
You scribbled frustratedly on the page, cursing for him taking up the space in your mind. It started to slowly turn into bitterness. Even his smug demeanor that he displayed the previous day was even on loop. As badly as you wanted to shake him off, you just couldn’t.
Sliding your headphones off while they were leaking with music, you let out a deep sigh. You definitely weren’t going to stay here and miss out on leaving town.
“Can you please at least come for dinner? I haven’t seen you in so long :( “
You read Emily’s text as you made your way down the cliffs. You were there for a while. Not responding, you just walk to her home.
Opening the door, the aroma of the supper that she cooked, smacked right into you.
Her body soon followed as she hugged you tight. “It’s been so long!” she gushes, happy to see you. Hugging her back, you squeeze her to let her know that you missed her as well.
Sam says hello to you as you touch his shoulder in passing. Moving into the living room, you find Paul sitting on the same sofa as Jared.
Wrapping yourself up with Paul, Jared jokes how a hello to him would be nice.
“Sorry.” you replied with nervous laughter. You didn’t get a chance to talk much after, Paul’s finger guides your face to his as he gets a taste of you.
“The bedroom is that way.” you hear an unpleasant voice suddenly say.
Ignoring it, you didn't even notice Jared telling her silently to stop.
You rise as you take Paul’s hand with you to sit at the eating table next to you.
Thank goodness the conversation was light but you were still silent, besides laughing at Paul’s humorous remarks that he would throw out.
You stood at the sink as laughter was floating out of the living room. Taking the dish out of the soapy water, you began to scrub with a sponge as the headphones softly sang songs in your ears.
With the dishes done, you go into the living room to join everyone.
Your phone drops out of your pocket as you move to sit next to Paul.
Kim moves to pick it up, she steals a discreet look at the notification that came across your screen. This action goes unnoticed as she stretched her phone out to you.
As much as didn’t want to, you mutter out a thanks. Paul moves your body to plop you onto his lap.
“Congratulations, by the way. Paul told us about your upcoming trip.” Jared tells you with a supportive smile. You gladly tell him thanks.
“What trip?” Kim asks. You say nothing as Sam just says, “She’s been a graced a wonderful opportunity.”
“How come no one’s told me?” she questions but the looks that went her way let her know that she couldn’t have been serious.
“Because we didn’t.” Paul impatiently says to get to her to be quiet so he can focus back on the television.
She scoffs a bit as she says, “I’m sure she told Bella Swan all about it.”
“Are you serious right now?” Jared asks her. You felt a bit bad that he was feeling irritated. Noticing the slight change in his normal vibrant self, he seemed defeated and had no ounce of optimism left.
“I am. She drops me for some vampire lover. I’m offended.” she explains.
“Kim, if you’re not going to control yourself, you have to go. We’re choosing peace tonight.” Sam tells her.
Kim sits back with her arms folded like an immature child as the only thing that was left to be heard in the room was the action on the television.
You volunteer to fill the popcorn bowl to escape the tension. You missed being over here a lot and you tried your best to not let a certain someone ruin it for you.
You check your notifications and it was a proposition from Bella.
“My birthday is in a few days and was wondering if it could be just us if you’re still here. I don’t want to do anything over the top.”
You type back, seeing indeed that the month of September had arrived.
“I honestly would have to let you know.”
The microwave beeped as you pulled the hot bag out and carefully rip it open. You shuffle out the contents into the bowl and hold it as you make your way back into the living room.
You hand Emily the bowl as you let yourself fall gracefully onto Paul’s lap.
Paul’s hand had a mind of their own as the darkness hid him circling your belly. Leaning back further on him, you thought nothing of it.
His hips did one smooth shift as your body rolled with him, an electrifying feeling, shot through you.
It was a bold move as his hand never leave the spot he had it placed but you sit up a bit, still feeling him beneath you.
You catch a peak at his face when he stares back at you with audaciously.
“I think we’re going to head out. Paul could barely keep his eyes open.” you say as you watch his face slowly turns into a smirk.
“Aw? Already?” Emily asks crestfallen.
