similar tentacles to what grabbed N and Uzi at the end of episode 7 so it could be a follow up or planets core collapsing.

Cynessa/Solver is winking here probably to taunt them.

Uzi is shocked at something? She’s at cabin fevers similar to ep 6 or it could be the colony as a dream sequence. (I’m gonna say that for basically every Uzi shot).

Same gravity lose to what happened in ep 7 in Noris closet so we either get to revisit the colony, ir dream sequence, or it’s just one of those shots that don’t appear in the actual episode.

J aiming. She could be aiming at Cynessa or it could be the Thad, Lizzy, Khan, J fight. Either or.

more core collapsing like in shot one. Again might just be one of those shots that don’t appear in the episode.

Uzi falling like a meteor. This could be after she finds herself in space with the gravity acting weird, or after waking up.

Uzi aiming her gun with her tail (looks rad as hell). This means she’s met up with Thad, Lizzy, Khan, and J at the very least to get her gun back and is fight Cyn.

Cynessa fight in either the labs or the colony. Probably in the Uzi dream sequence.

J aiming at something again. Could be Lizzy, Thad, and Khan. or Cyncessa. I think it’s the former bc of the gun.

Solver sythe. It could be from Cynessa or from Uzi getting possessed again.

Cynessa teleporting probably to fight someone.

Cynessa dodging. It’s probably J or N because Uzi’s rail gun shots more like a laser. It could be a one on one fight or the final fight with the whole group.

N turning around to look at something. I think it’s him getting found by Lizzy, Thad, Khan, and J and he’s still outside the church processing.

Uzi getting cornered by either Cynessa or that weird hand thing in ep 2. So I think Uzi might be reliving everything she went through as a dream or something by Cynessa to mess with her.

N is outside with both his hands as swords planning to hit something but becomes shocked. Maybe Cynessa did something?? Either Cynessa did something like put Uzi in front of her or Uzi got possessed again.

Cynessa jumping at Uzi. The scene is a similar place to N’s flashback in ep 7. And Uzi is his admin and blocked Cynessa from taking control. Say it with me folks, DREAM SEQUENCE- the place the dream is currently at could chance throughout the fight.

Khan laughing at something? He probably got a hit on either J or Cynessa.

People being mean about pommes relationship with bbh is so fucked!!!

It bothered me that people didn't care as much about her BEFORE she started hanging out with BBH.

It's bizarre to me!

The value of eggs for some reason in this Fandom was weirdly adjusted by exposure and time spent with BBH. Which is the most frustrating thing in my personal opinion.

They are all important and were important before they did or didn't hang out with BBH.

Even lullah only started getting more praise after she started showing up later in the evenings to hang out. This Fandom was mean to her over and over.

Outright saw someone GLAD she was gone. Called her a "cop out player bait" character. She got so much backlash for having arguments or disagreeing. Her, Pomme, Leo, Em and Sunny all played very complex characters who didn't fit the mold perfectly on how little girls should act and this Fandom hated them all differently for it.

Actual insane behavior.

This is entirely Fandom neg here lmao. Image an annoyance shaking their head at the tags frequently. Yall don't know how to behave sometimes. I'm not asking you all to like every single character ever and like everything that they do. "Someone. I wasn't sure who."

The crew was silent, deep in their thoughts. A sudden realization clicked in Hyunjin's mind. "You were the one to report it, so I doubt it's you. I was with Pink all day. We were looking at cams, and I'm pretty sure Orange was in nav and weapons for a while, I also highly doubt she would kill Purple. It could be Black but...... I'm getting a weird feeling that it's Peach." She pointed over to Jiwoo, who looked shocked.

Sooyoung looked over to Hyejoo. Hyunjin had an alibi for everyone, except for Hyejoo and Jiwoo. She couldn't expose her though, they had already lost Jinsoul.

But that would mean she would have to say it was Jiwoo.

