Hey so if anyone got any suggestions on what to do when you're stuck to liquid food only when liquid food is super tricky with eating disorder (and soup is THE hardest food to eat ever), I'm all ears cause I got two of my wisdom teeth extracted and I wasn't prepared for how hellish this would be <3
#literally google reddit etc gives me conflicting answers#and i cant tell how soon im allowed to eat the soft foods i CAN stomach#the only thing ive had for like the last 24 hours is yoghurt and i know ill suffer for it later#but my shitty body makes healing horrible!!!! i dread risking dragging this out!!!!!#ugughghhhhh#at least im not in as bad pain as i was 2 weeks ago#its surprisingly manageable all things considered especially in comparison#but the food thing stresses me out immensely#as food and eating in general are already things that stress and upset me easily#so being unable to eat anything thats safe makes this feel even worse than is probably rational really#dont mind me im juggling mental and physical bullshitc

Do you guys ever just REALLY need to eat cheese? I usually hate cheese but for the last two days I've been like "If I don't eat cheese RIGHT NOW I'm gonna start killing people."
#im thinking maybe it's fat? because things like yoghurt sound just as appealing#and i usually have a very low-fat diet. like naturally. i just don't eat many things that have fat in them#so i guess sometimes my body reaches critical levels of fat macronutrient deficiency and goes#'cheese. Learn from my failures: don't switch to alternative milks because you like how they taste in coffee and tea if you aren't cool with becoming lactose intolerant in short order.
#My body didn't have milk for 6 months and just forgot how to deal with it#At least dairy products with less lactose like cheese and yoghurt are still my friend

PROTEIN YOGHURT BOWL W/ FRUIT Heya peeps, here's an easy one that's sure to squash those late-night dessert cravings. Super yummy yoghurt bowl with homemade summer fruit jam that has roughly 30g of protein! 1) Five table spoons of low fat greek yoghurt and a scoop of your favourite protein into a bowl and mix it up! 2) Put some frozen berries in a saucepan on the hob with a little water, give it around 10-15 mins to reduce and you have yourself a super quick jam. 3) Add jam to yoghurt bowl then add spoon to your mouth and enjoy! You use so much less sugar when you make your own jam, it's literally just the juices from the berries! I got a bag of frozen summer fruits from ASDA and it did the job just fine :) Happy bulking! 💪