You “help” him up with your hand as he rises from his spot.
“You know the time for tomorrow, right?” Sam asks Paul.
Paul stretches his limbs out as he nods.
It was your turn to stretch the limbs of your arms. Your hands were filled with the wrinkled sheets that were tight under your grip.
Paul’s hands caressed the skin of your back as your body rocked back and forth on his sleek stiffness. It scraped deliciously in your insides as your breathe out as name. His grunts were heavy as he then whispered out, “Shittt.”
He pulls back and emptied himself on the sheets as his hand couldn’t catch all of himself.
As you fit a clean sheet on the bed, you speak out with mellowness, “We shouldn’t do it raw anymore.”
He takes a glance at you as he speaks back, “Why? You don’t like how it feels?”
A heated feeling in your cheeks scorched as you smooth out the side that you tucked, “N-no. I mean, I do.”
“Then what’s wrong?” he chuckles a bit as he tosses a pillow onto the bed.
“You almost came in me.” you tell him in a small voice, you both have been intimate many times but talking about sex with him still brought shy, fluttery feelings.
“I always pull out in time.” he says with confidence.
“It only takes one time. And you didn’t …One time.” you say as you remembered the time when you woke up to both of you still intertwined. You’ve never felt so amalgamated with him. As vice as it seemed, it felt so good.
“I can smell when you’re ovulating.” he says casually and lays back on his side of the bed, looking to you to join him.
“I just don’t.. Want any mistakes.” you tell him cautiously as you cover yourself with the large cover.
“Do you want any mistakes, someday?” He asks as he pulls you to snuggle against his warmth.
“I don’t know. At least, not now.” you tell him with gentle shrug. You then look to him to watch his face, which was full of contentment. “What about you?” you ask him.
“To be honest, yeah.” he says and you feel trapped in his gaze as the honest truth shone through. He then reached over to turn the lamp off.
Early the next morning, you decided to take it easy by staying in. It was raining hard and the wet leaves stuck to the sidewalk and the streets.
It’s been a while since you’ve used your good paint and just went to work on a wooden canvas that you forgot you had. Halfway through making the inchoate, rainy, autumn scenery, you’ve decided to give this as a gift to Bella.
After you spread clear varnish onto your work, you decided to check your email.
A subject message stops you dead in your tracks.
The name alone stopped you in your tracks.
ALICE CULLEN
SURPRISE PARTY INVITE !
Not even clicking on it, you scroll. There was just no way you were going that deep.
Clicking on another inbox message, John had sent your ticket. You check the dates and see that you’re going to be gone for an entire week. You’ve also seen that you were leaving two days after Bella’s birthday. Sitting back with your arms crossed, you look at her gift.

Tease Tidbit Tuesday 🔥
tagged by the wonderful @spotsandsocks and @bidisasterevankinard 💕
This is from something new I've been working on (a new wip? unheard of!) where Buck and Eddie get trapped together on a call in very close proximity, which is difficult for Eddie being so hopelessly in love with Buck.
Eddie closed his eyes with a deep sigh and just nodded. He couldn't really deny it, there really were only a few positions that were going to work, and having Buck perched in his lap was looking like the easiest for now.
Buck managed to get one knee down first, the inside of his thigh against the outside of Eddie's turnouts, followed by the other. As much as less gear would make this exponentially more comfortable, Eddie had never been more glad for the bulky uniform.
"If I'm too heavy I'll move," he said, letting his weight come down slowly.
Eddie shook his head.
"You're fine."
Buck sighed and relaxed a little into him, putting one hand on the wall behind Eddie's head and looking around in the space again. Eddie did the same, his mind trying to come up with a myriad of other positions that wouldn't wind up with Buck in his lap, the only one he could think of still involved one of them draping their legs over the other.
He looked down at the way Buck's legs were spread open, it couldn't have been comfortable on his knees or otherwise, especially since Eddie could tell he was holding some of his weight back to save Eddie taking the full brunt of him.
Little did he know that Eddie had often thought about taking all of him, thick and heavy and rough and all the things he'd never let himself want before.
