Pleeease write some headcanons of Art trying to cheer up a GN reader who's stressed over school/work/etc. 🥺🥺🥺 pretty please 🤧🤍🙂↕️
art with a s/o who’s struggling with work!!
pairings; implied art the clown x gn reader
warnings; mentions of violence (this is what ya get when your fictional crush is a murderer babe 😔) stress, and gotta add in fluff
gifs made by me!! :)
THE HEADCANONS:
• If there’s one thing about Art that everyone should know by now, is that he is INCREDIBLY curious. However, when it comes to anyone studying, this man is bored out of his little clown mind.
• He thrives off your happiness when you’re in a good mood, but when you’re stressed.. Art’s kinda at a loss..
• Despite Art absolutely living for other people’s misery, seeing you so stressed actually freaks him out in a sense. He’s a ticking time bomb. And his brain can’t handle shit when your brain also cannot handle shit 😭
• His horn’s practically his best buddy at this point, and if it cheers him up, it’ll maybe cheer you up? Right?
…. Right??
• Yeah, him honking his horn in your ear whilst you were trying to study your ass off did not seem to sit well with you. When you told him to stop, he gave you that sassy judgemental look, raising one drawn on brow. He knows the power he has over you. Art could’ve honked that fucking horn all day if he liked. It’s not as if you could stop him.
• But.. your boyfriend has respect for you.. sometimes. And he did in fact stop honking his horn whenever he noticed that you were studying.
• Art is awake literally ever single hour of the day. He doesn’t necessarily need to sleep, he more so sort of lounges around. But he can sleep if he really wants to. This makes him literally ideal for going out and getting you food if you’re up at three in the morning studying.
• He did it so much now that you didn’t even ask anymore. You’d be up in the early hours of the morning on your macbook, and Art was already out the door. He could care less if anyone saw him. Most people think he’s some asshole just dressing up as the Miles County clown.
And that’s the mistake the cashier at Subway made that night.
• Art is so SO prone to being insulted easily. So if someone does think he’s trying to dress up as himself, it pisses him off. BAD.
• You learnt this very quickly when he came home with two blood stained Subway bags. And when you went to open one.. dawg.. it wasn’t your food.. ☹️
• It had been the severed head of the cashier he killed. But at this point you weren’t even squeamish anymore. Art always walked around smelling like someone’s insides. But it just made it incredibly awkward when he stood in the doorway blinking at you, making that O shape with his mouth, realising your food was in the other bag..
• One night you’d fallen asleep on the couch, exhausted from filling out all the files your professor had sent you. Art smiled down at you before waltzing past with his usual looney tune, cartoonish looking walk. He wanted to raid your snacks again from the kitchen. Art could be a fat shit when he wanted to be. Your laptop was on the dining table, wide open. He hadn’t noticed at first, before a notification sound filled the room in under a second. Art had snapped his head round and squinted, noticing your professor’s name pop up. The prick sent an email lecturing you regarding not enough work being sent back, despite the fact he was sending a shit ton of files. This caused Art to type a very lovely little email back. And when you awoke, he was gone.
… So was your professor apparently when the head of your college sent everyone emails that morning to note that he would not be returning.
• When Art came strolling back in, covered head to toe in that familiar red liquid, you immediately knew.
And this was your long awaited break.
• At last you weren’t having anymore documents sent to you for a while. Atleast until they found a replacement for your old professor. So finally you could relax, watching your lanky boyfriend on the couch across from you, grinning like the madman he is at the horror flick on the TV.
Maybe that clown could cheer you up with everything after all.
HII! this was so fun to write. i adore art so much and i’m desperate for more requests for him!! (also ik a 24hr subway isn’t that common, don’t come for me 😭)

You Can't Outrun Fate (Hannibal Lecter x Male! Reader)
This came to me in a dream :) Well, a mix of dream and me seeking out alternative timelines in the Hannibal show. Hope you enjoy.
tags: posessiveness, slight jealousy, heartbreak, sad male reader, misunderstandings, m/n leaves Hannibal, but when does Hannibal allow something of his to escape his control, kidnapping
Hannibal Lecter was a drug, a highly addictive one at that. His charm, words, and actions ensnared you in his web until it was too late. This drug left you with nothing and no one, except him. M/N knew this all too well; he could hardly remember his old life before the murderer waltzed in and deemed him worthy of seeing past his multiple facades and joining his side. It had been years since that day, and M/N didn’t regret it. Like a blooming rose, M/N eagerly soaked up any attention Hannibal gave him. But nothing good lasts forever.
Hannibal was a man who thrived on adrenaline and enjoyed being challenged. What better challenge than finding Will Graham, a man harboring darkness which he tried hard to mask behind this front of normality? For the first time since M/N, someone had forced their way into Hannibal’s mind palace and made a home there.
M/N had known since the beginning of their relationship that it wouldn’t be long before Hannibal grew bored of him. Hannibal detested routine more than he detested rudeness—being chained to M/N without the ability to indulge in others was unbearable for him. M/N was foolish to think he would be enough to satiate the monster within Hannibal. Will Graham became the perfect canvas for Hannibal to mold into his equal, leaving M/N in the dust.
It began innocently enough with Hannibal bringing the detective into their conversations, making off-handed comments about Will’s unique gift. His fascination grew, and soon enough, Hannibal was deserting M/N at their home without a note or message, prioritizing Will’s 7:30 pm sessions.
At first, M/N tried to rationalize it. He told himself it was fine to see Hannibal off, knowing he would return soon. But then those therapy sessions started blending into real life, with Hannibal spending more and more time trailing behind Will like a shadow.
M/N knew it was over. He had been replaced. Hannibal's absence became more frequent, his excuses more transparent. Their relationship took a toll with both men unable to stand within the same room, their love replaced by a cold void. M/N felt a complex mix of emotions—pain, jealousy, and a deep sense of loss. He couldn't bring himself to hate Will.
If he weren’t so hopelessly in love with Hannibal, M/N might have pursued the detective too—he was interesting and handsome, a combination so rarely found in one person. In another universe, under different circumstances, perhaps they could have been friends, or even more. But in this life, Will was the catalyst for his heartbreak, the new obsession that had stolen Hannibal’s affection.
M/N and Hannibal had been avoiding the inevitable, so one day when M/N knew Hannibal would be busy, he packed his bags and took off. It was a hard decision but M/N knew it was the correct one. It wasn’t as if the murderer would miss him, the past weeks spent in solitude was enough to tell M/N he wasn’t needed. Perhaps Hannibal was already organizing a dinner party to celebrate his departure, aiming to introduce Will into his life. He had overstayed his welcome.
The initial months were challenging; detoxing from Hannibal was painful. Everywhere he looked, M/N couldn’t help but think of the man. Hannibal’s presence was ever-permanent in M/N's life, an inescapable shadow haunting his every step. The familiar scents, the echoes of their conversations, the ghost of Hannibal’s touch—everything served as a cruel reminder of what he had lost. M/N found himself drifting through each day in a haze, battling the overwhelming urge to return, to feel that addictive rush once more. But he owed Hannibal at least that much, a chance to restart with the partner of his dreams.
And when memories became too much to bear, M/N would depart once more. America, Britain, Ireland, Spain. Beautiful sights but it didn’t ease his emptiness. He’d even begun to bring partners to bed, hoping they’ll become his new addiction, but nothing. Perhaps this was M/N’s punishment: unable to move on and inevitably tied to Hannibal forever. Or perhaps this was fate.
Fate.
Such a funny thing—luck, destiny, karma, however you wanted to call it. Almost a year had passed since M/N left America when news reached him about the death of Will Graham. The incident was attributed to the Chesapeake Ripper, a detective who had been too close to uncovering the killer’s identity. The revelation left M/N shocked and unsettled. If it was Hannibal who disposed of Will and not a copycat, the question lingered: Why? What had driven Hannibal to eliminate someone he had once found so intriguing, someone whom he viewed as an equal?
Rushing to his apartment, M/N locked the door behind him. If Hannibal had killed Will, what guaranteed M/N he wouldn’t kill him next? Panic surged through him as he leaned against the door, trying to catch his breath. His mind raced with thoughts of escape, but it was already too late. His nose wasn’t quick enough to detect the familiar scent of cologne before strong arms seized him and spun him around.
M/N froze, the blood draining from his face as he found himself face to face with Hannibal. But this wasn’t the man whom M/N remembered—his hair was longer and unstyled, falling into his eyes, and his clothing consisted of a simple black jacket and slacks rather than his usual three-piece suit.
"Hannibal." M/N managed to gasp, his voice trembling with a mix of fear and disbelief.
Hannibal's eyes bore into him. There was a wildness in his gaze, a hint of the unrestrained fury simmering beneath the surface. He looked like a man who had been through hell and emerged on the other side, more dangerous and unpredictable than ever. He still commanded attention, but now there was a dangerous demeanor he wore, as if he was on the verge of being Hannibal and whatever monster he’d tucked away.
“M/N.” Hannibal whispered back, his voice deceptively calm. “I didn’t think you would be so foolish as to run from me.” The back of his hand grazed his cheek when it harshly gripped his chin, forcing their eyes to lock. M/N couldn’t look away nor did he want to. Hannibal’s eyes were a tempest of emotions—anger, betrayal, hurt, but above all, love.
"I...I had to leave," M/N reasoned, his voice coming out steady despite the churning inside his stomach. “You know why.” All he received was a cold, hard glare from Hannibal.
"Do I?" he said softly, his tone laced with a dangerous edge. "You left without a word, abandoning everything we had built together.” Hannibal took a step closer, his presence overwhelming. M/N could feel Hannibal’s warmth, and a part of him wanted to close the distance, but fear paralyzed him. "When you left, everything lost its meaning. Life became a dreary monotone."
“You made that choice.” M/N couldn’t help but hiss, not being able to contain his anger and sadness. “You paraded Will like some sort of prize, leaving me in the dust. How do you think I felt when the man I loved began to seek someone else?” Pushing Hannibal away, M/N remained standing, wanting to get everything off his shoulders. “You were the one who abandoned whatever we’ve built, not me.”
Hannibal’s expression softened. “I never meant to hurt you, M/N.” he said, his voice tinged with regret. “Will was a distraction, a fleeting curiosity. But you...you are irreplaceable.”
M/N scoffed at the man’s words. “It’s been a year, Hannibal. If I’m really irreplaceable as you claim, why didn’t you come sooner? You’re just now seeking me out after Will’s gone from the picture. Admit it, you want your play thing back.”
“You’re nothing of the sort, M/N.”
“Shut up!” M/N barked, his voice filled with desperation. “Just leave me alone, Hannibal. Go.” But his words fell on deaf ears. Cornered against the wall, M/N struggled as Hannibal grabbed his body and pressed a towel against the bottom of his face. Chloroform.
M/N fought against the overwhelming dizziness that crept over him, his limbs growing heavy as the world began to blur. He could feel Hannibal’s fingers gently running through the back of his head, a gesture that was both tender and chilling. Hannibal spoke the final words M/N would hear before darkness enveloped him. “I’m sorry, but I can’t lose you again.”

