Melon, Mint, and Cucumber Iced Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
2-3 bags of your preferred tea (green tea pairs nicely)
2 cups cubed melon (cantaloupe or honeydew work well)
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Honey or another sweetener to taste (optional)
Melon balls, cucumber slices, and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Boil the water in a large pot or kettle. Once boiling, remove it from the heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for about 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
In the meantime, blend the melon cubes until smooth. Pass the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids, collecting the juice in a bowl.
Add the sweetener to the warm tea if desired, stirring until it dissolves.
Allow the tea to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate it until it's thoroughly chilled.
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled tea, melon juice, and cucumber slices. Add mint leaves to taste. Let it infuse for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the infused tea over the ice, making sure each glass gets some cucumber slices and mint leaves.
Garnish with a skewer of melon balls, a slice of cucumber, and a sprig of mint on the rim of each glass.
Enjoy immediately and savor this delightful Melon, Mint, and Cucumber Iced Tea on a warm day!

The Pink Lemonade Mystery
Please reblog in order to gather meaningful data on this vitally important question. I have not much hope of it gaining traction from my own blog, but this started with @prismatic-bell so I'm hoping they'll pass it along and maybe someone with a food blog will give me a hand.
Whatever kind of pink lemonade you like, drink up! It's an ideal summer drink, full of electrolytes and vitamin C (even the dyed stuff but do yourself a favor and make it from actual fruit juice, not that nasty powder!) and summer is a-coming in.

Orxata (tiger-nut milk based cold drink 🥛) and fartons (pastries 🥖 that are eaten dipping in the orxata). This combination is one of the icons of summer in the Valencian Country. In the rest of the Catalan Countries, orxata is just as popular but it's less commonly eaten with fartons.

½ ounce orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
Lime wedge and hibiscus flower for garnish
For the Hibiscus Syrup:
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers   1. Flower Power Hibiscus Syrup - Norbert's Kitchen www.norbertskitchen.com
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Instructions:
Make Hibiscus Syrup:
Combine hibiscus flowers and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain out the flowers and return the liquid to the saucepan.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Let cool completely.
Prepare the Margarita:
Rim a glass with salt or sugar (optional).
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add tequila, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and orange liqueur.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a hibiscus flower.
Tips:
Adjust the sweetness of the syrup to your liking by adding more or less sugar.
For a stronger hibiscus flavor, use more flowers or steep for longer.
If you don't have hibiscus flowers, you can substitute with hibiscus tea bags.
