Hux x Boolio, anybody?

Boolio is the unfortunate mining overseer at whose place Hux dropped off the information about Palpatine for the Resistance to pick up in The Rise of Skywalker.

I never fully understood whether that was a one time thing or if Hux had relayed intel to the Resistance all year already, so in my headcanon it became the latter. (Mainly because TFA Hux wouldn't have panicked upon Snoke's death, but declared himself the leader, novels!Hux even more so. So it stood to reason that Kylo taking command instead of him was the turning point for Hux.)

Anyway, Boolio in this scenario is the middle man in the exchange of information. He makes sure the Resistance gets the intel and reports back about the steps they will take next.

Boolio doesn't know whom he chats with via clandestine holonet channels all year. Likewise Hux has no idea what his contact looks like. As a part-time engineer and a miner they have different viewpoints to share, even though at first Boolio isn't fond of Hux' academic approach, while Hux lookas down on Boolio's practical mind. In time they start seeing value in the other's world view and realize how they complement each other.

They become closer and eventually Boolio confesses that he isn't really a cool and strong mine worker, but more or less just the manager. Now Hux feels even more drawn to this stranger - finally someone who apprecciates paperwork and planning!

Then comes the day of the Palpatine reveal. Knowing his love interest is close, Boolio is ready to leave the colony by his side. Likewise Hux is fully prepared to take Boolio along.

The office door opens. They can hear the the others' clothing rustle, pleasantly notice that the way the other walks matches what they sounded like in chat and each other's smell, even though unfamiliar, is pleasant, too. Their arms move towards each other, almost to the point of touching, so long is the delay before they dare see what they are seeing.

A green skinned, horned creature. Not a man. Not even a person.

And the killer of Hosnia, the rabid dog of the First Order.

Their fingers touch for a split second, then each jumps back and the data disc falls on the floor.

Boolio still delivers it to the Resistance, naturally, but something has broken and so he doesn't resist with the full of his capabilities when the First Order captures him later. Maybe he secretly hopes to see his chat partner again, maybe a second look will reveal something that had been hidden before in that stone cold face.

But the moment their eyes meet again, Boolio's are already dead inside his severed head.

Kylo Ren's fault, Hux thinks. Always Ren's. Without Ren and his new allegiance to the Sith cult, he'd never had to meet the mining overseer in person and learn the truth about Boolio. Well, Ren is not to learn the truth about him either. Not before it is too late, anyway.

(Yes, Boolio will make an appearance on this blog soon. Since TROS never happens in my sims chronicles, he was never captured and subsequently killed. The only AU where he is dead is the Galaxy's Edge one.)

The two uncolored ones are of my personal mer designs for them (which still bother me and honestly still working on and *have* been working on since May of 2022 so coolio boolio).

Anyway, I don't wanna say I'm showing favoritism... buuuttttt I ab-so-lut-ly LOVE @mocha-illustrates and they are definitely my favorite mer designs right now. I wanna give them kisses and show them love v bad. (please mocha, please give me permission. I ask nice.)

BEHOLD! The Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker we SHOULD have gotten!

This is taken from the novelization and other sources. We would have had a different opening crawl that doesn’t involve a broadcast from Palpatine that was only heard on Fortnite, and then the film would open with the flashback to Leia’s training by Luke before segueing into Rey’s training by Leia. Kylo Ren receives a vision to go to Mustafar from Vader’s helmet, which also triggers a vision in Rey at the same time. At Mustafar, Kylo kills his way through security and reaches the Eye of the Webbish Bog, who grants him Vader’s Sith Wayfinder, which takes him to Exegol where he discovers Palpatine and the Final Order fleet. Then we cut to Rey discussing her vision with Leia and others at the Resistance Base, which is followed by Poe, Finn, Chewie and Klaud’s mission where they receive spy information from Boolio and go Lightspeed Skipping. Then it’s Kylo’s helmet being repaired as he rejoins the Knights of Ren and attends a mafia-style meeting with all leading officers in the First Order.

Poe and the others return to base and we have the big “somehow Palpatine returned” meeting, which is followed by Rey using the Sacred Jedi Texts and Luke’s personal writings to initiate a mission that Leia reluctantly approves. We do not just rush out of the base right away, as we have scenes of Rey speaking with Maz, Rose and Beaumont first, and a new scene between Hux and Pryde after departure. At Pasaana, the scene with Lando is longer and includes the information about his kidnapped daughter and Finn’s angry reaction to the First Order’s kidnapping tactics. Things then progress as they do in the version we have, except that showing Chewie’s survival so soon after his fake-out death is justified by an interrogation scene between him and Kylo (which was cut for being “too intense” instead of...y’know, just toning it down?) After the escape from Kylo Ren’s ship, we then get a new scene with the Resistance, particularly Connix, Rose and Beaumont, then Rey’s reflection on her lineage and how Palpatine had her parents killed, then Hux being executed by Pryde. Finally, Leia leaving for her quarters and Maz telling R2-D2 that she knows what must be done occurs before Kylo shows up at the ruins of the Second Death Star rather than as he and Rey are fighting, showing that she is sensing his imminent arrival through the Force and can also sense ahead of time that he will be killed and left unredeemed unless she does something.