Writing Villains (Underrated Tips)
1. Variety
Not all villains have to be the next Darth Vader, Luke Castellan, John Wick, etc. Your villain’s arc doesn’t have to originate from the Big Traumatic Thing that happened when they were X Years Old. Here are some characterization ideas that still keep them interesting (no tragic backstory required):
misguided villain. They don’t think what they do is that evil/they think they are benefiting others (e.g. Thanos from the MCU)
IDGAF villain. They just don’t care about the disaster they leave behind them (e.g. Ozai from ATLA)
past bystander villain. Nothing bad happened to THEM particularly-- they just saw bad things happen to other people, and decided that they need to correct society (e.g. Light Yagami from Death Note)
I was bored villain. They were bored. And millions died for it. They’re probably also an ENTP. Oh, well (e.g. Ryuk from Death Note)
zealous villain. They do it for their cause--god, cult, organization, whatever--there’s a greater power that is their greater purpose (e.g. Cthulu cultists from Call of Cthulu)
staunch traditionalist (often allegorically racist) villain. They want to act according to, and preserve the statusquo (tends to be heritage, race, class, personality, etc.), and believe that any change is bad (e.g. Lucius Malfoy from Harry Potter)
These are just some examples of interesting villain characterizations that absolutely do NOT need a tragic backstory to function.
2. Spill the tea
Show how they treat the people closest to them.
Instead of just focusing on their actions, create moments where readers can see them interacting with their family, friends, etc. This is a powerful tool with the potential to humanize them in a softer way, or make them seem even more scary, merciless, corrupt, secretive, etc.
For example, the audience doesn’t just see Azula from ATLA fight people and conquer cities with a crazy amount of skill and power. The writers show how she interacts with her two best friends; the way she shamelessly belittles them to their faces, manipulates them as pawns, and has no problem putting them in incredible danger reveals a LOT more about her character in a way that only showing her actions cannot.
3. Polarize
Consistency isn’t always key. Sure, the cold and calculating overlord should generally make cold and calculating decisions, but to spice things up, find the thing that will make them snap. Change. Show weakness. Become their opposite, if only for a moment.
(SPOILER WARNING for Arcane)
Silco is a drug kingpin in an underbelly city that is full of gangs, criminals, murderers, thieves, and the sort (you get it).
He not only survives--he THRIVES in that kind of environment as one of the scariest authorial figures. He himself had to experience crazy backstabbing, and grew to be nothing but calculated, manipulative, and ruthless...until he unofficially adopted a daughter! He realized that she had “undone” him to the point where he refused to give her up for a dream he would have been willing to die for.
It DOES sound pretty inconsistent for the ruthless drug kingpin to sacrifice EVERYTHING he’d worked for to clean up after an insane daughter who runs around making murderous messes that attract flocks of authorities. And, it is. Like he says himself, he loses “nothing but problems.”
But, real humans are almost never 100% consistent, and this sort of polarity will humanize your villains without necessarily requiring a tragic backstory or a noble motivation.

Miraculous Halloween Fic Recs
It's Halloween, so I figured that people might be in the mood for some spooky, supernatural, or just plain Halloween-related fics! All of these are complete.
--
Herbs And Steam by @liiinerle
Juleka le Flor Blef, nature witch from near the forest of Couffaine, arrives at Eiffel Castle so she can partake in the Queen's Trials - a contest to determine the strongest witch in all of France. She wants to prove the strength of her magic, but when she arrives, her attention is quickly distracted by two very interesting women: Kagami, the princess, who seems to act nothing like a princess should; and Marinette, the blacksmith, who has created a magic all her own through metal, steam, and ingenuity. Juleka is immediately besotted with both of them, and needs to work extra hard to focus on her magic. Juleka also soon becomes aware that there is stronger magic at Eiffel castle than she had expected. For one thing, there's a tree in the courtyard put there years ago by a witch whose powers seem to surpass hers; for another, there's Alya la Pluvie Versaunt, who must be the most powerful mage Juleka has ever met...
Unusual poly here, there aren't a lot of Juleka/Kagami/Marinette fics! I love the world here, getting to see all these different witches honing their craft, and Juleka making friends with many of them - though especially the nonwitches Kagami and Marinette, of course XD. If you like some femslash or a good fantasy AU, this fic should scratch that itch!

Soul Seeker by hislittlelady
After a shooting on her 6th birthday, Marinette Dupain-Cheng died. She was brought to the afterlife by her grandmother. She was content. Until the paramedics did their jobs and suddenly she wasn’t dead anymore. Waking up to find that half of her soul had remained tethered to the afterlife, allowing her the ability to see things others can’t, Marinette grows up an outcast. It isn’t until she moves in with her only friend, a detective she’s known since preschool, that she finds her purpose, solving his harder cases with the help of her spiritual connections. Three years later, she’s thriving. Her own business, two best friends, a K-9 drop out as a companion- life couldn’t get better. Until she meets Chat. A ghost with amnesia and a mask to match, Chat isn’t sure what he needs to move on to the afterlife (and, considering he’s stuck around for another three years, he doesn’t seem in all that much of a hurry to figure it out either!) When Amelie Agreste, a socialite from out of town, comes to Marinette for help locating her missing nephew, Marinette knows her career and her life will be on the line. But even a murderer intent on silencing her forever can’t keep Marinette from seeking the truth.
This is a really fun detective story. You can probably guess one or two of the major twists (not counting the twist of "Adrien is Chat Noir" which I certainly HOPE isn't a spoiler to anyone reading this), but that doesn't make it any less satisfying, especially with how Marinette's and Chat's relationship is developed. Or well, what interactions we see from them, since they've known each other for years by the time the story starts. I adore the "my friend is a ghost" trope, and the identity shenanigans and mystery around what actually happened to Adrien kept me wondering.
It's an M-rated fic, which I'm guessing is mostly due to an attempted sexual assault at one point in the story, though it doesn't get very far before it's stopped. I also want to warn Luka fans that he's not shown in the best light in this fic, though it's not too extreme.

Through Yellow Eyes by @echo-has-queries
"Nooroo bleeds and Paris drowns in his blood." The day of the Blight, Paris bore witness to a horror too grand to comprehend. Only Chloé Bourgeois bore witness to a miracle. Marinette, Alya and the rest of Paris will need more than faith in Gimmi to survive. As the city's sanity hangs by a thread, bodies, minds, and souls are traded with the unknown in order to hold on to the things they each treasure most. Written for the AU Roulette Challenge 2024 with the prompt: Cosmic Horror AU
If you like Cosmic Horror (Lovecraftian I think? Though this isn't really my wheelhouse), then this is the story for you! I love seeing how Paris copes with the madness seeping through its streets, somehow going about daily life despite it all.
Kwamis here are more inhuman, more separated from humanity. There's no cute little miniature form to help bridge the gap. While humans can still meld with kwami, it's not all quite as firmly in the human's control as it normally is, and the side effects are worse. It doesn't help that the kwamis can't fully understand squishy little humans' wants, needs, or morality.
Like, as Ladybug, Marinette can't remember her human name, and her human concerns are somewhat muted. While as Marinette, she can't remember certain aspects of her time as Ladybug, and only regains those memories when she transforms again. She also has to be careful about restoring everything, as she can't just give Tikki a cookie and call it a day. Instead, she herself needs to eat enough to compensate for the lost energy, which can be a substantial portion of the goods in her parents' bakery.
As for Adrien... well, this is still going off of Sentimonster Adrien, though the ritual to create him went differently... and went wrong. But he is still Adrien.
Chloe's interesting as well, she's this sort of priest, this missionary for the kwamis, but her methods are... well, not the best. She still has a bunch of her canonical hangups, even though she IS somewhat helpful.
I love Alya in here, she's just desperately trying to figure out what's going on so that she can try to fix it, especially since Nino's one of the people who's been driven mad by the Blight. She does find some answers, and even ends up being partially responsible for Ladybug's creation and Chat's and Ladybug's subsequent fight against the worst effects of the Blight, but the risks, danger, and side effects she suffers are still significant. Though some of those side effects can be used to her advantage.
Anyway, I really enjoyed this AU and thought it was an interesting take on the subject, I highly recommend checking it out!

