⤱ New Tangerine bot (Bullet Train) ⤱
Tumblr media
Hey sweethearts, anyone interested in testing my WIP Tangerine bot?
I've been writing a detailed character / personality description of him for a while now and would love some feedback. Somehow a lot of the other bots I've tried so far, felt a bit out of character for me? So I'm trying to get him down as exact as possible for future prompts!
Shoot me an ask and I'll send you the link!

Soooooooooo I just Bullet Train and now I'm like...
What kind of assassins would the TFP and TFRB kids be 🤔😑
Not that I say that they would kill people if they have that job, but is fun to think about.

nightshade is basically useless https://www.tumblr.com/billclintonsbeefarm/740236576484999168/even-if-you-dont-like-generative-models-this
I'm not a developer, but the creators of Nightshade do address some of this post's concerns in their FAQ. Obviously it's not a magic bullet to prevent AI image scraping, and obviously there's an arms race between AI developers and artists attempting to disrupt their data pools. But personally, I think it's an interesting project and is accessible to most people to try. Giving up on it at this stage seems really premature.
But if it's caption data that's truly valuable, Tumblr is an ... interesting ... place to be scraping it from. For one thing, users tend to get pretty creative with both image descriptions and tags. For another, I hope whichever bot scrapes my blog enjoys the many bird photos I have described as "Cheese." Genuinely curious if Tumblr data is actually valuable or if it's garbage.
That said, I find it pretty ironic that the OP of the post you linked seems to think nightshade and glaze specifically are an unreasonable waste of electricity. Both are software. Your personal computer's graphics card is doing the work, not an entire data center, so if your computer was going to be on anyway, the cost is a drop in the bucket compared to what AI generators are consuming.
Training a large language model like GPT-3, for example, is estimated to use just under 1,300 megawatt hours (MWh) of electricity; about as much power as consumed annually by 130 US homes. To put that in context, streaming an hour of Netflix requires around 0.8 kWh (0.0008 MWh) of electricity. That means you’d have to watch 1,625,000 hours to consume the same amount of power it takes to train GPT-3. (source)
So, no, I don't think Nightshade or Glaze are useless just because they aren't going to immediately topple every AI image generator. There's not really much downside for the artists interested in using them so I hope they continue development.

GUESS WHO'S BIRTHDAY IT IS!!
in honor of my birthday here are some more rescue bots headcanons!!
they (as in constructed rescue bots) have extra color receptors which allows them to see more types of light than other bots, as well as advanced hearing (they’re also the only bots with noses so they have an extra sense)
all of them have outliers (its a requirement to be a rescue bot)
blurr changed his paint job (post s4, before he showed up in rid15) because heatwave and blades basically bullied him into it
the academy where they studied was on a moon of cybertron’s, and they actually spent very little time on cybertron itself. it was sorta like a field trip spot, and they went very infrequently
quickshadow was the academy's champion shot, and she won a bunch of competitions
the rescue bots all had specialties outside of what they actually did (heatwave was a history nerd, boulder studied xenobiology, blades took journalism, chase did psychology, quickshadow was a data analyst, hightide took astronomy)
hightide was actually friends with both orion pax and megatronus separately before they realized they all knew each other
in that same vein, servo and lazerbeak were longtime friends because they grew up together
optimus is so ridiculously tolerant towards whatever the rescue bots do that they actually have a running bet on how much they can get away with before optimus gets angry (he never once has)
blurr's reputation as most annoying bot ever has been intact since way before the war when he was a racer
blades got his name through an awkward mishap at an armory that heatwave never let him live down
related to that, all the rescue bots' "names" are really more of nicknames. their names are listed on documents but their primary identification is through serial numbers because they're cold constructs
boulder had a practically bullet proof reputation at the academy as the perfect student so whenever the others wanted to get away with something they always involved him
when salvage heard about DIY's he got super into them and started making tons of pointless stuff. he never even followed the good channels, only stuff like troom troom
chase succumbs to peer pressure ridiculously easy
heatwave gives really good advice but only on accident
quickshadow and hightide like to hang out and trash talk optimus whenever he does something they don't like
blades only has field medicine training, he's not cleared for any actual treatment outside of an emergency (he can do first aid and EMT stuff but can't, like, prescribe things or do surgery). this has not stopped him from trying things though.
salvage is actually from one of cybertron's colony worlds, but he grew up on cybertron
ok here's a fun little surprise in honor of my birthday: the humans are also included in headcanons!!
kade was actually very good at gymnastics, he just got bored of it
chief burns needs glasses but he prefers to wear contacts
dani had a very extreme scene core phase, and her hairstyle is a remnant of that
frankie has super high government security clearance as a super genius and daughter of one of the world's best scientists, so she knows all kinds of military secrets
doc greene and chief burns met in childhood, doc's family moved away, and then when he got older he moved back to griffin rock and reunited with the chief
graham is the biggest night owl because of college. sometimes, when he has trouble falling asleep, the bots invite him to movie night and they all watch reruns of old movies or shows
building off that, there are two kinds of movie night: the first is with the whole burns family, rescue team, and sometimes others such as optimus or the greenes. the second is less of a movie night and more of a "we need something to do while the humans are sleeping, let's watch trashy tv all night." this kind of movie night is really just the bots (minus whoever has night shift)
professor baranova actually used to be pretty upbeat, although she was a bit misunderstood because she's neurodivergent (i also headcanon that after the whole living underwater for 28 years thing she developed DID and multiple alters to cope with the loneliness, so she's now a system)
woodrow and optimus are in a qpr. optimus refers to him as his amica, and also privately thinks of him as his human partner
doc greene at some point developed a working synthetic energon formula completely independently. when ratchet first met him (post war, probably right before he was hired to work at the rescue academy) and learned about this he lost his shit
bumblebee and dani race together all the time when he visits
this is where i'm gonna stop this post, because it's pretty late for me lol. it was my birthday today, so happy birthday to me!!
also y'all PLEASE talk to me abt any of these headcanons i will be thrilled to elaborate!

Radiant Recruitment (Valorant X Reader Part 3 // MISSION)
Name: Y/N
Class: Radiant
Callsign - Nomad
A few weeks had passed since you had been recruited by Valorant to help with the interdimensional attacks.  Your power over radiant energy was stronger, and you had even mastered shifting into energy.  An alert went out to all the agents and you were sent on your first mission.
Tumblr media
(GIF from Infamous: Second Son)
Omen
Lotus was a beautiful temple, devoted to ancient beings and immersed in their mystery
Sadly, you couldn’t take time to marvel at the stone carvings, as you were pinned by a barrage of lead
The shots grew closer and louder, each one destroying more of the stone wall you hid behind
You were stuck in the hall to Site C, and backing further towards the waterfall embedded in the wall
Pure shadows formed into a large orb between you and the shooter.  As the orb encircled you, a shape twisted out of the space behind you
“You cannot be alone Y/N, it is too dangerous.”  Omen scolded while pulling an Operator from his back
“I have you as backup, I’ll be fine.” you reassured, placing a hand on Omen’s hood to readjust it
“Take this,” he placed a Sheriff in your hand, “we will not let them win.”
Taking advantage of your cover, you slid into the shadow and waited.  The barrel of an Ares poked in and an agent stepped through
Grabbing the gun quickly, you disarmed the agent as they tried to fire the gun in response.  You pulled them into the smoke and shot twice
Breach’s double slumped to the ground with a heavy crash, the Ares still in your hands.  You decided to take it as to even the odds
“That was, impressive Y/N.”  If Omen could still smile, you guessed one would be spread across his face
Making your way through the temple, you and Omen moved stealthily while getting closer to the Spike
Walking into the amphitheater in B Site, you checked for any sign of movement before stepping inside
Immediately an Alarm Bot exploded towards you, and Omen quickly threw himself in front to take the hit.  He stumbled back while an automated turret blinked to life
“I did not see them Y/N, they were waiting in ambush.”
“I’ll handle their toys Omen, just wait here.” you whispered before activating your abilities
You dashed in and tossed a pulsing ball of energy into the air
Solid energy slammed down onto the turret, pulsing into it and expanding outward.  Pieces of scrap littered the room
Before you could take another step, a Nanoswarm erupted at your feet and you hopped back.  Knowing that Killjoy was likely biding her time, you decided to call in help
“Omen!  Teleport across here and start firing!  Trust me!” you yelled to the phantasmal agent
Smoke began to form on the raised platform in B Site as you charged through the swarm.  Spotting Killjoy training her gun at Omen’s teleport, you shot before she could
Omen reformed as Killjoy fell, looking on in silence.  He nodded to you before continuing forward
“Y/N, you are injured from the trap.  Are you in any pain?” he pointed to the scratches and scoring along your legs
“I'll be fine, but I appreciate you asking.”
Arriving near A Site, you made your way to the stairs and put a hand onto the wall.  Omen watched and curiously approached
“This wall leads directly into where they have the Spike, but they’ll see me if I come through.”  You looked over to Omen.  “Mind putting shadows behind this wall?”
“I’ll do one better Y/N,” Omen sent a wisp of shade through the wall and another towards the entrance to A
“They will flee in terror when we strike Y/N.” Omen’s rage was barely restrained.  You phased into the wall and fell through into a waiting cradle of darkness
Omen’s Operator let a round spiral through the air.  The sound signaled you to leap from the shadows
You crawled out from the clinging darkness and readied your Ares.  Bracing for the knockback, you steadied your legs and pulled the trigger
A torrent of bullets screamed from the barrel.  Each round cracked brick, scattered stone, and crashed into the temple
Caught between the onslaught was Yoru, who reacted quickly and teleported away.  You heard him appear somewhere close to the site and waited
Yoru walked out from a corner and began sprinting towards you
Realizing it was a clone, you shot it’s head then moved back into the darkness Omen provided and repositioned
Yoru had swung the corner in an attempt to counterattack but met his end through your Sheriff
The Spike was located at the ascender.  Running towards it with a defuser ready, you came face to face with, yourself
Your mirror jumped from the ascender, kicking you down and causing you to fall onto the gravel.  A Shorty was pointed in your face by a smirking double
“You really are quite the disappointment.  Seeing you like this, it’s kind of sad that I thought we might be similar.”
Your mirror kicked you in your chest and sent you away from the Spike.  They readied a shell in their Shorty
“This is pathetic to see.  I’d feel bad for you, but I doubt it would make a difference.  I’m going to enjoy ending your poor little existence.”
As your mirror gloated, your eyes caught movement appearing behind them.  Pebbles began to shift as your mirror’s shadow grew longer
“I was hoping for more of a fight.  Any last words?” your clone taunted
“Behind you.” Omen whispered as he finished forming behind them
Spirals of darkness tore through the air and twisted into your double.  Omen’s Paranoia blinded them while you rose to your feet and shot the mirror
“Thanks for the save Omen, I wouldn’t be here without you.” you smiled at him as you finished defusing the Spike
“I was only doing my part Y/N.  But I do appreciate your gratitude.”
“Oh I haven’t finished thanking you yet Omen.  I can do better than just a simple ‘thanks’ you know.”
Omen turned his head towards you in confusion
“You and I are going to take a day off.  We should go somewhere and rest up.”
“But my condition-”
“That’s why you should pick!  Where do you want to go Omen?”
“... I would like to visit the forests near here.  It is innocuous and beautiful, and we can spend time together Y/N.”
“That sounds like an excellent idea!” you replied
Chamber
Fracture may have been abandoned, but it was never forgotten
Chamber was visibly uncomfortable as you and him entered the ruins and began your sweep
“Is there something wrong?” you asked, checking over your Vandal one more time before looking over to Chamber
“Non, it’s nothing.  I find myself distracted by other affairs, but I have plenty to concentrate on here.”
You playfully batted him in the arm and stepped forward into the moss covered ruins of Fracture
Before you could take the stairs upwards, a bullet missed your forehead by a single hair.  Over at the site, you heard the sound of footsteps and Spike being planted
You and Chamber reflexively took cover behind a wall.  You began to gather radiant power in your hands.  Chamber unholstered a Headhunter
The sound of Chamber’s Trademark came from behind, and he swung around and landed a shot right into an enemy Reyna
She had been lurking in the underside of the Spike site, and could have killed you
“For that I think you owe me a date Y/N.!” he took aim at the stairs while you began to run towards the site
Breach’s double lept out to open fire but was promptly shot by Chamber.  You were almost up the stairs but wall of jade erupted, blocking your path
A grenade flew over the wall and burst open, explosive shells showering you momentarily
Chamber grabbed you and rolled, keeping you from harm
“We don’t have much time, we have to rotate Y/N.”  Chamber dusted himself off while helping you up, taking a Rendezvous card from his pocket
“No, I can phase through the wall and defuse it.”
“Y/N, there’s at least 3 agents over there.  C’est impossible!”  Chamber warned as you embraced him for the last time
He grabbed both of your hands, and you could feel the metal card contrast against his warm palms
Raze bounced over the wall and Chamber twisted and shot her mid air.  You took your moment and transformed into pure energy
Dashing through the wall, you slammed the ground and a wave of force sent the enemy Sage upwards
You shot her before moving to the Spike, which had been hidden behind a crate
“I always wondered what my mirror would look like.” a voice came from behind you, and instantly you were on the ground with a bullet wound
Turning around, you came face to face with yourself.  It was uncanny and the Phantom being pointed at you made it even more frightening
“I know mirror implies an exact copy, but I thought you’d at least be a little different.  Oh well…” your clone mused
You felt around for your Vandal, but your double kicked it away.  You reached for a side arm but felt nothing, save for Chamber’s card
“Don’t squirm, I don’t want to waste any shots on you.” your mirror spoke
“My, two of Y/N.  I must be the luckiest man in the world.”  Chamber joked as he teleported in, Tour de Force ready
Earlier as Chamber held your hand, you had taken the card.  It had been activated when your double had been gloating
“NO!” your mirror screamed as Chamber’s gun punched a hole through their sternum.  You quickly defused the Spike and rested once it stopped
“Y/N, that’s 3 times I saved you.  I think that earns me something, no?”
“What did you have in mind?”
“Dinner, and don’t worry I know an excellent place in Paris.  My treat of course.”
“That sounds wonderful.”
Iso
Most missions with Iso were easy, mainly because you and him worked so well together
This one was an exception, as the Omega Protocol had decided to launch a Spike attack in a metro station
You and Iso were the only ones that snuck in.  You had used the abandoned tunnels to get in and start your counterattack
“Baochi zhending Y/N, we can’t afford distractions.” Iso loaded bullets into a Sheriff and you followed suit
“But you’re going to listen to music like usual?” you pointed at his earbuds
“It isn’t distracting, it gets me to focus.  I can send you some recommendations when we’re done.” Iso began strolling towards the platform
When you both reached the stairwell, Iso activated Double Tap while motioning for you to make your own move
Particles of radiant power erupted under the stairs and flowed outward near the top.  Suddenly a rival Phoenix sent a flash around the corner, blinding you
Two shots echoed, and as your eyes cleared Iso stood before you covered in a shimmering coat of radianite
“Let’s take care of them.  I’ll take the lead from here.” he raised his Sheriff and made his way up the stairs
Entering the platform, you could hear the Spike counting down farther in the hall.  Carefully, you navigated kiosks and stalls searching for movement
A single shadow moved behind you, and you turned to face an Omen appearing.  You rolled and shot, a direct hit to center mass
Iso’s training had paid off, you’d have to thank him for the lessons later
A sniper bullet harmlessly bounced off his head, a purple flash showing the Double Tap had worn off
Blazing forward, you came face to face with Sova.  He tried to shoot once more but you grabbed his Operator and punched him with a radiant fist
“Y/N, I can see they have the Spike here.  It’s down on that platform.” Iso pointed to a flight of stairs leading down to the tunnels
“I can enter and defuse, but you’re going to have to cover me Iso.”
“Don’t worry,” Iso readied a wall of radianite, “they won’t touch either of us.”
