You said this
So thank you for prove that you have no reading comprehension.
Do you know how many times I have heard this in real life from dickwads like you because I fucked up reading something. It's the kneejerk response people like you use. Instead of being patient and sensible and using your brain to think maybe this person has a reading problem, you just use ablelist slander. It's not about being a mind reader either it's about being a decent human being. It's like telling someone walking slow to hurry up when they might have a physical disability that makes them not be able to. But you wouldn't understand this because you're ablelist.
Yes I made a grace joke because it's meme level now and you are a cunt and treated me badly. Love how you also shat on the sa victim as well. So they're not valid because they were assaulted and feel triggered which colors what they see in the scene but because you like Daemyra and Rhaenyra is your bb girl, you are valid and make out what you see is the reality
Hear is a new flash bitch Viserys was a rapist Rhaenyra was a rapist and Aegon was a rapist. Daemon is a grooming pedo incest wife killer. But you talk about accepting their vices when you don't you deliberately blind yourself to their vices. You are a twat and everyone hates your guts btw
Grace sends her regards lol
Also no wonder you were bullied at school makes sense you're now the bully acting so vile
Do you know how many antis and haters say things to me that don't make any sense when I've given them perfectly clear answers just to try to put me down for free ? Simply because the reality of my words does not correspond to their defamatory speech ?
Literally tons and tons of times.
So yes, sorry for not necessarily having thought that you could be dyslexic and autistic instead of just belonging to the usual group of hateful morons.
At this point, you blame me for not being a soothsayer and not knowing how to distinguish your hatred from that of others.
You also visibly love, like your compatriots, use big words whose meaning you don't understand. Just like ableist which is discrimination or prejudice against individuals with disabilities. But how the hell could I be that when I had no idea you were autistic and basic dyslexic ? You are only trying to discredit me and make yourself look like a victim.
And sorry, but this story with Grace doesn't have to become some sort of meme level, and this sentence : "Tell grace I said hi btw lol" Makes you the first person to be rude out of both of us whether you like it or not, particularly annoying me. So once again, stop trying to play the victim. Besides now you insult me as a bitch and twat...
You're the one who comes to my inbox and talk rude, so don't be surprised that I'm not very polite to you in return.
Then, I didn't shit on the victims of SA :
I simply said that it is not because a person is a victim of SA and sees a fictional scene as such that it means that it is necessarily true, because their opinions can also be false, because the victim of SA are humans like you and me, simple as that. It may shock you that I have the balls to say it, but it's just reality and you don't seem mature enough to hear it.
And the posts about Criston Cole have absolutely nothing to do with Daemyra, so why are you bringing this ship back to the table to try to discredit me ? It's ridiculous.
Funfact : Rhaenyra is not a rapist in Fire and Blood or HOTD and Daemon is not a groomer or a pedophile in Fire and Blood or HOTD (and he didn't kill his wife in Fire and Blood, it is an invention of HOTD, because he was at war when she died from a fall from a horse during a hunt, after agonize for 9 days and getting up one last time before finally dying).
Daemon, suspected of sexual contact with 13 / 14-year-old Rhaenyra in the book /19-year-old Rhaenyra in the show, may be an ephebophile. But there is no evidence (because besides, he has officially only been with adult women by our modern standards).
This came from this post from @nrilliree :
Oh and I would like to understand how the incest part is supposed to be a revelation or an insult ? In this aspect, Daemon is no different from any other Targaryen.
And if I'm willfully blind to Rhaenyra's vices and an twat for it, I hope once again that, as I told the other anons, that the same thing can be said of the writers, producers and actors of HOTD in this case, since everyone on the crew confirmed that this scene was not rape, consistent with what is shown on screen... I hope you say the same for them, but I doubt.
And again, I'm not harassing anyone on tumblr. Stop spewing these lies to feel justified in your vile words. It was you who came to invade my inbox, sending me your messages again and again, being the first to be rude. You are literally doing what you accuse me of, which is hypocritical behavior.

The Targ Talk: House of the Dragon S2
Season finale commentary & overall thoughts:
Tyland Lannister going on a wrestling match, and well...bedding Lohar's wives will never not be funny. Dude really went above and beyond to secure a naval force that would fight the Velaryon fleet. If he doesn't get a raise for this, I don't know anymore.