Centuries Overdue by @rosie-b
Long ago, an evil Darkness spread across Europe, claiming the lives of many in the magic community. Trained by Plagg himself, Adrien made it his mission to stop the Darkness before it snuffed out the lives of more Mages and Talents, as it did to his own parents. Though he seemed to succeed in his mission, the pages of his old journals tell a different tale. In the modern world, Marinette is a fashion student, working at a small library for the summer to earn extra credit. She’s never believed in magic before, but when she finds the old Agreste journals in her library, her beliefs about reality begin to crumble. Determined to find the truth, both about magic and the unsolved death of one Adrien Agreste, Marinette begins on a journey that will eventually lead her deep into the city’s catacombs, where an ancient force sleeps, but is ready to awaken once more…
If you want a nice Magic AU, this is your jam! I slowly became more invested with Adrien's fate as Marinette did, and I loved seeing bits of this magic society. And of course, Adrien and Marinette always find their way to each other, even if Marinette happens to be a few centuries overdue.

the monster who loves you by @purplecatghostposts
Mum nods, clapping her hands together. “Your brother is finally feeling better and is coming home today! Isn’t that so exciting?” Félix pauses mid-bite, processing her words. Mum waits expectantly, as if expecting him to jump for joy, or his equivalent of it. But… Félix doesn’t have a brother. (Or Félix’s brother is a monster, but only in the most literal sense. Félix’s father is a monster despite being very, very human. He learns to navigate the world through these two truths.)
I loved how this story emphasized the differences between different kinds of monsters - the type who inhabit horror stories, who look terrifying, and the mundane, human sorts of monsters who are often the most dangerous. And how monsters can choose to act humanely, while humans can choose to act monstrously.

See This Chance by @19thsentry-blog
Luka died in 2016. Yep. Crushed by the Arc de Triumph when Mayura’s Robustus slammed into it. It was kind of a big deal, but once you’re dead, you’re dead—especially when there’s no Lucky Charm to bring you back. Luka’s been dealing with it in the typical ways. Written for FeLuka week 2023.
Yes, this is FeLuka. Not one of the typical ships I read, but I ain’t opposed to it, and this is a nice foray into the pairing. I love ghost AUs! Luka’s just fumbling around, unsure what to do with his incorporeal existence, until he starts haunting Felix. It’s an intriguing plot and I gotta admit, I wish it was longer so it could be fleshed out more, but what’s here is good.
---
Attack of the Crystal Zombies by @trainsinanime
Kagami had spent more and more time hanging out with Zoé, talking about things like families, expectations and crushes on Marinette. It was only natural, probably, that she would help Zoé practice flirting. That was definitely a great idea. Granted, the deadly Akuma battle around them was a bit of an issue…
Quality Zoegami fic here! I loved how Kagami kept thinking she was bad at flirting, but it was sure working on Zoe XD. The akuma attack going on around them, interweaving with their conversation, added a bit of spice to the whole affair!
---
Anchor by @liiinerle
“Marinette. Please take that sabre out of your neck.” “Right. Thanks. I forgot it was there.” She grabbed hold of the guard and pulled; the blade slid out like it had only been run through butter. After dropping it on the floor, she picked up one of the teacups and picked up a biscuit from a tin she’d brought in; she placed the biscuit on the saucer plate and handed the whole thing to Kagami, who could only really resign herself to accepting it. —– Marinette has raised Kagami from the dead, and also happens to be dead herself. It turns out some bad choices were made in the past. But that doesn’t mean they’ll lead to bad outcomes for them now.
I love this, Marinette’s incredibly blase about being a zombie - which makes sense, given how long she’s had to get used to the idea. And she’s waited so long, tried so hard to bring Kagami back as well, though if she didn’t WANT to be back, she’d accede to that request. Luckily, Kagami doesn’t seem to mind as long as she’s with Marinette XD.
---
delicate in every way but one by katrinette
When Marinette finds a wanted ad that provokes just enough questions in her mind that she can’t help answering it, the reward is sweeter than she could have imagined.
I love the little bit of worldbuilding we get here about vampire society, and Adrien’s usual awkward adorableness in asking Marinette for a certain necessary favor. It’s always neat to see such familiar characterization in a supernatural setting like this.
---
How Marinette Learned to Stop Worrying And Love The Ball by @rosie-b
Hidden from the crowds thronging around the busy fairy portal in Paris’s town square, a fae gate sits at the edge of the forest, locked, rusty, and full of ancient magic. Marinette thinks that this abandoned gate must not work anymore… but one day, a fairy disguised as a black cat steps through it.
Ah, Fantasy Soulmate AUs, my beloved XD. This ain’t the only one of this fic type I’m gonna be recommending. This is just a cute fluff fic without much strife. I love Marinette and Chat Noir being able to be childhood friends via his visits, even if he has to pretend to be her cat whenever he comes over, and I ESPECIALLY adore Alya being his chaperone and quickly becoming friends with Marinette in her own right. It ain’t a complicated plot, but it is a nice and warm fic.
---
a winter so warm by @rosekasa
winters were hard for even the best of vampires, but at least adrien had marinette to keep him warm with her cuddles. december was going to suck without her. so it was only to be expected to get extra cuddles in before she left, right? (well, not really, considering those heating supplements he was taking, but she didn’t need to know about that).
This one’s mostly just cute cuddly adorableness! It’s basically like all those “Marinette gets the Ladybug trait of needing to cuddle up to someone for warmth”, but with Adrien instead. And of course featuring Marinette being a very talented witch who just wants to help Adrien stay warm when she isn’t there XD.
---
Stitched Together by @nedjsmlfavs
Stitch Witch Marinette was just supposed to be having a nice, terrifying outing with her best friends. She never expected to find a magically trapped kitten, but here we are! Whatever happened to this poor little guy?
Poor Adrien, being transformed and chained up for ages, having no idea that he was gonna be rescued. But at least he got to have fun at Marinette’s place as a cat!
Most of this fic is adorable, though with some dark undertones lying in wait. After all, SOMEONE chained up that poor little kitty…
---
I Put A Spell On You by dazaimaru
Friday, October 25. 6 days until Halloween.
It’s their first high school Halloween dance, and Marinette and Adrien are ready to throw on some non-superhero costumes for once--that is, until an akumatized witch spoils the party and threatens to reveal what lies underneath everyone’s disguise.
With Hawkmoth taking full advantage of the spooky season, the days leading up to Halloween are certainly going to be thrilling! Especially considering Marinette’s growing feelings for a certain black cat…
This one’s mostly just some really cute Lovesquare shenanigans around Halloween, with some really fun sequences like Marinette and Adrien getting body-swapped and Marinette temporarily becoming a vampire (and also Marinette repeatedly stunning Adrien with her outfits. I was just waiting for him to pass out from blood loss from a nosebleed).
---
don't you worry child by @mexicancat-girl
Marc and Nathaniel have a good life, married and living together in a cottage in the woods. But they consider having children at some point. Marc in particular really wants to start a family with his husband. He knows the fey are real, so he goes searching in the woods to find one to strike a deal. He may get a bit more than he bargained for in the process.
This is based on a tumblr post that’s been going around, which I think a lot of people will recognize as they continue going through the story. That post is credited at the end of the fic, so as not to spoil the plot.

The Convention by Peppermint_Shamrock
“Oh, sure, when Ladybug comes up with unusual solutions, it’s “clever” and “inspiring”. But when I do it, it’s “oh no” and “you’re going to get us all killed, Marinette”,” she grumbled. “At least Adrien believes in me.” When an Akuma rages through a comic convention, everyone is forcibly transformed into their own cosplays. Unable to transform into Ladybug, Marinette has no choice but to fight as a civilian alongside her friends. At least she was dressed as her partner. Written for Miraculous Spooktober Day 5 Prompt - Costume Party
---
Ghost of You by its_just_lori
It finally happened. The akuma attacked at the wrong time. They weren't prepared. For the first time, there was a casualty. Someone was killed. Marinette didn't care that her identity was exposed to the world; she couldn't stop blaming herself for what happened. If only she'd been ready... if only she'd done more... There's nothing for Adrien to say. There's nothing he can do other than stay by her side and help her through this pain.