He scolded him for the thoughts that crossed his mind. He shouldn't be thinking about Buck like that, not now, not under the circumstances. It was inappropriate, they were friends, and friends weren't supposed to imagine these kinds of things about one another when they were forced to straddle each other while waiting to be rescued.
"Your thighs are going to ache sitting like that," Eddie grumbled.
"My thighs can handle this position for a while, I'll be fine," he said, and why, why did he have to be so damned Buck?
"Of course they can," Eddie said under his breath and shaking his head, making Buck smirk back at him.

Tumblr media
Hi everynyan,
Some of you will remember that I was taking names/addresses to send out free stickers in September. I am almost done sending them out now, so here's a quick update on that.
The Good!
I like this a lot! It's fun to do. For reference, I'm printing, laminating, and cutting these myself at home, so I'm learning a lot about my machine. I like being in charge of the quality control, I like doing the logistic work. Idk. It's fulfilling to me.
It's also really delightful to see names on the list who I've known of for a long time. Old and new faces, people all over the world, I love seeing people adopt a catgirl. :3 And for free! I'm by no means making a lot, but being able to provide something fun and physical to the people who enjoy my art for free is just! Wow!
The Bad!
Everything that could have gone wrong during this process did, which is why they're going out so late. The at-home manufacturing process was relatively simple but the materials kept being funky, or I'd do something wrong, so I'd have to toss something that I'd completely fucked up, OR I'd just miscount how much stuff material I had left. It's been a pain in the butt, so I'm glad it's done and that I've learned so much from it. I ALMOST FORGOT, I DESTROYED ONE CUTTING MAT MAKING THAT ROGER STANDEE FOR MY WEDDING LOL SO I HAD TO SPEND TIME CONDITIONING THE NEW CUTTING MAT! UGH!
There's also: the money. I know it's gauche to talk about it, but doing this was pretty expensive. I live in Canada now, and most of the letters were going out of Canada, so that postage added up. Materials cost, time, it's a pretty good chunk of change, but I didn't go broke so I want to do it again.
The Other?
I definitely want (and plan) to do this again very soon. I'm talking within this month. I'm making Christmas cards! I've already set money aside for this so it's all good, and it involves less at-home manufacturing since I can just reach out to a local print shop.
I know some people were wary of the google form, but I can't really find a better alternative at this time. MailChimp has had at least one major information leak in 2024 alone, so I am not sure where else to turn for collecting addresses at this time. I had a few people who did not give me towns/zip codes, and the street address would have three or four towns in that state alone with that address. Since I didn't collect e-mail addresses, I didn't have any way to reach out to entrants about this. If you don't see your sticker in the next few weeks, this might be why! I also plan on adding a checkbox just to confirm that the person requesting the sticker is over 18, NOT because I plan on sending anything saucy, but I know what it's like to be a teen with parents who open you mail, an I don't want to cause problems for anyone because Mom and Dad think fairies are satanic or something.
Most people I've talked to about all of this have really emphasized that I need to reopen my Patreon. I'm not saying anybody is wrong on this, but it just makes me feel so uncomfortable. I think anyone who's followed me for a while has seen me try and fail to do art full time or, hell, even have a schedule for something, and I've failed every time. I'm so scared of failing people again. How can I ensure that I'm producing things on time, to a standard I am happy with, that anyone willing to support me (in this economy?) would also be happy with? It will probably happen, but I'm just so... Plus, with all honesty, I have a commission backlog that I need to finish first! I'm bad at the business part of this whole thing, I think. I'm a blue-collar labourer in my heart.
That's my update! I wish you all well, please stay safe and take care of yourself and those around you. I'll post again when I'm collecting addresses for the Christmas cards.

The daggers
Summary
A dagger can be sharp, so let's not talk about two daggers... but despite its sharpness, it can sometimes be the tangible proof of an unbreakable bond.
Mobius kept Loki's daggers. He carries them with him at all times, and locks them up in the evening after taking care of them. The only physical evidence of Loki's presence in his life.
But the daggers are also a daily reminder of the gaping hole the god's absence has dug in Mobius' heart.
