now that i've taken in the entire show and am about to rewatch simply because i can............... i'm so pissed that dave erickson got fired because damn........
#i just think that s4 would have been insane.#i presume frank still would have wanted off the show and so naturally that chasm dave built between maddie and nick would've been... yea#idk- i think it would've been good tv. maybe. he doesn't talk too much on it but he says enough to give an impression.#i'm also inherently biased because he also said madison was the one character he saw making it all the way to the series finale#which ultimately. she does. but the story would have been much different for her. she would've felt More Madison#additionally.. of course there are characters born from the switch of writers that i'm glad we got and may otherwise have not got but....#i'd pay a pretty penny to have been able to see what dave had in store for the characters we had with us at the end of s3.#and to see what he would have done with 3b had he not wanted to wrap up certain loose ends of his creation before his departure.#the first 3 seasons of fear are the best ones. imo. for so many reasons. which i think had a lot to do with dave.#he separated ftwd from twd in big ways that i'm not going to get into but so much got jammed in s4-s8 that. it felt like the new writers#were mostly trying to pay homage to twd than to the characters and the story lines that made fear what it was. y'know.#the entire tone seemed to shift in the show. they subjected it to all the crazy time jumps. etc etc etc. which works in some ways on twd bu#they didn't do the same service to ftwd.#maybe that's just me.#dave Got the vision.#and i think it would've been really beautiful to get to see him ride it out (even if for another season or two)

not gonna lie i am disappointed that the trailer music from the wild robot wasn't in the actual movie
#the wild robot#just saw it#I have Thoughts#complex thoughts#also they fucking changed the dreamworks intro and i kinda hate it i am allowed to be petty about this one thing#anyway very pretty movie#nice message#felt a bit too neatly bow wrapped at times towards the end / a few scenes felt. idk. a little shallow#just personal hang ups that make me a bit :/#also it made me tear up multiple times so theres that#i left the theater and sat crying silently on a bench in a beautiful fall day avoiding eye contact while waiting for the bus to come#only to be hit with the wham bam combo of#1. a guy in an electric wheelchair with an american flag sticking out of one end and a parrot perched on the headrest#thats right a live parrot. a big one too#2. a fucking tesla truck (ugh)#3. a pair of motorcyclists whose helmets were furry and also had bunny ears sticking out of them#as one of my friends said “its the universe telling you to snap out of it”#anyway i had NO idea what this movie was about#i thought it was gonna be about a robot learning the beauty of life. which it sorta is#but its also about...motherhood being thrust upon you... sort of....#a topic which makes me uncomfortableeeeee#i spent the first part of the movie trying to snap myself out of the uncomfortable to try and enjoy it and oh boy it was a struggle

I have one of of those tortilla blankets and I think somebody should wrap Marius up in it like a burrito. It was done to be cute and cozy but then Jonny threatens to actually eat him and Marius has no idea how to unwrap himself.

I miss season one DickKory
I miss a DickKory that tried to shut up open wounds with cheap tequila kisses
I miss a DickKory that didn't trust themselves but had not choice but to trust one another.
I miss early NTT DickKory.
I miss a Kory that wasn't afraid, who didn't hide, who respected Dick's time but not his lies. Who pointed a finger to his face and said "You love me" and knew she was right, so much that he didn't have words to disagree to his own mirror.
God, I miss miss season one DickKory, I miss when they didn't know who they were but knew whom they wanted to be with, and it was each other.
I miss madly in love NTT DickKory, rolling in laughter and kisses on Dick's apartment floor. I miss protective Kory, who helped Dick learn to feel his feelings again, but still flew him up away to the top of some tower whenever he was too emotional to think rationally.
I miss the mission oriented Kory from season one, Warrior Princess Kory, and a Dick, not Robin anymore, who for the first time cared more about what made him happy than a job. And threw the Batman code out of the window for a woman he barely knew but was already devoted to.
I miss those fleeting moments in which I really thought the show was bringing back the best of them and that it would give us the version of their story in which he would never give up on her and vice versa.

the way being carless makes you have to spend your full day off doing nothing but getting to and from two separate appointments

13 more days i have to live off of £23. Could be doable actually i just cant have greggs or boba or any of my cravings really. I have to be smart about my purchases but it's HARD. God forbid a girl wants chocolate milk every day and bottled water