YANDERE FATUI/HARBINGER SCARA>>>>>>>
The way he would kill anyone who would even look at you, if their someone in the fatui or Harbingers he will try and make their life hell (and he would succeed) wether you know his actions or not
Perhaps it’s fear, admiration, love, it doesn’t matter it’s the way you look at him the way he knows your calling to him, your his
I LOVE THE WHOLE HARBINGER, AND YANDERE AESTHETIC FOR SCARA
From aree: hard agree with you, anon. Harbinger Scara as a Yandere just hits all the right boxes. Hope you don't mind me writing a short lil bit right here. I sort of hyperfixated on the staring thing.
tw for implied human experimentation and slight body horror
always watching// yandere!scaramouche
Scaramouche seems to get lost in his own thoughts a lot, staring off into the distance.
The Fatui grunts know better than to approach him when he's stuck in his own head. None of them can exactly tell whether he's simply bored at the moment or he's planning another murder that would change the course of history, but either way, getting close while he's thinking does not bode anyone well.
Currently, they've taken to noticing that his eyes always seem to find their way to you when he's deep in thought. His eyes are a burning glare, almost willing with focus alone for your very body to combust into a flurry of flames on the spot.
But of course, you stay safely intact, Scaramouche is left to stew in his self-imposed hatred for you and anyone bearing witness to all this tries their best to steer clear of the angered Harbinger whilst wondering what you did to earn such negative emotions. However, there are those who notice that his anger is not exactly aimed at you, but more so what you're doing.
Because once your attention is on Scaramouche, it's as if all the anger fizzles out - his face could be carefully blank or a smirk or a cruel laugh. The anger only comes back full force when you're looking away. Some of the grunts have taken to wondering: is he pretending to be cordial with you, while sending you hateful looks when your back is turned? He must hate you, right? But that didn't make sense, Scaramouche didn't even bother to hide his disdain for the other Harbingers, so why make the effort for you?
Why is he glaring at you like that?
Scaramouche hates it when your attention is on someone else. Thankfully, none have made the connection. But even if they did, they'd sooner use the knowledge to their advantage before saying it to his face. So for now, as far as he knows, you and the Fatui are none the wiser.
He hates it. Why? Just why? Surely, you can tell he wants to keep talking to you, even when he spits insult after insult, telling you your very presence was annoying, how you keep wasting his time with small talk when you can just get to the point. But you don't. There's a limit to how much of his disdain you can take, and when you walk away from him to continue your other duties, only then does he realize he has spread too much of himself to leave some room for you. But it's too late. And he does it again and again. You'll come back to him again, he'll insult you again, and you'll leave… again.
If there's anything he's thankful for it's that you still keep coming back, so surely, you feel an ounce of whatever he feels for you as well? Why else would you come back to him only to be ridiculed to hell and back? Yes, surely you love him. Even if it's just a fraction, it's a fragment Scaramouche is willing to guard with his life until he can take more of it.
So when he notices that some people have started occupying your time more and more, well, he's not thrilled, at the very least.
He thought he made peace with that fact a long time ago. Of course you need to talk to other people. Humans are social creatures that thrive off of the interactions they make day by day. It was annoying, but he could let it go. Until he realized the more time you spent with them, the less he got with you.
The realization kicked in when he approached you while you were talking to a Fatui skirmisher. You nod at him and he opens his mouth to say something before you immediately turn back to continue your previous conversation. He gapes for a second, for the first time caught off-guard by your actions, before he's gritting his teeth and snapping at you. The Fatui skirmisher makes an escape for it the moment they find an opening - Scaramouche will be sure to give them a fitting punishment later - before he turns to you and all the fire is put out once more. Your expression is confused and he'd be lying if he said the small fear he sees in your eyes makes him uneasy.
He staves off from seeing you for a while as he cools his head, but that idea backfired hard when he all but ran around Zapolyarny Palace looking for you. When you greet him again, like nothing was ever wrong, Scaramouche makes a promise to himself. It's not like you were the problem. He sees the way you smile at others and he's sure against all doubt that it's emptier compared to when you talk to him. It's everyone else. Everyone else was the problem.
Besides, it's not like he can stop you from whatever you were doing. If he did, you'd start acting differently toward him, too. Your smile would drop whenever he was in the area. You'd wear simpler clothes when you were with him. You'd lose your voice whenever he was in your line of sight. So no, making you stop was not part of the solution.
He just had to make everyone else stop.
Scaramouche thinks they are underestimating how he watches. He has his eyes on you, yes, but that doesn't mean he is no longer aware to what happens around the two of you. He's not all that concerned, however, not anymore. Years of patience has taught him well how to deal with humans. He is well prepared for small little hiccups such as this. He won't hurt them, oh no, not yet. The Fatui needs as many of its people in tip top shape as much as possible, so he can't lay a hand on them.
All is fair outside the organization, however.
Whoever has found themselves under his watchful gaze will discover a lovely little package waiting back home for them. Inside, they will find two perfectly preserved eye balls bobbling up and down in a glass case of unidentified liquid. Scaramouche thinks its a fun game for the offender - how long will it take for them to find out which loved one the eyes belong to? (He should thank the Doctor for extracting the eyes from the host so flawlessly. He just hopes the mad man kept his promise and returned the person where they were last found, and not confined them into another experiment table. Then again, he couldn't care less what comes after. He wipes his hands clean from that.)
It's a threat and a warning all rolled into one gift, tied together tightly with a bow not unlike Scaramouche's love for you. The message is clear.
Keep your eyes to yourself.
Pretty soon, almost any and every grunt notices Scaramouche's eyes on you. But in the rare chance that the anger is not there, and there is only you, his eyes seem to say only one thing.
Look at me.

