Fuck fuck fuck. Just broke my 20 hour fast 45 minutes early because my dad wanted me to try some chocolate. I’m a little proud though because I only ate ONE and then drank 16 oz of water right after. And YA BITCH JUST GOT HER PERIOD. WAS 102 TWO DAYS AGO AND IS NOW 10FUCKING5. ITS FINE. ITS COOL. JUST FREAKING MY SHIT AND SHAKING AND NOT GONNA EAT FOR A WEEK. My month old size 6 ring is slipping off my fingers. I’ve been back on for roughly 10 days. Yeeeee. My thighs don’t tough as much. My stomach is already smaller. I’m closer to wrapping my hands around my arm. On the 13th I was 106. On the 20th I was 103. I know it’s only three pounds but I can already see and feel it. The fat under my chin used to curve. Now it’s more flat. My glasses are slipping off my face. I can’t wait to weigh myself on the 27th!

Water Fast