The wall launched forwards with you behind, and bullets rattled against it.  Each shot leaving ripples in the structure
You darted left, then shot at the first person you saw.  An enemy Yoru fell while you shifted into radiant energy
Springing from your hiding spot, you phased through an enemy Deadlock’s wires towards their source
You sank your fist into her chin before moving onto the Spike.  Your form shifted back and you readied the defuser
“So this is my mirror, strange.” a voice came from the shadows
Your own double stepped out from a pillar and took aim with their own Sheriff.  In their eyes was an unnerving coldness
“Well it’s not worth considering anyway.” they spoke as they began to pull the trigger
Instantly your mirror was surrounded by a grid of hexagons and was pulled into the floor.  Iso had used Kill Contract on your double
You finished defusing the Spike but soon after, violet sparks appeared in front of you and someone exited the domain
“Na hen jianden.  I guess that version of you didn’t train enough.”  Iso straightened out his hoodie
“I suppose so.  Speaking of that, are we still on for training later?”
Iso looked over at with a raised eyebrow
“You want to actually train, after all of this?  I’m amazed that you still have energy for that.”
“I don’t really mind training at the range.  It’s like you said, there's something relaxing about taking time and aiming.”
“True, but I am going to be making a hotpot for dinner later and I’d like you to come by and taste it.”
“In that case we should probably skip going to the range, I can rest up over dinner with you then.”
“We’ll hit the range afterwards, but for now we should rest up.  You did excellent work Y/N, that deserves something.”
Gekko
“Vaya Y/N, up here!”  Gekko alerted you while reaching a hand from an industrial vent.  He gripped your hand and pulled you in
The Kingdom facility in LA was already destroyed but a few more had popped up nearby.  Gekko and you were sent in to see what was happening
“Mira Y/N, there’s guards laying everywhere.  We should take a look.”  Gekko peered through the grate before kicking it out and dropping the to the floor
“They’ve all been shot,” you took out a Phantom and switched the safety off, “do you think it could be-”
Gekko tackled you to the ground as knives flew at you.  Jett’s double floated above the ground and got ready for another volley
You reached a hand forward and sent a crackling ball of plasma towards her.  It zapped through the air and impacted against her
Gekko slid the action back on a Ghost, and finished her off with a single shot
“Ay mierda, of course these putas are here.  They probably have a Spike too, we should move.” Gekko summoned Dizzy and held her close
You followed the halls around while trying to listen for a Spike.  The noise grew as you got closer to the center
A ball of poison enveloped you and Gekko.  He fell back and tossed Dizzy forward and you followed her
You eased along the wall, then listened for Dizzy to shoot.  You caught Viper wiping goo off her eyes and shot
Gekko grabbed Dizzy and put her back, then looked ahead with a sudden shock
You saw that the Spike was placed on an upper floor with only one set of stairs leading upwards.  There was only one way forward, and you had to attack directly
“I’ll cover you with Thrash and then you can do the rest.  Vamos Y/N!” Gekko guided Thrash forward while you charged alongside her
The creature impacted at the top of the stairs, disabling a waiting Killjoy and Cypher.  Your shots connected to the vulnerable agents and you called Gekko up
“Nice job!  We’re unstoppable right?” Gekko celebrated as he made his way to the Spike.  On his shoulder was a smaller Wingman he was petting
“Y/N!” he yelled as a bolt of plasma hit him square in the chest and sent him over the handrails.  The Wingman had grown and was barely holding onto Gekko
“You got too confident, you shouldn’t be so quick to call victory.” your own voice spoke to you
Your double held a Vandal and sneered at your disadvantage.  The Phantom wasn’t aimed, and any move would get you shot
“I guess I shouldn’t either, I’m going to finish this and then move on to Gekko once I’m done.  Sorry.”
The sound of a Spike being defused caught your mirror off guard, and their eyes shifted over
Wingman was defusing the Spike, but Gekko was nowhere to be seen.  Your double aimed at Wingman but you hit them with a quick jab
The Spike was finished and Wingman jumped at your double, slamming them off the floor and chittering angrily as they fell
“Calma Wings, I think we’re good.” Gekko pulled himself up from the edge and you helped grab his arm
He tumbled into you.  You both lay on the floor, tired from the adrenaline
“We should probably get out of here before the cops arrive and Kingdom gets wind of this.”
“That’s a good point,” you sat up and started to rise to your feet, “where should we lie low?”
“I know this awesome taqueria a few minutes from here.  It’s 100% authentic too, the entire menu is in Spanish.”
“Can you translate it then?”
“Por supuesto Y/N!  I’ll even pay too, it’s my idea.”
Viper
Inside the frigid cold of the American Northwoods, you and Viper had decided to follow up on rumors about a Kingdom research facility
Viper had found the location from old contacts she had, and you came to help as back up
Your ability to phase through matter proved useful, as it gave you and Viper easy access to the building
Walking carefully to avoid the cameras, you and her made your way into the lower levels
“Stop Y/N,” Viper paused and put her back to the wall, “I hear something around the corner.  Stay close to me and follow.”
“Understood.” you took your Ghost and crept behind Viper as she turned around the corner and froze
“Shit.” Viper gazed over the railing towards a collection of machines, pipes, and consoles below.  Across the room was a group of 3, all mirror agents, setting a Spike
Viper dropped down with you, then launched the Toxic Screen from her arm.  The pieces rained down along the industrial maze
She turned the mists on and got her weapons out.  She carried with her a Phantom and Ghost
You took point and moved along a large pipe, keeping your head below it to stay in cover.  A part where the toxins blocked the route appeared
Sounds of machinery revving and spinning along the ground grabbed your attention.  A Boombot raced out of the toxins towards you
Before it could explode, Viper shot it and signaled to charge into the toxins.  Your radiance gathered into the tips of your fingers
A volley of plasma rushed through the toxins and incinerated the path forward.  Following behind, you peeked the corner and shot as you left cover
An enemy Raze fell to the floor with a primed grenade clattering from her hand.  The explosion sent you backwards into some pipes
Gekko’s mirror came running towards you with a shotgun
Green smoke cut his vision, and in a second you had disappeared from your spot and had a Ghost to his back.  You pulled the trigger
Once more you channeled your power, and began to transform into energy.  Moving through walls and pipes, you arrived at the Spike
Buckshot hit your back and you tumbled to the floor in a daze.  You felt the barrel of a gun touch the back of your head
“I never really thought I’d see my mirror up close.  It’s so weird.” you heard your own voice muse
Whipping around with your Ghost, you brought the barrel up to your own double.  They rolled and kept you in a standoff with their own gun
“Even if you shoot me, you’ll be too weak to defuse the Spike.  Why not just give up now?” your clone taunted you while training their Specter on you
“I don’t need to shoot you, I just need to defuse the Spike then?” a smile crept onto your face
“That’s not going to happen,” your mirror’s eyes narrowed, “you aren’t getting out of here alive.”
“Neither are you.” Viper growled, stepping from a shadow and firing at your doppelganger.  A Toxin Orb flooded the space with mists
They fled into the facility, and away from you.  Quickly, you reached the Spike and defused it as quickly as possible
As it settled, the cloud of toxins dropped around you.  Viper strolled up to you, then eyed the Spike
“Good job Y/N.”
“I took out 3 agents and defused the Spike.  It was more than a good job!” you retorted
“Is that so?  You did well, but you needed my help in the end.”
You crossed your arms and leaned against a support pillar
“Don’t be so dramatic Y/N,” Viper picked up the Spike and shoved it into your hands
“We did our jobs Y/N, that’s enough for a day.”
“It’s worth a day off at least.”
“Could’ve been worth dinner, if you hadn’t needed a rescue at the end.”
“Then I’ll pay this time,” you began to walk out with Viper, “where are we dining?”
“Somewhere with a good wine list, and of course we’ll have to dress up.  I assume you have fine clothes Y/N.”
“I have something tucked away for special occasions.” you winked over at Viper
“I can’t wait to see it then, Y/N.”
Neon
“Ughh, these guys are such a pain to deal with, right Y/N.” Neon shouted while pressing her back to a wall
“I agree, but can we talk after we send them packing?” you yelled back from behind a crate.  You took another magazine and tossed it to Neon
“Please Y/N, you and I don’t need to worry about anything.” Neon loaded the mag into her Bulldog
“On 3?” you signaled
“Yeah,” Neon nodded to you, “3!”
She threw up a wall of energy and dashed in.  You followed suite and chased in with your Stinger
The Spike was already beeping away.  The Omega agents had set up in a market near a waterfront
Stalls full of produce, fish, and baubles had been abandoned by their owners.  Bridges crossed the waterfront and connected the market
You and Neon were fighting near a warehouse and were making your way over one of the concrete bridges to the Spike
Neon and you ran inside the cover she made before shots ripped through the wall.  You both hid behind a cart filled with bottles
The walls began to fade out and you glanced over to some of the bottles that had fallen out.  You spotted Iso’s double through the reflection
“Neon, shockwave on the cart!” you ordered.  Arcs of electricity jumped from her arms to the cart, then into the ground
You turned and fired at a stunned Iso, his arm jerking as tried to shoot.  He hit the ground with a heavy thud
“Y/N, I can see the Spike!  It’s across here near that statue!” Neon pointed to the Spike while getting ready to sprint
A rumble came from underneath the bridge.  Suddenly it began to split apart and both sides started to rise up
“It’s one that let’s ships through.  Dammit, they must’ve hacked the controls!” you slammed your fists against the cart in anger
“Nah, I don’t think it’s a problem Y/N,” Neon began to grin, “I have an idea.”
“What were you- Hey!” you were surprised when she grabbed you and hoisted you over her shoulder
“Hold on Y/N!” Neon took off down the street as the bridge continued to raise.  Wind flew by your face while cars blurred around you
Her speed carried you and her upwards, and in one great stride she cleared the gap between the halves
“Kumusta ka Y/N?  Are you still with me?”
You breathed a sigh of relief and slid off of her back.  You shakily got to your feet and started to move forward with Neon
“I’m good, but don’t do that again please.” you groaned
A wave crashed forward from the sea below and swept Neon away.  Gold spirals and floating bits of surf animated the wave as Neon was pushed into the ocean
You moved quickly to target Harbor, shooting him down.  You ran to the coast but a round of buckshot almost sent you over the edge
While holding on, a familiar face, your face, stepped into view.  Your mirror looked down at you dispassionately
“I expected a lot more from my double.” your clone racked another shell in their Bucky and aimed downward
“This is probably freaking you out and all, but honestly,” they moved their finger to the trigger, “who even cares?”
It was almost hopeless, Neon couldn’t fire electricity with saltwater around and you couldn’t really attack from your position
One of your hands slipped and your grip tightened in response.  Particles gathered around all of your hands as a reflex
Your double let out a sadistic laugh
“You haven’t won yet, so I wouldn’t celebrate too early.” you gritted your teeth and more energy gathered around your free hand
“Let’s fix that then.” your double pulled the trigger and you loosened your grip and fell
You dove into the water and swam straight down.  The unstable particles in your fist made contact with the sand
A geyser sent you upwards to a surprised mirror.  They quickly aimed another shot at you
Bolts of lightning hit them, and they fell to the ground in jerking spasms.  Neon had grabbed your hand and rode up with you
“Salamat Y/N!”  Neon quickly sped to the Spike with a defuser in hand
You arrived just as she finished defusing it.  Taking a moment to relax, you took a seat from a stall and exhaled deeply
“That was a lot.” you looked over at Neon while she picked up the Spike
“I agree, but it was kind of fun right?  When we went over the bridge, that was awesome!”
“It was scary, but I’m glad we made it out in one piece.” you caught Neon staring at a food stall
“Hungry?”
“Y/N, you have no idea,” she stretched her legs, I could eat everything here.”
“Well let’s find a place nearby,” you suggested.  Neon’s eyes filled with anticipation
“I saw this one spot with a ton of rice dishes that smelled amazing a few kilometers away.  We should check it out!”
“Yeah, but let’s shower off a bit because both of us are covered in seawater and grime.”
“Sure, but when we’re done I’m racing you to the place.  Loser buys the food.” Neon smiled at you with sparks in her eyes
“You’re on.”
Cypher
Bind had never been a particularly important location to you, but the stories that Cypher had told you made you much more driven to root out Kingdom’s presence
Currently, you and Cypher were on an assignment to steal data from Kingdom and find more radianite refineries
You and him finished downloading employee names.  Herrera, Johnson, and Kimura flashed across the screen
“They’ll have nowhere to hide now, eh Y/N?”
“Serves them right for destroying this place in the name of profit.”
“Of course,” Cypher opened a feed to his camera.  He froze, looking closer and then taking out a Vandal
“We have visitors, and they seem to have a Spike with them.  Let’s not let them take more from my city.”  Cypher used his camera to mark one of the agents
“Y/N, take them out and I’ll advise through my cameras.”
You grabbed a Vandal from your sling, and stepped out to the battlefield.  Sneaking along the wall, you stalked the outline of the agent before it stopped transmitting
“They removed my dart, not that it matters at this point.” Cypher whispered through your radio
Sparks of energy flooded your palm and bonded into a mass of burning plasma.  You tossed it over the wall and listened to it explode
You moved quickly through the archway and felt melted glass crunch under your boots.  Eyes darting around, you checked for enemies and caught the reflection of something gold
You spun around and fired before Chamber’s mirror could pull the trigger on his headhunter
“Nice work Y/N.  Chamber can take his secrets to the grave.” Cypher praised using your earpiece
“Can you give me information on who else is here?” you asked while moving through to the hookah bar
A sudden tripwire alarm cut through your radio and you dove to cover before bullets hit the ground to your right
The three shots from your Vandal dropped Neon’s double that had gotten caught by one of Cypher’s traps
“I knew someone would fall for that.  Thanks for cleaning them up.” Cypher’s tone was calm despite your beating heart
“Just letting you know, I can see one other agent on site with the Spike.  Looks like Sage to me.”
“Understood, moving towards the Spike.  Thanks for the advice.” you spoke while beginning to phase through the wall
Arriving onto the site, you could see the Spike and nearby Sage had a rifle trained on hookah’s entrance
Quickly, you moved around the metal shelter and fired a round into Sage.  Running over to the Spike, you began to defuse
Immediately, you felt pain arc through your leg and collapsed to the ground.  You reeled on the ground but tried to move over to the Spike before another shot rang out
“Cypher!  There’s someone else here, they-” the radio went silent as someone began emerging from the from the shadows
“My, it seems like my mirror doesn’t measure up to the real thing.” your double spoke while loading another round into their Marshall
“I wonder where the next shot is going to come from.” the mirror taunted while moving out of your sight
You crawled into the shelter to defend yourself and slumped against the wall.  You could shoot through it but the Spike would finish you off if you couldn’t defuse it
“If you weren’t such a disappointment, you may have actually been fun to fight.  Instead you crawled into a metal coffin to die.” your double’s voice echoed around you
A round from an Operator fired through the wall of the shelter, clearly meant to show your mirror had upgraded
“Don’t worry Y/N, I have you covered.” Cypher’s message cut through the radio static
Suddenly your mirror was highlighted through the wall, and you fired right for their head.  You watched them drop through the bullet holes
Sounds of the Spike defusing relaxed you as Cypher approached your hiding place
“How did you-”
“Chamber’s corpse.  I used Neural Theft to scan for your adversary.  I knew if I helped you just a little you could triumph.”
“Thank you Cypher,” you struggled to get to your feet and Cypher knelt down.  Cradling you in his arm, he carried you out of the shelter
“Y/N, you don’t have to thank me.  You would’ve done the same for me, but if you wanted to show some gratitude then I have something in mind.”
“Which is?”
“I know a wonderful restaurant we can eat at when your leg has been healed.  Does later tonight work?”
“Definitely!  I can’t wait!” you exclaimed while holding Cypher a bit tighter
Fade
Stakeouts were usually quite boring, but not this assignment
While watching a shipment of Radianite moving from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea, you and Fade had been sent back to Istanbul to monitor for attacks while it docked
Now you and her were fighting a team of agents hijacking the boat at dawn.  You and her hid in the shadow of the boat while moving into the cargo hold
“Y/N, wait.” Fade commanded while reaching for her Ghost.  “Before we enter, we need to-”
The sound of a Spike being planted sent fear rattling down your spine.  Fade looked over as if sensing your worry
“Don’t let it control you Y/N.  I need you to stay calm and fight alongside me.” Fade placed a hand on your shoulder
“I’ll be alright, just tell me where to shoot.”