Can I request a yandere Alphabet for Jeff the killer?
a/n: yes you can !! here you go <3 i've never actually done this b4 so fingers crossed i'm doing it right but!! it was really fun to do tbh!!
warnings: not proofread, yandere content, typical jeff behavior, kidnapping, forced relationships, forced affection, murder, mentions of forced murder, blood, gore, threats of violence, i tried really hard to keep it light but also it's... jeff the killer.... so....
yandere alphabet: jeff the killer
Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?
— he's not the most affectionate person in the world, but on the very rare occasions that he decides to show you his love, it's intense, maybe even suffocating. you'll be glued to his side for however long it takes until he gets bored, his fingers digging into your skin to the point where it might bruise, his head buried in your shoulder as he keeps you pressed tightly against him. lucky for you, most of these sudden bursts of affection last for only thirty minutes to an hour, but on his bad days, they can last well over a handful of hours.
Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?
— he's willing to get as messy as he needs to be. blood and gore are nothing new to him, and he actively thrives under those sorts of situations. if we're being completely honest, he wants it to be messy. he wants there to be blood and murder. he'd take his time murdering whoever he had to if it meant getting you.
Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?
— oh, he'll 100% be mocking you if you're a screaming, crying mess. really, if you expect him to be nice to you after uprooting your life and forcing himself into it, you're sorely mistaken. he thinks your fear is amusing, even if he thinks the screaming and crying is annoying. besides, he finds it entertaining, watching how you get torn between cowering in fear and cursing him out whenever he does mock you. that aside, he actually does his best to take care of you. he keeps you fed and supplies you with whatever you need.
Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?
— he'd force affection on you if it's something he wants at the moment, which mostly just consists of him hugging you tightly and sitting in silence, but other than that he sorta just... lurks around and leaves you alone more often than not.
Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?
— he'd never be vulnerable around you. or at least, he'll try. though he tends to forget about this from time to time, jeff is nothing but a human. he has so many walls up, a gruesome reputation he loves to uphold, but there are days. everyone has bad days. he doesn't have them often, but he has them. and as much as he hates it, he can't hide that from you. he can't hide the stupid fucking longing he feels for you, or the damn near suffocating desperation that claws at his insides whenever he looks at you. he hates that he loves you, and loves that he can't hate you.
Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?
— he fuckin' hates it, honestly. he thinks your resistance is annoying, and he'd just wish you'd give up already. no matter how hard you fight back, he's never letting you go. you belong to him, can't you see that? how many times is he going to have to restrain you for you to understand that you are his? surely you know that each time you fight back, he'll only make things worse for you, right?
Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?
— i think in the beginning, it sort of felt like a game. he found your fear entertaining, and he still does, so he thought your escape attempts were cute and couldn't help but mock you when he'd catch you trying to escape when you thought he had gone out. after a while, it feels less like a game. he's serious about you, even if it doesn't seem like it. your escape attempts were becoming more annoying than amusing. so much so that he doesn't even mock you when he catches you anymore, his mockery has turned into barely concealed anger.
Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?
— the murder. you can handle the captivity, you're not going to let him break you. but the murder. the murder, that's what gets to you. he views it as an act of romance, mercilessly and brutally slaughtering anyone who ever dared to talk to you. you've had one too many 'gifts' of his be pieces of the people he's murdered for you. ears, fingers, you name it. the worst one has to be the decapitated head someone you had been romantically interested in.
Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?
— seeing as he's more than likely on the fbi's most wanted list at this point, he's never really had any dreams for the future. he lives in the now, and the only thing he wants (and, let's be honest, expects) from you is your love and loyalty. sure, the thought of having a normal life with you is appealing, but it'll never happen. he'll take whatever future with you he can get.
Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?
— even though he keeps you confined, unable to interact with anyone other than him, he certainly gets jealous. but only before he took you for himself. he hated seeing people near you, and he especially hated when you'd go out on dates with people. sure, you didn't know you were being stalked by a feared serial killer at the time of those dates, but still. it made him so unbearably angry and the only thing that helped him cope was by, obviously, brutally murdering the people you went out with. a very healthy coping mechanism, if you ask him. better he kill someone else than you, right?
Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?
— generally the way he acts around everyone else, pretty much, with the exception of his older brother. he's an asshole, and not an easy guy to like. he's morbid, cruel, and overall a total displeasure to be around. especially if he doesn't care about you. but he does! he cares about you a lot, so he's like... vaguely nice. he does have a soft spot for you, even if it's not something you might be immediately aware of.
Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?
— his idea of courting is just... not killing you. and murdering for you, i suppose. there's nothing more romantic than being willing to spill blood for the person you love. stalking probably counts too, right? because he did a lot of that. he probably also considers the 'gifts' he's given you to classify as courting, though you'd beg to differ.
Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?
— not at all.
Naughty: How would they punish their darling?
— it honestly depends on how upset he is. like... 95% of the time, he just locks you in your room and deprives you of any form of social contact. he'll feed you, but you're never awake when he drops off the food. you'll never be able to catch a glimpse of him when he's punishing you like this. this could go on for months, because he doesn't stop until you're begging him to, desperate for some form of interaction even if it has to be from him. that small 5% is what you have to be worried about. if you really anger him with an escape attempt or whatever, he'll force you to murder someone, and he'll make sure it's someone you know. he's only forced this punishment on you maybe two times, and you don't think you'll ever be able to recover from it. the isolation is awful, but it's easier to bear. murdering your best friend, or someone from your family? you can't. you can't handle that. and that's why he's made it a punishment.
Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?
— anything you have, he'll take. your freedom is no longer your own. you're not even allowed out of the room he keeps you in without his permission because of how often you try to escape. he simply just doesn't trust you enough to let you be your own person. though if you're behaving well, he'll probably reward you with some very minute freedoms.
Patience: How patient are they with their darling?
— he's actually surprisingly very patient when it comes to you. it's not something you'd expect, considering his short temper and whatnot. he has nothing but time when it comes to you, though he would prefer if you'd love him back sooner rather than later. but he's willing to wait, if he must. he thinks you should be flattered because if you were anyone else, he would've run out of patience a long time ago.
Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?
— the only way he'd ever let you go is if you died, genuinely. if you somehow manage to escape, he's hunting you down and dragging you back. but if you died, i think he'd be able to move on. it'll take time, and you'll always linger in the back of his mind, but he'll return to the way his life was before you were in it with relative ease.
Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?
— not at all. jeff doesn't regret anything he's done in his life leading up to this point. there might be a small, very miniscule part of him that feels a little guilty whenever you flinch when he touches you, but he doesn't really pay attention to that guilt. and he would certainly never let you go, not after he went through all the trouble of getting you here. your rightful place is by his side, even if that's something you've yet to realize.
Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?
— he's not too sure himself, though he assumes it was curiosity. maybe you did something, or maybe the way you behaved caught his interest and made him curious about you. whatever it was, it spiraled rather quickly.
Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?
— he's used to seeing people scream and cry, so it doesn't get that big of a reaction out of him, though it does feel strange when you do it. he's gonna mock you for it though, so. as for isolation... if you want him to leave you alone so badly, then he'll gladly do it. it's essentially going to become a game of chicken if you do that. one of you will break eventually, and you better hope that it’s you.
Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?
— that really depends on how you define the classic yandere lol.
Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?
— jeff prides himself for not having any weaknesses, though it's because he simply isn't aware of the ones that he does have. he's extremely touch-starved, first and foremost. if you're willing to do so, you can easily exploit that so long as you're careful and patient. another thing is his fear of fire. just a lighter flicking is enough to have the man freezing up, though this fear will be harder to exploit seeing as he'd probably make sure you have no access to anything that could start one.
Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?
— he would threaten to, for sure. he's pretty good at threatening people, he thinks, but he won't actually hurt you. you're the one person he can't hurt. the very thought of hurting you makes him cringe, though you won't catch him verbally admitting that.
Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?
— jeff is very much not a religious man, so he can't say he necessarily worships you. he does respect you, however, even if it doesn't seem like he does. he respects you more than he respects most people, and while he may not worship you and the very ground you walk on, he does put you on a pedestal. just a bit. but he would go to great lengths to win you over. he doesn't appear desperate, but just know that he craves your love and attention.
Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?
— jeff is a selfish bastard, so the moment he decides he wants something, he takes it. maybe he'll be nice enough to let you live with your freedom a little longer, but he'll use the smallest issue to kidnap you. it doesn't matter what it was. you injured yourself? you can't be trusted to take care of yourself, so he takes you. you get a little too friendly with someone? oopsie, they're dead now. anyways, you're his; you can't be flirting with other people, so he takes you. someone is mean to you? rip to them, but clearly people don't deserve you, so he takes you.
Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?
— this is his ultimate end goal, i think. jeff hates how you fight back. he finds it annoying, and he's starting to run out of people he can force you to kill. he knows you'll break sooner or later, so long as he keeps up the pressure. maybe isolating you for a few months will finally tip you over...

hello hello, may i request a springtrap romantic concept (fnaf 3)? :3
Sure! Honestly, I'm surprised I've written him this much but haven't done a general concept yet.
Yandere! Springtrap Concept
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Sadism, Stalking, Manipulation, Violence/Murder, Kidnapping, Possessive behavior, Blood, Emotional manipulation, Threats, Slight gore, Forced "relationship".
It's already been established in all of my Springtrap and William fics that Springtrap is sadistic and ruthless.
During FNAF 3, Springtrap would see tormenting you as a game in his obsession.
By the time he meets you on Night 2 to Night 5, Springtrap sees you as his personal toy.
I'd say his obsession is a moderate speed.
He's technically obsessed once he meets you but his motives change.
Throughout your job he goes from trying to toy and maybe kill you... to wanting to keep you around as a twisted form of company.
Most of his obsession is him playing along with your audio cues.
He always gets so close before leaving you alone.
It's like he's playing/teasing, peeking through your window or from behind the door.
He loves to stare at you, silver eyes staring into your soul.
He craves your fear more than your blood being shed, as heard in one of his AR lines.
Don't get him wrong, he loves the sight of blood from his victims.
It's just farming their fear lasts longer.
Which is essentially what Springtrap is doing until the climax of his obsession.
He's just out of sight, climbing into vents and sitting by your window.
He likes it when you see him so he can watch the fear settle into your face.
When he's bold he'll warm up his raspy voice to speak to you.
Your initial shock at him speaking makes him thrive.
It's him setting down hints that he isn't what he seems.
He's no malfunctioning robot, he's something else.
Based on the smell you can guess.
Plus when you get a close up look at him through the window or doorway, you can see some sort of gunk clings around his metal.
It all makes you very nauseous.
Your little game is simple.
He tries to get in to "claim his prize", while you try to keep him out.
For the first few nights it's easy.
Then by Night 4 Springtrap gets more aggressive, his obsession creeping ever closer to a climax.
By Night 5 or 6, it's almost game over.
Springtrap thinks he's played nice long enough.
As he's watched you these past few nights... he's wanted to get his hands on you.
The idea of making you scream, to feel you in his metal claws, well...
He hasn't had such excitement in 30 years!
Just when you think you'll complete your week, that you'll walk out and leave, Springtrap surprises you.
Before you can do anything all your systems display an error.
You try your best to fend off hallucinations, to reboot your systems to put out and audio lure or seal off a vent.
Only for Springtrap to appear in front of you in the darkness.
He moves the monitors out of the way, a permanent grin on his face.
"Hello there, doll~!"
They way you scream makes him laugh.
Oh you're so cute when you're vulnerable!
He watches as you fall out of your chair, staring at him with big scared eyes.
"I loved our game... hope you wouldn't mind having it every night, dear?... or did you have something else in mind?"
Your game on your last night switches things up.
Instead of him coming to you in your office, it's you running through the attraction away from him.
It's agonizingly long... you're constantly darting in and out of vents and hiding behind walls.
Yet Springtrap knows your attempts at escape are futile.
Eventually you'll grow tired, eventually you may even injure yourself... then he'll strike.
He knows this place better than you.
You aren't the one roaming it every day and night in a bored stroll.
Which means only he knows about the secret backroom.
One he expertly corners you beside, just to push you inside and close the door.
The game is now over... he's won.
You're trapped in the roam, the smell of the rotting animatronic stunning you.
You look around, no other escape....
Where is this? A storage room?
"I've been waiting for this." The greenish rabbit hums, keeping you trapped in a corner.
"You see... you're just about the only company I've had in years. Decades, even."
You fear to ask, yet you try;
"Decades?"
"I've been dead for thirty years in complete agonizing silence. Dead yet living in this robotic shell. But honestly? I've never felt more alive!"
The rabbit laughs, standing over you.
"Now... I have long awaited company, doll. You'll be fun to play with. I think I'll have a lot of fun with you."
This becomes your fate.
You're forever meant to entertain the remains of the sick serial killer.
If he feels he has to, he'll make you immortal with him.
It'll be painful... but to him he thinks it'll be worth it.
That way... he can keep you with him forever as his doll, pet, and toy...
Even when the building burns down... you'll be stuck with him... forever his.