With Rhaenyra gaining the upper hand, and Aemond becoming more psycho, Aegon doesn't really have the choice but escape. But with the number of women he had taken, he deserves to have his cock explode like a sausage on a spit. This is an indication that he can longer sire another male heir, unless of course he slept with Helaena the night before he got toasted, and the latter ends up getting pregnant with Maelor. This would make Aemond's claim to the throne stronger...or he could name Jaehaera his heiress which would be so ironic and hypocritical considering that the greens usurped Rhaenyra's throne in the first place because they do not want a woman to rule.
Ulf showing signs of greed and entitlement and Jace putting him in his place is so satisfying. This is one of the cons that I don't know if Rhaenyra had thought carefully. In Ulf's mind, if a bastard like Jace can be named crown prince, and have all these privileges, why can't he? What makes Jace so special that he has everything while other bastards like him were left to fend for themselves? Rhaenyra making them knights is not going to be enough for someone like Ulf, and if Rhaenyra isn't vigilant he will not only betray her, but will use Silverwing to his advantage. You might think, Rhaenyra would still have more Dragons right? She still has Vermithor (if Hugh does not betray her in the show), Seasmoke, Syrax and (finally) Caraxes plus Vermax, Moondancer, and if Rhaena succeeds they'll also have Sheepstealer. The greens are still at a disadvantage with only Vhagar, Silverwing and Tessarion. But this will again put her decision-making into question by her council since she was the one who hired more bastard dragonriders. Also having more dragons didn't stop Jace, Joffrey and Daemon from dying.
The Haunting of Harrenhal finally ends with Daemon having this whole ass vision about the song of ice and fire, Daenerys Targaryen being the one from the prophecy, and she came from Rhaenyra (and his) line. Him finally understanding why Viserys chose his daughter to ascend the throne, and Daemon rallying an entire army for his wife which is cute btw I love that Daemyra is back to being a team now. But let's not forget how horrible the screenwriters were for fucking up Dany's story in Game of Thrones, for me the show ended with Daenerys coming back to Dragonstone, the last two seasons were shit.
So...Helaena can not only have visions, but she's also capable of appearing in someone else's vision which makes her power a lot more interesting. Also I love the fact that she didn't gave in to Aemond's demands and told straight to his face that he was gonna die. I really do hope that we'll get to see more of Helaena's magic, I want her to take Jaehaera (and Morghul), ride on Dreamfyre and find a place or people who could help her hone her power, a peaceful life may also do. But judging from her conversation with Alicent, she might also end up staying for she knew that no matter what she does, she couldn't change her fate.
The final cut in this episode is so far the dumbest I have seen. Rhaenyra choosing to take a chill pill in a desperate attempt to convince Alicent to end this senseless war was...a waste of time no matter how good Rhaenyra's intentions were. Alicent only realizing how fucked up her sons were all this time after she was thrown out of council is just...I don't even know what to say anymore. I thought of Alicent turning her back against her sons but I didn't expect her to actually do it. But this scene just doesn't make sense. Here's why:
If Rhaenyra really wanted to take back what was rightfully hers, she must get rid or punish every single one of the opposing side. Her wanting Aegon executed, but letting Alicent go is so stupid. Alicent was the one who fed poison to her sons' minds, she was part of the greens' scheme to put Aegon to the throne who by the way didn't even want it in the first place, and now Alicent is throwing him under the bus AND Rhaenyra is letting her off the hook just because she admitted her mistakes and "helped" Rhaenyra with a plan to take King's Landing from Aemond and the greens? Has the latter forgotten that she lost a daughter and a son because of what the greens did?
What the fuck is this bullshit?
I just find it hard to believe that Alicent would give up Aegon just like that. It's like creating something and when you make a mistake, it turns out really bad you throw it away and move on. Were the writers even fully aware at how ridiculous this is? Some Alicent stans say that she cared for her children and she tried her best to be a mother, well then...look at her now. Some may even argue that she was a mere tool, okay, but her children were also pawns to this game weren't they? If Aegon is to be executed, then so should she and the rest of the greens especially Crispy and fucking Otto Hightower. If she wants to set things right so badly, then she should also be facing Rhaenyra's punishment. Not just Aegon or Aemond.
Rhaenyra should have at least held Alicent hostage and imprison her, that would have been more realistic than letting her go because she was a former friend *face palms* Ewan Mitchell said in an interview that Alicent was Aemond's kryptonite, then that would have been an opportunity for Rhaenyra to use her against Aemond. Alas, she wasted it. You know what's fucking annoying? This never-ending cycle of misunderstanding. Because if Rhaenyra finds out that Aegon escaped, she'd think that Alicent lied to her, that the queen dowager went to Dragonstone to talk to her and buy Aegon some time to get the fuck out of King's Landing and Rhaenyra is going to get angry, and the tragedy goes on.