Fade smiled and gathered a mass of writhing shadows in her hands.  Lobbing the bundle deeper into the ship, it rose up like smoke with two piercing eyes
“Go Y/N, öldür onları!”
Dashing across the water and into the cargo hold, you saw two agents hiding amongst the crates and pillars.  They were highlighted against the shadows and industrial lights
You were against Omen and Reyna.  Orbs of pure shadow appeared throughout the room while the click of metal boots echoed through the space
Gathering energy into your hands, you compressed it into form and strained to hold it in your fist.  You waited for them to make the first move
Reyna’s Leer appeared in front of you, sending you to the nearest cover to break line of sight.  You narrowly avoided a spray of metal before hiding behind a girder
To slow down her assault, you let loose a volley of energy and fired back to suppress the attack.  A stray bullet hitting a light gave you an idea
Taking a moment, you shot every light you could see and repositioned.  Waiting in the dark, you stopped your radiance momentarily to blend in
Firing a small wave of bright particles away from your spot, you watched as muzzle flashes from the other side tracked the decoy
Shooting quickly, you managed to hit Reyna and took a second to aim for Omen.  When you had him in your crosshair he was already teleporting away
“Damn it.” you whispered while keeping low to the ground and peeking for any sign of Omen
Something behind you moved and you shot
A rat scampered out from a nearby barrel and dove into a vent for safety
Instantly, you swung to the side to avoid a knife aimed for your neck.  Moving back, you could barely see Omen against the darkness
A knife fight against him would be impossible, especially in the dark where he could freely attack
“I can feel you getting nervous Y/N.”  Fade yelled from across the cargo hold.  “Don’t let him intimidate you!”
Fade was right, and in a moment of pure calm you developed a plan.  Radiance flooded your body but instead of letting it take you completely you held onto your physical body
Bright light surrounded you, and suddenly the trails of shadow coming from Omen while he shifted around
“Fade, do you see where he is?”
“Evet Y/N!  He’s to the right!”
You shot at Omen and hit him directly while he lunged with his knife.  The weapon clattered to the steel floor of the hold
“It was smart to create your own light Y/N.  We still have more to do though.  Gidelem Y/N.”  Fade pointed to a latter leading to the upper deck
You climbed ahead of her and caught a glimpse of the morning sunrise.  It was a deep orange with rose colored clouds
Hiding near a cargo crate, you spotted the Spike in the middle of the ship.  It seemed to be unguarded, but there were plenty of places for someone to hide
“I’ll flush them out with Prowlers.  Tamam Y/N?”
“Got it Fade, ready when you are.”
Two bestial creatures oozed out of dark miasma near Fade’s arms, low growls rumbling from their tensed jaws
Darting towards the Spike, the spectral hunters split and began searching the nearby tarp-covered barrels and crates.  A roar sounded with accompanying gunshots after
You moved in towards the Spike while the assailant fought off the Prowlers.  Fade crept behind and broke away to secure the area
Stepping closer, a slight resistance met your shin.  In an instant your legs were tangled in one of Cypher’s traps
Knowing he would attack someone caught in one of his wires, you made a plan with what you had around you.  A barrel leaking oil gave you an idea as you shot the trap
Freeing yourself, you fired at the oil barrel and dove into the spill.  Sliding along the floor, you aimed and shot Cypher from a low angle
Able to defuse the Spike, you made your way to the device ready to end the battle
That’s when you locked eyes with a familiar face
“It must be unnerving to see your reflection like this.  Well only for you, I’m not too worried about it considering you’ll be dead in the next minute.” your mirror spoke
You narrowed your eyes and took aim at the doppelganger, but around you something began to move about
Kingdom’s security appeared, filling the top deck with armed guards in flak armor.  They barked orders at you and your mirror, oblivious to the volatile Spike
Your double merely smiled and leaned against a crate, unfazed by the development while reveling in their victory
One of the guards training a pistol on you took a step closer, then froze.  Through her face mask you could see her pupil dilate before she fell onto the ground hyperventilating
Darkness and the vague forms of monstrous beings crept over the deck like a growing shadow.  Each guard ran or collapsed screaming in terror
Your mirror’s eyes filled with darkness, causing them to flee by jumping from the boat
“Dinlenmek Y/N, it’s over.” Fade stepped over to you.  Trails of fear gathered at her feet and pulsed with every step
“Thanks for the help, it was looking helpless back there.”
“Rica ederim, it was nothing.” Fade finished defusing the Spike while ambivalent to the chaos around her
“Fade, we should probably get out of here before these guards get their vision back right?  Don’t you have a safehouse nearby?”
“Evet, but I know a better spot.  It’s a cafe in Maltepe, we can wait there for a bit.”
“I guess I could eat something after this,” you picked the Spike up, “what food do they have?”
“Simit, kahvalti, menemen.  The usual kinds of breakfasts, and any of them will taste good.”
“That sounds wonderful!  I can’t wait to try them.”
Deadlock
Snow lazily drifted down onto you and your winter jacket.  The cold night you had spent at Icebox was peaceful until you heard the sound of a Spike
Ice crunched under you as you walked carefully towards the office area and listened for movement
Behind you, a sound startled you and you aimed your Guardian at the source
“Vent rolig ned Y/N!” Deadlock hissed while putting her arms up.  “It’s only me, I came as soon as I heard the Spike.”
“You scared me, I thought you were one of the Omega agents.  Sorry about almost firing.”
“Think nothing of it, it was only a reflex.  We need to make our way towards the Spike, la oss gå.” Deadlock unholstered a Vandal and pointed to the corridor into the offices
Sneaking towards it, you and Deadlock kept a sharp eye for any sort of movement.  Deadlock raised her hand and ordered a halt
“I don’t like this, it looks too easy to walk up there.  Hold on Y/N.” Deadlock tossed a Sonic Sensor onto the entryway of the corridor
“Y/N, I’ll go towards the back through the cargo yard.  You follow me and cut through the offices, we’ll clear them as we work our way into the site.”
“That sounds like a good plan, let’s go.” you said while taking a deep breath and tightening your grip on your Vandal
Stepping closer to Deadlock, you followed her lead through your new path.  She tensed and pushed you out of the way
A round pierced the snow behind you, leaving a sizable hole in the ground.  Ducking into the nearest cubby, you spotted Deadlock doing the same across from you
Realizing that the shooter had to have fired from a higher vantage point, you guessed they had to be shooting from behind the slope near Mid Broiler
You made sparks shoot from your hands before engulfing it in energy.  Deadlock saw your plan and fired suppressive shots blindly at the sniper
Twisting out of cover, you threw a fistful of explosive energy towards the broiler and moved in while it rained fire
Moving around the corner towards the sniper, you spotted Jett’s double watching plasma cook the steel around it
You shot quickly, narrowly avoiding her retaliation before overwhelming her with bullets.  She fell into the snow lifelessly
“That was a clever move Y/N.  Flott jobb.” Deadlock saluted you before the sound of the Sonic Sensor exploding drew her attention
Deadlock and you aimed towards the disturbance before a smoke blocked your vision.  It was a dull brown and had fallen out of the sky
“Helvete, they want us to fight here.  Make your way to the Spike,” Deadlock placed her Nanowire Wall into the smoke.
“Let them come for us, I won’t lose here.” She punctuated by loading a round into her Classic
Moving up the stairs towards the Kitchen, you got ready to sneak around to the site.  A wall of fire blocked your steps
From the opening to Mid Blue, Phoenix shot through at you with his own rifle while moving forward.  You had high ground but were trapped by flames
He moved under Tube and closer to you, keeping you from running via suppressing fire
You couldn’t go forward without burning, nor try your luck outside without being shot.  Using the adrenaline you made a quick assessment of the surrounding kitchen
A plan formed in your head, and you readied your Vandal while moving to the side of the opening
Phoenix’s Curveball swung through the entry and popped, blinding light filling the kitchen.  Your eyes averted, but saw a ball of fire land into the room
A sneaker wreathed in flames stepped into the room.  Phoenix was engulfed in fire, and confident where he stood
Shooting your target, you knew you already had Phoenix beaten.  The sink exploded open and a pipe burst open
Water sprayed Phoenix down, and in his shock he didn’t catch you swinging out and finishing him off
Knowing you had little time left, you ran towards the Spike and hopped down from the hallway.  Your body filled with energy and began to unwind into pure radiance
Passing through a wall, then levitating through it, you appeared on the Spike site and scanned for threats
Brimstone was in the middle of calling down a smokes at the site to wall it off.  As soon as the pods dropped, you shot his back and moved to the Spike under the Ascender
You readied a defuser, and got low to defuse the Spike.  An arm shot through the wall and into your ribs
Searing pain spread through your torso, and as you crumpled to the ground you saw the rest of a glowing figure step out of the wall
“I can’t believe you fell for a trick that you just used!” your own mirror jeered
While frost ate at your face, burns stung every breath you took through broken ribs.  Looking at your mirror with a mixture of hate and fear, you realized the Spike was active still
“Hurry up and die, or are you going to need some encouragement?” the clone threatened while energy began to gather into their hand
In an act of defiance, you launched plasma towards the clone and through a smoke.  It harmlessly burnt the side of a yellow cargo crate
“Was that really your best attempt at a counterattack?  I mean it was so slow I stepped out of the way!”
Your plan was already in motion, as through the smoke a thin line traveled towards your clone
Instantly, they were entangled in a cocoon of threads, Deadlock’s own Annihilation dragging them away to their death
Deadlock sprinted through the smoke while the wires yanked your rival away.  The cocoon disappeared into the smoke as Deadlock finished defusing the Spike
“Y/N how bad are your injuries?  Kan du puste?  Are you bleeding?” she was barely able to get the questions out while looking beginning to dress your wounds
“I’ll be okay, it was just some burns and shock.  Don’t worry, they won’t get rid of me so easily.”
“Takk gud at det går bra.”  Deadlock sighed while helping you to your feet
“It just needs some time to heal.  We should rest in the meantime, I could really use it after today.”
“You’ve more than earned it Y/N.  I can get Brimstone to supply us with some fresh ingredients and we could make dinner together.”
Deadlock’s cheeks were red either from the cold or from your emphatic response of “YES!”
Reyna
“¡Esas malditas!” Reyna shrieked as she choked the life out of an Atlas operative.  Her anger was barely contained she continued to crush the soldier’s windpipe
The guard fell lifelessly while a soul orb drifted from the corpse and into Reyna’s waiting grasp
“Y/N, come closer.  I won’t bite.”  Reyna beckoned you closer from across the plaza.  Pearl was normally calm but her frenzy had transformed the district into a battlefield
“Wait, can you hear that?  It sounds like a-”
“Claro Y/N, it’s a Spike but why would they bomb their own city?  How desperate they are to kill us.”
Picking the guns from the soldier, you armed yourself with his Phantom.  Reyna sported her Vandal and toyed with the soul she held in her hand
“Vamanos Y/N.  I can’t wait to tear into more of them.”
“That makes two of us.” you flipped the safety off the Vandal and started for the wooden doors that led to B Site
A screech pierced the air as a glowing hawk flew out from the door frame, bursting into light
Your eyes filled with green light as you felt Reyna pull you to the side of the door while shots rang out
Splinters of wood showered the area as bullets punched into the doors.  Your vision began to clear and you decided to retaliate
“Reyna, I need you to cover me while I move in!” you shouted while staying low and charging energy into your hands
Reyna’s Vandal spat a flurry of rounds into the doorway, and you seized the opportunity to go straight through the opening
Energy pulsed inside your hand, and you released the growing power against the wall.  It buried itself into it before launching down the corridor at blinding speed
Shifting around the door, you caught Skye’s double reeling from the energy blast.  You went for the kill and fired
“Bien hecho Y/N, such power deserves to be shown.”
“You haven’t seen anything yet, Reyna.  Now let’s finish them off.”
“Por supuesto.”
You and Reyna moved down the alley from cover to cover, making sure that an ambush was almost impossible
Turning towards the entrance to B Site, you were greeted with a sudden explosion of chemical flames that clung to the ground.  They blocked your approach
“Y/N, I can hear enemies coming from behind us.  Let’s welcome them.” Reyna grinned with a sadistic joy
One of Fade’s nightmares splashed down in the alley, glowing eyes marking you and Reyna.  Roars came from further away, and a lilac wall of energy pushed into the alley
Iso’s mirror was obviously using the cover to move in on information Fade had given him, and Brimstone had blocked the path forward
Reyna gritted her teeth and scowled, pulling the soul she had stored into her hands.  You nodded to her and rushed forwards
Passing through the wall, you met Iso pointing a gun at you while two Prowlers flew towards you and Reyna
Particles collected into your hands, and you locked eyes with Iso as he began to shoot.  You directed your power to your feet and sent a shockwave downward
Landing behind Iso, you swept his leg and shoved him down.  Your first shot met his Double Tap but the following bullets put him down permanently
Both Prowlers twisted around and lunged for you, and out of the corner of your eye Fade’s mirror readied a sniper rifle
A phantasmal eye blinked into existence, its gaze catching Fade and fixating on her from its spot in the middle of the alley
In the moment of safety, you shot Fade and the Prowlers disintegrated.  Turning around, you spotted Brimstone’s mirror before Reyna’s Leer blinded him
You shot him before Reyna could and watched a soul orb float out from him
“You work faster than I can kill Y/N.  Very impressive, I knew I would like working with you.”
Throughout Pearl, the sounds of boots and heavy gear signaled the arrival of more Atlas units.  Reyna got a confident look on her face
“Y/N, be a dear and defuse the Spike.  I will handle the rest of these soldaditos.”  Reyna sauntered off while activating her Empress form
Beginning to inspect the site, you couldn’t see any sort of movement or soldiers around.  The Spike was hidden under the tower area, directly under the pillar.
You moved towards it carefully, checking for any incoming enemies and removing a defuser from your person.  From a ways away you heard the sounds of Reyna’s massacre
Right as you began to defuse, something dropped from the ceiling.  A shimmering form fell onto you and put you in a chokehold before forcing you to the ground
A strike to your jaw disoriented you and your assailant took your Phantom.  You reached to hold onto it but merely tapped it as it was torn from your hands
“For someone meant to be me, you leave a lot to be desired.”
Your mirror reveled in the face they had you completely beaten from their surprise attack
“I know Reyna is here somewhere too, but from the sounds back there I guess she’ll have her hands full.  I wonder if she’ll die to the Spike or to me.”
Combat and gunfire from the other side of Pearl proved Reyna wouldn’t be coming back
“Let’s finish you off first.  There’s only room for one of us and I don’t think you measure up to the real thing.” your double aimed the Phantom at your head
The gun clicked harmlessly, and your mirror realized you had dexterously flipped the safety on when they stole it
Energy flooded your hands and you jumped towards your mirror.  Pummeling them rapidly, you unleashed your radiance onto them and finished them off
The Spike began to spin faster, but you calmly deactivated it without a second thought
“Is that your mirror Y/N?  It looks like you made an example of them.”  Reyna purred as she walked towards you
“They spouted something about being the ‘real version’ before I beat them.  I don’t think they’ll make that mistake again.”
“You have come so far Y/N, I think we should revel in our victory.  Crushing our enemies is something to celebrate, de acuerdo?”
“We should do something  then, I want to hear more about how you rampaged through those Atlas soldiers.”
“We’ll catch up over dinner Y/N, I have a special place in mind once we return.”
“Oh?”
“Make sure you wear your best, I know I will.”
“I’m looking forward to it then.”

Sunrise at Mos Verdantis 🌄 It's the day of the Starfleet tests they'd been preparing for for days now. And the whole night through. Jack and Kiyoshi didn't even bother to enter their tent. They are afraid being just the two of them - this close together - would only lead to trouble again ö.Ö' Somewhen in the early morning hours, Jack fell into a restless sleep. Kiyoshi only wishes it would be easier for Jack to accept what they are feeling for each other, so he doesn't have to blame himself so much for what they did a few hours ago. Kiyoshi already worries enough for both of them. He just hopes Jack will be fit enough to concentrate on the tests.

