В наше время, увы, практически каждый сталкивался с буллингом и кибербуллингом, а так же газлайтингом. Вариации разнообразны. В современном обществе это недопустимо. Это происходит в коллективах разных возрастов: в школах, на рабочем месте, между людьми, не связанными даже рабочими контрактами, в семьях. Семья - это семья, руководитель - это пример для подражания. За жертв буллинга часто боятся вступиться, но, если не пресечь его на корню, то агрессор не остановится, считая, что получил негласное право реализовывать свои садистские наклонности с человеком вне его спальни, с человеком, который этого не хочет, который не давал ему на это позволен��я. Жертвы часто молчат о нападках и домогательствах. В крупных компаниях с достойной репутацией такого руководителя снимают с должности за профнепригодность. Я сама знаю, кто является членом моей семьи, кто другом, кто любовником. Каждый отвечает сам за себя. Позорить и унижать меня нельзя - это было фатальнейшей ошибкой. Чем умней человек, тем тоньше он чувствует оскорбления. Чем умней человек, тем больше способов защитить себя, свои личные границы, честь и достоинство он знает. Я умный человек с достаточными заслугами. Когда человек элементарно знает этикет, то общение с быдлом и хамами для него отвратительно. Но такие, как я, есть, настоящая элита, я не одна. Любые проблемы в нормальном коллективе решаются спокойной или, может быть, на повышенных тонах, беседой. Нужно просто обсудить проблему и высказать свои пожелания в деликатной форме, извиниться, но не строить козни, дьявольские планы возмездия, своего доминирования, превышения полномочий и т.д. Тем более недопустимо неожиданно нападать на человека, что позорно. Развивайте свои коммуникативные навыки, изучайте этикет, слушайте классическую музыку, читайте красивые тексты, созерцайте красоту природы, высыпайтесь, медитируйте... Свои личные проблемы и агрессию нельзя вымещать на других. Все живут своими жизнями, проблемы есть у всех, но не все нападают на окружающих. В безопасной нормальной среде человек может дискутировать. Я работаю ради повышения качества своей жизни - вламываться в мою жизнь и понижать это качество не имеет право никто. Никто не будет любить того, кого любить невозможно, того, кто требует пожертвовать собой в ущерб себе. Проблема харассмента из этой же степи, бывшие мужчины преследуют женщин, угрожают, мстят и т.п. Если мне что-то неприятно, что-то не нравится, я имею право сказать нет, например, отписаться от сомнительных сми. В принципе, уровень доверия сейчас в обществе низкий, при этом не доверять незнакомцам и посторонним правильно.
