words: 786 notes: this was another idea on that poll i did and ofc i had to post it too.... i just think it's real sweet. sorry if its ooc or anything i just write what feels good yknow.

you had woken up with your dad already at work. and of course you had woken up sick. you whined and groaned and rolled around in bed for a while. the drainage was annoying and you felt so icky and feverish. but you dragged yourself up to eat a bowl of cereal before falling back asleep on the couch in the living room. 

but then dad came home. his voice woke you up as he slowly perched on the edge of the couch, “ hello , button , what are you doing out here? “ he reaches out and touches your face, he frowns at realizing you’re burning up. “ oh , baby , you got sick , huh ? “ you blink your eyes open and let out a whine as you nod. tsunagu rose up and set his work bag down by the couch. “ let’s get you to bed. “ he scooped you up and carried you back to your room. he laid you down and handed you your favorite teddy.

“ you stay here, dad is going to make you some soup. “ he stroked your cheek and slowly left. you watched him leave and pouted, missing him terribly already. you tried to be good and wait in your bed but he was taking so long. eventually you got too restless and wiggled out of bed, this time dragging your blanket and teddy with you. 

you padded your little feet to the kitchen and let your eyes fall on your dad’s back. he was cooking at the stove and you knew better than to accidentally surprise him while he was doing something with the stove. “ dad? “ you called from your spot at the hallway. his head raised and he lowered the heat on the stove. “ button , what are you doing out of bed? “ he frowns and walks over to you, scooping you back up. “ i wanna be with you… “ you whine, rubbing your sniffly little nose. tsunagu smiles softly and sighs, “ alright, i guess that can’t be helped. you can sit in here while i cook. “ he set you down at the table and gave you a glass of orange juice. “ it’ll help you feel better. “ he promised before returning to the stove.

you watched him cook quietly, kicking your legs over the edge of the chair with your blanket pooled around you. you sipped your orange juice as time passed and eventually dad was done. he turned off the stove and got out a little yellow bowl with smiley faces on it. he filled it half-way with a hot, handmade chicken noodle soup. you could smell it and your tummy gurgled with excitement. cereal only did so much for hunger. you licked your lips as he brought the soup to you and grabbed a spoon.

“ you want dad to help feed you today? “ tsunagu offered, pulling a chair closer to you as he sat. you thought about it and nodded, wanting to be spoiled a bit. tsunagu smiled and nodded, “ alright, let’s get you fed then. “ and so he patiently and gently hand fed you, blowing off the spoonfuls of soup so as to not burn you. you swallowed the soup and your tummy filled nicely, a smile spreading on your face. your dad smiled and went until the bowl was empty. “ good job. you ate it all. “ he got up and washed the bowl before returning to you.

and then he got something horrible out of the cabinets. medicine. you made a face immediately and whined but dad clicked his tongue. “ i know you don’t like it, bluebell, but you need it to feel better. “ he poured a spoonful of it and brought it to your mouth. “ do it quick and it’ll be over before you know it. “ you furrowed your brows, not believing him but took the spoon into your mouth and swallowed as fast as you could. a shudder ran through your body and you flapped your arms in distaste. your dad put the medicine away and picked you up. “ good job. “ he kissed your forehead gently. “ let’s get you back to bed now, okay? “

“ will you stay with me? “ you blinked your eyes up at him and tsunagu found himself unable to say no. “ of course i will. “ and so he brought you to your room and re-tucked you in as he had done earlier. he wiggled into the bed and fit in right beside you. he let you lean into him and he slowly rubbed your back. “ now get some rest. “ you stayed awake for a bit though, listening to his heartbeat. but eventually your eyes drifted shut and the medicine and full belly’s effects lulled you into a nice, heavy sleep.

𖦹 bakugo is definitely the type of regressor to only have one (or very few) stuffie(s) because 1. it’s stressful as a little to keep track of each stuffie and 2. he takes it everywhere to the point it’s dirty and gross 😭

𖦹 but anyway the one stuffie he takes everywhere, making sure it has enough fun as he does when playing is DEFINITELY a wolf stuffie that kirishima got him

𖦹 kirishima had no clue what he was doing when he first became bakugo’s caregiver, which was anxiety inducing for the both of them— but he got the hang of it after accidentally making bakugo cry .due to excessive research all nighters bc he felt so. bad.

