The event featured Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy, Bill Corbett, Bridget Nelson, Mary Jo Pehl, Trace Beaulieu, Frank Coniff, and Paul F Tompkins. Holmes: Thank you.

Moriarty: The thought occurs to me, Mr. Holmes…

Bridget: *speaking over Moriarty* That perhaps I've pulled my pants up too high.

(His pants are pulled up extremely high).

Moriarty: You are very comfortably fixed here, aren't you? *inhales* As I…

Mary Jo: *speaking over Moriarty* I feel like he's working up to selling him Whole Life or something.

Holmes: Oh, I beg your pardon. Won't you sit down?

Moriarty: *in a weirdly robotic tone* Thank you.

Bridget: *mimicking his voice* I, a normal, casual human, would many enjoy to sitting now.

They sit in armchairs facing each other.

Mary Jo: Uh, like this? Am I doing it right?

Holmes: Mr. Moriarty, what can I do for you?

Moriarty: Everything that I have to say to you has already crossed your mind.

Holmes: And my answer has no doubt crossed yours.

Moriarty: That's final?

Holmes: What do you think?

Bridget: Well, I think we're broken up!

Holmes: I shall not rest until you are hanged for the finger murders.

(Mary Jo gasps)

Moriarty: You've no proof, you know.

He uses his walking stick to part the curtains and look out a window. Holmes watches him.

Holmes: No, not a shred.

Mary Jo: *speaking over Moriarty* But I've been saying my daily affirmations and believe in myself more than ever!

Moriarty: You could. If you did, you'd never see Dr. Watson again.

Bridget: *delighted* Really?! That'd be awesome!

Mary Jo: Yeah, no downside.

Holmes: I rather assumed you had taken some such precaution. *stands up*Or, I should have snatched up a revolver and indulged in a fit of heroics when you came in.

Moriarty: Very smart, aren't you?

He stands up.

Mary Jo: *speaking over Holmes* Sick of being judged by my big brain and not my beautiful butt.

Holmes: ...I should have anticipated you. But! If any harm comes to Dr. Watson, I shall seek you out.

Bridget: He's like a blind, helpless kitten, you know that.

Moriarty: No harm will come to Dr. Watson this time. But I can't answer for the future. Mr. Holmes, I should strongly advise you to drop this case.

Holmes: Don't be silly.

Moriarty: Think it over.

Mary Jo: *speaking over Moriarty* There's a Massage Envy gift certificate in it for you.

Moriarty: You hope to place me on the gallows. I tell you I shall never stand upon the gallows. But! If you are instrumental in any way in bringing about my destruction…

Bridget: *speaking over Moriarty* Oh, you're gonna get such a pinch!

Moriarty: …Your satisfaction.

They walk towards the door.

Holmes: Then we shall walk together through the gates of eternity, hand-in-hand.

Mary Jo: *breathless* Oh!

Moriarty: What a charming picture that would make.

Holmes: Yes, wouldn't it? You know, I really think it might be worth it.

Moriarty leaves.

Mary Jo: Ooh, now that is weapons-grade flirting, right there!

From all of the cast who's best friends with who? Like who would call dibs when teaming up?

Welp:

It's no surprise that Cole's go-to choice is Zane, but beyond the elephant in the room, they are each other's oldest + longest-lasting friend, and know each other best. They often fall into line with one another without even having to ask!

Similar to Cole and Zane, Kai and Jay tend to fall into sync automatically, as despite their tendency to take shots at each other their elements complement one another well and they both know how to get the most out of each other's fighting style.

If Nya and Lloyd weren't already Ride or Die, they'd wind up with one another anyway given how much the Core Four tend to head off doing their own thing a fair chunk of the time. Suits Nya just fine though—although we gotta be careful that Lloyd's enthusiastically destructive tendancies don't rub off on her snknksnk

Antonia probably shouldn't be weaseling her way into anything remotely dangerous, but when she does she's obviously tagging along with Jesse (at least, until Nelson gets into the picture). Jesse never fights it because he knows he's not gonna win shgfdhggd

Sunni's de facto best friend may be Samantha, but whenever she does wind up entangled with some Ninja Things, she's tag-teaming with Miranda (in which they may get distracted talking about Jay or sci-fi topics), and/or Harleigh (depending on the point-in-time...and Harleigh's mood)

This is prolly gonna sound somewhat bizarre, but I plan to have Skylor and Pixal team up often because they are both badass and cool and I desire more of their dynamic. We had a teeny taste in Crystalized and I want MOAR (...at least, once Pixal starts to warm-up to Skylor after, y'know, Skylor's dad tearing her apart and stuff.)

Olivia: Since Nya has replaced me with garbage, I'll just have to take Bridget instead 😤  Bridget: No, no you're nOT—

Brad/Sally/Gene and Chad/Maggie/Meghan all come as packaged set within their trios, though while they're not ~main~ characters, they'll show up often enough during shenanigans to be mentioned and I love their dynamics with one another (despite Chad's group being jerks at this moment in time) but aaaah I'm so excited to use them more—they're not exactly friends but they do eventually see the similarities in one another and it's so fun

I have soooo many EF AU thoughts but the most prominent ones on my mind right now are:

- Alan and Horace were in Mighty Med when it collapsed. Horace used his powers to buy Alan enough time to escape, dying in the process.