Perhaps they came up with that idea to have some sort of comparison with their younger selves. Rhaenyra being able to do whatever she wants while Alicent is being chained by her duties that she never asked for. Now it's the other way around. In addition, if Aegon learns of his mother's betrayal it could also fuel his anger which will make him ruthless next season but...it's still so disappointing.
I never got to say this, but Simon Strong is THE man of the season.
Caraxes cheering up as soon as he saw Syrax and Seasmoke will always be cute.
Overall thoughts: This season is rather underwhelming. Everything else is on point except the storytelling, is this better than season 1? No. Though I love that there are more dragons now and I absolutely love Helaena more this season. I also love that there are more Jace and Baela scenes...before the Battle of the Gullet which I feel like season 3 is gonna kick off with a heart wrenching episode.
Did I enjoy watching it? Hm...the exhilarating part was the battle between Rhaenys, Aegon and Aemond but other than that, it's just meh. My least favorite season so far.
P.S. Tessarion and Daeron are the other greens I stan, they better be worth the wait.

Some people would disagree with you having such a strict view of what canon is but you're right. Only what's shown on screen in canon it's just how this works. Deleted scenes are a secondary form of canon, unless something on screen contradicts them they're fair game imo. And the commentary from the production is a third form of canon but now we're getting into different people's interpretation of the text and there's of course the whole death of the autor thing.
to put it in the perspective of something other than hotd, anything that exists on the page of harry potter is canon. that is why people have issues with trash terf jk rowling saying "oh btw dumbledore is gay." because it's technically not canon in the books. what an author says (or what a showrunner says), doesn't affect canon. it does affect how people interpret things, but to say that he is canonically gay would confuse anyone who had only read the book and can't find any evidence to support that.
similarly, if you were to show hotd to your kids in like 30 years and you said, "oh yeah jace yelled at his mom and told her daemn is fighting for us, why won't you?" they would be confused, because where in the canon does it say that?
to me, deleted scenes are just that. they are deleted. for one reason or another. they aren't canon. it would be like if i was writing a fic and i cut out a scene that i liked because it contradicted what i wanted to do in the future. is that scene i cut out canon? no. it remains a nice little tidbit to tell my readers, but it's not canon.
i similarly think that show canon and book canon are different, and people who mix the two are going to be in for a hard time. the bottom line for me is that people seem to have a hard time accepting that someone's interpretation doesn't match theirs. rather than accepting that interpretation, they point to non-canonical sources to justify their point.
this is why i find scenes like daemon taking rhaenyra's hat off of her to be frustrating. antis will say it's so that he can ruin her. but then the script will say he wants her to be herself. i can point to the script and say that justifies my point, as a fan of daemyra. but ultimately that scene's interpretation is up to the viewer. it would be a different thing if daemon actually said, "you can be yourself here."

Hello, Popcorn! I hope you are well! Love your fic! 😊
I just wanted to say: thank you SO MUCH for being a drop of sanity in the sea of madness that it's this fandom.
Because why did I stumble upon an older fanfic (written pre-show), in which Daemon, while holding his newborn first son Aegon, was thinking of... *don't hold your breath* Laena? I swear these people are not right in their heads.
Do they hate Rhaenyra so much? Rhaenyra, Aegon's MOTHER, who gave birth to him. Do they hate the fact that Rhaenyra was the only woman who gave Daemon his beautiful boys?
Or do they hate the fact that we have a mountain of proofs to attest to how much Daemon loved her, while their headcanons have none?
It might sound as an exaggeration, but seeing all this, it's heartbreaking how Rhaenyra is treated by some people. She is the mother of those boys, she loved them, she raised them so beautifully, yet there are people who imagine things like those above, or who claim Daemon and her boys did not love her. I have no words.
I'm sorry this anon turned so long. I hope you have a beautiful day!
Hi there Anon and sorry for this delay,
This is literally me at these people, and yes I have used this gif on another ask today but it honestly just sums up my feelings concerning the Daemyra antis obsessed with Laena:
Like just today me and @lady-corrine had someone explain under her post that they always believed that Laena was Daemon's true love because they read about it... in fanfictions. I wish I was joking but I am tagging her so she does not let me lie 🤣 I swear at this point I feel I am being punked.
