Vincent Townsend Jr. was the first African American to portray a judge on Perry Mason in the episode, The Case of the Skeleton's Closet. I love that they did that because back then, it was unusual to see a black man playing a judge. Once again, Perry Mason is all inclusive in their casting choices. It's odd that although Mr. Townsend appeared on the show as a judge, he's not listed in the credits. At least, it was a move in the right direction. He didn't speak any lines in that role, but I'm glad that they had him seated on the bench. Mr. Townsend was a real life judge in Los Angeles, California, and he was, also, a minister in the First African Methodist Episcopal Church, also in L.A.. This was a big step for the civil rights movement.

I'm a lesbian and i see myself in media about bi women, also in media about gay/bi men. even if it's not Entirely made for me, it's still for me. and I know and hope that other gay/bi people are able to see parts of themselves in lesbian media. sorry to be cheesy but we are more similar than we are different and it's those experiences we share that draw us to these stories in the first place, and the reason we're even telling them <3

Anyway. Bi and Mspec Lesbians aren't a hotly "debated" topic or even new to queer culture, it's just the newest thing that bullies who REALLY want to be homophobic and even racist use to justify harassing gay people they don't like.

It's the thinnest possible veneer of progressive language wrapped around TERF and reactionary rhetoric so that they can feel righteous for forming an angry mob against vulnerable targets. If you're gullible enough to fall for the newest wave of bigotry within the queer community, and turn on your allies because they're "confusing" or "invading your spaces," the SAME way they turned on bi/pan labels, trans people, xenogenders, neopronouns, and aroace people before this, then get lost.

Part 3 of this au has arrived! It took me too long because I lived a month full of things, it's been a long time since I've been as overwhelmed as this time, but the hardest part is over, and best of all, a few days ago I made my debut as a musical theater actor!

I'm pretty happy about that, so I wanted to bring this chapter as fast as possible.

I plan to bring some shipp or another, it won't take long to show up because, as much as I want to beat Sanji's brothers with a pineapple, I also like to humiliate them innocently, there's no way these guys know how to behave when they like someone.