"Burgundy, what do you think? Did you see Peach near admin?"

She didn't - but she knew she had to say yes. Hyejoo was watching her like a hawk. Jinsoul (may she rest in peace) probably was too. She had to lie, she had to say it was Jiwoo.

Sooyoung looked over to the peach crewmate. She looked like a lost puppy in the cold. "Burgundy..... Y-You.... You know it isn't me, right? I- I was in the cafeteria, I, I know I wasn't doing tasks but I just, I-I....." She wasn't going to do this. She wasn't going to expose another imposter. "Sooyoung..... please...."

She took a deep breath. "It's Black."

"What?!?" Hyejoo yelled.

"It's Black. I saw her vent the other day but I didn't say anything because I knew she would kill me."

"Sooyoung, you snitch!-"

Yeojin slammed her hand on the table. "Hell yeah, Black was sus, it's about time she gets ejected!"

Sooyoung took one last look at the other imposter. "Do it."

There was one imposter left. Yeojin and Hyunjin stood in security together, discussing who it could be.

"Personally, I think it could still be Peach." Hyunjin looked confused. "Think about it! Burgundy said it was Black, but never said it couldn't be Peach!"

"That's true..." The yellow crewmate looked down thoughtfully. "But do you really think Peach would kill someone?"

"She seems a bit too sane to be a crewmate - a little bit too insane at the same time too. Hold on that doesn't make sense- anyways, what I'm trying to say is, maybe Peach is a psychopath." The youngest member shrugged, spinning around in her chair.

"I'm not a psychopath!" Peach stood in the doorway.

Hyunjin jumped and Yeojin fell out of her chair.

The lights shut off and sirens started blaring. Someone had sabotaged the lights. The light from the computer helped illuminate the room enough that Hyunjin could find a flashlight. "I'm going down to electrical to check on the lights. If I'm not back in 30 minutes, something is probably wrong."

"Good luck!" Jiwoo waved as the yellow crewmate left.

"I'm worried, Vivi."

"About Yeojin?"

"Yeojin and everyone else. The lights are out, it's the perfect time for Sooyoung to kill someone, and I'm sure she knows that." Haseul ran her hand through her hair, visibly distressed. "And what if.... What if she gets everyone? What'll happen? What's her plan after that, what's she going to do with the ship? And-"

Vivi placed her hand on the green crewmate's shoulder. "Haseul."

Haseul sighed. "God, Vivi, I'm sorry...."

"You don't need to be. Just take a deep breath, okay?"

The leader of the crew did as she was asked, taking a few deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. "I just... Hate being like this. Having to watch all of this happen, not being able to say anything. I wish I could just... I dont know. I'm already dead, but I wish I didn't have to be aware like this, I wish I didn't have to be a ghost."

After hitting the walls a bunch to figure out where she was, she found her way into electrical. It didn't seem like anyone was in there, maybe Hyunjin had gotten lost too.

She had done wires enough to figure out that they were all slightly different in sizes. She couldn't see them, but by finding which sizes matched, she was quickly able to fix the lights.

He had not experienced it first hand but the stories you told him filled him with anger. “I cant even see you,” a friend of yours teased making you huff. ‘Yeah and I wish I couldn't see you,” Chan snarkily replied while pulling you into him

Woojin watched as your friends teased your height by holding things above your head and out of your reach. At first you were laughing at their teasing and even trying to tease them but now you weren't laughing and were instead struggling. It was an average Monday night. Jin was in the kitchen cooking while you sat on the couch scrolling through various apps on your phone. 

“Hey, Jinnie! I have some news come here! Quick!” You were super excited as one of your friends had just sent you a message and you could n0ot wait to tell Jin about it. A smile was spread wide on your face, your eyes seemed almost like they were sparkling. Jin, however, simply dismissed your enthusiasm with a scoff. 

“What is it this time?” 

