Renly's entire storyline is genuinely so fucking funny. Like his brother dies and leaves behind two potential legitimate heirs, and he's just like "no I don't think so." He has absolutely no legal backing for his claim. If you ask him what gives him the right to be king, he'll say, "well people like me more than those two fuckers." And the best part is he almost managed it. Rip Renly Baratheon. You were this close to inventing democracy.

I think one of my favorite things about the SW OT trio, especially in the original film, is that Luke, Leia, and Han are going to be outrageous whiners (compliment) about it the whole way. Not a one of them has ever met a situation that they couldn't complain about for an hour straight.