Vlad and Ji Ho are sitting on their bench, still learning. Ji Ho is quickly scrolling through a book of extraterrestrial lifeforms he hadn't had the chance to read yet. He still has a lot of questions since he had never been overly interested in Science Fiction. Ji Ho pointed at a picture: "So there are birds attacking space ships? ö.Ö' "
Tumblr media
Vlad: "That's not a bird. It's a Mynoc. A silicon-based parasite. They were often seen leeching power from spacecraft and could absorb matter from a ship's hull causing it to breach, and if not caught in time, cause catastrophic failure." This Boy still has so much to learn...
Tumblr media
Jeb looked at his phone: "It's time to get ready." Sai sighed from the depths of his soul. They can't leave those behind who fail, so they'll all have to succeed. All for one and one for all.
Tumblr media
Rubyn already set up their special exam chamber. The Boys think it's awesome - and thoughtful of Rubyn to prepare an enclosed space for them. Like this they won't get distracted! They're already over-revved as it is ö.ö
Tumblr media
Rubyn: "May the force be with you!"
Tumblr media
Said, closed the chamber and started the Holodeck Exam Simulation... Wild animations flickered on the walls that surrounded them, R-3X blared out cryptic commands and they got attacked by spaghetti and meatballs from above! Saiwa: "What the ... ???" Oh no. That was it for taking the exams in tranquility and silence... Sai shouted: "I don't think this is the original Starfleet exam protocol, Rubyn!" Rubyn, from the peaceful outside: "You're right! That would have been too expensive either. It's my own ^^' But it's generally accepted in this part of the quadrant!"
Tumblr media
The poor Boys giving their best under worst conditions! Jack can't believe he signed up for this...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After - a much too short - amount of time, the computers were replaced by the B-64 Training Bots. Fighting and dodging the spaghetti bullets! 🍝
Tumblr media
Luckily the Boys had already been trained in the Defense against the Dark Arts Classroom at the Magical School beyond the Veil for this!
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, the Little Goats and Kumo started to pack the Boys belongings - and made sure to also add the Romantium ore. For future fun.
Tumblr media
It was already noon when the Boys finished their tests and Rubyn gathered them to reveal the final results - and if some of them have failed...
Tumblr media
But they all passed! Yey! Well done, Boys!
Tumblr media
They are so excited! Their first time in space! But poor Jack was still crestfallen and Kiyoshi felt bad. This is such a great moment for Jack. Not many love space and space ships and all things space as much as Jack does. And Kiyoshi ruined it for him. By not being able - again!- to keep his cool and resist woohooing Jack...
Tumblr media
The Boys picked their stuff together and Rubyn took them on board of the Millenium Falcon - to transfer them to Albaleyh's ship. Their home for the next weeks. Or months?
And this is how the Boys left their home planet 🌏 to boldly go where no Boy has gone before 🚀

'When it's love you give. I'll be a man of good faith Then in love you live. I'll make a stand. I won't break I'll be the rock you can build on Be there when you're old. To have and to hold When there's love inside. I swear I'll always be strong Then there's a reason why I'll prove to you we belong I'll be the wall that protects you From the wind and the rain. From the hurt and the pain
When it's love you make. I'll be the fire in your night Then it's love you take. I will defend, I will fight I'll be there when you need me. When honor's at stake This vow I will make
Don't lay our love to rest 'Cause we could stand up to your test We got everything and more than we had planned More than the rivers that run the land We've got it all in our hands Now it's all for one and all for love Let the one you hold be the one you want The one you need 'Cause when it's all for one it's one for all When there's someone that should know Then just let your feelings show When there's someone that you want When there's someone that you need Let's make it all, all for one and all for love'

I have always thought about the post-fall Hannigram. Like yea Bryan does tell us that Hannibal awake first and carries Will, but where will they go ? Hannibal had a bullet wound, Will bleeding so fucking much... (I could think Hannibal would call Bedelia since she's only his option). Like THIS is a perfect situation for a fanfiction where I can be a delulu and insert myself appear from nowhere and helping their gayass have a roof on their head for awhile.
So, now I'm making a bot in Janitor Ai for Hannibal x reader x Will (platonic/romantic)!! Take place in post-fall when they are luckily survived the fall, being pushed to the shore by waves, lying unconscious. And the reader happened to walk across them (morning stroll, walk the 🐶, had a house separated and nearby the sea, surfing etc etc... whatever think of ). Still in process and training the bot and feed it some ideas of mine but I think it not too bad since Hannibal reply getting better now...

Yoru x F! Reader
Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3 / Part 4 / Part 4.5 / Part 5 / Part 6
Genre: Fluff, some angst
TW: Detailed violence
Words: 6k
Synopsis: Hapless doesn't even begin to describe you. With your life flipped upside down within the span of a day; you're left to rely on your best friend Tala to help you pick up the pieces and build the new one forced upon you. And this 'luck' seems to have caught the attention of one of her friends.

To say today had a good start would be a vast understatement.
You woke up feeling untouchable, as if even a bullet wouldn’t be able to take away the triumphant aura you exuded around everyone on your way to responsibly prepare for the mission.
You were smiling ear to ear in the training range; gunning down bots like a particularly happy paperboy delivering the newspapers. Neon definitely felt that something was off. But it wasn’t the fact that you weren’t an anxiety-ridden mess, no. What concerned her was how good your aim was, and especially how calm you were with how you wielded your weapon. It was contagious.
She stood next to you and crossed her arms, speaking loudly to counteract how deafening the shots were.
‎
“Someone’s happy today.”
‎
You shrugged and continued shooting.
‎
“It’s just a good day, you know? Clear weather, chill vibes and everything.”
‎
Neon raised an eyebrow. With the upcoming mission, she herself was prepared to reassure you on how things would go as smoothly as they did last time. But this? This attitude was as natural as catching sight of a flying pig.
‎
“Alright, lay it all out, A/N. You were gone all day yesterday.”
‎
She forced a blush out of you with just those words, and prompted you to stop shooting for a moment. There was no reason for you not to tell her. Well, except for one…
‎
“It’s not like you’d believe me.”
‎
“Don’t be like that, when have I ever doubted you?”
‎
She said with one hand on your shoulder, completely confident in her words. And you could make an entire list in response to that. A sigh escaped you before you finally managed to meet her gaze.
‎
“Fine. I may or may not have gone out with Yoru yesterday.”
‎
Neon paused for a moment. Then, she snickered, as if you told her you’d won the lottery.
‎
“Be honest. I’ll be impressed with whatever it really is.”
‎
“I’m not joking, Neon!”
‎
“No way, Yoru doesn’t go out with people two consecutive days in a row, I tried!”
‎
Sounds like something she’d do, alright. Just as you went to throw a snarky response at her, you jumped once she gasped in the most diva way possible and forcefully tilted your Bulldog upwards.
There, she saw it.
‎
“What is this?”
‎
Neon called out as if she spotted a bomb. In fact, she scared you, until you realised she was pointing at your prized gift from the day before. She tilted the gun to get a better angle and held the omamori in her hand to make sure it was what she thought it was.
‎
“There’s no way– is that from Yoru?!”
‎
You flushed and pulled it away, swiftly turning on the safety considering how stupid of a move this was.
‎
“I told you, dummy!”
‎
“I didn’t think– did he give that to you or did you sneak into a shrine? There’s no way you got that, right?”
‎
You allowed her to take your gun to inspect it. And with just a few touches, she confirmed that it was an omamori only he’d get.
‎
“I’m serious, he gave it to me!”
‎
“How?! I've known him for months and I can barely get a text back sometimes!”
‎
Which is why you couldn’t wait until the mission to finally not have something go wrong for once. Nevertheless, you innocently shrugged and tucked a lock of your hair behind your ear in the most smug manner possible.
‎
“Oh, well, you know. I guess some of us are naturally irresistible.”
‎
“What-ever.”
‎
Neon crossed her arms and pouted for a moment. But then, she met your gaze with a devious glimmer in her eyes once a brand new idea popped up. Uh oh.
‎
“Sooo… did he cook you something this morning? Anything delicious for breakfast?”
‎
“I woke up late.”
‎
She clicked her tongue, before getting back to the main task at hand.
‎
“Okay fine. When he does, which he will, you wouldn’t mind, you know… sneaking some for your best friend, right?”
‎
You couldn’t hold back the giggle that escaped you. Of course Neon would request something preposterous like this. Why wouldn’t she?
‎
“Ease up, Neon. Too early. We’re still just friends, remember?”
‎
“We’re almost a month in and you still don’t know how Yoru’s world works? If he feeds you, he’s basically proposing!”
‎
You definitely knew, but you weren’t about to admit that. She began shooting with your Bulldog as each of you spoke, almost as if to emphasise the fact you had an omamori tied to the gun.
‎
“That’s a reach.”
‎
“Why’s that? It’s not like you’d say no if he does.”
‎
“Pshh. As if you know that.”
‎
Neon tossed your Bulldog back to you, before grabbing your wrist and forcing you to get a good look at the roots. Only now did you notice how organised and easy-to-digest they were, as if they were sets upon sets of cables that unwrapped from each other. No wonder why it felt like your arm was easier to have.
‎
“This wasn’t here before!”
‎
Your eyes widened as you took the sight in. And for once, it looked organised.
‎
“Wait– when the hell did this happen?”
‎
“You didn’t notice this?!”
‎
You flushed and pulled away as Neon laughed. But since you were a simple tee, you couldn’t really cover up your arm.
Before she could somehow sneak in one more snarky remark about how unfocused you were, the door to the training range loudly slid open and caught both of your attention. Your eyes promptly darted to the entrance. The strong light from behind shone upon a silhouette that took you a moment to recognise.
But if the imposingly tall stature didn’t help with that, his voice surely did.
‎
“Excusez-moi, not to interrupt a pleasant conversation, but we have to leave.” <Excuse me,>
‎
Chamber called out, earning a sneer from Neon. One that you unfortunately didn’t see.
‎
“Leave? Wait, what time is it?”
‎
“One.”
‎
Your eyes widened.
‎
“Crap. Okay, talk later Neon! Don’t forget to wait for me until I’m back!”
‎
You quickly reloaded your Bulldog and rushed towards him. Neon excitedly waved as you moved through the doorway with the same grin on her face.
‎
“I’ll be waiting, break a leg out there!”
‎
She said, earning a nod before you disappeared down the hallways. With Yoru’s omamori in hand, you thought, you hoped it wouldn’t be your leg that would break.
You moved down the halls with Chamber by your side, inspecting your weapon one final time.
‎
“Man, time flew by so fast. It feels like I haven’t even trained. Also, am I late?”
‎
Chamber chuckled, his polite laughter echoing through the hall just as much as the clicks of his dress shoes did. You couldn't tell whether or not he was mad. But from the looks of things, he seemed... unamused.
‎
“Late enough for Brimstone to send me to get you. Was your phone off, by any chance?”
‎
Uh oh.Your face turned red. And immediately, you began fiddling with your bracelet. Crap, he mentioned your phone; did they send you a bunch of messages that you didn't see?!
‎
“Oh, sorry. I– I left my phone back in my room…” You awkwardly smiled, feeling a bit more embarrassed. “I’m making a terrible first impression on you, huh? Sorry about that…”
‎
“No need for an apology, A/N. I completely understand. It must be exciting, non? Your first mission with a team.”
‎
Chamber noted with a smile as he fixed his tie.
‎
“Ah, to be young, innocent, and on my first mission again.”
‎
You couldn't help but smile. His voice was calm. Just the stagnant tone of it could put you to sleep if he just spoke long enough. With everything else, there's no way he wasn’t one of the higher-ups, right?
‎
“So you’re Chamber, right? I heard you’re an expert. Does that mean they’ll bring you on the other side?”
‎
He shrugged and put both hands behind his back as he walked.
‎
“That is a contingency I cannot predict. Personally, I would hope otherwise.”
‎
“Why not? Fighting yourself sounds like fun. Speaking of, now I’m curious about how you are on the field.”
‎
“I admire your optimism. That being said, if I were you, A/N, I would stay far, far away from my double.”
‎
You paused to process what he said.
What did he mean by that? But just as you formed an answer to that question, Chamber stopped in his tracks, and only now did you notice that you had finally arrived at your destination. You stopped as well once you made your way through the doorway. It felt like the voices of your colleagues were drowned out during the conversation, for some reason.
‎
“Ah, here we are. Now, as I was saying, keep that attitude up, and I guarantee nothing less than an excellent performance from you.”
‎
He said with the same smile he had the entire conversation.
‎
“Best of luck to you.”
And with that, Chamber took his leave and left you with your thoughts like nothing happened.
‎
“Thanks…”
You mumbled, before quickly looking around in order to distract yourself from what he just said. Luckily for you, however, you spotted Omen in the far right corner of the area, both his arms crossed as he listened to Sage ramble on about something.
Quickly, you made your way towards them.
❤ฺ·。
The place you've arrived at looked vastly different from the pictures you'd seen beforehand. But, to be fair, you looked at it for a picosecond before leaving for more, ahem, 'important' matters. Once the aircraft landed, you stepped out with the rest and prepared yourself for the sand that might enter your eyes, recalling which site you were supposed to be in.
But before any of you could actually move to where you needed to be, you immediately found Brimstone standing in front of all of you.
‎
"Alright, let's get one thing out of the way. How many of you read the brief?"
‎
You proudly lifted your hand.
‎
"I did!"
‎
"Me too."
‎
Yoru chimed in, and the both of you earned a nod before he turned to look at Omen and...
‎
"Phoenix, buddy, you're coming with me."
‎
The Englishman’s eyes widened.
‎
"Woah woah, why me? Why would you assume I haven't read it?"
‎
"Have you?"
‎
Brim asked with a raise of his brow, and Phoenix quickly let out an awkward chuckle whilst he scratched his head. Omen, unlike the two of you, minded his own business and proceeded to walk to his designated site.
‎
"Well, I didn't read read it, but I skimmed over it. Still counts, right?"
‎
Brim walked off to A site right behind Omen, and Phoenix promptly followed behind.
‎
"That's still more progress than last time! Wait, Brim, just hear me out, fam! How come Raze never gets in trouble for it?"
‎
You giggled to yourself before moving to your site: B.
While you walked, you extended your arm and took in the sight all over again. Seeing the roots so organised felt like such a breath of fresh air. Not only that, but being able to feel it without it mimicking the sensation of being trapped in a deep maze of a forest.
A shade of deep blue caught your eye, and you lifted your chin to see Yoru standing next to the doorway with his Sheriff in hand. You hadn't noticed him walking off during the feud between Brim and Phoenix.
‎
"Testing out a new look?"
‎
You playfully rolled your eyes.
‎
"Mind you, this is your fault."
‎
"Tch. Then no wonder it looks good."
‎
There he was, the confident Yoru you knew and probably loved.
‎
"You're too confident for someone who got all red over a hug."
‎
Yoru chuckled. Just as you took another step forward, he spoke up once more.
‎
"You okay?"
‎
"Uh, yeah, of course I am. Why?"
‎
"Just asking..."
‎
This time, his tone was much more... you couldn't really put your finger on it. Despondent? You noticed his awkward stance. His shoulders were tense, and his eyes had this odd glimmer in them.
...
Oh.
‎
"Are you talking about the last mission?"
‎
"I didn't say anything."
‎
"I'm serious, Yoru. If I can't be ready now, then I'll never be."
‎
He shrugged and walked through the doorway to which you promptly followed from behind.
‎
"I know."
‎
His path was curt once he felt a tug at his sleeve, and he looked behind to see you gently holding his wrist.
‎ ‎
"Hey, dinner after?"
‎
Yoru stared at you for a few seconds and fought the blush that crept up on him. Then, he shook his head.
‎
"Save it for next week. I need to rejuvenate."
‎
"Rejuvenate?"
‎
"Introvert thing."
‎
A set of familiar beeping echoed from window. And it wasn't only a few seconds later until an explosion took its place, grabbing both of your attention. Definitely Raze. Even you knew that.
‎
"That's our queue. See you around."
‎
Before another word could be exchanged, Yoru tore the fabric open and disappeared into the ocean of blue he called a dimension. But you couldn't help but let your thoughts roam as you moved near the radianite crates stacked on top of each other.
Having been around Yoru enough to make him come out of his shell, you knew when he was uncomfortable or not. And he sounded like he held something back. Did you do something wrong? Was it the date earlier? Did you push things too far?!
