Born in 1871 in New Orleans, she was a lesbian writer who spanned many genres. She wrote historical novels, mysteries, plays, poetry, and she could also translate other works from French. She not only graduated Wellesley College in 1893 but then went on to complete a masters degree in 1903. She moved north where she met and had a Boston Marriage with Vida Dutton Scudder. They are buried side by side.

Okay confession time I don’t ship Wednesday and Enid. And i’m not like “anti” i just don’t see it. And i’m like this for a lot of WLW ships where they are obviously each others soul mate, but don’t show any romantic/physical affection. WHY YOU ASK?? Because my Wife ™️ and I are the same way. Over a decade of friendship. No one else I love more in this world. Genuinely my favorite person, soul mate, etc. Would i ever date her? NO. we are so so gay and not even a little for each other. But I talk about her in such a “History Will Say They We’re Roommates” type way. So. Sometimes it just be like that and I get it. Here’s us for tax.

This is a video about Bisexual Lesbians but mostly it's a video about Lesbian History and the decline of physical queer spaces and what you can do to stop queer spaces from disappearing. I commit a minor hate crime at the end so keep watching if you wanna see that.

Been seeing a lot of posts about house md the TV show and how their 2 male mcs are like kinda queerbaity and whatnot and while I haven't seen the show itself it's really funny to think about how everyone loves this snarky comedy show with the two male leads coming this close to fucking whereas there's an actual show around this time called Boston legal that I watched as a kid because that time slot was just when I got to watch TV and it had like an actual gay marriage at the end with the two male mcs so like house girlies if you need a new show Boston legal is right there for you