For @rin-love-is-green
For the @lokiusbang Story based on @rin-love-is-green prompt and beautiful drawings you'll see through the story on Ao3 ann on her tumblr Beta'ed by Sabine

The rapid tapping of keys echoed through the dimly lit open office of the T.V.A. as Mobius hunched over his desk, his eyes glued to the glowing screen. He was putting the finishing touches on the mission report he and his team had just completed.
Another timeline repaired, and he felt a sense of satisfaction that the T.V.A., once on the verge of collapse, was coming back to life, giving meaning to the lives connected to its intricate network of timelines. Each mission accomplished was a small patch on the immense wound left by the revelation of all the lives the T.V.A. had previously cut short. All the lies.
"Hey, Mobius!"
Casey's voice snapped him out of his thoughts, the agent always bright and cheerful now. He was standing by Mobius's desk, a broad smile on his face as he continued, "It's good to see the T.V.A. up and running again. I'm glad to be more involved in missions now, while I'm still here of course, I'm not cut out for field operations, I'll leave that to you guys. But I'm happy to be a force you can count on."
Mobius gave him a small smile in return.
"Yes, things are looking up. Who would have thought that the T.V.A. debacle would reveal the hidden talents of some of our team members, hm?"
Mobius winked at him before adding, "People we'd barely noticed before. Make no mistake, you're a force we know we can count on, Casey."
Casey smiled happily.
"Well, I have to go, good night Mobius, see you tomorrow."
"See you tomorrow, Casey."
Casey walked away under Mobius' amused gaze and disappeared down the hallway with a final wave of his hand.
Before Mobius could resume his work, O.B. appeared, a whirlwind of ideas and excitement, and as always, Mobius could only listen.
"Mobius! You've got to come see me tomorrow. I have a concept for a new device that could..."
"A new concept?"
Mobius raised an eyebrow and O.B. nodded quickly, "Oh, it's revolutionary! You'll understand when you see it, but it's about adding a principle of..."
"O.B. Mobius doesn't have time to listen to this!"
It was Casey who had returned, and Mobius watched their interaction with an interested and amused eye.
"But what if it's vital to what happens next!"
"Yes, I know, but he doesn't have time now."
"But..."
"I have time now, so why don't you come and explain it to me."
"But I..."
"Over a meal in the cafeteria."
"Casey..."
"I'm sure you skipped lunch again."
O.B., seeing that he wouldn't have the last word, sighed.
"All right..."
"Come on, let's go."
Casey and O.B. said together, "Bye Mobius!" and then left the open office. As they walked away, Mobius heard their conversation fade away.
"So O.B. tell me about this new concept?"
"Well, you know, Casey, I was just thinking..."
Mobius realized how much things had changed around here. His two friends and colleagues had grown closer and Mobius wondered just how close, a strange knot forming in his stomach. What was behind their camaraderie? Was it just friendship or something deeper, something unfolding like the mysterious timelines they so often crossed?
Like what he had with... what he could have had with...

"Okay, Manfred," Abigail said patiently, holding up an old learning primer. "Let's try this again. 'Papa.'"
The skeleton hissed and dropped his jaw in what Rook had come to learn was his version of a smile. Abigail sighed.
"Papa," she insisted, lowering the book. "Come on, Manfred, at least give me a 'puh' sound. Emmrich will be so delighted to hear you call him papa!"
"Magic!"
"Magic practice later, Manfred! Right now, I need you to say 'papa.'"
Manfred gave a disappointed hiss and clacked his teeth.
"The stupid creature isn't going to call him 'papa,'" a snide, irritated voice called from across the room. "As if Volkarin weren't ridiculous enough with that construct, now you'll have it chasing him around like a duckling calling him Father."
"Shut up, Hezenkoss," Abigail muttered at the glowing skull. "Or I'll put the cloth over you again. You can go night-night like a cute little canary."
"I am NOT a cute little canary!" Johanna screeched, the skull clattering slightly on its pedestal. Abigail rolled her eyes and mouthed mockingly along with her while Manfred clapped his hands over a garbled giggle. "I am a scientist!"
