I just thought of Izuku immediately shooting up in the hero rankings like a week after he becomes an active pro-hero again because everyone is so happy that he's back and Katsuki wants to be annoyed that Izuku ranked higher than him so quickly like he would've been, once upon a time, but he really can't be because this is what he worked eight years to see, and now he can finally compete with him again. So he sits in his apartment, TV on, watching Izuku try not to stutter his way through his first returning interview with fondness and pride, and thinks it's finally time to put some actual effort into climbing higher on the hero rankings.

(Not that being #1 is his priority anymore. He's just happy that he gets to fight alongside Izuku again, that they can compete with one another as equals, and that they can complete one another like two sides of the same coin. For the rest of their lives.)

Quirk incident during intership with Hawks and Tokoyami is left with a human head, by no means does he like it more that his head, but he does recognize that with this head he has the one in a lifetime chance to kiss his beautiful, giant boyfriend (shouji, or whoever u ship him with but yk I love that ship lol) so now he just wants to go back to the dorms to kiss that man on the face.

Dark shadow totally outs the reason for his insistence on going home, Hawks finds it hilarious, his sidekicks even more and poor sweet Tokoyami can’t even bring himself to feel genuine shame.

And the best part is that is all shameless, disgusting, cavity provoking fluff

It ends with a super sweet scene of Tokoyami and his beau that’s the same vibe as kiss n coo from rockadoodle and life is just beautiful

Not Sober Ideas: the Simple ones

1. Okay so the video of the guys with nunchucks and pizza dough. Izuku is Lunch Rush’s nephew and he's inherited a food based quirks and can actually use food as weapons. He uses pizza dough like the spinning thing to deflect, loaves of bread as clubs, jams as bombs to make people stick to the ground. Just the image of Izuki dressed in a chef based hero outfit using these weapons is hilarious. I'm honestly saying Sato/Izuku would be endgame and Fatgum goes: DIBS at the sports festival.

2. Izuku whose Quirk is he knows EXACTLY where he is, and the exact path to get to anywhere. Useful, but it's a power that has him be like a GPS according to everyone. However Izuku, overhearing a couple of cops talk about a missing person suddenly knows where she is. He goes right up to them, explains his Quirk and how- then BOOM. Girl is saved, and his name ends up in the papers.

This would get attention from more unsavoury people… if the local heroes didn't go: hey this kid is gold and keep him. I mean, a lot of the more minor local heroes deal with missing persons or missing items. And the underground heroes find that just asking this kid for directions works. Izuku does charge for it (Inko caught wind and made the heroes pay). It's all fun and games and Izuku ropes in people to train him to.

Then one day a man shows up. A very muscular man wearing a hat and sunglasses. He asks after a man named All for One. Izuku tells him.

A few months later a short man comes around and asks the same thing. Izuku tells him.

For once it's not what anyone wanted to hear.

3. Izuku has the power to attract hot objects toward him BUT it's only things he himself can lift. Que a training montage of him getting stronger and stronger so he can lift things. He then gets OFA later and his power goes up drastically.

Of course it has to be hot things. So he needs a partner. Cue Todoroki who wants to fuck over his dad willingly becoming Izuku’s sidekick. His job it to make things hit enough for Izuku’s power to call it to him.

They're a great team and piss off Endeavour all the time!!!

TodoIzuOcha Week Day 2: Cage/Rescue

Decided to use some editing skills for an entry while I’m still writing/going through finals week. Since both prompts work well with one another, I thought it work well to combine them. There’s no real story behind the pictures chosen, rather a general theme of that when one or more is trapped, the others will come to rescue them. Nothing can ever really hold them down, for they are each others’ key.

how about an au in which kaiya can still manipulate/take/give memories, but she’s a therapist who offers to take away painful memories as a last resort if her patient is struggling a lot. it isn’t the right thing to do, but it’s well-intended! and ofc she offers to let them visit the memories in a way where they have semi-control ( semi bc kaiya is still the one in control, but she’ll listen to them ) and maybe? can alter the memory so it turns out differently while still!! maintaining the original memory. i’m just having thoughts, you see

Amazing episode especially all the additional BNHA cards and advert breaks (Philly's fridges how I have missed you) just in general really fun editing. I was going to make a joke about Cherri must be getting paiddd this week with all the additional content but honestly I just wanted to add that its so cool how collaborative you are in your presentation. The trivia bot bit with Oli (I assumed you got him to record those extra lines), including affiliated adverts for projects not necessarily life series (Mcc cards and Mumbos mainly hermitcraft centered merch drop) and just these fun editing bits ontop of the base content. Just these little extra 4th wall bits that are usually just for LORE (Insert sparkles) being used in creative and collaborative ways is just really cool. I've said this before but Cherris thumbnails are what got me into your POV and its so unique and playful and fun to have them, if not scary and suspenseful to see when it is darker Lore (I will never be over lim life finale. Ever.) Just an appreciation for the editing/presentation side of your POV because it's so goddam cool how much substance you can bring afterwards and it always makes me think "This man has like 4 days to edit how does he keep producing so many bangers and additional ideas DOES HE SLEEP". Super good stuff dude

The answer is no, I don't sleep. I sacrificed a fair bit of sleep and all my 'down time' this week to make this episode happen. It definitely wouldn't be sustainable with any kind of regularity lol

Trivia bit VO was actually me. The animations were luckily in the model file from the Devs when they sent it is for thumbnail purposes, very lucky!

Oli posting an ad (and me even seeing it) were all a total coincidence. I was wrapping the episode and wanted one more break then saw he'd posted it like 30 mins ago

Cherri went nuts with the hero designs this week. They were all originals too, I gave her zero prompts aside from Ren's involving DNA which did make its way in to his design

katsuki likes intertwining your fingers. at the start of your relationship, he was hesitant to do so, afraid he could accidentally hurt you with his quirk or scare you off with how hot and rough they are (not that he ever told you as much). so when you slowly warmed him up to the idea, he held your hand very carefully at first.

by now, however, his grip on you is firm and self-assured, pulling you closer to him in crowded areas or just enjoying the feel of your hand in his calloused one. the pro hero has also resigned himself to being your own personal hand warmer in the winter, cupping your freezing fingers between his palms with only minimal complaining.

keigo likes playing with your hands. whether you’re watching a movie on a rare night in or you’re in a restaurant with your hands resting on the table, chances are keigo is reaching over to cradle your hand in his, a boyish grin on his handsome face.

sometimes it’s really just him fiddling with your fingers to keep his own busy. but in instances where it’s just the two of you, he’s tracing his thumb along the length of your fingers and mapping the lines on your palms, culminating in the featherlight kisses he flutters against your knuckles and wrist.

shouto likes linking your pinkies. sure, he’s much more confident in your relationship than at the beginning, where he’d basically wait for you to initiate affection for him to know this was okay. back then, it was his way of asking for affection in whatever way you would see fit to show him at the moment.

but even after learning more about both you and himself, as well as the social norms around dating, he has taken a liking to the gesture. it is sweet and low-key enough to not draw much attention if you’re out and about, but still a good way to ground himself and make sure you’re still there with him.

izuku likes it when you play with his hands. even as an adult he still has the habit of losing himself in his rambled tangents at times and taking his hand in yours is an effective way of snapping him out of it.

the gentle way with which you hold him, like he was a delicate thing, lifts the responsibilities of always putting other’s well-being before his own right off his shoulders. deku is too flustered to ever say it out loud but, when you lovingly trace and kiss the scars on his hands instead of looking at them as if they’re a flaw, his ears and cheeks feel like they’ve been set ablaze.
