Tops:

- Simple black and white tops in different shapes, like the American Apparel ones pictured. A simple black and white t-shirt is also always good to have.

- Tops with a design. Especially horizontal black and white stripes and grids are a need!

- Band merch! Arctic Monkeys is the most popular one, but e.g. The 1975, The Neighbourhood and Nirvana are also good!

- The alien shirt! I think everyone remembers this one, the OG is from Brandy Melville, but there are a lot of remakes.

- A top with a Japanese word, I found these on Pinterest, but you can find a word that you like :)

- Flannels. Go for a dark colour like grey, green or red. Wear it as usual or around the waist.

- A jean jacket, usually a little baggy. Vintage Levi's are a good option, but any brand works.

Sets:

- Another popular outfit is the Lulu set from American Apparel, this one was available in several designs, but for the soft grunge look we're looking for the black and white versions. Like the ones pictured.

Bottoms:

- Pleated tennis skirts! Specifically from American Apparel, the black and white ones are a must! One with a plaid print is also good to have, especially when the rest of the outfit is a bit plain and you want that little extra.

- Jean shorts, preferably a bit baggy. Washed out denim, grey tints and black are great options.

- Jeans! I'll make a separate list here.

Jeans:

- 2 pairs of blue denim baggy jeans (preferably a bit of a lighter shade). 1 ripped and 1 not.

- 2 pairs of black baggy jeans. Again, 1 ripped and 1 not.

- 1 pair of black skinny jeans.

Shoes:

Shoes are usually black, but white is also seen.

- Chunky heels, like the ones from UNIF.

- Platform sneakers, Buffalo is a good brand for that.

- A pair of black Dr. Martens. High ones are the most versatile in my opinion, but the low ones are cute too.

- Black High Top Converse All-Stars are a must. Checkered ones are nice as well.

- And so are the classic Checkered Vans slip ons.

- Nike Air Force 1, in black and/or white.

- Black creepers.

Accessoires:

- Fishnet tights! You can get them in different sizes :) you can also get fishnet socks

- Kneehigh socks! Get 4 different ones so you have a bit of versatility. 2 plain in black and white, 2 with stripes, so black with white stripes (like the one pictured) and white with black stripes.

- Chokers! There are many different designs but the tattoo choker is iconic! A plain black one is the other most important one. If you got those two you're free to get any choker you like! Not before that tho >:)

- Crystal necklaces, you know? THOSE ones :) in silver obvi

- A beanie for the winter. A black one with white stars or text maybe? It's up to you :)

- Black and white tote bags, specifically The American Apparel cities bag and the one with 'This Bag Contains [some illegal stuff]

This all together can be very expensive, but you probably already have some things in your closet! I suggest going to thrift stores :) also, ofc you don't have to buy these brands, you can look for cheaper look a likes :)

chocolate strawberry swirl (or "chocostrawb swirl") is a 1998 zebra furby with completely custom feet, ears, and mane! I'm open for offers to buy them at the convention but they were an awful lot of work (complete disassembly, dyeing, custom patterned mane, etc) so it will have to be for the right price 🙂

Soon after wrapping up the i-days milano performane the stray kids members headed to london to headline at the legendary BST hyde park show. filled with renewed energy and looking forward to showing their talents all the members of were extremely hyped for their performance.

RIN OUTFIT DETAILS ✧˚‧₊

The night showcased a total of two outfits, both of which are shown above

RIN started the performance with a vivienne westwood corset covered by a chanel puffer jacket (which was ditched half way through). for accesories she layered vivienne westwood, dior and bvlgari necklaces , decorated her hands with vivienne westwood bracelet, rings from the brand as well as bvlgari and one ring and bracelt from unidentified brand. She paired it off with custom cargo pants and white and beige sneakers.

RIN came out after the costume change wearing a dior top with denim jeans which had overstitched stars on them, the look was overall plain but accessory heavy she wore black hand warmer in one had along with vivienne westwood and bvlgari rings plus an unnamed one and for the other she added a chanel arm band with unidentified bracelets and rings. On her neck she paired a denim choker with silver accents and a vivienne westwood necklace finishing the look with vivienne westwood earrings and bvlgari studs on her helix. She did mention in a later live that most of her unidentified jewellery she had bought from the local markets.

The performance was well received by the general public as well as the group fans. the members could be seen giving their all in every song which although not uncommon was impressive! the outfits of the evening were also generally well liked which added to the atmosphere. Overall it was counted as a fun experience and one to be remembered for a lifetime.

i am back on my bullshit this time with a v special new way that i’m drawing bc i got a new phone that i am paying out the wazoo for, however i can draw on it so my art has gotten significantly better. though of course i had to test myself and do both 1. a full background 2. a character who wears lipstick which i always struggle with unless their mouth is in a particular position and 3. a character that i have never ever tried to draw.

anyways i am back on my bullshit bc this is fanart of fanfic!!!! i always feel exactly in my element when i do this, it’s just always so good??? and fun?? and when i first read this fic, i mean oh god i just fell for it so hard. i ended up rereading it again like barely 48 hours after i’d finished reading it the first time lol

the fic in question is a damian and danny are twins au! it’s called Leap Before You Think by TourettesDog and i just-- the characterisations are just so well done it all feels incredibly natural especially with the merging of the two different universes into one cohesively and seamlessly it’s wonderful. there are a few faults with this pic i think, however i am still incredibly proud of it. as a bonus, here’s a better view of the window scene because i’m still really proud of that one:

FLOWER HUSBANDS FIC: Coral Reefs and Cigarettes (working title) Prologue designs!

ALRIGHT! Hello everyone, in this post I’ll be sharing (and talking!) about the development of my multi-chapter fanfiction flower husbands au, based on @vyeoh ‘s punk x prep au! I’ll be starting off with the characters we meet in the prologue; the divorce quartet!

We open the prologue at the tail-end of last life, aka one of their school years. I wanted to focus on this, as while the fanfic is on the re-budding relationship between Scott and Jimmy, the side plot focuses on friendships, and of course, the friendship in mind are on the Divorce Quartet.

Without further ado, let’s take a look at these designs!

(I used a more simpler style so I can get these concepts across!)

The designs of the Quartet as a whole are supposed to mimic their soulbounds/ besties and with each other! I wanted each of them to have a distinct style but also keep them connected. It’s a tough challenge (considering I always do fantastical designs) but I think I did pretty well!

Moving unto them individually, I can talk about their character and designs! Starting with

Scott S. Major.

The richest and smartest kid in school

Has a reputation (family) in the area

Studies marine biology + gardening

He’s usually sweet, but approaching him is a nightmare. Imagine a Regina George-type character but a lot more sassy and open with his remarks

He loves to spoil his friends

DESIGN

Cold colors with a red and gold contrast

Keepsakes of his “alliances” (important relationships) as accessories (Jimmy’s poppy, Pearl’s moon necklace/belt chain), has yet to receive something he could use from Cleo and Martyn

Feminine outfits + heels are a go-to for him (is still a bit short)

The preppiest looking one out of the four

His body type is petite! (He’s still the dominant one in the relationship tho)