HIII :)!!! can we get a yandere colm or micah? Whichever one you want to do first
couldn't decide, flipped a coin, ended up being colm. Hope you enjoy these :]
Yandere! Colm O Driscoll hcs
Warnings: Gender neutral darling, yandere trope, obsession, violence, murder, isolation, kidnapping, torture, violence and torture towards darling, implied possibility of sexual assault, non-consenual touching and kissing, sadism, blackmail, threats towards darling
Main traits:
|Sadistic/cruel/isolating/controlling|
✴ Colm, Colm O driscoll. Where to begin? Being his object of obsession is less than pretty. It's bloody. Lots of your blood.
✴ Colm is a sadistic outlaw. Takes pleasure in causing other living things as much pain as possible. Enemy gang members, innocent women, children, men, animals. His men who dare to act up. You're included. Pistol whipping, kicking, throwing, branding, burning, yankin out chunks of your hair when he tugs on it, cutting, bone breaking on some occasions. All while laughing and claiming he loves you. Forcing kisses against the wounds he leaves.
✴ His cruelty spans past that. Keeping you in a dirty cellar or in his sleeping quarters. Hell, he might even chuck you in a cage. Force you to watch the atrocities he commits on others, to women, children, men, and animals alike. Any friends or family? 100% dead, you'll know, as he'll make you look at the mutilation he's done to their dead bodies. He'll make taunting crass comments and crude jokes at your expense. Just to see you on edge.
✴ This leads to you being isolated with him. Always by his side. None of his men dare to help you. Let alone speak to you. They'll get shot dead center in camp if they think about it. The law? Civilians? They won't even be able to get within a mile of ya. Not that he'd let you go very far. He's the only human being you interact with. If you find comfort in some animals you babble to he'll probably shoot and cook em to rub it in.
✴ Leaving you completely under his control. He drags you around like some prize. He controls what you wear, do, where you sleep, what you eat. Barking orders at you like you're some mutt. If you step out of line, well it's obvious what happens. Back to an injured mess on the ground and locked in some room. He makes you wear that swamp green him and his men wear. Your outfit is a bit nicer than any of his troops though if that's any silver lining.
✴ Threatens his men to not utter a word about you. He'd despise Dutch finding out. He took Annabelle away from Dutch, Dutch would probably take him away from him. He despises the idea.. if you were to run away to Dutchs gang, or somewhere else, bullets are flying across all five of the states in an attempt to find you.
✴ Not easy to escape, you're practically glued to one of two spits, by his side, or in a place to contain you. His men ordered to stop you on sight if you get out of said room, let alone the edge of camp. Even if you do, he has men in every state. Quick to get on your tail. You also can't act sweet on him. He'll catch on real quick it ain't genuine. The only thing it might get you is less or more pain. Depends on how well you hide it.
✴ Any comfort he provides is so blatantly fake. A way to mock you and your state. He thrives on your tears and fear.. his clothes have old stains of your blood, he dosen't bother to wash them. It's almost a euphoric feeling to him, wearing something you've bled on.
✴ It's not good when he's "nice" either. His hold on you is still harsh. Nails digging in. Forced to sit on his lap. Unwanted gross kisses, it's like kissing someone who's drank battery acid. He tries to take it further.. sometimes he succeeds.
✴ You're anything but the partner he claims you are to him. You're property, a toy, a pet. Above the others but so below him. Kept around until he gets bored, if he ever gets bored.

Ce que j'ai fait, ce soir-là (Meld, s2 e16)
Let me begin this review with a compliment sandwich - "Meld" is an episode that packs a lot of acting chops. Our guest star is everyone's favorite weird little guy, Brad Dourif, paired with a really compelling performance from Tim Russ, who at last gets to demonstrate his range. Watching these two together is a treat!
I came to “Meld” with a lot of prejudgment, insofar as I belong to the You’re Wrong About school of media criticism and am skeptical of pop culture portrayals of criminality. Violent behavior is a sad and fucked up consequence of people being people, but I find that our attempts to depict violence in fiction usually say more about our hunger for monsters than about real-life monstrous behaviors.
We open in Sandrine’s, where the Voyager crew is making their own fun by betting on the outcomes of on-board particle counts. Thus begins a tedious multi-episode arc for which the viewer experience can be summed up as, “Tom Paris is a dumbass, but a boring one.” Eventually Chekhov's dumbass will go off, but until then, watching Paris get up to illicit shenanigans is so dull. Why can't this man adopt the persona of an interesting bad boy? The whole thing lands real weird in the aftermath of the "dear god, go to therapy" storyline of "Threshold."
The mood is lightened by the news that there’s been a murder on Voyager! There’s no sleuthing required, as only one person, Lon Suder, was at the scene of the crime. It turns out that Chakotay failed to share that one of his crew might be a serial killer (oopsy-doops). I feel like the fact that none of the former Maquis have passed a recent psych eval should have come up before now. Instead, intimations that they might not be thriving surface only occasionally, as in “Learning Curve” or “Meld.”
Suder confesses to his crime, and Tuvok and the EMH discuss his behavior, in a scene that betrays ignorance of even 90s-era psychology. “Psychosis” is considered, but only one possible diagnosis is mentioned: “bipolar disorder.” This feels pretty damn harmful at a time when there was so much stigma against a bipolar diagnosis. Based on Kes’s analysis of his medical history, the Doctor finally diagnoses Suder with, wait for it, “violent impulses.” Later, Tuvok describes him as having “an incredibly violent nature.”
I was frustrated by the choice of Suder for this case study of habitual violence. Are there people out there who are hyperviolent, don't have mental health disorders or known trauma histories, and can successfully mask their behavior for years at a time? Possibly - I am not a psychologist. But I don't think people like Suder are the norm. Why do we fixate on people with serial killer vibes when the abusive husbands-next-door are right there?
Apparently 24th-century medicine has no tools for treating anger management issues, so Tuvok proposes a mind-meld to share his emotional self-regulation techniques with Suder. I guess this is like Vulcan DBT? As a result, Tuvok starts to experience Suder’s violent thoughts. It’s an acting treat for Tim Russ, who delivers a compelling performance in which our even-keeled lieutenant commander absolutely loses it.
Suder, meanwhile, begins to find equilibrium. As a result, he wants to keep melding, and somehow makes it very sexy in a way that no one asked for. “Penetration,” he tells Tuvok, describing a mind meld. “Your will dissolving mine. The joining.” In response, the EMH kink-shames: “Anybody with an ounce of sense wouldn't share his brain with someone else. Would you? I certainly wouldn't.”
What makes Tuvok’s uncontrolled anger interesting is the way that it intersects with the question of criminal punishment. Early in the episode, Tuvok suggests capital punishment as a possible solution for Suder. After all, Voyager (which, again, apparently has no treatment for Suder's emotional problems) can only offer lifelong incarceration as a solution.
Now that Tuvok is full of rage, he's obsessed with the desire to violently punish Suder. The idea that criminal punishment is a manifestation of our animal aggression is certainly an interesting thesis, though I suspect it’s a lot more complicated than that.
“Meld” has some great acting and tries to address Big Human Questions. Maybe we weren't sure how to formulate those questions in 1996, or maybe I'm just not the right viewer for this episode.

"Is there really such a thing as a war anyway? That would never happen."
Nora says, looking at her two best friends, Kium (ANGEL) and Leon (HUMAN).
"Maybe! Theres a chance, y'know?"
Leon says in a cheerful tone, as Kium speaks up.
"I guess there's a chance as well."
"Anyway, aren't you hungry? We've been sitting in this tavern for a while."
All three nod and go get some food.
---------------
BANG!
Rings the sound of crashes and falling debris, scattering on what was once called the Human territory. Nora, Kium, and Leon were all called back to their own races. One thing was sure. It was war. Noone knew why but the lords of all three races. The three friends were all worried for each other.
They were all on the battlefield as well.

The sound of swords clashing rang in Nora's ears. Whooshing of magic from demonic mages and angelic powers fly around.
"Oh, curses.. Why do I have to be doing this..- Leon..?!"
Nora sees Leon, collapsed on the ground. He's.. dead. Someone killed him.
"....Isn't this normal, though? Everyone would die someday."
*Kium says, facing Nora. He has tears running down his face, and he points a spear at you.*
"I have to do this, Nora. I'm so sorry.."
*He tried plunging his spear in Nora's body, but she managed to stop him in time, holding the blade. It couldn't be stopped anyway. Bound to be. She threw the double edged spear at Kium, killing him.*
"It's normal.. Right? Normal. Totally normal.."

