Try it with and without the egg white. Add a red wine float to experience the New York Sour, muddle mint in it to turn it into a Whiskey Smash. The Whiskey Sour

2 oz Bourbon 1 oz Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1 Egg White

Combine all ingredients in a shake, dry shake (no ice), add ice & shake again, strain, serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slice and mint.
