Ok, just SnappyShopped 1L of vodka with some orange juice (plus milk, bread and eggs) coz I fucking ran out of all my meds (so nothing to OD on 😔) and life is just too bloody hard, people fucking disappoint (especially the ones that are still alive), couldn't even get to boots all day (to pick up my weekly prescription) coz this bloody rain just never ever stops so I cannae even leave the house, delivery is expected at 7.40pm, it's 1.5 hours to go, I really fucking hope I don't blow up my bloody mind until then, I'm such a fucking bundle of joy & real well-functioning human being. 😂😂

Borderline Rage

Attn fellow BPD Ragers.... Any advice on how to calm down when the rage sets in? I'm struggling so much and I have no set ways to deal with my anger. I'm artistic; as in photography and poetry. But none of my coping skills work when I start having an episode.....Help pls!
