Hmmm I don’t know if it’s a controversial take but I always see people say ‘Daniel should’ve never left Redbull’ and I honestly think he always had to leave. I think if he would’ve stayed it wouldn’t have been good for him, for max, or for the team. I think more Baku’s would’ve happened and it would’ve stunted a lot the development of the Redbull because of their fighting and dynamic. So I think that he always had to go.

Buuuut I do think maybe (BIG MAYBE) Daniel should’ve stayed at Renault. I think the car was going in a good direction and he was the one pushing that. But I think it would’ve only continued to work if Cyril stayed. Their dynamic for sure impacted the team and the development!!