"Yes, yes…"
"Disrespectful whelp!"
"If you don't have anything useful to say, then kindly shut your yap," Abigail requested with a prim sniff. She straightened her floppy bowtie and turned her attention back to Manfred. "Once again, sweetling. 'Papa.'"
"Lunch!"
"Manfred!"
Johanna groaned long, loud, and resonating. "Construct!" she shrieked. "Say 'Papa' or I will self-immolate and take this entire room and everything and everyone in it down with me!"
"Bad!”
"Very good, Manfred." Abigail gave him an encouraging pat.
At this moment, Emmrich bustled through the door, arms laden with books and sheaves of parchment, cheerfully murmuring to himself about Fade resonance and magical feedback loops. Abigail took advantage of his distraction to hurl the learning primer across the room and out of sight. She held a finger to her lips and Manfred covered his mouth with both hands.
"Ah! Abigail!" Emmrich smiled when he noticed them sitting at the table. "And Manfred, what are we learning today?"
"Lunch!"
"Stupendous!"
Abigail sighed again, fondly this time, as her partner unloaded his burden on top of his desk. Manfred skittered to his side to assist.
"I'm glad you're here, my dearest," Emmrich said, sorting through pages of neat, faded scrawl and precise geometric diagrams. He turned, leaning against his desk with one ankle crossed over the other and smiled at her. "Manfred and I have been working on a little surprise for you. Manfred?"
Jeweled eyes rotated one way and then the other. Manfred turned back to Abigail, crossed the room and threw his bony arms around her middle, resting his head on her bosom.
"Mummy!" he hissed happily.
Abigail's jaw fell open, eyebrows bent upward. Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes and she gave a wet, joyful laugh, hugging him back. "Oh, Manfred…" she murmured, resting her cheek on top of his smooth skull.
Emmrich watched them with damp, smiling eyes. Johanna retched in the corner and was ignored.
"We've been practicing a surprise for you, too," admitted Abigail, brushing a finger under her eyes. "Go on, Manfred, give it a try."
The skeleton gave another joyful hiss and took Rook's hand, towing her behind him across the room, where he took Emmrich's hand. The Mortalitasi looked down at him in expectant amusement. Abigail tucked herself against his side, Emmrich's arm circling her waist by reflex. Manfred squeezed their hands in his.
"Papa!" He garbled. "Mummy and Papa!"
Emmrich laughed with delight and surprise, pulling his skeletal son into a hug with his partner. Abigail kissed both their cheeks.
"Excellent job, Manfred!" She said, exultant and proud. "Very good."
"BLECH!" Shrieked Johanna.

I cannot wait to see more this au because I swear I am gobbling it up so hard rn
Can you leave us a few tidbits about this au owo?
i’m glad y’all are excited about it bc i am brainrotting SO HARD over these jokesters rhrhhhh
tidbits! absolutely i'll give you tidbits!!!
to set things straight! the Moon takes the role of the Doctor and the Sun takes the place of the Master. and Y/N is the Moon's companion of course.
Y/N ran into Moon while he was investigating some mystery (still figuring it out it’ll be really cool i prommy) and got tangled up in the danger. as seen in the initial post, Moon abruptly wraps a small blue ribbon with a little brass bell on their wrist, saying it’s “to be safe,” whatever that means. Y/N asks and while Moon does later elaborate (again, i’ll let y’all know that reason when i hammer out the mystery) there is something he leaves out in his explanation. he encourages Y/N to keep it afterwards, for extra safety, so they just end up wearing it permanently.
Y/N is a classic ‘nobody’ character. in their twenties, living alone, somewhat distant from their family, previously working a crappy job… they were in the perfect position to join Moon on his travelling.
the little necklace/collar things around Moon (and Sun)'s neck is a cloaking device! it's for if he goes into a time where cyborgs and animatronics aren't accepted as living beings; it conceals his non-organic-ness so no one notices (yes, this applies to Y/N at the start. they did Not know he wasn't human when they first met. and Moon would not have told them if his cover wasn't forcibly blown). it's kinda like the perception filter in that it doesn't project anything to cover him up, just encourages the mind to ignore anything about him that would cause trouble. and there is a reason that Moon's has a sun on it and Sun's has a moon on it. :)
finally, in the beginning of the au Moon has no idea Sun is alive. he is conflicted about it but mostly very very sad. doesn’t tell Y/N a peep about it though. internalizing! *throws confetti* something he and Sun have had in common.