You mumbled an 'ow' once you picked at your bracelet too hard, a ting of pain following the scratch. In order to distract yourself, the radio was muted and you hesitantly called out your situation.
‎
'Uh‎– Raze on B.'
‎
Enough anxiety, you had a mission to get to. Evident by the rapid footsteps that came from long. You immediately took position and held out your arm, lightly twisting each root until you found the right one to slow down their push. Since they were now untangled and you were calm, it was exceptionally easy to navigate the maze that used to be your arm. Not the scent, not the hand… You paused once you felt a peculiar one.
The bomb.
Just as you heard the footsteps switch from a sandy ground to a wooden one, a burst of sundew escaped your arm and immediately landed where they would have stepped if they didn't push themselves back.
The roots stuck themselves on the ground and prevented them from entering.
Perfect.
You held up your gun and diligently watched the angle in case they'd start to get bold.
'Any updates?'
‎
Brimstone asked over the radio. You were so focused that you'd completely tuned everything out, so you jumped once he spoke. Yoru unmuted.
‎
'They're not committing. Probably a distraction.'
‎
You were surprised at this. Despite the ruckus, he seemed confident in this assumption.
‎
'Good call. Then we're staying here. Think you can hold your own out there, kid?'
‎
'Yeah. We just need smokes.'
‎
The blast echoed on Yoru's side made you wince. Luckily for you, he muted and spared you the inevitable ringing in your ears.
And it only took a few seconds before a purple mist emerged right where you were aiming, shielding you from the bullets that would promptly be fired. Combined with Yoru's call, you could now tell they were shooting at random.
‎
Some time had passed since that ‘attack’.
Despite what you thought was a hard push earlier, Yoru was ultimately right in the end and they'd aggressively pushed out on A, forcing Yoru to rotate. You, however, decided to go from behind. The distant gunfire took over your ears and unintentionally helped shield your footsteps as you moved. Then, it stopped and a heavy thud followed.
‎
"Yo, I got the spike!"
‎
Phoenix proudly called out over the radio. But before you could hear who responded to him, you immediately tuned it all out and focused in on the steps right around the corner. You were in bath, and there was clearly someone who wasn't paying attention to you. In the words of Neon, 'easy pick'. Or whatever she used to say.
Then, the sound of the teleporter went off and concealed you even further. Just as he took his final shot and stepped back to reload, you held out your arm and began twisting a specific set of roots to emit a strong scent. You knew you'd started to do something right once  he began to cough into his elbow. And with a deep breath, you mentally prepared yourself to get your first kill.
You peeked and began shooting, refusing to let your finger off the trigger until the Bulldog ran out of bullets. And... you did it.
Gekko's dead.
‎
A huff escaped you once you took a step back, reloading with incredibly shaky hands. Your eyes were stuck on the omamori as you worked. You got your first kill.
The teleporter going off twice snapped you out of your trance, before the voice of Yoru took over your ear on the radio.
‎
"Who's in bath?"
‎
"It was me, I got the pick on Gekko."
‎
You said with a shaky yet excited voice. Now you started to understand why Neon spoke like that sometimes.
‎
"Finally got a kill? Nice one."
‎
You couldn't help but smile at this.
‎
"Chamber's stuck in hall with the spike. It's only us here. If we can draw him out, one of us can get an easy kill."
‎
You peeked to see the spike sitting right in front of the teleporter. And if you looked closely, you could see a golden glint reflected off of him. Probably the tattoos on his head. Yoru was backsite. With all of this in mind, a plan immediately popped up.
‎
"Stay there, I'll lure him out."
‎
"Got it."
‎
You stood near the doorway and already knew which root to aim for before you even lifted your arm. A shadow slowly emerged from above and blocked the glimmer.
Then, the air stopped.
‎
Just as the building he was in buckled under its own weight, Chamber peeked, shot then disappeared into the teleporter with the spike. It took you a moment to look down on your hand and realise that there was a hole on your palm, blood slowly pooling around the wound and escaping.
‎
❤ฺ·。
‎
Everything felt like a blur at that point. Noises were drowned out, your mind drew blanks and your eyes were focused on only your hand.
Warmth slowly began to encircle your right shoulder. And like a virus, it began spreading in a line across the inside of your arm, red fluid continuously seeping out of the 'small' wound on your palm. It took what felt like a few minutes to comprehend the fact that he hit his shot almost perfectly. So perfectly, it went through your arm and tore your roots apart.
Then, you realised that the odd deafening noise around you had been reduced to a mere rumble. But once you looked up, the explanation was immediately provided. The exit was blocked by what seemed to be the building you ripped apart before he took his shot.
You couldn't move your right arm whatsoever.
‎
You felt a pull on your chin. And before you knew it, you were looking right at a familiar set of brown eyes.
‎
"Hey, hey, look at me, are you okay?"
‎
How did he get here... so fast?
‎
"Y‎– yeah, I'm good, I..."
‎
The centre of your right shoulder felt so heavy now, as if the bullet inside now began increasing in weight. You still haven't been able to comprehend the fact you were shot. Yoru, however, wasn't in a state of shock like you were.
‎
"We need to get you to Sage."
‎
"We have to run to B."
‎
You both said at the same time, and you earned a dirty look from him.
‎
"Yoru, It's fine. It doesn't hurt."
‎
"You're bleeding."
‎
"It's not important! Look, let's take care of the spike first, then we can get to my arm. The teleporter's just outside!"
‎
"We're not going‎–"
‎
"I'll be good, it's not like it hurts, anyway!"
‎‎
Before he could get another word in, you immediately moved through the entrance from behind and walked as fast as you could towards the teleporter. Yoru followed from behind despite his ability to disappear into the rift. You weren't lying when you said it didn't hurt. But that, unfortunately, was before the adrenaline had worn off. And you hadn't realised such a fact.
‎
‎
Now that a moment had passed, with each step you took, it felt like you were exerting more and more energy just to get to your destination. You stopped just a few feet next to the would-be teleporter to catch your breath. What you hadn't noticed was that it was blocked by so much rubble, it was impossible to get through even if you wanted to.
You lifted a hand towards the wreckage and began sifting through the remains of roots you had to clear an entrance. But no matter how much you tried, you couldn't locate any points for what you needed. It was as if the roots Chamber sliced stripped you away of your powers completely.
Yoru held your chin and noticed the tinge of blue that painted your lips. That wasn't to mention how deathly pale you were, even more than you naturally were.
‎
"You're losing too much blood."
‎
You weakly shoved his hand away.
‎
"Don't do that..."
‎
Yoru rolled his eyes. And since you forgot who you were dealing with, you were to pay the price. He slipped a hand under your legs and one behind your back, exploiting your weakened state to easily lift you in his arms.
‎
"Get‎– let me go!"
‎
You tried to push him away whilst he moved back, to no avail. And just moving your good arm left you exhausted. Combined with the sudden aching that overtook your right one, it felt like you were stabbing yourself from the inside over and over.So you rested your head on his shoulder and let him take you...
...
Where was he going again...?
‎
"You, you wouldn't let anyone do this to you..."
‎
"I wouldn't have used my abilities out in the open‎–"
‎
He snapped back, before he caught himself and cleared his throat.
‎
"I'm... sorry. You're right, I wouldn't."
‎
Yoru sighed. Then, completely unprompted, he let out a whispered cuss under his breath.
‎
"I should've taken the chance when I had it."
‎
"Huh...?"
‎
"Nevermind."
‎
You felt the hot afternoon sun shine upon you once Yoru moved through the doorway, before he stopped out of nowhere. You took it upon yourself to lift your heavy eyelids and look at what was in front of you.
The wreckage from A went through the teleporter, enough to block the entrance to the fight. And it was as if Yoru knew what ran through your mind just by the way your foot twitched.
‎
"We'll be fine."
‎
You heard a bullet whizz by each of you from behind. Luckily, Yoru dodged it and immediately moved towards the rubble, allowing the walls to conceal you. He set you on the sand and took out his weapon.
‎
"I'll be back. Try to hold out until then, A/N."
‎
You quickly grabbed his sleeve.
‎
"Wait‎– don't, don't leave me here, let me help!"
‎
"I can't let you get hurt twice."
‎
"But Sage can bring me back, I can still‎–"
‎
Yoru got on one knee and held your shoulders.
‎
"I'm not letting you get hurt. Don't make me repeat myself."
‎
You stared at him for a few seconds. Despite your blurry vision and all of the noise from the fight deafening you, you could see the look in his eyes. His irises swam with vulnerability.
‎
"You're not giving up, huh...?"
‎
He stared at you and let the tense silence be your answer. But just as he went to stand up once more, you pulled him back and pressed your lips against his forehead.
‎
"I'm so lucky to have you."
‎
Yoru, stunned, simply blushed and weakly smiled.
‎
"I... could say the same thing."
‎
He caressed your cheek with his thumb, before finally standing up and digging his hand through the rift.
You closed your eyes in order to gather all of the energy that you could. And judging by the constant ringing in your ear combined with the repetitive beeping, it sounded like the spike had been planted. You put your left hand on the nearby stack of crates, helping yourself up. The omamori on your Bulldog caught your eye, its green colour shining brilliantly against the dullness that surrounded you. It almost worked in pulling you out of your dizzy state.
Your eyes locked on the rubble whilst you caught your breath. There must be a way to get through this. But how? Your roots were sliced from within.
You held out your incredibly shaky arm towards the entrance and took a deep breath in an effort to calm down and outline exactly what remained. Scent couldn't be produced and you couldn't squash anything either. That left you with… You perked up once you noticed one single root that was still connected.
The bomb. The bomb was still there!
It wasn't much, but you had to get creative with it. You took a few steps back and leaned on the wall, aiming towards the rubble. Then, you shot.
‎
A burst of sundew immediately stuck to it like ducklings to their mother. You then rushed to grab it with both hands, and, despite the ever increasing pain, you pulled on it as hard as you could. The sundew refused to let go. In fact, it stuck to it even more, which pulled the rubble with it. And the more you struggled, the more it held on.
The next thing you knew, you were on the ground once you'd finally pulled out the massive brick the sundew was attached to. This set off a domino effect.
You grabbed the Bulldog and rushed behind cover as the wreckage began to tumble over. Sand upon sand covered the air and the noise from this move split your ears for what felt like minutes.
Then... silence. The dust had settled.
You weakly clutched your Bulldog and leaned on the wall whilst you walked to the now-clear entrance.
‎
The fight could be seen through the open window. And so could the spike, surrounded by fire and being defused by Phoenix. The rest were clearly holding off someone in garden alongside Yoru who was behind them. He was only halfway through, and there were only a few seconds before the bomb would go off, judging by the black aura and the unnatural impact it had on the area around it. Victory should be guaranteed...
But that was until you noticed Sova near the doorway who aimed his bow and arrow, ready to shoot a dart. One dart, stall them and that would give the bomb the time it needed to explode. They didn't see him. It seems like he didn't see you, either.
Before he let go, you took aim and immediately began shooting, the bullets rapidly digging through him. It took only one more for you to take his life.
The Englishman immediately met your gaze and said something with a wave of his hand, but his words fell on deaf ears since all you could hear was the pounding of your heart. You huffed and stood up, taking a few steps back to lean against a nearby wall. The Bulldog fell out of your grip, and the omamori's gentle green colour was defiled with the trail of blood that continuously seeped out of you.
Then, it all went dark.
‎
❤ฺ·。
‎
You awoke from your deep slumber with not only a raging headache, but with an arm so sore it felt like it was only one wrong more away from melting off of your shoulder. Almost completely driven by instinct, you immediately sat up and clutched your head, a gentle voice adjacent to you immediately reacting to such a move.
‎
"Oh, A/N, try not to move too fast–!"
‎
The pain set in just as Sage held your shoulders, and you mumbled an 'ow'. It felt like the blood inside your body was swirling and sloshing inside you as it got used to the sudden movement.
‎
"Ah, really...? I turned my back on you for one second..."
‎
"Sorry... First mission, and stuff."
‎
"Don't start with that, you did great! Two kills on your first mission is something to be proud about!"
‎
You ran your fingers through your hair and began gently rubbing your head, the ringing in your ear slowly dissipating. It took you a moment to comprehend what she said. But once she did, guilt quickly set in.
‎
"Thanks... Yo, I wasn't too bothersome to revive, was I?"
‎
"Revive? No, you didn't die, you didn't die at all! You've been out for two hours, you actually survived!"
‎
You didn't believe her, despite the wide grin on her face. Probably trying to save you the embarrassment of dying on your first mission.
‎
"Totally..."
‎
"I'm not joking!" she smiled tenderly and clasped both hands together, "Ah, I– I know this sounds hard to believe, but you truly did."
‎
"Let me get this straight, you're saying Chamber tore all my roots and I survived?"
‎
"Not just your roots, A/N; he tore a few of your arteries as well and you still made it! It was miraculous!"
‎
She placed a finger on her chin once a new piece of information popped up.
‎
"Now that I think about it, theoretically, you should have passed out thirty seconds afterwards. Hypotension is no joke."
‎
You paused once you caught something from the corner of your eye. On a nearby counter right next to the sink was your trusty little Bulldog, the familiar omamori still tied to it. Unfortunately, it was soaked in blood. And you swore you could see that it was torn, as well.
Huh...
‎
"Really...? Maybe my luck's really turning over this time."
‎
"Possibly. On another note, if this happens again, I might have to put 'durable' in your files."
‎
She winked playfully.
‎
"Seriously? Wait, no, Brimstone might–"
‎
You heard two knocks before the door behind you swung open, revealing two very familiar silhouettes. Neon and Yoru solemnly stood near the doorway, a serious expression very unnatural for your Filipino friend to have.
But once she noticed that you were awake, her eyes glimmered with an abundance of joy.
‎
"A/N!"
‎
Uh oh.
Before you could prepare yourself, you were already pulled into a hug that put all the aching in your arm to shame. She hugged you even tighter (and knocked the air out of you for good measure) before finally pulling away.
‎
"A/N, you're alive!"
‎
"I'll... leave you three to talk. Erm, Neon?"
‎
"Huh?"
‎
"Brimstone?"
‎
"Wha– oh! Oh come on, she just woke up! Can't you tell him to give me a few minutes, at least?"
‎
Sage sheepishly smiled, both hands behind her back.
‎
"I'm sorry... This'll take just a few seconds, okay?"
‎
With a loud groan, Neon decided to follow the healer with an immense amount of reluctance. But you couldn't let her go without some reassurance.
‎
"I'll catch you later, Neon!"
‎
"I know you will!"
‎
The door slammed shut and they disappeared. You wanted to ask Yoru what that was all about; but you had a much better idea in mind.
‎
"I– I wanted to–"
‎
Just as Yoru looked back, he found himself pulled into another embrace. This one, however, didn't cause him immense pain.
‎
"Missed you."
‎
You mumbled. And to say Yoru was speechless would be a vast understatement. His mind drew blanks at such a sudden move, despite it not being the first time. And all he could really do in response was put one hand on your back.
‎
"You... Um, you had me worried back there, you know?"
‎
The words mindlessly escaped his mouth, but he didn't really do much to stop it.
‎
"Really?"
‎
"Yeah..."
‎
He quickly cleared his throat before he continued.
‎
"Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm impressed you got Sova. I don't know how you got through the rubble."
‎
You pulled away with an unamused expression.
‎
"I– I thought you died back there."
‎
"You need to expect more from me, dummy."
‎
He blushed and rolled his eyes.
‎
"I said don't take this the wrong way, 'dummy'."
‎
You glanced at the omamori on the counter behind him, but promptly looked back so that he wouldn't catch on.
‎
"So, uh, speaking of dying... Where do you get omamoris again? Shrines?"
‎
"Yeah."
‎
"Are you going there any time soon?"
‎
You tried to be discreet about it, but somehow, he still caught on and looked back to see what your eyes kept darting to. And he saw your weapon, the omamori you spoke of gently resting on top of it.
‎
"Huh, it's torn?"
‎
"Yeah."
‎
A meek smile forced itself on your lips as he walked towards the Bulldog and picked it up. Damp with your own coagulated blood, and torn open just as you thought.
‎
"Sorry about that."