It’s not that he didn’t care or that he was trying to be rude- it’s just that you often got excited about the littlest of things. Like that time when he had run all the way from the practice room to your apartment only for you to tell him that you saw a cute turtle on TV.

A slight pout spread across your face. “I’m serious, come here!” you said while tapping the spot next to you on the couch repeatedly. Jin sighed as he slowly trotted over to you, slumping down on the couch. 

“Ok, so you know how my friend, Y/F/N, owns a wedding dress store? Well, she asked me if I wanted to model one of her dresses in a show next week!”

“THREE MORE DAYS Y/N!” he shouted as you woke up. He did that every morning. He was definitely more excited than you. 

Today was finally the day. He was with you backstage looking at you in awe because of how beautiful you looked. 

“The shows about to start Hobi, you should go to your seat.” 

“Good luck Y/N!” he told you as he left. 

He sat nervously waiting in his seat. He just could not wait to see you strut down that runway. As soon as you came out all that could be heard was his loud screaming.

Jimin was in the middle of promoting for his new comeback and you were trying to get your first job as a model. You had been having no luck. You would make it to the end of the auditions but there would always be another candidate who was slightly better than you. You were a bit disappointed but didn’t give up.

As you were sitting at home waiting for Jimin to come home one day, you got a call from your manager. You had recently auditioned for a company to model wedding dresses and good news- you got the job! You were filled with excitement and called Jimin immediately.

He would be overjoyed when you told him that you were going to model a wedding dress. He was jumping around, saying a bunch of different things about how you needed to walk, what pose you should do, whether you should smile or not. He even gave you a demonstration on how to model on the night.

“Ok, Y/N are you watching? Yes? Good. So basically you just want to- and then do this- and bam bam bam- just like that. Got it?” He continued to strut up and down your living room giving you pointers.

Just as you started walking he intervened.

Explaining Keto and Hair Loss (and Why Any Dietary Change Might Cause It)

So you start your keto diet, and things are going well. You’re dropping excess fat, your carb cravings are noticeably reduced, your energy is steady throughout the day… and then one day you start to have the sneaking suspicion that you’re shedding more hair than usual. After a few days, it’s unmistakable: your hair is definitely falling out at an alarming rate.

Take a deep breath. Nobody wants to lose their hair, obviously, but it’s probably a harmless and temporary condition called telogen effluvium (TE). Hair growth is cyclical. Each hair follicle goes through a growth phase (anagen) and a rest phase (telogen). Usually the cycles are staggered from follicle to follicle, so some are growing while others are resting and shedding. With TE, more follicles than normal go into resting at the same time, leading to noticeable hair loss.

The good news is that TE usually resolves itself within a few months. For many people the answer is simply to wait it out. However, hair loss can be caused or exacerbated by issues that you can address on your own or with the help of a medical practitioner. Let’s dig into it.

What Causes Telogen Effluvium?

TE is one of those diagnoses that describes what is happening but not why. It’s kind of a catch-all label to describe diffuse but likely temporary hair loss that could be caused by a number of factors, and it’s not terribly well understood. The general consensus is that TE can occur whenever the body experiences stress. Unfortunately, the body can interpret any big changes, even ones that feel positive like the birth of a child, as stressors. Dramatic dietary changes and/or sudden or rapid weight loss, as often occurs when starting a keto diet, are two such potential stressors. (This isn’t unique to the keto diet, by the way!)

If you think back three or so months from the time you started to notice your hair thinning, can you identify a major change or stressful life event that happened around that time? If so, it’s likely that you’re experiencing TE.

Eating in a big caloric deficit and eating too little protein might also trigger TE, and both are potential (and easily remedied) issues for keto dieters. When the body has limited resources to devote to building, repair, and maintenance, hair growth will go on the back burner, since it’s a non-vital process. Specific nutrient deficiencies have also been implicated in TE, particularly iron and zinc. The link between iron deficiencies and TE is stronger for women, while zinc deficiencies might affect men more, but the evidence for both is mixed. In part, it is hard to pin down dietary causes because the same foods that are the best sources of iron are also rich in zinc and amino acids.