- Alan continues his uncle's legacy and becomes the great Healer of Heroes, Asclepius (the Greek god of healing; his staff was very similar to the Caduceus).

- He later gains the Caduceus power, which can only be held by one member of the Diaz family at a time and must be earned (so basically, Alan had to prove he was worthy of it, like Thor's hammer).

- Bridget & Nelson teamed up to find the people who destroyed Mighty Med. They have a lot of serious talks about parenting styles (I think it'd be funny if they dated, because it means Alan would get the same stepmom twice).

recently watched:

I.S.S - Solid space suspense thriller that exceeded low expectations. Good performances all around.

POLICE STORY - First watch of JC classic. Just as many comedy gags as action beats if not more. Goofy and entertaining. Action is great. Loved a particular scene where Jackie gets very angry. Never see that in his recent movies.

BRAIN DONORS - An old fave of my dad's that I never saw. Surprised that it's basically a Marx brothers movie that is very well executed. Much of the humor is extremely horny though which sours it. Opening scene with Bob Nelson is very similar to opening of Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, which is something you can rarely say. Was also glad to spot THE SOPRANOS' Nancy Marchand as the wealthy dowager.

LOVELY DARK AND DEEP - Yet another dour horror drama about grief and confronting your demons. This one is confounding and not very entertaining. Go with Bruckner's THE RITUAL instead.

ARGYLLE - I haven't seen Bridget Jones but this seemed like a bunch of studio execs were trying to make a BJ-esque movie with a bunch of spy action stuff as the ultimate date movie or something. Bits of it are fun, but overall it's kind of a mess. There's a bunch of arbitrary twists that feel like they betray the characterization. Really dug that BDH wasn't in typical Hollywood "leading action star role" shape or whatever.

Finally, I've gotten this list all done and typed! Not lying, this took me literal days to finish since I couldn't think of monsters for some girls and kept switching species around! Luckily, the people I've asked say this list is good, which at least gives me some hope that I made the right choices for these characters. I'm not gonna lie, I can't wait to make spec evo bios for these girls and go into the culture and worldbuilding for monster/non-human societies~! And I'm gonna remake my old Bios now that there are more characters and I have some new abilities for them~! But for now, hold on tight, because this AU Revamp is just getting started!

From the ALL of the main cast and OC's, how does everyone blush? Only the cheeks or the complete face or maybe just ears or neck? with sweating and no eye contact? Do they start to stammer or don't get a word out at all?

E v e r y b o d y?!

Kai: Normally only a light dusting on the cheeks—unless he's being flirted with, and then his whole face will turn red + head might light on fire. Sweats and stammers badly.

Jay: On the cheeks and sometimes down the neck, and mostly only when he's really ashamed or really happy. Either way, evades eye contact and stammers.

Cole: Lightly on the ears/cheeks when overwhelmed, paired with coughing into his arm. Evades eye contact and struggles to get his words together.

Zane: Blushes blue in the cheeks when happy/endeared, but is hardly ever embarrassed or shame.

Nya: Doesn't blush often, but when she does, it's fully in her cheeks, looking like an apple. Evades eye contact and speaks in short sentences.

Lloyd: Blushes to the tips of his ears down to his neck; depending on scenario will sweat and evade eye contact; mutters under his breath or stammers

Jesse: It's Jesse, when is he not blushing or stammering?

Antonia: Doesn't blush often; light dusting on cheeks, but will evade eye contact and cease speaking

Harumi: Blushes when flustered/angry; entire face will go tomato red (it's the Amity face lmao) and will stammer while trying to yell jgfghfd

Miranda: Blushes up to ears when frustrated; puffs out cheeks and pouts.

Olivia: Blushes when embarrassed; will evade eye contact and go silent when this happens

Bridget: Does not blush

Skylor: Blushes when she's trying not to laugh; will cover her face with her hands only for it to spread everywhere else jhgfdgf

Pixal: Rarely blushes, but will either go purple or green in the cheeks when endeared (and will massively avoid eye contact and attempt to change the subject)

Maggie: Will blush down to her shoulders; will hide her face in her shirt/sweater and whines until it finally passes

Brad: Reluctant blusher; it always seems to happen when he wants it least hjgfdssfd Mostly in his cheeks, evades eye contact, and will sstart stuttering (but like, angrily jfdsgfd)

Gene: Full-face blusher—sweats a lot when it happens, and fumbles atrociously over his words

Sally: Blushes when happy—which is, like, often, and she'll giggle a lot.

Nelson: Only blushes along ear/neck; doesn't happen often, but mostly when embarrassed/endeared. Will simply try to play it off like it's nothing

Sunni: Normally just blushes in the cheeks, unless something really knocks her world off its axis and it from her ears down her neck. Freezes in place, can't take eyes away, stammers, and probably will start laughing embarrassedly

Samantha: Can't often be caught off guard but when she's made to blush it'll go all the way to her shoulders; sweats and tries to keep her mouth shut but will eventually explode with stammering