‎
"What do you mean? It's a good thing."
‎
Despite scrutinising it, Yoru didn't sound as bothered as you did. In fact, he sounded pleased.
‎
"This means it did its job."
‎
You perked up at this, but you caught yourself before you did anything impulsive.
‎
"So... remember when you mentioned dinner?"
‎
"Totally. You said no."
‎
Yoru nervously cleared his throat.
‎
"Yeah, I, um, I remember. And I don't want to miss my chance this time."
‎
"Miss your chance?"
‎
"I don't like it when people get all up in my business. But you know what?" He pulled you close by the waist. "Maybe it's not so bad when you do it."
‎
You snickered.
‎
"You're just saying that because I almost died."
‎
A mischievous smile painted his previously callous features. No matter how much he tried, flirting just wasn't Yoru's thing. That much you could tell. But teasing definitely was.
‎
"Fine, guess I'll ask Sage to join me for the date I had in mind."
‎
The word 'date' immediately snatched your attention.
‎
"Wait. Okay, fine, let's hear it. What's the idea?"
‎
"Hanami's coming up and... I haven't celebrated with another person in a while. Wanna join me?"
‎
Hanami? That's right, it was the first of May; the trees must've bloomed already, and the celebration must've started. You beamed at this and completely disregarded your sore arm.
‎
"Is it just the two of us?"
‎
"Tch, yeah. I have a good spot booked and everything. There's this one old lady that sells the best dango, I'm thinking of going to her again this year. If, um, again, you don't have to, but–"
‎
You gently elbowed him with your good arm. Even then, he could barely feel the pain you intended him to feel.
‎
"Don't say that, yes I am. We're going. Where's the spot?"
‎
"Don't you need a minute to rest?"
‎
You proudly gestured to yourself.
‎
"I'm well rested. Don't I look like it?"
‎
Yoru stared at you for a few seconds.
You looked dishevelled. It was natural for someone who danced with death mere hours ago, but the confidence you radiated made it look like it was just the wind after a pleasant jog up a hill. He couldn't help but agree, and that was made obvious from the slight shimmer in his usually narrow eyes.
‎
"If you say so."
‎
You moved towards him.
‎
"So, where's the spot?"
‎
"Kitanomaru park–"
‎
The words were lodged in his throat once you took his hand in yours, pulling him out of the patient room and into the hallways. If you keep walking down this hallway, you'll eventually pass by someone who'll see you both like this. But he worked to convince himself that he didn't really mind...
You met his gaze with a warm smile, before pulling him close to you.
‎
"That sounds amazing."
‎
Just the thought of spending the day with Yoru on that river sounded like some kind of paradise only few would achieve. Fortunately, you were one of the 'few', and you were about to enjoy it as much as possible.
You knew what that day would entail, and you were ready for it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
In the middle of training, you fail to notice Sage at the panel of control, regarding your fight from afar in silence.
She watches you swing from every corner, wasting many bullets and missing targets that were easily killable. The strain in your muscles, the tight expression tugging at the corner of your mouth, the wavering of your wrists when recoiling from firing; whatever training you were going under, it was hurting you in ways it would leave irreparable damage.
Warnings were made when you began with this masochist training, hours and hours put into polishing your aim and battle sense to its sharpness. And despite the multiple times Sage has called you out, you never yielded.
This is partly her fault, should she have seen the pain you were going through, actions would have been taken in advance instead of melee warnings. It is part of her duty to survey and keep in check every agent's health: mentally and physically. Foremore, mental stability is a priority to her after the many battles that have taken place; if she herself was in dire need of therapy and often tries meditation as a way to control her emotions, she doesn’t want to think how the others were fairing.
Perhaps a conversation might take place after you’re done, with the hopes you will hear her out. Watching you fight, she wonders how you’re dealing with the pain, and if there is any sort of backlash.
-------
You were having the time of your life! Although having a guardian instead of a vandal was rough, too used to the sound and precision the other gun gave you, it didn’t lessen the excitement coursing through you when you got a kill, despite missing multiple targets.
Sometimes missions could go wrong, and funds wouldn't be enough to cover for a pricey gun to carry and fight with; to master others weapons is what could determine a win or lose in the battlefield, and you don’t want to take any chances.
The recoil from the guardian was stronger than the vandal, not as close to the operator though, but somehow, your shoulders were having a hard time adjusting to this new hold, almost to the point the pain could be unbearable.
At last, the remaining bot drops broken, having head-shot it from a distance. Breathing out, and proud of the number you’ve got, you turn around to exit the range, not giving much thought about your score and brushing off strands of hair that stuck to your sweaty forehead.
You cannot wait to brag about this to Jett, giddy at the idea of impressing her and, maybe, annoying her with how far you’ve gone with the guardian. She’s always teasing and picking on you whenever your shots fail with weapons as simple as a ghost; it is not your fault she’s gotten the training way before your arrival at the protocol.
“Your frustrated expression is really cute.” Gekko commented once, a bright smile adorning his face. “It's a shame Jett has to annoy the shit out of you to witness it.”
Blushing furiously, you shake your head in hopes to clear it from the recent memory, ignoring the fuzziness and jumble of emotions it causes to your heart. Now is not the time to be swooning over a boy—whose chances of liking you are none to zero—your priority being to get better and, maybe, deal with this shitty feeling hovering over your heart.
For god's sake you sound like a high schooler.
When the doors open, you are soon to forget your mushy thoughts, facing Sage with her arms crossed and a frown visible between her brows. It feels like you’ve been caught red handed doing something you didn’t know about.
“Uh, something wrong?” you ask, biting your lip in anxiouness.
“Quite.” She replies, cocking her head to the side. “Do me a favor and raise your arms.”
Blinking, you follow her instructions, rolling your shoulders until your bone cracks. What follows is immediate pain, having to bite your tongue to not whine from the shuddering in your muscles. Gasping, you lower them, panic and confusion swimming in your eyes.
“E-Er, I'm good, as you can see.” you lie. Sage narrows her eyes. “It hurts a little, but is okay.”
The healer calls your name softly, exasperated, but keeping in the stern expression, “We’ve talked about this before. You can’t keep going like this without supervision.”
Wincing, you avoid her stare. Deciding to keep silent is the best course of action instead of talking back, since she’s right. Guilt gnaws your insides for overseeing her suggestions and demands on taking better care of yourself.
“Please, follow me.”
Leaving the guardian at the range’s weapon storage, you turn to the door with Sage leading the way. The silence enveloping you both was heavy, but neither of you dared to say a thing to break from it; you were embarrassed, and she was too submerged in her thoughts.
At the back of your mind, you find the situation odd. It feels embarrassing to feel like you were getting scolded for doing your job, sort of, and the least you want is someone witnessing the scene without context and assuming the worst.
Turning a corner, you bump into Gekko and Neon, the boy stopping dead on his tracks to not run over you nor Sage and extending his arm so Neon won't cause a domino effect. You blink at them, heart flipping inside your ribcage when Gekko directs a smile towards you.
“Yo, what’s up?” huffing a breath of laughter, he greets. Neon waves her hand excitedly, a grin tugging her mouth.
Sage doesn't stop for a second, walking past them with an apologetic smile, “We're in a little hurry, if you will excuse us.”
“Ah, sorry Sage!” His hazel eyes travel to yours, squinting in the corners when he grins widely, “Will I see you later?”
Nodding your head, you try to tone down the excitement in your voice, “Yeah! Yes, sure, um, let me know when you’re free.”
Winking, Gekko grabs Neon by the wrist and tugs her down the hallway. She exclaims something along the lines of being electrocuted if he keeps his touch longer than necessary and the other manages to laugh brightly, dismissing her warnings.
Something about that scene tugs strings in your heart, numbness overwriting the giddiness. Your hands twitch on your sides and your lips tighten on a straight line, confusion beginning to engulf your insides.
When Sage notices you weren't following, she stands still for a while, wondering about the hold up when something more important was on the line. Her sight sets on the pair running down the hallway, just where you’re still looking at, and she can’t help but smile slightly at the silliness of the situation.
Ah, a boy in love, she thinks, to be young again.
“You alright?” Sage lays a hand on your shoulder, shaking you out of your thoughts. “Shall we go?
You nod absently, sighing deeply. Sage leads you away to the medical parlor.
Your mind is soon occupied with the many tests the healer runs on you. Some more embarrassing than others, but necessary for her to reach a certain conclusion about whatever was happening in your body. The memory of Gekko is forgotten pretty soon with the stern glare she throws your way when you try to escape throughout the process.
“Keep still or else.”
She doesn’t need to finish her threat for you to obey.
And with reason, when the report of your exams reaches Sage’s hand, you are sure whatever was inside the folder was not good. Going over the results, her eyes roam the papers at a fast pace, nervousness seeping from your pores at the mere prospect something was wrong with you.
“You are in the fine line between having rhabdomyolysis and being fine.” she determines, closing the folder. “And this is because of the hard-working training you have gone under by yourself.”
“Oh,” Touching your arm with care, you lock your eyes with her. “What even is randolosis?”
“Rhabdomyolysis,” she corrects, “to summarize, your muscles are deteriorating and dying without the proper rest in between harsh activities. There are toxic components the fibers of the dead muscles produce, and is life-threatening if it were to enter your circulation system, leading to possible kidney damage.”
The news shouldn’t have shocked you as it did, shuddering at the thought you were so close to something that could endanger your life.
“Is…easy to solve, right? Can you fix this?”
“Not as you might think, it is treatable because we've found it on time. But you have to promise me multiple things before we begin, or else you’ll be sitting out from future missions and scouting teams. Am I understood?”
The urge to refute is strong, but remembering you were at fault, you decide to accept whatever her conditions were.
“Firstly, I’ll assign you to physical therapy to deal with the damaged muscles, alright? Breach will help you out with that.” When you don't react in a negative way, she continues, “Secondly, I’ll ask you to please accept one of the seniors as your coach for your next sessions on the range and forward.”
“But-!”
“No, not hearing it.” She cuts in, “Either you choose your own coach or I’ll assign one to you, understood?”
You nod.
“Thirly, and most importantly, I’ll ask Omen to be in charge of you for mental therapy. He will help you try ways to reduce stress and hopefully, manage your emotions in a healthy way instead of tearing yourself into pieces at the range.”
Oh, you think, Omen?
Out of all the people she could think of, Omen was the most prepared for this sort of thing? You won’t go against her way of thinking, but the choice makes you doubt whether you will get along with the wraith to spend more than an hour together in a room.
Is not that you don't get along with him, rather you haven't spent enough time with him outside missions to know what he's really like.
“At last,” motioning you to sit on the bed, she fixes your short hair until you’re no longer a mess in her eyes, “If you feel any sort of way towards another agent, please remember to keep it a secret, since is not allowed these kind of…fraternization.”
You sputtered, flustered by the implication of her words.
“Is not my place to say this, but you are quite obvious with your infatuation.”
“Sage, I- no, please, don’t misunderstand things.” Trying to explain yourself is such a nuisance to your own ears, embarrassed to the core at being found out. “I don’t like Gekko like that, he’s just, he’s just a good friend!”
“I never said anything about Gekko.”
Oh.
“Please don’t tell him.” You beg, panic rising inside your chest, “Don’t tell anyone about it. I don’t want the other agents to know I-, that I-”
Sighing, she turns around to grab her device, “It is not my business, you should not worry about that.” Sage glances at you briefly, watching your expression turn sour and sensing you crumbling in her office bed over a simple crush.
But, in honesty, it goes way deeper than that.
Coming from a society where loving people of the same sex is frowned upon, openly admitting to liking someone who is a boy drives you into anxiety that is not easy to control. Having to sit in silence for the many years upcoming and hiding who you really were from everyone’s eyes has been hard; but that doesn’t deterrer you nor stop you to accept whatever fate had ready for you.
The story changes when you’re exposed unwillingly. Completely out of your control, you don’t know how to handle someone else knowing about this delicate topic.
“Why do you seem in so much distress?” She asks, approaching you with carefulness in her actions.
Biting your lip, you shake your head. Both your hands are tight in fists, controlling your breathing with heavy intakes of air to keep yourself calm and collected. There is a slight moment of consideration of telling Sage about your worries, thinking that she might understand your situation; but the fear is bigger, clouding your senses.
Sage calls your name softly, worry overtaken her features. “Hey, breathe with me, inhale, and exhale.”
She holds your hands through the whole ordeal, waiting for you to calm down and come back to your senses. It takes a long while for you to register that she's still there with you, holding your hand and rubbing your back in soothing motions.
There is a moment of rushing panic when someone knocks the door; eyes raising to see Omen hover over the threshold. Caught off guard, the wraith apologizes and goes back into the hallway while closing the door, giving you both time to compose yourselves.
“Are you alright?” Sage nudges your elbow softly, trying to get your attention.
Not trusting your own voice to come as steady as you want it, you nod, squeezing her hand holding you still. Sage brushes your short hair in soothing motions, giving you time and silence until you're better.
Once your heart stops beating furiously and evens to a normal rhythm, you nod, letting her know all is okay now and can get a hold of yourself.
“So…therapy?” you ask timidly. Sage sighs tiredly, a smile tugging at her lips for the change in conversation.
“Quite.” she replies, asking Omen to come inside the medical room. “Your mind needs to find a healthy way to let loose the straining and manage your emotions.”
Drained to the core, you ask, “Are you calling me emotional constipated now?”
“Yes.”
You wince at her boldness, but it is a fair assumption, “A little rude, but okay.”
“Omen will help you channel your energy into something less violent and helpful for your mind. While you go at it, I'll be requesting an IV for your treatment later today,” Making her way to your files, she revises them in silence, leaving you and Omen standing there awkwardly.
A few seconds pass by until the healer notices both were still there.
“Well, what are you waiting for?” Sage frowns, shooing you both, “Go off, both know what to do. I’ll get back to you later when I’m finished with my tasks.”
----------------------
The way to the common sharing space in the protocol is quiet. The wraith has said nothing the entire way but to follow him to a more secluded area for privacy.
Despite the room being open and for everyone, most don't spend the time lounging here, but rather take their time to do something more productive instead of lacking off.
“So, Omen,” you begin, breaking the ice. The other acknowledges you with a soft hum, “what is it you're gonna teach me to…uh, canalize emotions?”
“I will help you with focus,” he replies. Mouthing an ok, you follow him to the couch.
Taking a seat, you watch him go around the room gathering a basket and yarn from a box in the corner. He fixes some long needles in his hands before approaching and handing them to you.
“What-”
“We're gonna knit.”
What the fuck.
He goes over a few of the yarn he's brought, choosing one with a soft gray color and knots them into his own needles. You follow his movements with a closer look, trying to memorize the patterns but futile with how fast he goes over his first row.
“Um, Omen?” you ask, “I didn't quite get what you did, do you mind doing it slower?”
“Of course.
He detangles what's done, and this time, he goes over the motions at a slower rate to which you are thankful. The knots being made are repetitive and easier to follow, concentrating on every little detail before trying to mimic it.
Omen kneels in front of you when you settle with the tools, watching in silence how you knot the yarn to start making your first row. He leaves his needles on the side to focus entirely on helping you out.
“I’ve never thought knitting would help you relax.” you mutter. Omen grunts softly, fixing your hands position with a nudge of his knuckles. “Is harder than I thought, though.”
“It takes patience.” Taking the gray yarn, he detangles a few strands to help you ease the thread. “You get used to it, it becomes mechanical with time.”
You keep on pushing the tip of the needle until it takes part of the yarn, the first stitch, and repeat the motion with the next loose loops, finishing your first row of the knitted yarn within a couple of minutes.
Omen nods approvingly, “Good. Keep a strong grip on the needles. Here.”
His hands are cold to the touch when he covers yours to fix the positioning and grip. He guides you in slow motion the next step, to transfer the first row to another needle, a thicker one, for easier access. He’s speaking in a low voice, reverberating your insides pleasingly with how smooth it sounds.
The closeness of Omen feels strange in some ways.
Since his body is not entirely corporeal, you can feel the vibrations and smoke that tries to escape from the wrapped bandages around his body. When Omen speaks, there is an after sound that seems like he is purring when concentrated; is low, but easily detectable. Was it on purpose? Unconscious?