I haven't watched more than like, 8 episodes of once piece, but i just want to say that i'm loving your live(?) blogging of the episodes as you go. especially all the sanji x luffy, it's all very cute in general but also how excited you get about it is fantastic.
that's all! i just love seeing people passionately enjoy things.
AAGFGHGHF THANK YOU OMG........I feel like I've been REALLY annoying talking about Sanlu nonstop but I'm glad at least somebody is enjoying it lmao. But if there's one place where I SHOULD have no filter and feel free to talk about my ships constantly, it should be my own blog right. LOL

#so i did meet my old friend from years ago yesterday. i was sooooo nervous omgggg. and i was waiting outside the café we agreed on#and then saw them walk in and i was like omgggg. the anxiety... but then i gathered courage and walked towards it and thry saw me thru the#window and came out and immediately hugged me. then they were like 'omg i've been so nervous. even more than before like a date!!'#so that made me relax a bit. i feel like i dont really fully estimate what i mean to them. maybe they care about me as well haha !!#then we just got our stuff and i chose a smoothie and was ready to pay but they just got it with their stuff (they work at this chain so#they got a discount). i feel so so bad & anxious when someone else pays for me. like i feel like a burden#but i asked twice if i should send them money for it and they were like no that's fine. so i had to tell myself to just shut up abt it 🥲#bc if u keep asking u make it into a thing and make them uncomfortable etc. so i really appreciated that and it was nice even if i felt bad#but yeah then we just sat down and talked. and it was so much easier to talk to them than i had been worried abt#like it flew nicely and yeah.. i feel like i forgot a lot abt them. like they're good at conversating. so they kept it going & even if i was#awkward it was fine for them. i did however get swept up in my own anxiety so as they asked me questions i answered#but then was too whirlwindy so i didnt really ask as much back and there were things i wanted to ask but didnt :')))#then they had cards and a card game with them. so we played for a bit too. and it was a lot of fun!!! (i was anxious and kinda slow lmao#bc when i dont know smth or the rules etc already my brain stops working so yeah.. even if it was simple games i was like um um what do i do#felt stupid but yeah again they didnt do anyhing to contribute to me feeling stupid but i still felt slow >.<#but i still thought that was so much fun. i wanna do more of that T-T like yeah...that was nice#then we took a lil longer walk to a bus stop before hastily said goodbye bc the busses came T-T#it was really really really nice tho. i have missed them a lot#and i didnt .. think we would ever see eachother again. i really didnt think this could happen#im so glad i somehow got brave enough to message them and im so so glad they wanted to see me too#i cant help but wish i could go back to when we were younger#and we spent every day in school together and messaged during the days and evenings and spent sm time together#when we went into the city like several times a week and took long walks. ahh... well. im glad we got to have those moments#& idk what will happen now. i really really want to see them again. even if we'll never be that close friends again i'd *wish* that we could#still be in touch. but im so bad at replying which doesnt go over great with them.. i'll try my best to reply quicker to them#*if* they message me. sadly i cant erase my avpd but i'll try my best to reply faster if and when they message)#they also complimented my sweater i was wearing (which is my fav sweater) !!!! and yeah.. they looked so cool. which they always have#and i kept thinking abt how nice their eye makeup was (i was too shy to compliment it tho bc im really bad at like 'nice' affectionate and#anything feeling related. like im so bad... so i couldnt say anything </3)#ugh it was just so nice to sit and talk with them. im so glad i went despite my fears. bc this was so good and nice :')))

/ I've noticed that at this point I'm not even writing on any blog anymore, I just come and yell about some blorbo and leave. Rinse and repeat my lieges
