We bought some new green tea to try out. I drank a cup yesterday evening, got drowsy and went to sleep earlier than I tend to. This is why I usually stick with black.

Just found out about Duet Night Abyss because a video about it removing gacha mechanics popped up in my recommendations. Huh.

Recently my father pulled out the VCR/DVD combo that was hidden somewhere high in our flat, we were concerned that it could suffer from the latest flood (due to water-based fire extinguishing several floors above). I don't recall ever using it myself. It was manufactured in 2003. He tested if it could still play both disks and tapes. After some trial-and-error getting the video and audio outputs to work, we found it still works.

Meanwhile my 2TB external drive seems to have died after only, like, 5 years of use or less, I don't remember when I got it.

I wanted to open a picture folder on my PC, and I noticed it was taking forever to load. I decided to try opening another picture folder on the same drive - same thing. I try to play music from that drive - ALSO same thing.

I'd already lost my 2TB external drive earlier this year... I don't like this...

Edit: Windows had been nagging me about an update, so I rebooted my PC and did that. Things seem to have gone back to normal... This drive never bugged out like this before.

The program stopped working for no apparent reason at some point, had to fix it by reinstalling.

I couldn't wear my headset (a cheap one I've had for a few years) for longer than an hour and a half without thinking about the painful itchy feeling on the top of my head (for the same reason I don't like those head band things made with metal or plastic, it has a soft cover but it's not enough ig). Yesterday my father got me new headphones with a detachable microphone. I only tried listening for a short while, the sound seems good so far (not too much bass that my old headset has). I'll need to test the mic at some point.

I live in an old appartment building with the cold basement just below and no heating until Autumn. Today must be the first day this Summer I don't feel like turning on my radiator or putting on a fluffy bathrobe on top of my home clothes.

This feels strangely familiar. I think when I was very young I played a 3D game where a creature hopped around a floating map and there was a static picture background. It could be this one or something similar.

I used to (autistically) collect LPS as a child so you knooooww I couldn't resist getting some of the new ones. They're so fun to draw I'll probably draw more in the future!

On another note I'm making this new blog as I'm trying to rebuild an online presence after being MIA for years lmfao. I normally work as a 3D animator however I've recently been temp laid off as the industry is in shambles :'')))). On the bright side that means I've got more time to work on personal projects so I'm excited about that !!
