Donation and Charity

I've gotten an awful LOT of requests to donate artwork to silent auctions for charity. I give as often as I can. This one however, had a new twist - they're actually buying the works (hey!) and then hoping to auction them for more. I approve. But they were jurying the submissions, I wasn't sure how picky they were going to be . . .

I'm tickled. I painted this in September of 2015. The Charity event is quite close to the 4H camp where I did the painting. A little good news for a Friday, and I can pack it up to ship Monday.

This is me all happy bc my brain is coming up with a great story after a while so work is less draining but then I realize it was requested as angst and ofc I gotta make it worst..
