here's a crudely textured model of Pinkie[1][2] the bug ferret[1][2] from Jay Eaton's Runaway To The Stars, that I made for funsies as I learn to use blockbench c:

I might make some adjustments, and then polish up the texture, after i learn how to animate blockbench models- and then how to set up custom player model packs. I'd love to make stuff like that for my own OCs, and perhaps for various other people's species should the owners allow it. I'm finding it's pretty fun to model things in blockbench already as is!

(Rnow this one is just a static model I made just for fun, and to practice more varied shapes. I would not release an actual player model pack using someone else's species or character without permission. That said Jay if you play minecraft and would like to have RttS species custom player models,,, I'd be up for that once I like. actually know how to do the animation and such!)

Family portrait of an agrarian bugferret household, including their unofficially adopted avian (Rooturoo). By bugferret standards, the family is both small and strangely put together. More details under the cut!

This family manages a large farm in an avian/bugferret space station city. The current household makeup is relatively new. The oldest, Tanyirr, Swiitah, and Lyooi, are the last of the 'old guard'. The most recent member is Kiiwah, a spacer adopted after being divorced from a different family.

All the names displayed here are their nicknames given by Rooturoo. Most refer to avian homeplanet foods. The family in general speaks BFL-2 and Tiiliitian sign, so Rooturoo and Kiiwah are the only ones who speak vocal languages with any frequency.

Rooturoo occupies a very unusual space in the family. The bugferrets already ran a large portion of the avian agriculture in the city due to a governing quirk. Rooturoo originally helped out with the avian crops, being both suited to the ambient temperatures and an expert in xenobotany. Over time though... they became more than a colleague. They're now considered a member of the group.

The children are all very young. Their layer parents are Hshni, Oonruh, Uriimah, and Crriah (from oldest children to youngest). The rest of the ferrets are unrelated.

RTTS AU of an existing oc of mine, Tac and his bf Nic, owned by my chum Minn @greminnace Centaur Tac was born on the centaur homeworld near adulthood, being unusual taller, mostly by half a foot. Left his clan as a late teen after a rather violent spat with clan mates, was found, and aided by a nomadic clan of sunchasers, letting him tag along only if he can pull his weight. Branched off when given an opportunity to leave homeworld at a trading company, which didn't last long after he made it to Nexus Jovia. He rented with a tailed GMH named Dante, and took a job as a front door security at a night club called 'The Spilled Beaker'. He meets Nic and his rather rude bug ferret family after they attempted to rob Tac (hilariously failing) and Nic being the only one to defuse the situation. They meet again and again within Jovia, to a point Nic and Tac start meeting "in-secret".

I enjoy drawing the punk centaur, and his wiggly partner.

I was in the depths of my Tumblr blog, which was physicalized as a graveyard. I found the tombstone for a nonexistent TV show that I’d kind of liked but had forgotten about, my favorite character of which was a were-ferret named Zanabia. I found a cool bug and named it after her.

Like 1. Nor the lil fellas fault, i just cant help thinking abt how theyd feel if they were to crawl on me and that leading me to being scared and grossed out

2. Like all my mutuals like bugs, like a LOT. I feel so bad not being able to relate to that specifically especially bcs they care dearly about bugs..

3. It is REALLY bad btw. And it is a blur of disgust and fear too. Which somehow leads to me. Being scared of butterflies more than i am of spiders, since they move less when on their presence