You want to tell him it sounds cute, but not knowing if it would cross any boundaries, you refrain from making the comments.
It is tempting, though.
“There, now you’ve got it.”
It takes you a while to know what he’s talking about, watching between the needles at hand to him in front of you. Omen doesn’t have facial expressions, so it is hard to guess what kind of thoughts are running through his mind right now.
But when he laughs softly, a blush spreads to your cheekbones to the point you want to hide your face underground. The lines of light on his face vibrate with every chuckle coming from him.
You shouldn’t be finding that attractive just now.
“Did you hear anything I said just now?”
“Yeah! Yes! Of course, I-!” leaning on the backseat, you cough embarrassed. “Um, I did not.”
Omen nods in understanding, but you doubt he actually knows the whys of the distraction. Does he even know how distractible he is?
“Let's go over it again, shall we?” when you nod, he hovers his hands on top of yours again, hesitating whether to touch again or leave it be.
When you smile, it gives him the green light to proceed with his explanation and this time, you hear the instructions and try to concentrate on his words instead of the pleasing touch of his hands.
Once the second row is finished, you think you get the hang on it.
“I think I got it!” You say. Omen nods approvingly. “Will you keep helping me if I get stuck?”
“Of course,” resting his hands on your lap, he continues, “is not always that I have a companion for when I knit. Would love to have you around for longer.”
Touched by his words, you swear to keep him company for as long as he wants you to be here.
“Maybe when I get better at this, we can do something together!”
Omen laughs softly, “It would be lovely.”
“Sorry,” a voice cuts in, making you gasp in surprise, “am I interrupting?”
In the middle of the room, Gekko stands there awkwardly, a deep frown apparent on his face, looking from the joined hands to the position he's found you both in.
You blink, surprised to see him there. Usually at this hour, Gekko spends his time at the range with Harbor to train his abilities, not lounging around the base aimlessly and lost like he does now.
Omen is the first to react, squeezing your hands before standing up. “You are not interrupting. Do you need something?”
Shifting his weight, Gekko glances at Omen and back to you, coughing slightly and mouth tight on a line.
“I thought you were going to be alone,” he says, muttering your name. “Are you going to take long?”
Looking between the needles at hand and Omen still standing in front of you, you nod, quietly apologizing for the inconvenience to both of them, “Sage has recommended me for some therapy, it hasn’t been ten minutes since we’ve begun so I’ll stick here for a little more.”
“Kay’, cool.” Gekko walks to where you’re seated, plopping on the couch and crossing his arms. “You don’t mind me waiting here, right?”
The wraith shakes his head, “On the contrary, feel free to do what you must.”
Next couple of minutes ends up with Gekko keeping silent while he watches you interact with the other, eyes narrowing whenever his hands guide yours in a complicated thread you get lost in.
Omen’s voice is soothing enough it makes you forget your nervousness of having your crush right there, concentrating fully on what you’re making. Despite your initial thoughts, the mental therapy could end up being something you could do in your free time. Because just like Sage suggested, your focus is solely on the object at hand instead of the events happening around you.
To canalize and handle your emotions better, will it really go to that length where you’ll be able to not melt under Gekko’s stare whenever his attention is on you? You know she didn’t mean your romantic emotion towards the other specifically, but rather how to deal with the whole package in stressful situations.
Looking from the corner of your eyes, you stifle in embarrassment when you cross his eyes. Gekko’s expression, sour and obviously upset, warps into a more open and happy one. Feeling cheeky, Gekko winks at you, making you falter in your action and warmness fills your face at being caught.
“Enjoying the view, pretty boy?” he teases, a grin tugs at his lips.
“Shut the fuck up.”
Gekko laughs brightly at that, leaning in to get a better look at what you’re doing. Your fingers work quicker now, pressure building the longer he stares without saying anything. And you don’t know what’s worse, having him right there sitting in silence, or rather wanting him to talk non-stop with his bad flirting and comments to make you flustered.
“How’s it coming?” Omen asks from another couch, his own work laying on his lap. Raising the little rows you’ve made so far for him to review, he grunts in approval, leaving his yarn on the side.
He kneels in front of you, inspecting the loops with carefulness. Once again, he guides your hands to the next steps, widening the size of what you’re doing. His hands feel warmer this time, softer, and you chase after the feeling when he tries to back away by taking it between your hands.
“Is something wrong?” he asks, voice uncertain. You shake your head, sending him a soft smile.
“You’re warm.” your thumbs run over his palm, fascinated with the waves of smoke coming from the bandages, “Is…really warm now, compare from before, how?”
Turning his hand around, he inspects it quietly, “Not certain. The composition of my own body is unknown, and so are the changes it goes through most of the time.”
Nodding, you let go of him, a little nervous for may have crossed a boundary right here. But Omen doesn’t say anything for a long time, his hands lay on your lap, unmoving, considering your words about whether his warmth had something to do with you or just the occasion of sharing one of his hobbies with someone else.
“So I was interrupting something.”
Gekko huffs, annoyance clear on his expression, leaving with angry stomps echoing the room, creating a bad atmosphere for both of you.
Neither you nor Omen know what set him off to be this upset, glancing between the place Gekko’s just left to each other, confusion palpable in the air.
“I’ll go get him, make sure he is okay.”
“Sure.” Stepping to the side, Omen lets you gather your things inside the basket he’s brought from the beginning, fixing your needles with care onto the side and handing it back to him.
“Is it okay if we continue this tomorrow?”
“Of course,” patting your back, he lets you go after the other agent.
Is not until you are out of sight does he sigh tiredly, starting to organize the baskets and yarns laying around.
Sage was right, your mental health was the least of your problems if you have someone as jealous as Gekko going after you. The poor thing didn’t understand Omen was able to perceive others emotions through their wavelengths and heartbeats, similar as to what Reyna does to intimidate her enemies.
Gekko’s love, or strong feelings towards you, was enough to overwhelm him. It got harder to deal with when he spotted you both knitting together, innocent as it might look, the other felt threatened by the sight of his loved one in hands with another who wasn’t him.
The animosity is something he doesn't like to perceive, he hopes whatever you do might calm him down next time for your session.
Anyway, at the end of the day, it was up to you two to figure out whatever was going on there.
He has enough with his own love life to deal with another’s.
------------------------
Finding Gekko is not that hard if you know enough about his habits, spotting him at the range with an operator and shooting bots after bots with a ferocity that makes you tremble.
An odd sight, in truth, and it could only mean one thing.
He is pissed as fuck.
Have not been spotted yet, you walk right outside the windows while admiring his figure from a distance. He is not sporting his usual green vest, only a simple black t-shirt hugging his torso in the nicest way possible. The straining in his arms is noticeable, even from where you’re standing now, his muscles are big and to die for.
Gekko's always been easy on the eye, eye-candy, as some would say. Attractive, handsome, with a pretty face and a body that makes you stare for hours and hours to not end. You hate it makes you feel nervous whenever he is in the vicinity, by just a simple glance, he has you wrapped around his finger and you bet everything he has no idea about that fact.
Killing his fifth bot in a row, an ace, you decide to enter the range, ready to face him and start questioning his behavior with Omen back then.
The opening door echoes within the place, enough of a big call for Gekko to know someone else was with him. But before you could say anything, he beats you to it, not even turning around to acknowledge whoever was behind him.
“I don’t want to talk.” He shoots one bot down. “I’m not in the mood to entertain you in conversation, Neon.”
Neon?
“Estúpido Omen,” another bot down. “I thought I was being obvious enough, but he didn't get the hint and now he's all cuddly wobbly with Omen.”
Confusion and embarrassment is written clear on your face at the confession; mostly confusion because what the fuck does cuddly wobbly even means?
He misses one shot, “Fuck! I can't even think straight now!”
Sighing in irritation, he leaves the operator to the side and sits on the floor, whining in annoyance and covering his face with his hands.
“Am I the stupid one for reading the cues wrong?” Gekko laments. “What am I supposed to do now?”
Anxiousness is the first reaction your body seems to process, making you unable to mutter a word because of the implications of what Gekko just said. There is silence hanging in the air where all you can hear is your own heartbeat and heavy breathing, grounding yourself with your fidgeting hands.
Is it weird? You think is weird, the whole situation is weird and odd and ridiculous and, your brain is going into overdrive and making you all jittery and panic and an overwhelming urge to scream gets stuck in your throat.
“I love him.” Groaning, he turns around this time, “I really love h-”
Oh boy.
His expression is priceless and quite funny; eyes wide open in surprise and mouth hanging open mid sentence. But you are unable to comment on it, panic seizing you, and mimicking his face from the sheer surprise.
Gekko has just confessed his love for you, openly and honestly.
You should feel happy about it, right? Jumping around in excitement and holding his hand while you confess your own feelings to him and then you can have your own happy ending like you’ve always wanted-
Next you know, you’re running away from the range.
It becomes something out of a romcom, where one lead follows the other while they run away. The first thing that comes to mind is Pride and Prejudice, the scene where Jane runs from the church and Darcy follows after her to profess his love and how madly in love he was with her.
The rapid footsteps behind you proves to you this is not any kind of romantic movie, but out of a horror one with how close Gekko is approaching. When you dare to take a peak you cannot help the screech of fright at seeing him just a couple of steps behind.
“Why are you following me you sicko?!”
“Because I need to explain myself!” he replies, trying to catch the back of your shirt. “Stop running, please! I’m already so tired!”
Turning around a corner you open the first door you see, cursing loudly when it happens to be a simple bathroom instead of another passage like you wanted it to be. But by the time you back away, Gekko is closing the door behind him, blocking the exit while he tries to catch his breath.
“Dios! You run so fucking fast, what the hell.” Leaving the lock on, he then begins to approach you, taking heavy intakes of air.
Cornered, you try to make distance in the tiny space, nervousness crawling on your insides with how heavily he’s looking at you. You feel your cheeks warm at the sight of his own flushed face and shirt sticking to his chest, gulping nervously when Gekko smirks.
“Eyes are up here, sweetling.”
Shut the fuck up, you want to say, but bite your tongue to not fall under his teasing.
“I won't go around the bush, since I've opened my heart to you already; although mistakenly because I thought I was talking to Neon.” Taking your hand slowly, as if testing the waters to not scare you, he leans on and lets you touch his chest, right above his heart. “Can you feel it? It's beating for you right now.”
Trembling, you clutch at his shirt, lips tightening and heart screaming with euphoria and love from his open admission.
“Gekko,” gulping down, you dare to look him in the eye, “don't, I'm—”
“You don't love me?” he asks, a devastated expression paints his face.
“No, no! I'm just— confused, I guess…” when he doesn't say anything, you decide to keep going, “I thought you…you weren't like me. I thought you liked women just like everyone else.”
Gekko blinks at your statement.
“You know what I mean, right?” he clearly doesn't. “Neon was the possible candidate to date you, and it seemed you were really close…”
Bursting out laughing, Gekko backs away, trying to calm down with the sudden fit by covering his mouth. The ridiculousness of your situation is hilarious, because how? How is it possible you were blinder than him in all aspects in the matters of love?
And to expect him, out of all the people, to like Neon? His bestie?
“Boy, Neon is not into me, as you might think.” He giggles, “I bet you didn't even know she was with someone else already?”
“...no.”
“Figures.” With the remainder of his laughter, he approaches again, this time with a more confident stance. “If that was your concern, you are safe to assume we are nothing more than friends.”
A serious stare and an open hand, he goes on, “I want to question you now, if I may, is there something going on between you and Omen?”
“Huh?” frowning, you shake your head. “Today you've witnessed my first interaction with him.”
Huffing, he rolls his eyes, “Suuuuuurely. He seems to get acquainted real quick.”
“He was just helping me knit?”
“As if!” he exclaims, “Omen was flirting with you, and you didn't even notice!”
“I don’t understand where Omen falls into this conversation. This is the first time I had an interaction with him.”
“Yeah? Doesn’t seem like it, he got real handsy with you huh.”
“What even? And why does that concern you?”
“Are you for real now?” He takes your face between his hands, noses touching and lips inches apart. Your heart jumps inside your ribcage at the closeness, and any impulse of flight evaporates with a single touch, “I’ve told you I love you, that I don’t want anything with anybody, and you ask me why does this concern me?”
“Uh, yeah?”
“Are you this dumb?”
“What the fuck, you’re so rude! Let me go!” You try to push him away, but he doesn’t move nor let you go. “Gekko, really, let me go now, I need to meet with Sage before she gets upset at me.”
“I don’t understand.” he mutters, his thumb strokes your lower lip, stopping your fight, “You’ve yet to reject me if you don’t feel the same, but all you’re doing is changing subjects or trying to get away from me.”
“I’m not.”
“Then why?” His breath mingles with yours, his hazel eyes don't leave yours at any moment, “Why won't you say either answers? I love you.”
At the touch of his lips, a whole shiver runs down your spine, seizing you to close your eyes and follow his lead. Your arms go by slowly, engulfing his neck with a tight hold to keep him in place while he moves his lips softly against yours.
It’s heavenly. Gekko tastes heavenly, with his soft lips and tongue intertwining with yours, you kiss him like you’ve never kissed anyone in your life; swallowing every noise and grunt coming from him, passion and love pouring with every move.
He breaks from the kiss, breathing heavily and cheeks shaded in a darker color; the silly smile on his face is a wonderful sight.
“I love you, tonto.” he whispers, stealing another kiss. You gasp into his lips when his hands find purchase on your thighs, roaming your sides with want until he grabs a handful of your ass shamelessly. “Why can't you understand that?”
Because up until today, it never crossed your mind Gekko would be just like you. A little bit dumb and head over heels for another man. And this time, the boy you are so in love with is accepting everything you are and more despite not giving him a straight answer.
Gekko cages you against the wall, bodies flushed together and hips slotting against yours; his hands are touching, pinching and smacking with greed every inch of your body and you don't know how to deal with the overwhelming urge to keep begging for more when his hands try to go under your shirt, feeling you up without shame. His mouth travels from your lips to your neck, sucking at one particular spot in your collarbone that has you weak in your knees, breath hitching in surprise and hands clinging onto his broad back.
Finding that leaving hickeys in plain sight of your body has him reeling in desire, Gekko dives in to keep biting and sucking on the tender skin until it changes to a darker color.
No matter your protests from taking this somewhere else, embarrassed someone might walk in, he keeps going, licking a strip from your neck to your earlobe and kissing your cheek with tenderness when you rut your hips unconsciously. His hand travels to your ass again, squeezing it with greed, and helping you guide your movements with more precision against his own hard-on.
“I've been in love with you for so long.” he confesses, whispering your name with sweetness. “I am in love with you.”
“Gekko…”
He doesn't let you finish, claiming your mouth once again, kissing you with fervor and passion that ignites something else in the pit of your stomach and awakens your own sex; Gekko decides he's going to claim you in whichever form he can right now. He can't let this opportunity slip from his fingers, not when he's waited for so long and now he's burning with an unrestrained passion.
He doesn't know where this sudden spike in confidence comes from; whether from your flustered face, whining his name in a tone that has him tight in his pants and fueling his ego or how desperately you were getting off to his touch and kisses, making him feel in power and control of your pleasure.
You hang onto his back as a life line when he begins pushing his thigh against your cock, gasping into his mouth and groaning in tandem with desire pouring through your every whimper. Gekko chases your lips, tongue making its way into your mouth and fighting for dominance until you give in, reeling in the euphoria from feeling your body and having you crumble under his loving ministrations.
The flush in your face, the soft moans in between sloppy kisses, your hands trying to find purchase behind his head; gods, what did he do to receive such a treat?
“I can feel you getting hard, love.” he whispers, he raises his legs again and applies pressure just right where you want it, moaning his name. “Just how long will you make me beg until you profess your love to me.”
Oh god, this man is going to kill you.
You grab the back of his head to help you guide his lips to yours once again to shut him up. The taste is addictive, way too good to have it once, and tongues toying with each other sends your head into overdrive.
Biting his lip, you moan his name once again, hips rolling against his leg until you both are frotting against each other in desperation for release. Gekko whispers your name lovingly, to which you swallow with greed for more.