#;ooc#ooc#me: -sleeps-#also me: -SUDDENLY JOLTS BACK AWAKE- I haven't expressed my love for x in some time#/usually i would feel pretty guilty about this! but lately i've been zoning out in the sense of just vibing#/im not dropping writting; im just doing something else ! when i feel the inspiration i'll drop by#would like that to come soon; i do miss writting hehe#the power a blorbo can have on a person can be a very profound and moving energy truly-#recently one of my 8376733 m.octezuma fanarts got reblobbed from some artists from aaaall across to japan and#it made me feel so giddy like!!!! no way you also like this one character that isnt even on the game!?#i haven't seen other artists being obsessed over him! he's kind of forgotten in the lb cast; it was so fun reblobbing each other's posts!#we may have a language barrier but we all love m.octe and i find that to be a lil heartwarming moment#it made me thonk;; there are so many ways to bond with people; of connecting in general#even without speaking to someone directly; there is a bond there#like i knew this existed; but experiencing it again makes u go like waow! im not alone ! not in at least one (1) way!#that there are other people out there in this big big world that would enthusiastically talk to you about the same fictional character you-#like; with a lot of love and interest#i've seen people making their own t.ezca and d.aybit plushies and putting them in cute lil clothes#or people posting about museums they got interested on visiting bc they've done a collab with f.go#its all very cute to me#its like the same energy i saw from this tktk where two girls randomly met on the street#and saw that they both had the same ita bag and they got all happy and started laughing together#or that time i was selling my stickers and someone came in and said how glad they were to find h.ypmic stuff!#if hy.pmic is quite niche nowadays; its even more from where i live!#or how excited i get if i meet someone who also plays id.v#its all a cycle of fangirling; pure joy; connections are so important!#important to know that whatever you are facing; that no matter how 'weird' you think you might be; there are a lot of people out there that#are like you and me; and its also why i like roleplaying#its like we all pull our blorbos and talk about them and get excited about it all like dolls#the sweet thing about rping is precisely the part where u connect with others

One day I'm going to finish my FFXVI mega essay, but for now I think my thoughts on the game can be summarized like this:
When making FFXVI, the developers sure knew what they wanted to do, and by god were they going to do it.
Were they also going to do other things that would make those first thing better? Were they going to do other things that make a good game overall? Ehhhhh...they were going to do what they wanted to do, and invest all their time and effort into that, so surely that would be enough! Surely!
#i saw someone call FFXVI the most disappointing 8/10 game they'd ever played#and i agree 100%#it started off SO STRONG#and then. and then!!!#ffxvi#my overall rating is in fact an 8 out of 10. maybe 8.5. definitely not a 9#i enjoyed many parts of it but by god were the lows low#some of the highs were very high too! i don't regret buying or playing the game! i'm glad i did#but yeah most disappointing 8/10 i ever played is an apt description#my opinion might be slightly impacted by my uh. mental state at the time#2023 was not a good year for me. for several months ffxvi was the only thing i had to look forward to in life#and that's really sad but that was just the place i was in. life was absolutely miserable#i played the demo and was over the moon. good things were coming! it was way better than i anticipated!#then i played the game and while i enjoyed a lot of it a lot was just tedious in a bad way#so many repeated plotlines and so much whacking you over the head with the points they wanted to make#like come on guys i am not an idiot do you really need to tell me this exact thing 18 different times#and have me go out of my way to get. reward which is just a slightly different flavor of that same thing 18 times#that's what i mean by them doing a few things very well. by god were they going to do them. and only them#graphics? beautiful. i had to stop at several points bc i was stunned by the quality.#but after you've seen a few forests and some fallen ruins it gets boring when that's it. the world was just so small and empty#yes i do support the rise up against your oppressor plotlines because that is a good thing to do but that was like. 90% of the story#(including sidequests) and it just kind of got old. why did i just spend 3 hours straight doing sidequests that gave me nothing new#made some of the sidequests feel pointless. especially because the rewards in this game sucked#uh oh i'm getting too negative so i'll end it here#ffxvi was a good game but it is not one of my faves. glad i played it but idk when i'll play it again.#erurandomness