The third act remains the same as we have it, minus the flashback to Luke training Leia since that was at the beginning of the movie here, and more of what was filmed for the final battle (particularly the ground-based stuff) can be present. This is the best version of the story, and I hope that someday people get ahold of deleted scenes so that an edit like this can be made.

I like watching object shows they make me show my true feelings. I watch a lot of object shows like: BFDI, II, ONE, ASSOSBMHAB, IDFK, animatic Battle, ITFT, Object Madness, CFMOT, Love of the s*n, Battle for niche internet fame, and KorFC.

I also watch other shows like: Helluva boss, Pokemon, Steven Universe, TADC, The Loud House, Saiki K, and Bluey.

Some YouTubers I like: DelsieRegular(Irl friend), itsprobablydee, JackandJellify, AnimationEpic, WebzForevz, Evbo, and other people I forgot.

What I'm planning to do:

Watch / finish the following object shows: Showvember, The nightly manor, Excellent entities, Object invasion, Object show 87, and other object shows.

Finish the storyboard of my show with my friend.

Successfully manage to learn morse.

Learn how to take insult jokes.

Not to be sensitive.

Heal my depression.

I think that's it.

Ever since he had gotten activated, the android playing General Hux had taken Galaxy's Edge in its state at the point of his birth as the default. The one and only world, unchanging. Sometimes things broke, then they got replaced, and sometimes a character got a new story chapter, but never in the memory of this android had a new character gotten added to the show.

But this morning a new member had gotten added to the EM500 family. That opened up opportunities the Hux android had never before dreamed of. But now that he had started dreaming, he dreamt BIG!

Hux: "Do you even realize what power you're wielding, Mister Scott?You can bring back dead people by feeding their movie scripts into android bodies! Tishra, Masir, Dopheld, Boolio, Domaric and Rose's sister whatever her name was!"

Liberty: "Those "people" never existed, Jerry."

Hux: "But they did. In my memory. In the memories you provided me with to enable me to play my character to the fullest. I'm not asking this for them, but for all of us who knew them according to our backstories!"

Liberty: "What's next? The hundred thousand crewmembers of the Sith fleet, maybe?"

Hux: "That would be a bit excessive. And beside the point."

Liberty: "Can you see now how what you're asking is impossible?"

Hux: "Is that so? Poe gets a new Finn and, no big deal, also his astromech buddy, because he's a main character, but MY friends aren't worth the hassle?"

Travis: "BB-8 isn't a gift for Poe Dameron, but for the spectators. To attract more visitors to Galaxy's Edge Detroit."

Hux: "More visitors equals more profit. And with more money, we can initialize more androids. Yes, Mr. Scott, that makes sense. I'll ask again when you have the money. Let no one say I'm not patient!"

After Hux had left together with Liberty and BB-8 to introduce the newest companion to the cast, Travis turned to Holly:

"Holly? It's not in the news, but I follow lesser known channels, and talk about androids acting strange is all over the place. Them expressing desires other than what their programming defines. There are even rumors about android on human violence and it's made out to be a big deal. CyberLife wants all affected units returned for in in-depth analysis, discretely, of course. But seeing such a case for myself now... I think our Jerry is just jealous, like any pet that gets confronted with a new one."

Extra cuddles and treats, whatever form these should take for a walking computer, should solve the issue, Holly agreed. But from this point on the friends would have to careful what to disclose to whom, as not to endanger the theme park androids. That was a new situation, an unexpected one, and a burden neither of them had expected to have to carry.

I would like to wish a very happy 70th birthday to actor and voice actor Mark Hamill!

That name may not ring a bell to most Star Wars fans, but he has actually been in the franchise a lot more than you may realise! His first role in the franchise was in the Empire Strikes Back, as the voice of Romas Navander. Note that Mark Hamill only recorded his line "The first transport is away. The first transport is away.", for all of Romas' other lines as well as his physical appearance, he was performed by Burnell Tucker instead.

You may remember that weird german Holiday Special-like film that I posted with subtitles a while ago - that segment saw Mark Hamill's second ever Star Wars-related performance, as the golden-clad Lucky!

34 years would pass before Mark Hamill's next Star Wars performance in what used to be the final Episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, "Sacrifice", where he gave voice to the inventor of the Rule of Two and Master of Darth Zannah, Darth Bane, whom Yoda encounters in a vision on KORRIBAN!!!

Did you know that Mark Hamill was technically in all three Episodes of the Sequel Trilogy? In a Bad Lip Reading: Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Mark Hamill finally got the chance to voice a famous legacy character, dubbing over Han Solo! Mark Hamill has claimed in an interview that he envied Harrison Ford for getting that role, so it is good that he finally had the chance to perform him, too!

In Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Mark performed the voice of Dobbu Scay, the little Alien who mistakes BB-8 for a casino machine. In The Rise of Skywalker, Mark performed Boolio, the character in the beginning of the film who relays the First Order Spy's information to the Resistance!

Finally, Mark Hamill made a very nostalgic appearance in The Mandalorian, voicing a character returning from the Original Trilogy! In Chapter 6: The Gunslinger, he voiced the part of EV-9D9, Jabba the Hutt's torture droid!

I hope you enjoyed reading over every single Star Wars character played by Mark Hamill! I think he's a great actor and they should really concider giving him a bigger role at some point! Maybe he could even make a believable Jedi! All in all, I wish this very talented sucessful gentleman as happy a birthday as he can possibly have!