I'm not sure if I already made a blog post about characters I believe to be part of the Asexual/Aromantic spectrum community but I'm bored and AO3 is down and I have a headache so I can't even attempt to write any of my fanfictions like I want to so here we go.
Starting off with my baby.
Ikkaku Madarame. I personally headcanon this wonderful man to be Demisexual. I would say he is aromantic but honestly I feel like a man who writes poetry. Yes, he writes poetry, and makes accessories for children, has a romantic side.
In the anime he has not once expressed interest in anyone, be it the most attractive woman or man, and yet... he is so in tune with Yumichika that he can recognize his laughter from across a battlefield while in the midst of a fight. So, yes, he is demi for Yumichika. The only one who he fully trusts and respects, such is the ways of a Demisexual.
Moving on from this wonderful specimen of a man... we enter the world of dreams.
Yes. Dream of the Endless. The man of everyone's dreams and nightmares. The dude is so much of a Demisexual that it took thousands of years for him to even admit to himself that Hodge is his friend, let alone the potential of a future love interest. Yes. I know he has had romantic relationships in the past, and that he had a kid with a gorgeous woman. Demis still have sex. He trusted her enough that he came to her aid to save her. He just wants intimacy with someone but it takes him forever to trust and let someone in.
Also, the dude has canonically turned into a black cat. Cats don't trust as easily as dogs.
Anyways. Moving on to a character that is canonically AroAce.
Isaac Henderson and this other kid that I don't know if we ever got a name from.
I, too, would prefer books over being in a relationship but alas... with my personal health issues, I need someone to be somewhat intimate with.
Now... I have watched many, many shows and movies and I try to find myself in so many of them. I know. Weird. Trying to find relation in entertainment to better enjoy something. I can still watch and read things if I don't have someone like myself in there. Anyways...
Going into the world of MDZS.
Nie Huaisang.
This man is 100% an Asexual who thrives on finding queer platonic friendships.
Also. The guy has hyperfixations in birds, fans, art, and getting revenge for his older brother's murder.
I love him. I can relate with hyperfixating, I cannot relate in the art of revenge. His level of dedication is unmatched.
Moving on.
Arcane is something I'm currently obsessing over so... let's dive into the world of headcanons since everyone has a million and no one knows for sure what is Canon.
Viktor. My man. The Jesus of Hextech.
It took getting rid of his emotions to realize that Jayce was the only one he ever wanted but it was too late. Such a doomed situationship. Anyways. I think of him as an asexual who valued companionship and wanted that intimacy. Again. With Jayce. The himbo who didn't realize what he lost until he lost it twice.
Hot take... and I could be completely wrong... but Jinx, herself.
I think if it came down to it. She would have sex but she hates physical intimacy. To the point where the only ones she willingly ever approached for human contact were Vi, Isha, Vander and Silco. Her found family that she had no romantic or sexual feelings for. I know alot of people ship her and Ekko. I can see it. But the girl is traumatized and has so many mental health problems. Maybe more of a Gray ace/Aego spectrum?
Speaking of. Let's talk about Silco.
I think he would be Asexual. Similar to Jinx if I'm being honest. He would be open to that level of intimacy, with the right people. But he has never had that kind of connection with anyone besides, possibly Vander. But... that situationship ended in tragedy and bitter feelings so... yep. Welcome to the Ace community, my love.
Ignoring that and moving on...
RWBY.
Miss Ruby herself.
Honestly. She needs that level of connection and trust before she would even consider that form of intimacy. If she ever thought about it. Which. I don't think she does.
Ending with my main girl... Neopolitan, would be a Demiromantic Ace. She has romantic feelings for Torchwick. But that's it. Girl really chose to become one with a mystical tree so she could finally move on from him.
There are plenty of more. Penny Polendina from RWBY. Castiel from Supernatural. The only one confirmed on this list is Isaac but, I mean. Come on. Look at all these neurodivergent, lovely people and tell me otherwise.

If Easy Company is in a Zombie Apocalypse, what would be their choice of weapon and how will they fight?
1. Dick Winters
2. Lewis Nixon
3. Harry Welsh
4. Ronald Speirs
5. Carwood Lipton
6. Buck Compton
7. Don Malarkey
8. Joe Toye
9. Joe Liebgott
10. David Webster
Uhhhhhh last zombie media I consumed was Last of Us and there wasn't really much? zombie fighting in it (bc the focus was on the human condition)? so I am... gonna valiantly try.
1) Dick Winters - I mean. The man wants to be in control at all times. He has multiple weapons for sure. Rifle, of course, classic. But he has multiple knives hidden on his person and an emergency pistol in his belt. He probably prefers the knives + stealth, though, especially if zombies are attracted to sound. If he can kill quietly and quickly, he will. But he just strikes me as the kinda person who just. Would avoid places like cities or crowded towns in the first place and be very strategic about where they'd go? Sure, it's inevitable that you'd run into some festering, shambling corpse somewhere while hunting for supplies but if he has a choice, he will look for the road of least resistance. Even if it'll take twice as long.
2) Lewis Nixon - man's still alive? Dude, the boy has no will to live as it is. He barely survived the first wave by the skin of his teeth. Probably missing a hand after he got bit and Dick refused to watch him turn or murder him. Lewis did not fire a single bullet during the war what makes you think he'd be the same now? He has a knife. That's it. He barely knows how to use it, doesn't want to use it. When in the thick of an attack with the group, he's always in the middle, surrounded by the others, or at the back, where he's most protected. It's a group choice, because he's better at logistics and keeping everyone together. His whole mind is a map, he knows where they'd be safest for a time. Really good at sweet talking and trading with other groups too. He spends half the apocalypse drunk as all hell, but he's otherwise useful. When alone vs. zombies, he'd rather take his chances running.
3) Harry Welsh - something you can find in a gardening shed, probably. A machete? Or a pair of gardening sheers? something that, when you look at it, reminds you of home and is in great juxtaposition to all the gore dripping from it. maybe even a kitchen knife. or, if you want something really fun, a fireplace poker? or the body of a lamp. those long thin iron ones with a strong metal base? sans bulb and shade, dripping gore everywhere. he swings things around aimlessly, whatever gets caught in his path is an unlucky son of a bitch. there's a method to the madness, of course, but... well. even he doesn't know what it is just yet.
4) Ronald Speirs - my dude was in a military base when shit went down, buddy's in a TANK. ok, I kid, but yeah. Rifle. and various pistols........ lowkey? could see him as one of those. end-of-the-world conspiracy theorists pre-apocalypse, who was very much vindicated when the dead started to rise. man is THRIVING in this apocalypse, because he's a weirdo like that.
5) Carwood Lipton - huh. probably a repurposed javelin or something? i hesitate to say sword, because he's doesn't strike me as the sword type, but he definitely strikes me as a 'hit something very hard until the head caves in' kinda guy? or tbh just something boring and reliable, like a sawed off shot gun. he has only a limited number of bullets, so he's not gonna be using it a lot. I imagine when it's manageable, he's using the OH I KNOW. HE HAS AN AXE. YES. boy's from virginia he's a lumberjack for SURE. and that was the first thing he picked up the second the hordes started advancing. he uses the axe when it's manageable, but when the going gets tough, he gets everyone behind him and goes to take out as many as he can with his shotgun. but he works best with a team who has multiple other weapons, for sure. i could imagine him taking the forefront, whacking some zombies, and trusting explicitly those behind him who're offering support thru gun power, not to accidentally shoot him with a stray bullet while he's taking down zombies close range. it takes a lot of trust to do this, I feel. and he has a lot of it. maybe too much.
6) Buck Compton - BASEBALL BAT WRAPPED IN BARBED WIRE. NEED I SAY MORE. probably has a few grenades on him as well that he scrounged up. he's got a wicked aim.
7) Don Malarkey - man's still alive? he's barely holding on. he had a gun, but they took it away because they feared he was getting suicidal. he gets something back later on, maybe a revolver, but only a limited amount of bullets. he has a small k-bar knife. but that's about it. sometimes, a very primal rage takes over him, and he can do some damage with just his bare hands, but those moments grow fewer and farther between the more they go on. ya know? life's hard in the apocalypse. before all that of course, he used to be real good at mixing gunpowders and making home made pipe bombs. but ever since skip died. well.
8) Joe Toye - mans has a SWORD and you fucking KNOW IT. it can be anything your heart wants. a katana? sure! a broad sword? whatever you say goes babey! a fucking... claymore? YES!! ALRIGHT!!!! I'm too enthusiastic about this bc I am not above admitting I find Joe's arms hot. all I'm saying is those arms? made to swing around a sword. yes they are. and he's a fucking pro at it too, you just know he is. i dunno if he has his amputation before, or during the end of the world, but both paths have many implications to them, and they'd be interesting to explore.
9) Joe Liebgott - SO FUN FACT ROSS MCCALL WAS ACTUALLY IN FEAR THE WALKING DEAD his character gets shot and killed by Marines and then he turns into a zombie. poor guy got his throat slit. he just wanted to help :((( anyway. Lieb's designated get away driver of the group. his car is the weapon. he's run over HORDES of zombies before, and he'll do it again! he prolly keeps like a small handgun as protection when he's waiting outside for the rest of the group, keeping the engine going in case they need to make a quick getaway.
10) David Webster - a MIRACLE this boy is still alive. he took archery as an extra curicular while he was in Harvard, and he liked it enough to keep up with it until his 3rd year, when it all started. man is constantly picking up arrows after himself. scrounging for new ones. I say... in formation he's definitely at the back, with Nix and Don and they cover for him a lot since he's long distance. but in a pinch he can whack somebody good with his bow. one of those heavy duty hunting ones, too. on his own... well. he probably sticks to high places, or hidden spots where he can get a jump on zombies or anyone else, before they can get a jump on him.
#ask#dick winters#lewis nixon#harry welsh#ronald speirs#carwood lipton#buck compton#don malarkey#joe toye#joe liebgott#david webster#bob aus#bob hcs#zombie apocalypse au#DID I SAY I WAS GOING TO SLEEP I MEANT I'M GONNA STAY UP THINKING ABOUT THIS UNTIL I CAN'T NO MORE

