A comparative study showed.that COVID is not like the flu.
The study revealed a statistically significant increase in ischemic findings (or inadequate blood supply [circulation] to a local area due to blockage of the blood vessels supplying the area) and arrhythmias (or irregular heartbeats) in patients with COVID-19 vs. non-COVID-19 respiratory viruses infections, published in the Journal of the American of Cardiology, April 2024

Sinus congestion in the body during allergy/season change -- If yer swelled in the head, nasal stoppage, lite workout.
Do pushups, burpees- Anything that requires being horizontal
(This will cause pressure in your head to counter the congested pressure) & then gravity will flush ya shit right out temporarily when you stand up.
Do it everyday, drink more water, take peppermint oil drops (raw or tea), sleep, brothy food, tuna for the OMEGA 3 oils, take RAW Ginger powder, you'll be straight.
Natural methods, natural oils, spices, fish. No drugs or synthetic products from over the counter
When you sit too long, no physical activity, your stagnant blood circulation gets fucked with the excess mucus, it gets clogged.
The key is getting your blood flow accelerated in your veins/head so the mucus flows out.

=Cancer, Health Restored= (version 2.1)
During sustained exercise, a muscle produces lactic acid. An organ is a muscle and, consequently, it diffuses this type of acid. There are circumstances where this acid isn’t evacuated efficiently by an organ. This creates an inflammation: this is cancer. Health 0, Cancer 1.
In support to our modern medicine, here we present five steps not to cure cancer, but to prevent it from spreading.
Once our doctor has identified a cancer in organ X, the first step is to reduce the organ’s X activity to a normal level. 1) We consume an item more frequently than our brothers and sisters: Rates of sunshine, food, liquid or gas. Let’s find it, and reduce its absorption to a minimum. Health 1, Cancer 1.
Step 2) Our blood circulation isn’t efficient enough to evacuate the acidity generated by the cancer cells inside the organ. Let’s improve this.
2.1) Let’s drink more water to force a more constant expulsion of harmful products, like too much salt and too much acidity. Health 2, Cancer 1.
2.2) Let’s replace more salty processed products from the grocery store with a more sustained consumption of fish. This aliment contains omega-3 that is a fatty acid helping to thin the blood, giving this liquid a smoother flow. Health 3, Cancer 1.
2.3) Let’s take cold showers frequently. We can also sleep in a cooler environment inside the bedroom thanks to an air-conditioner in summer and by opening the window on autumn nights. This significantly improves blood circulation. Health 4, Cancer 1.
3) Cells becoming cancerous lack oxygen. Walking regularly in nature increases our oxygenation. What’s more, in cold temperatures, oxygen levels are higher; sleeping in cool conditions is beneficial. The percentage of cells converting to cancer won’t grow. Health 5, Cancer 1.
The fourth and final step is to follow 4) our medical treatment to solve our problem. Modern medicine is effective in improving our chances of surviving cancer. Final score: Health 6, Cancer 1.
These five steps performed simultaneously while fallowing our medical treatment give us renewed hope in our shared knowledge. Let us not hesitate to test the advantages of this simple formula “reduce, water, fish, cold, oxygen, treatment—health restored”.

I have bad blood circulation, and usually, got my hands pretty cold. When I get too warm, it's like I can feel the rush in my veins and it's horrendous and very painful in my fingers.
However, there's also time like right now, where I feel my legs are too heavy for me, it's seems to have too much pressure in it, and I'm scared to stand up.

Does anyone else just have terrible blood circulation? What do you do about it? If I exercise for a while or sit the wrong way for even just a few minutes or sit in a chair that presses into my body even a little bit, my body parts hurt or itch from not having enough blood, and I don't really know what to do about it.

Varicose veins may not be hazardous, but they can be unsightly. They are often signs of pregnancy or aging. However, spider veins and varicose veins can be prevented. Varicose veins happen due to poor or erratic blood circulation. Lack of proper circulation stops blood from seamlessly reaching the heart. This causes the blood to pool and accumulate in your veins. This makes the veins enlarged. They become those unsightly and visible raised lines. Compression socks can help a lot with these vein issues. They help boost overall blood flow and prevent varicose veins. When you work out, some pain is naturally expected. Muscles need to tear a bit to grow stronger.