Why Doesn’t Everyone Lose Their Hair When They Go Keto Then?

Great question. Whether or not your body interprets any given situation as too stressful is complicated. It’s a factor of your chronic stress levels, other acute stressors that happen to co-occur, your physical health and hormone status, and probably tons of other things. Your mindset undoubtedly has a lot to do with it, too. You can inject stress into a situation with how you think about it, whether you worry or try to micromanage, whether you feel optimistic or pessimistic. It’s also possible that some people who experience TE don’t really notice it because their hair loss is fairly minor.

Is There Anything I Can Do?

First, prevention is the best medicine. There is no way to guarantee that you won’t experience TE when starting keto, but The Keto Reset Diet approach is specifically designed to mitigate stress. Whereas other methods of keto induction involve severe carb restriction and sometimes multi-day fasting to body slam you into ketosis, the Keto Reset is a kinder, gentler process (not to mention a more nutrient-dense approach). First, you get fat-adapted, then gradually lower carb to ketogenic levels to avoid an acute shock to the system. This is also why we ask people to take the midterm exam in the book before even starting keto. The midterm exam looks for signs that you are already stressed (poor quality sleep, for example) in an attempt to prevent your “stress bucket” from overflowing (and the hair from shedding!).

If you’re already thinning, and it’s pretty clear what probably initiated it two to four months prior, then chances are you can just wait it out. Within a few months you should be seeing regrowth, and in six months to a year you’ll be past it. Yes, I know it’s easier said than done to just wait six months to see if your hair is growing back, so if you want to be more proactive, here are a few ideas.

Manage stress. While TE usually follows more acute stressors, chronic stress can also contribute. Whatever you can do to reduce your day-to-day stress might help your hair loss and if nothing else will improve your overall quality of life.

Look at your diet. If you are eating in a caloric deficit, especially if it’s greater than 20% of your baseline calorie needs, perhaps try adding back some calories. You’ll know if you overshoot it if you stop hitting your weight loss goals or if you start gaining if you were at maintenance already.

How’s your protein intake? Too many keto dieters have been scared away from protein by the gluconeogenesis boogeyman. The Keto Reset Diet recommends starting with 0.6 to 0.8 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. You can increase to 1.0 gram/lb/LMB if it seems appropriate for your situation.

Make sure you’re incorporating plenty of iron- and zinc-rich foods. Even though the evidence is not conclusive as to whether iron and zinc are linked to TE, they are still vital for health. The best sources are red meat, seafood (especially oysters), and poultry. You’ll notice these are all animal products, which means if you’re vegetarian or vegan, you have to work extra hard to get these nutrients. Leafy greens, nuts and seeds, and legumes (if you choose to incorporate them) can provide some of what you need, but they are not the best options.

A well-formulated multivitamin/mineral is worth considering if you don’t already take one, but get your iron and zinc levels tested before supplementing either of those on its own. With both, there are concerns about over-supplementing and developing toxicity. Iron overload such as that caused by the genetic condition hemochromatosis can also cause hair loss, so consult a doctor before taking iron supplements. Lastly, some people also swear by adding biotin, a member of the B vitamin family. Now that I’ve spent all this time telling you it’s probably TE and nothing to worry about it, I must add the caveat that TE is only one of many potential causes of hair loss. Be sure to enlist the help of a medical professional if you are experiencing any other unexplained or disruptive symptoms, or if there isn’t an obvious reason why you might be experiencing TE. Do not ignore symptoms such as unexplained weight gain or weight loss, fatigue, sleep disturbances, feeling cold all the time, menstrual irregularities, or digestive issues, especially in combination with significant hair loss. Depending on your symptoms, your doctor may want to test you for nutrient deficiencies, sex hormone imbalances, or thyroid issues.