Nothing screams Dostoevsky more than descending into madness on the couch, right? Well, it's not only that, I can assure you.
BEHOLD, I've finally finished this monster of a book (so you don't have to heh). In case you're not familiar with Dostoyevsky or the topic of Crime and Punishment, let me give you a short summary. Raskolnikov, our main character that we follow, is a law student who dropped out and now struggles to live in St. Petersburg. During his struggle, he gets this amazing idea of committing murder, and he does so. He kills a pawnbroker, and then, well, the suffering begins. I'm not going to dive deeper into it at the moment, since some of you might want to read it.
The actual topics behind the plot are definitely not murder or the criminal desire, but the torment and guilt that affects the murderer. We discover that after the murder (crime part of the title), the torment follows shortly (the punishment part of the title lol). It's extremely visible, we can say hidden in plain sight even, that for Raskolnikov, the guilt in itself it's the punishment, and he deeply desires to liberate himself from it. He achieves this by going back and forth between a dreamlike state and reality while acting as though he has gone insane. Because there is so much more going on in the novel, we frequently become disconnected from him, which makes us more curious about what will ultimately happen to our tormented hero.
Dostoyevsky is well known for creating long, unnerving and (why not) boring paragraphs or plotlines. If not for my very stubborn and motivated personality, I would've given up a long time ago. Besides Raskolnikov's murder story, we also get a glimpse of other character's lives, such as: his sister, Dunya, and her "soon to be'' husband Luzhin; Svidrigailov, a man with his very own disputable past, and Marveladov and his family. All of these characters comprise, as a whole, what we call Crime and Punishment, and without them, the book wouldn't have been what it is.
I must admit that I personally felt completely disoriented (at times) by the number of characters that kept being thrown into the story for no particular reason. The perspective contributed to the confusion without a doubt, BUT I THRIVED YAY.
Now allow me to fangirl, will ya? Razumikhin, bless him! Such a meow meow character, definitely made the whole sufferings of reading Dostoyevsky more enjoyable. I was howling for more interactions between Raskolnikov and Razumikhin. The chemistry between them was amazing and I genuinely feel like it was underdone and overshadowed by the other plot lines.
Story wise, some very intriguing topics have been touched upon, such as "the ones that are ordinary people and the ones that are extraordinary". If you're not familiar with the plot, later in the novel, Porfiry (chief investigator) finds out that Raskonikov wrote an article on those who kill and why. He stated that those that are extraordinary have a duty and obligation of committing all manners of outrageous acts. This sparks a whole chapter of discussion as to who has what right on what actions, that subsequently ends with Porfiry starting to unravel the mystery and sniff out Raskolnikov. Napoleon is mentioned quite a lot in this context, showing the amount of influence French culture had on Russia at that time, and even at the end, when the confession happens, Raskolnikov admits he tried being a Napoleon, situating him in the small bubble of what earlier was called "extraordinary people". What stopped Raskolnikov from becoming an "extraordinary" was his inner punishment and the fear of being caught, even though he covered his footsteps surprisingly well. In his own way, he knew that self attained peace with his act was never a thing that could've been achieved; and so, he prolonged his freedom (which was only suffering in disguise) until his incarceration, bound to happen sooner or later, a natural step for those who are not extraordinary.
In the epilogue we get to see a different Raskolnikov, regretful, sad but still somewhat unable to fully acknowledge the murder. "Yes, of course, a criminal act has been committed; yes, of course the letter of the law has been violated and blood's been shed - so take my head for the letter of the law … and that's your lot! (And, of course, plenty of humanity's benefactors, who never inherited power but grabbed it for themselves, should also have been executed after taking their very first step. But those people coped with the step that they took, which is why they are right,) but I couldn't cope with mine, so I had no right to take it. That was the only crime he acknowledged: that he hadn't coped and had turned himself in." His only guilt and regret revolve around his own inability to thrive through the punishment he couldn't cope with, and he still seems oblivious to the murder part. Towards the end, Rodya lacked any type of will that drove him before ("He lived with eyes lowered: looking up seemed loathsome, unbearable") and after a short encounter with Sonya, he got the Gospel she gave him and started pondering on whether he should start believing in what she believes.
To end it on a hopeful tone, he began looking forward to a future with her, leaving us uncertain as to what happens further. We can only hope that somewhere, after his sentence ended, he did get reunited with Sonya and lived a life together.

tell me more about your thoughts on wyll needing a hero….. 👁️👁️ evie dating sim next steps??
Very broadly, I just enjoy the idea of the hero getting rescued, laying down their literal and metaphorical armor and having someone hold them and care for them.
And I think Wyll is such a good candidate for this because he so badly wants to be the right kind of hero. He'll gladly accept more and more weight and responsibility. I wonder if maybe he feels some necessary part of being heroic is the suffering and the shouldering of burdens. I think Wyll might not even realize how much being a hero, or even just a good guy, is weighing on him until the pressure is relieved just a tiny bit.
The specific Wyll/Evie arranged marriage au I've been puttering around with is extremely vibes based. The timeline is all cooked, there's no ending, there's enormous time skips where I just don't know what's supposed to happen. It's more of a wish list than anything.
Right now I'm picturing a) their current game ages in their mid 20s and b) Wyll isn't a warlock yet. Is Wyll changed too much by pushing this event later? That - remains to be seen, don't think about it, don't worry, we're gonna figure it out or we won't.
But I think during his time in Baldur's Gate, Wyll would still feel beholden to heroic ideals and feel a little burdened by the idea of being a Duke and living up to his father. And Wyll's banishment would come after he and Evie have gotten past their initial iciness, after their big sex scene, when they think things are most likely to work out, so it feels as bad as possible that Wyll is suddenly gone.
He kind of falls into monster hunting as he wanders around the Sword Coast, the story we're all familiar with. The people Wyll helps adore him and he's happy to be of use but he's at his emotional low point. He has new warlock powers but they're frightening and unfamiliar. His family, including his wife, is gone. He can never go home again.
So one of the scenes I have actually written is one where Wyll is pinned down by some Really Bad monsters and Evie suddenly rides in and saves the day. And Wyll is shocked! He figured she would write him off as dead and start her life over but instead she left her comfortable existence to come find him because she was worried about him.
And all of my iterations of Evie kind of thrive at the fun adventuring parts of being a hero for hire. She's been so bored and isolated for so long that having a cause to focus on gives her a ton of energy. She says to Wyll, "Hey, I care about you and I'm basically a super hero. Let's keep each other safe instead of you suffering alone because you think you need to atone or want to be extra noble while a dragon cuts you in half."
What does it mean for Wyll to establish his Blade of Frontiers rep with a partner? Is it a lot different from the game? Does it ever dovetail with tadpole stuff? I honestly have no idea. I answered another ask where I went into more of the difficulties I'm facing with this because I'm just too early in the process to even know what I'm doing. It could all get split into something else for all I know!
I DO think they would make a pretty hilarious good cop/bad cop duo on the frontiers. Like, "You better tell us who's in charge of your murder cult. My wife's a sorcerer and she's crazy." Wyll insists that he can be the bad cop sometimes and Evie's just like, "Oh honey...no...no, you can't."
#sorry this is so long D:#i had a lot of time to think and type little furtive notes on my phone today#wyll x evie#m: asks#m: writing

✨l can't spell and lm BORED 💀
PERCY WEPON
On the brightest night of the month on a night where many children and adults alike sleep soundly not fearing the creates that creep and thrive in the darkness two gangs square up well not really two gangs more like one gang filled with buff monsters, men and woman alike squared up against 1 scrawny black haired green eyed boy with a death wish the boys sword stabbed deeply in to the ground at the biggest monsters feet.
The gang of Gea laughed at the boy wether it was for his lack of weapon or what he held in his hand instead of his weapon you could make a pretty good guess. The boy held a small water pistol it was hand painted vibrant blue lines running up and down its black frame, the Monsters laughed all the harder as the boys slowly held up the water pistol, aiming it straight at the heart of the leader of the troop a humungous monitor with a nose posing and a bad attitude to go with it, the boys dazzling green eyes hardening with determination as he did so. the laughter grew all the louder until... it decreases to a awkward murmur soon dwindling as a dark smirk spread across the boys face his green eyes flaring an awe of pure coldness and murder making the beasts quiver in fear. The monitor undeterred by his blood lust boomed “WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH THAT BOY” his rotting breath making the boys nose quiver with discuses “YOUR WEPON IS GORN AND INSTEAD OF RUN YOU STAND STEADY HOLDING A CHILD TOY” the monitor boomed humour lacing his voice, the boy smirk grew all the larger as he listened. Amused by the boys courage the beast boomed again “WHAT IS YOUR NAME BOY BEFOR I TEAR YOU TO SHREADS AND FEAST ON YOUR REMAINS” the kids eyes gleamed with amusement as he slowly walked forward hand never wavering from it’s mark “l am know as the KRAKEN” he said voice growing in strength finally he stoped his slow walk pistol pressed against the leaders heart, the boy looked up a sadistic smile spreading across his face eyes glimmering with malice “and the thing about KRAKENS WE DON’T DIE THAT EASLY” and the monitor fell to the ground a gaping hole where his heart once was water and blood and SCREEMS every where as he disintegrated into dust, two green eyes gleaming in the darkness.
Leo stood out in the cold Leaning against the side of the finally silent warehouse the SCREEMS had died out mear minuets ago. He shivered, blowing a smoke ring from his inner fire, smiling manically as it curls into a dragon until it fades into the sky, finally the heavy doors slide open light beaming into the other inner darkness revealing a haggard blood splatter Percy Leo skipped towards him arms wrapping around the back of his neck pulling him over to lean about his height “got a little cared away Mr Great KRAKEN” Leo Snickers poking out his tongue in a teasing manner Percy smiled back “your still on cleaning duty Mr Smiling dragon” Percy smirked back Leo cringed at the name “sure sure” he muttered plucking a small canister of is belt throwing it back into the warehouse. With a humongous BOOM the building erupted in flames a small smile spreading on Leos face at the sight Percy sighed drawing Leo out of his musing “time to go l think” Leo bounced over. And they both strolled away into the darkness sirens blaring in the distance.
