1/ Which category of alterhumanity do you belong to? I'm a Therian and Otherkin

2/ What/who is/are your type(s)? (if you have any) Northwestern Wolf Therian HellhoundKin, BlackShuckKin, ChurchGrimKin (thought I'm questioning these three and think it may just be Black Dog but we'll see)

3/ Do you experience shifts? If so, can you tell us your most common shifts and your strangest cameo shift (if you've ever had a cameo shift)? Yes! I get a lot of ear, muzzle (especially in the teeth), and paw sensations. I mental shift quite a bit especially if I'm in a more intense or emotional state. I guess I dream shift if that's a thing. I'm not human in most of the dreams I have.

4/ How do you experience your alterhumanity in everyday life? Oh that's complicated. I'm not really sure how I experience it that would be different from anything else. It just kind of *is* I guess. Like it affects everything I do and perceive, so I'm not sure how to put it into words.

5/ What do you think of the community? The community seems complicated. I've had these feelings for a long time, but I've only been part of the community for a small amount of time. The parts that I've interacted with the most seems really nice and like a lot of fun, but there's other parts that seem kind of intense.

6/ What are the things that make you most comfortable and euphoric in your alterhumanity? Being outside in the woods, being able to just kind of "dog brain" out on days where I'm home and my partner's at work, head scritches especially around the base of the skull and around my ear.

7/ Are you experiencing species dysphoria? I'm...not sure actually. I mean I'm already trans and have dysphoria, but I guess yeah sometimes I do get dysphoric. Not necessarily that I'm not wolf shaped or anything but almost that I'm not physically more bestial or people can't tell that I am.

8/ What advice would you like to say to a young alterhuman who has just awakened? Good luck, this stuff is confusing.

9/ Do you have/want to have gears? I don't have any gear at the moment, but there's a couple things I'd like to get. I really want a pair of those pawprint hiking shoes for when I go on hikes and stuff especially.

10/ Do you know/have any theories about the origin of your alterhumanity? If so, tell us! (all beliefs are legitimate) Nope, not really. I have a few ideas that I'm working through but I don't have any solid ideas about it at all.