“God, Mateo—”
You want this man to ravage you and make you sweat with lust, you want him to fuck you stupid with his cock until you can't think of nothing but him and being filled to the brim. To be folded against the mattress, to have him behind you, bending you over and thrusting without respite, any way he wants it, you need him desperately.
Feeling his hardened dick, even through the clothes, is making you delirious in ways you never thought was possible. Your own swollen member wants to be touched by his hand alone, to help you reach your climax while you chant his name in groans and moans, releasing your cum between your bodies while he fills your insides with his own seed.
“Please, Mateo, fuck me—” the boy grunts your name, lost in the feeling of your rolling hips. “I'm so close, fuck, fuck!”
“Wouldn't you like that, amor?” he teases, his hands tightens his grip on your ass, and moves you with harshness. “
At one last slide, the coil tightening in your belly snaps, the orgasm hitting you with shockwaves of pleasure that Gekko helps you ride out, keeping on rubbing against him until he reaches his own end as well.
The tingling in your body doesn't disappear immediately, your mind still clouded with the post-orgasmic experience and cock twitching with the last remaining of your cum. Your hands reach for his face, caressing his cheek with tenderness; he’s breathing heavily, eyelids low and a look that has you melting on the inside.
Emotions swelling inside your chest, you finally give in, “Oh my god, I love you.”
Full of love, full of satisfaction, you lean in to close the gap for a kiss, slower this time, tasting him to the fullest and deepening it. The sensual action of having his mouth melting with yours is a dream; sighing happily when he makes some distance and dives back in.
Gekko laughs in between the kisses, smooching your face with tiny pecks until you’re fully giddy with his affection.
“Who would've thought, huh?” he mutters, hiding his face in your collarbone. He keeps on mouthing softly your skin, leaving love bites after love bites until you sigh loudly when he sucks a hickey.
“About what?”
“That for you to tell me you love me, I had to make you cum.”
Mood shattered, you groan in annoyance, pushing him away, and pouting when he begins laughing in earnest.
“You fucking horndog, is your fault it led to this,” moving around feels uncomfortable, the stickiness of your cum drying inside your trousers was hard to ignore now. “I need to shower, I can’t go back to Sage like this.”
Gekko hums, caging you against the wall once again, “Yeah? How about you and I take one together?”
“Ha! You wish.” Trying to avoid his lips, you duck and try to crawl towards the door to escape. “Now I know I won’t be able to deny you anything if you get me in the mood.”
Bold as ever, Gekko jumps on you from behind, both tumbling down on the floor from his weight and trapping you between his arms and legs.
“You won’t escape then!” he exclaims, burying his face at the back of your neck.
“Mateo, this is disgusting! Let me go, I wanna shower!”
“Nah, boy, you stuck here with me until you tell me you love me again!”
Whining, you keep struggling against his hold but to fail horribly; but in honesty, seeing the muscles in his arm flex and tighten when trying to apply pressure was way too hot to keep missing out.
Huffing, you yield, “I love you…”
“Not good enough, try again.”
“You fucking-!”
Sage will have to wait for a little bit longer.

new to tf and stumbled into your train boys. i agree there should be more trains 🚂🚂 50 billion cars and like one main train guy? scam!
Hi and welcome to the big transforming robot fanbase! :D There are more trains out there, such as team Bullet Train, hell, there's even a guy called Vain Train, but yeah, they're definitely not as prominent as bots turning into road vehicles. But hey, at least we can fill the hole in the market ourselves :D

Playing on my last req with strong reader, what about where reader playfully picks him up from behind? Like when you try to scare someone, but end up giving them a bunch of kisses? 🥰
I'm answering two of your asks with one post. Yes I'm still writing (mostly to ch.ai bots because my depression won and I couldn't bring myself to write anywhere) but, yeah still writing, I'm a writer by heart if you don't hear from me for a hella long time, and I haven't written elsewhere I'm probably just really sad or struggling again. Thank you for asking, low key made my anxiety force me to write again and helped my mental health in a twisted kinda way, and thanks for being patient so ta-da~ sorry if it's bad or on the shorter side I'm rusty cause I haven't written in a while.
Boo! - Masky x Strong Male reader (Part 2-ish)
It's no surprise that as Slender's one-man clean-up crew you have an, interesting, to say the least, skill set. You meet your fair share of literal creeps, and cleaning up their messes means you learned how to dispose of bodies, get human remains out of clothes, floors, and walls. How to navigate weird moving forests, and large bodies of water. You also know everyone's allergies and on occasion have to patch creeps up, so first aid basics as well.
However if you ask your murderer boyfriend, your scariest skill, and one of your favorites, is one you learned from your big, abusive, family. You were incredibly light footed and tended to move so silently you'd 'teleport'. You had, in reality, just walked to the location you were at but it scared the night owl creeps as you grab a midnight snack or glass of water, for yourself or your overworked exhausted boyfriend.
You loved to sneak up on Masky just as much as he did to sneak up on you. You fondly referred to said sneak attacks as love attacks for you had a tendency to smother him with affections post spook and sneak up.
The first time you very narrowly avoided dying at the hands of your beloved, because he's a trained killer and doesn't take kindly to being snuck up on.
You snuck up on him for the first, and almost last, time while he was doing paperwork late at night. He had been overworking himself to the bone, with stacks of paperwork and victims, both his and the others. You thought you'd be nice and bring him some tea, maybe convince him to go to bed, if you'd be so lucky. But as you got to his office seeing him so engrossed in his work you saw an opportunity to sneak up on him for once instead of the reverse and so you did. You set the tea behind you on a filing cabinet and snuck behind his chair pulling it out and spinning him towards your saying "Hey, honey!" And the bullet ricocheted in such a way that if you hadn't ducked, or Masky hadn't pushed your head down rather, it would've hit square between your eyes.
Sometimes it'll still be a close call if he's to wound up from his workload. But the successful ones sure are sweet.
You and Masky had a lazy day planned, where both of you had authorization for a day off and decided to take a walk, have a picnic and swim by one of the lakes in the forest. Masky had been waiting for you at the bottom of the stairs being familiarized with the stairs and your handy little skill you saw an opportunity that you couldn't miss. You crept down the stairs and scooped up your boyfriend, kissing his face, and throwing him over your shoulder as you began to walk out the mansion. Tim laughing and squirming the entire time. His laugh is a warm and enticing sound as he doesn't do so very often and hearing it fills you with an indescribable amount of joy. So much so you wish you could bottle the sound to immortalize its purest form.
When you put him down you kiss him properly this time, deeply and adoringly, "Boo!" You murmured against his lips before running off ahead of him and making him tackle you into the grass with similar treatment.

I actually think Ganondorf sort of dodged a bullet. Multiple times, in fact. Like, think about it, if the Gerudo had any lower morals, then if they wanted to, they could've chained him to a bed & turned him into their breeding stud. Never to see the light of day.
Like, I'm not even kidding.
Think about it, first male of their kind in 100 years… It really makes one wonder why I’ve only found one other person on the internet who thought of it.
He just narrowly dodged being a personal whore for an entire tribe...
Tumblr media
I'm sorry this has sat here for so long. I keep rereading it as... it does bring up a very striking image of Ganondorf. Gunna have to use that for a couple of starters with Ganondorf bots... Cuz... Wow. Yeah.
I think the Gerudo didn't even think to use Ganondorf like that due to his history, rarity, and maybe possibly inbreeding? Like... He is a Gerudo. A Gerudo Man, yes, but a Gerudo none the less. Maybe there is an unspoken taboo to date/marry/breed a fellow Gerudo, even those of the LGBT. They HAVE to go find someone of a different race to... IDK??? Unspoken rule/religion/prophocy yadda yadda.
Every Gerudo man seems to become a great and terrible figure in history, so maybe they thought don't fuck the demon king cuz those kids would be damn terrors lmao???
I did not add Demise, but ChatGPT added Demise because OHANA MEANS NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND OR FORGOTTEN DAMMIT. EVEN IF DEMISE ISNT GERUDO NOR WAS BORN. HE JUMPED OUTTA THE GROUND LIKE A DEMON. BUT GO OFF, CHATGPT YOU DO YOU BOO.
************************************************************************
The treatment of Ganondorf at birth by the Gerudo tribe can vary depending on the version and the unique dynamics within each timeline. Here’s how each Ganondorf and Demise might be regarded by the Gerudo tribe:
Wind Waker Ganondorf
Treatment:
King of the Gerudo: As the only male born to the Gerudo in a century, Wind Waker Ganondorf is seen as a destined leader. The tribe views him as their king from birth.
Leader and Symbol of Hope: He is expected to lead them to prosperity and possibly out of their harsh desert existence.
Warrior King: His upbringing would focus on making him a formidable warrior and strategist, reinforcing his role as both a symbol of strength and hope.
Ocarina of Time Ganondorf
Treatment:
Prophetic Leader: The Gerudo see him as a prophesied king who will lead them to greater power and influence. His birth is seen as a significant omen.
Savior and Strategist: Raised with the expectation of leading the Gerudo to new heights, his education would focus on both military prowess and political strategy.
Symbol of Destiny: His very existence is a beacon of hope, and the Gerudo believe he will bring about a golden age for their tribe.
Twilight Princess Ganondorf
Treatment:
Dark Omen: Given the darker tone of Twilight Princess, Ganondorf's birth may be seen as an ominous sign, possibly both a blessing and a curse.
Warrior King: Despite any dark prophecies, he would still be raised as their king, with rigorous training in combat and strategy to fulfill his role.
Reluctant Leader: The Gerudo may have mixed feelings, both revering and fearing him, but ultimately seeing him as their inevitable leader.
Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf
Treatment:
Battle-hardened Leader: The Gerudo view his birth as the arrival of a warrior king destined for greatness. He is seen as their ultimate weapon and leader.
Symbol of Power: His upbringing is focused on honing his abilities to lead them in battle and to expand their territory.
Strategic Leader: He is groomed not just for physical prowess but also for tactical genius, expected to lead the Gerudo to victory on many fronts.
Tears of the Kingdom Ganondorf
Treatment:
Mythic Leader: His birth is surrounded by myth and prophecy, seen as a significant event that heralds a new era for the Gerudo.
Dark Hero: The tribe might have an almost reverential fear of him, viewing him as both their savior and a potential bringer of destruction.
Powerful Monarch: He is raised with the knowledge that he will lead the Gerudo, with an emphasis on harnessing both his physical and magical abilities.
Demise (Skyward Sword)
Treatment:
Divine Omen: While not a Gerudo by birth, Demise's presence would be seen as an extraordinary event, possibly viewed as a deity or demigod.
Ultimate Warrior: His upbringing, if integrated into Gerudo society, would be focused on developing his already immense power, seeing him as a harbinger of great change.
Feared Leader: The Gerudo would both revere and fear him, understanding his potential for both greatness and destruction, and seeing him as a force of nature to be guided rather than controlled.
General Aspects:
Reverence and Fear: Each version of Ganondorf is seen with a mix of reverence and fear, acknowledging his potential for greatness but also understanding the inherent risks of his immense power.
Leadership and Strategy: Across all timelines, Ganondorf is groomed to be a leader, with an emphasis on both his physical prowess and strategic mind. The Gerudo expect him to lead them to prosperity and protect their tribe.
Symbol of Hope and Destiny: His birth is seen as a significant event, often interpreted as a sign of destiny. The tribe places great hope in his potential to bring about a golden age for the Gerudo people.
Potential for Darkness: There is an underlying acknowledgment of the potential for darkness within him. This duality of hope and fear shapes his upbringing and the tribe’s expectations.
Military Focus: Given the Gerudo’s warrior culture, Ganondorf’s training is heavily focused on combat skills, ensuring he is a formidable warrior capable of leading them in battle.
Scenes:
Wind Waker Ganondorf:
A group of Gerudo warriors watches as young Ganondorf trains with a sword, his movements already showing promise. "He will lead us to greatness," one warrior murmurs, her eyes filled with hope.
Ocarina of Time Ganondorf:
In the heart of the Gerudo fortress, Ganondorf listens intently to stories of past leaders, his eyes burning with determination. "You will surpass them all," his mentor says, pride in her voice.
Twilight Princess Ganondorf:
As a storm brews over the desert, young Ganondorf stands atop a dune, his presence commanding. "He is our storm," whispers a Gerudo elder, "both a blessing and a curse."
Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf:
In a grand training hall, Ganondorf spars with multiple opponents, easily besting them. "Our king is a force to be reckoned with," a Gerudo warrior states, awe in her voice.
Tears of the Kingdom Ganondorf:
Surrounded by ancient texts and magical artifacts, Ganondorf studies intently, his mind sharp and inquisitive. "He will unlock secrets even we cannot fathom," an elder Gerudo predicts.
Demise:
In a sacred temple, the Gerudo gather around Demise, their faces a mix of awe and fear. "He is our herald of change," the high priestess declares, "a power beyond our understanding."
In each timeline, Ganondorf's presence is significant, shaping the Gerudo’s hopes, fears, and future as they look to him for leadership and greatness.

(Arthreena Anon)
So since I gave you some info on Athreena I wanted to share some ideas for her Sons.
All Three
.
•They actually prefer Optimus over their old dad, their old pa just wanted to train them to be warriors and didn't skimp on the punishment if they failed training. Optimus actually let's them have free time and doesn't discipline them too much.
•All three are total sports nuts, each one loving both a cybertronian sports and an earth sports.
•While they are mama boys, but they will hide behind Optimus when they try their mama's patience(She doesn't hit them, just her glares can terrify Megatron)
• Each of them have a southern accent but it's different version, like Salvo has a Texan accent, Zaptrap has an Alabama accent, while Shothole has Louisiana accent.
Salvo:
•He's the oldest of the three brothers, hatching from his pod a whole fifteen minutes before his brothers hatched out. Tries to be a responsible older brother but often feels his circuits short-out.
•Salvo loves a good game of Cube and while on Earth he is a huge football fan, even managing to pull in Bulkhead for football, his favorite team is Future Detroits football team the CyberLions.
•His Insect mode is an Elephant beetle, his bot mode is the same size of Bulkhead but his torso is more oval shaped like a beetles torso, his legs are a bit shorter than Bulkheads, in robot mode both of the Insect legs combine to form his arms, his hands being like Beastwars Dinobots.
•His special power is the ability to create fireballs from his horn in Insect mode and hands in bot mode.
Zaptrap
•The second youngest and the one to start most of the sibling fights just for the heck of it.
•Loves the Lobbing game his granpah Scorponok used to play with him, but he loves Earths hokey with how violent it can get. His favorite team is Red Wings, he watches it with Sari in the base.
•His Insect form is a Golden Stag Beetle, in his bot mode he has a rounder body than Salvo, he has two sets of arms like his ma, and clawed legs.
•His special ability is that he can generate electricity, enough to power Detroit for a year, but his favorite way to do it is to make literal Thunder Punches.
Shothole
•The youngest of the brothers and one of the more impulsive of the siblings, always ready to prove himself. Which makes things worse when he's friends with Bumblebee.
•His favorite cybertronian sport is Mecha-Soccer, and he was beyond ecstatic that earth had something similar. He's a fan of Detroit City FC, he roped in Bumblebee and Prowl to be fans.
•His Insect mode is a Rhinoceros Katydid, while in his bot mode he's a lanky bot with long legs and a long torso and long arms. However unlike his brothers his wings are present in his bot mode and can actually fly.
•His special ability is that he can kick so hard that he creates air bullets at the Decepticons.
They start calling Optimus 'Ops pops', jokingly at first but then it just kinda sticks. Optimus doesn't object though he does thinks it's a tad embarrassing considering that they are all way bigger than him.
Optimus has no clue about how to be a dad so he looks up a bunch of tips online, including articles on the subject, while also asking professor Sumdac for advice (he's the only father he knows). The initial results are kinda... awkward.
Optimus: "So... sports, huh?"
Salvo: "Sorry, I wasn't listening, what were you saying?"
Optimus: *sweating, gesturing at the TV* "Uhhhhh, sports?"
Salvo: "Oh! Yeah, it's really intense right now! CyberLions vs BoltHounds! The CyberLions are currently losing but I believe they can still pull through, especially considering they are on their home turf. What do you think?"
Optimus: "Uh, lions are bigger and stronger than dogs, so... probably?"
Salvo: "They sure are, pops, they sure are."
