nah coz why did I just realize how important that Jack told Rose the truth, even if it meant he would get backlash from Boss?? It’s because this happened right AFTER Jack told the truth about the whole thing to Joke and Ama. He has nothing to hide anymore. And, Ama has got it delivered that they are family, he and Joke and Ama, and that they can’t hide things from each other anymore.

This whole thing is because Jack finally can unload the burdens off his shoulder, knowing his family got his back. And that doing so, relieves him from hurting his family, especially Joke. Because, now that he got it off his chest, he can also finally admit to himself that he wants Joke to be his. And that he can.

No wonder homeboy practically ran home for his birthday, knowing his man is waiting to celebrate with him, and took it to his advantage, to finally make the man his own. And what a birthday gift it was to have Joke in his arms after hindering himself from falling.

Now that he is, Joke is right there to catch him.

There. The students are watching in that direction, near the window.

Then, everyone goes on the dance floor, except for Warren, who keeps looking there even if he's facing his back against all other students. And then Mrs. Ice appears and whatever. (excuse the lagged screenshot)

Magenta and Zack prove that Warren was clearly facing the edge of the dance floor for no reason. If he wanted to stay isolated, he could have gone at the limit of the room, not standing still THERE in the middle of dancing teenagers.

Like, he was THERE. Looking where? Outside.

And who was outside, probably after the professor's speech (or else the whole school would have assisted)???

THEM. WARREN WAS LOOKING AT THEM.

With a pretty sad face, for someone who just made a lot of friends after isolation, saved the school and accomplished the supposed goal of "making Will jealous".

So starting from chapter 21 when grian died, oh my goddd

I was convinced that Scar would die first and grian would give in to his suicidal thoughs from when he was on the sand cliff

Then after scar and grian make it out of a horde infested store alive. The worst happens

"He'd grown complacent, and now scar was suffering for the consequences of it."

A quote that sadly summarizes a large percentage of the fic

"He knows the blood seeping from his shoulder hasn't come from a gunshot."

"'I love you,' he adds, and it feels so easy to say now that he wonders why he ever struggled with it before."

It's oddly poetic how in his effort to help and aid scar he had to leave him behind. I took his own death for him to admit to him faults, for him to help scar, for him to say he loves scar, and it feels like I'm supposed to forgive grian, BUT HE STILL HASNT APOLOGIZED! he barely acknowledged his cheating.

It's very purposeful that I drew him dying in the desert instead of the woods.

I do wonder if the trio could every stumble upon him while they explore ghost towns

22 FUCKING SCHLAT?! I understand that this schlat is not even all that close to the one I know and love from dsmp! Era, but still. Schlat?!?! I have never watched his day z streams nor another zombie content from any dsmp people (mainly ref Tommy's and Charlie's vids) so I have no clue who Aubry, Mosin man, Paul, or any other people from that reference so to me they end up coming off as oocs but they have clear intentions and I love how they give scar his turn to use his salesman voice. Anywayyy

The sudden kidnapping was fun and I can't wait for scar to randomly start using his legs and firearm skills to kill 3 guys then feel guilty asf just cause "Oh God I killed unzombie people oh noooo"

Anyway in general, I love how this fic is turning out and feel my heart shatter for scar every update and fear for my life when I see lock n key post anything regarding the plot

Ok, I feel like a slight idiot. I was rewatching The Villains Lair and I had a (probably) late realization.

So Maleficent says she wants Oogie Boogie's dice because they can control the shadows.

She says she needs to wield them because the shadows are loyal to him only.

It was at this point, I thought "Wait since when was Oogie associated with shadows, let alone being their master?"

Then it hit me.

He's not just the boogeyman, he's the shadow on the moon at night. Also since he's the boogeyman and does his work of terrorizing kids at night, he most likely uses shadows to frighten them some more.

I think the best way to describe what I'm thinking of is by showing these specific lyrics (from a certain song that I think tumblr is aware of) that I think fit Oogie's position.

So yeah, Oogie really likes terrorizing kids at night.