Oh, and btw, in said fics - hope you are sitting down Anon 'cause I can't make this sh:t up - we have Daemon explain to Baela and/or Rhaenys that he really only loved Laena - we know Daemon we know 🤭 - and he only got with Rhaenyra because she either:
a) chased after him
b) got pregnant
So I feel that from here we have a few possible future routes that I would say might include: Rhaenyra impregnating herself by using Daemon's baby juice against his will (of course!) or I don't know force him. At this point why not.
Will no one protect poor Prince Daemon who was only trying to live and love Laena in peace?!!!!!!!!!! Monsters! Especially you Rhaenyra! Evil b_tch!
I just...
@lady-corrine This was the ask I told you about the other day X'D it's like... you cannot make this up.

Hi, i know you don’t care about Laena but I do wanna ask your opinion about theories I’ve heard about her and Daemon’s marriage since in a way it does connect to Daemon and Rhaenyra.
Theory 1: Daemon married Laena to stay close to Rhaenyra. Theory 2: Daemon had something to do with Laena’s death so he’s free to marry Rhaenyra after he gets rid of Laenor.
I personally think theory 1 could be true since Daemon returned to Westeros soon after they had the twins and stayed in close proximity with Rhaenyra in Dragonstone which is how Rhaenyra and Laena became close friends. His initial purpose to marry her might have been to have access back to Westeros in his exile and have a powerful ally in her family. Theory 2 might be a bit far fetched. Whilst I don’t think Daemon loved Laena like the singers would say, I think he did care for her. She did give him children and they seem to get along in their sense of adventure prior to their return and as well as going often for dragon rides with Rhaenyra.
Hi there! 🤗
I think neither theory makes any sense.
First, Daemon's life didn't revolve around Rhaenyra, he had his own things going for him. Not every decision he made was because of her, and in this particular case we don't have to speculate, we can open the books and read what was happening at the time.
We are told in Fire and Blood - you can check the pages but I won't right now, sorry, I've done it so many times before - that Daemon at the moment didn't have a place either with the Greens or with the Blacks -> friendly reminder that in 115 AC Rhaenyra had one baby, Jace, and was pregnant with her second child, Luke. He had also been forbidden by Viserys to return to Westeros under penalty of death since he had taken liberties with Rhaenyra (2nd and 3rd base according to Mushroom and full on home run according to Septon Eustace).
But the Velaryons were powerful enough so he stayed with them. We also know at the time that he was a widow about thirty four and had no kids, and that he wanted kids. Since he couldn't have Rhaenyra, I think it's very fair to say Laena was a magnificent second choice.
She was half Targaryen through her mother. The Velaryons also had Valyrian blood. She commanded Vhagar, came from a very rich family, and was very beautiful. We are also told she had a bold adventurous spirit, which I am sure Daemon - the Rogue Prince - would appreciate a LOT.
Why wouldn't Daemon like her and want to marry her given the circumstances?
Daemon had his own life and it wasn't ALL because of Rhaenyra. I say this as Daemyra fan but like... come on! Also after he wed Laena the two of them went away and spent more than a year away from Westeros, so if his plan was to stay close to Rhaenyra that was a sh:t plan if I ever saw one.
Theory number two. I answered this in the past, you can find the answer I think likely if you search the Laena tag in my tumblr but in a nutshell: Dear sweet baby Jesus give me patience!
How, I ask, how was their plan to kill Laena?! How?! By having Daemon impregnate her and hope she died?! Hum?!
Daemon wanted a son. We are told this again and again, multiple times how much he wanted a son. We know that Laena died from complications during childbirth, so unless someone is suggesting that he poisoned her or paid some maesters to do so before her birth how would her death be his responsibility and why would he want it?! What sense does this make?!
Also if he wanted to kill her to be free to get with Rhaenyra why would he not do it before? Why would he wait until Laena was 9 months pregnant? Why wait from 117/118 to the start of 120?! And if by this point the two were back at it again then why does Septon Eustace who btw denied any affair between Rhaenyra and Harwin tells us that Daemon - in 120 AC - saw Harwin as competition for Rhaenyra's affections?
In most things the most simple answer is usually the correct one. Let's try to put conspiracy theories to the side and try to see logic.
This fandom *taking a very DEEP breath*
All the best to you! 🤗