𖦹 loves doing little worksheets with bakugo, even though bakugo says they’re “so stupid” but ultimately gets SO into them that kirishima has to be like “okay that’s enough worksheets for today i have no more copy paper 😭”

So maybe Ch kiribakudeku where the reader loves to nap BUTTTTTT only really with bakugou so everytime she's sleepy she crawl to bakugou (she's like 1 and cant really walk so she crawls everywhere) and climbs on his lap and start to fell asleep and when she cant sleep with bakugou she cries just wanting her daddy and her other cg tries to comfort her 🌺

I felt bad halfway and decided that hey why not have her realize that she was neglecting Kiri and Deku by only wanting Baku. Thanks for the request though, halfway through all of them atp

Midoriya and Kirishima noticed a shift in their dynamic it started the week Bakugou was away for hero work. She acted normally the first few days he was away but the last few she wouldn’t stop crying. Out of headspace she understood that he was working but in her headspace she felt alone.

While she had two of her caregivers it still felt weird for Bakugou to not be there. He was the one that would read her bedtime stories and make sure she ate her vegetables. Yet without him there she felt as if she couldn’t do those things.

It took everything in Midoriya and Kirishima to try and calm her down at nights. They tried their luck at reading her bedtime stories but it wasn’t the same. The way he used silly voices for characters or would cut her carrots up into little stars. She missed it.

“How about Llama Llama?”

“No…”

“What about-”

“No, wan daddy.”

“I don’t think this is working, Eijirou.”

So the day that Bakugou returned Midoriya and Kirishima were relieved. Bakugou knew the second he got home that she was less than corporative with her other caregivers. It was evident in the dark circles under their eyes and the concern they held when she finally saw Bakugou.

Y/N on the other hand was happy as she no longer had a reason to cry at night. The second dinner was over and she had her bath she crawled her way into Bakugou’s lap. Her head was against his chest as she listened to his heart beat. He didn’t waste time as he rubbed her back in a soothing manner.

“I’ve heard you’ve been crying all week, what’s that about?”

She let out a small noise of surprise at his words her pacifier discarded as she looked up at him.

“I know it sometimes seems scary when one of us is away from you. But no matter what we will always come back, understand?”

She nodded her head listening to him speak as she did her best to process his words.

“Good, but also remember that when one of us is away the other two still love you just as much. We all hate to see you cry and it hurts when you only want one of us.”

Thinking back on the week she remembered how distant she was with Midoriya and Kirishima. How she would cry even when they did their best to cheer her up and make her smile. She knew they were trying their hardest to make her happy but she didn’t care much at the time.

Bakugou’s eyebrows furrow at her warbling bottom lip, “no need to cry muffin, they still love you. It’s okay..”

The sound of her crying alerted Midoriya and Kirishima who made their way into the bedroom. “Is she okay?” “Are you alright, baby?”

The concern in their voices made her sniffle was she reached out for them. Her arms didn’t stay empty for long as Kirishima followed by Midoriya wrapped her up in a hug.

“Sowwy.”

“Don’t be sorry, baby.”

“Yeah we understand, Izuku cries a lot when Katsuki leaves too.”

“Eijirou! I don’t cry!”

“Sure.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?!”

“It means sure.”

Y/N didn’t care much for their argument as she snores lightly with her head on Bakugou’s chest. A smile on her face as she snuggled against the rather explosive man, happy.

The soft lullaby of Max & Ruby paired with the slow rocking that Bakugou was doing made her sleepy. She knew their tricks even in her headspace where they would get her all cozy and put her to bed. With her pacifier in her mouth she seemed to be falling into that trap.

That was until it fell from her mouth but she didn’t attempt to open her eyes. Instead she blindly searched while Bakugou was none the wiser hiding focus on the kid show. Until he felt something or someone bite his nipple a scream left his lips.

Looking down he noticed the closed eyed little looking up at him with wide eyes. Both of them stared at each other before the rush of footsteps was heard. Midoriya followed by Kirishima rushed into the room, “what happened? Is everything okay? Are we under attack-”

“Shutup Deku, she bit me..accidentally I think she thought I was her paci,” he explained rubbing his nipple.

Kirishima seemed to piece two and two together before howling with laughter. His hand on his stomach as he bent over to grab the couch.

“That’s it laugh it up, I bet my pain is amusing,” he said in a calm tone. Though on the inside he was seething knowing if she wasn’t in his lap he would have said a few things.

Midoriya on the other hand focused on her as he grabbed her fallen pacifier. “Aww she didn’t mean to…did you?”

“Thought it was my pwaci,” she explains taking it from his hand to put it back in her mouth. “Sowwy.”

Midoriya chuckled at her words as Bakugou shook his head, “don’t be sorry it’s okay. I’m fine though Eijirou..I’m not to sure about..”
