i mean there are, It’s called a nsfw/rule34 website, so there is still hope for nsfw artists, its probably fumabas minors getting nsfw banned, if you, a person under 18 don’t wanna see porn, why interact with it?

The Rule34 sites is more akin to Boorus. Places that HOST images in a gallery, tag it with everything they can see or assume in the image, and would try to cite the original source of where it cam from places like Pixiv, Twitter, etc. Sure you can comment on it and such, but I wouldn't call it exactly like sites from places such as DeviantArt, Pixiv, etc. Hell, most stolen images tend to also be up on those Boorus too. Fandom specific ones like the MSPA Booru are catered for a respective series, but some may have certain rules for it too and unique tags that may conflict with the artist if they want to upload it. Like let's say someone wants to tag a Feferi/Nepeta art as Catfish, but that name is already given to Eridan/Nepeta and the ship name for the yuri pair is Octopussy, but they don't want to tag it as that because it is stupid or offensive to them. NSFW Homesmut materials are not allowed on MSPABooru, but you are still allowed to post incest or age gap ships and gore as long as it is tagged.

Local idiot without any knowledge on making a website (without an intuitive builder like Wix or Neocities) tries to make a Shimmie2 booru and fails miserably while running into a bunch of nonsensical errors and asking herself "WTF is Apache?"

A Worms booru I made last year. I thought this way I could gather pictures in one place, particularly fanart and official artwork (renders and concepts). I check artists' pages to make sure they don't prohibit reposts and link back to source whenever I can (otherwise I tag with "unknown_artist)".

I decided to put the theory to the test by uploading this to a booru, based on https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/119905577 by ふぉるつ:

It seems at least 1 person caught on to me, though he (The person seemed male-coded to me, at least?) thought it was a filter (Presumably a Photoshop one?) instead of PaintNET.

But so far the proof-of-concept field test seems to be doing reasonably well.

How to create pixel art the easy way 😎

Take an existing drawing.

Open it in PaintNET.

If viable, set "Canvas Size…" so that the height and width are both divisible by 4.

Go to "Resize…" → "Resampling: Nearest Neighbor" → "By percentage: 25%" → apply

Go to "Resize…" again → "By percentage: 400%" → apply

You now have pixel art in less than 2 minutes. 😎

This also makes supposed pixel art projects far less often needed.

In the cases of many other art pieces, it still looks far too detailed to simply go 25%→400%, and may instead need for example "divisible by 5"→20%→500%, etc.
