Note: Thank you for your request! Björn is an... okay character. I rewatched the series so many times and with every rewatch I'm able to like him more. Still, he's far away from being a favorite. 😭 I love Ivar and Floki, as well as Helga and Torvi. Also - the smüt might be a little... Well, I usually don't write smüt. 🫠

⚜️ When Björn fell for you, his attention became laser-focused on you. The first spark emerged just like with other women, though with you he felt he couldn't reach you. ⚜️ As Björn's love deepens, so does his desperation to hold onto it. Emotions crept up his mind he had never encountered before with anyone else. A strange feeling, robbing his thoughts at night. He fears losing you, his passion, more than anything else and is willing to go to extreme lengths to keep you by his side, even if it means sacrificing his own happiness or ambitions. You did not only entertain him, you showed him how true love looked like. The feeling of your warmth was unique and too worthy to ever let go of. Your embrace motivated him to fight for his ambitions but you also scared him. You could not only pass away during battle, but sicknesses also haunt people's lives. A constant bitter taste - one that made him into a loyal husband.

⚜️ His care showed through intimate times as well. Whenever you begged him for nightly adventures, he was more than ready to fulfill your desires. However, in the back of his foggy mind, he would always make sure you're comfortable. Scaring you or hurting you during such vulnerable actions frightened him. Ubbe:

The trickiest one among his brothers.

He’s used to the commanding role and he likes giving orders.

He’s pretty dominant himself.

It’s not that he won’t open up to another dominant s/o, but they’ll have to be on his level.

The dominance in the relationship would be balanced. One time it’s him and another it’s his s/o.

He’s a simple man when it comes to sex. He doesn’t need a lot of stuff to make it work or to get him in the mood. Usually likes simple, but effective positions.

It’s more about the general mood that sets who's turn it is.

A look, a certain way of touching, something subtle like that.

That’s not to say if something gets on his nerves, which a lot of things do but he keeps his cool, he won’t shove his s/o on the bed (or wherever they have privacy) and ride them till sunrise.

Fight training is also a good way to get him into the mood.

Hvitserk:

It’ll be unusual to him given that he’s always the one chasing new lovers and thus, being more dominant.

Still, he keeps an open mind to sex.

And noticeably, he likes to please.

As strange as the proposition may sound, he has no problem allowing his s/o to be dominant with him.

Say what you want out of him, leave him begging, he has no problem. Just don’t degrade, humiliate and neglect him, he has plenty of that in his life already.

He does appreciate being taken care of for a change, but will still want to be the ‘protector’.

He has someone that makes him happy, he likes to know he can protect them in the violent world they live in.

Look, this man is the best fighter and hottest viking of his generation. He knows that, you know that, everyone knows that. He doesn’t have anything to prove and his confidence reaches Valhalla.

Honestly, the hardest nut to crack. (No pun intended)

He was neglected his whole life because of Ivar and doesn't have a relationship as close as Ubbe and Hvitserk.

That left him spiteful and with abandonment issues.

Before he even considers submitting to a partner, they must prove they care about him.

In a way, he’s like Ivar. His s/o will need to prove he, and only he, not one of his brothers or someone else, is their priority and that they only love him.

Earning his trust is a long game, but the payoff is great.

He doesn't mind his s/o taking a dominant role, but he has a lot of hard no’s.

Degradation and pain are the top no’s. Being bound is also on the uncomfortable side.

Simply tell him what to do and not to do and he’ll oblige.

I somehow think that he doesn't like to bath so the only way for him to get in water is with you.

He tries to stay as much as posible in the water while you wash his blonde hair but he just makes sarcastic comments, makes weird faces and that.

He tries to splash you like a revenge and you end up having a water bottle.

The only place he likes to be in water is on the lake, but ussually is to cold to be there so... big no.

I just had a heartbreaking thought (a new headcanon)

You know how Askeladd just casually tells Bjorn to pop Thorfinn’s shoulder back into place when he lost to him in Gorm’s village, and Bjorn does it without hesitation, like he’s used to it. So what if Bjorn ALWAYS was the one to treat whatever wounds Thorfinn would get after a duel? (At least the kind of wounds that Thorfinn couldn’t fix by himself.)

And what if, after that last duel where he got beat up so bad, he walked around, his thoughts all blurring together, being totally out of it, and he wondered why Bjorn wasn’t coming to help him… forgetting that wasn’t around to do that anymore…

Headcanon, and it might be corny:

Rain broke up with Tyler after realizing that she isn't straight. She discussed this only with him once she gathered up the courage to tell him about it and it wasn't shared with anyone close to them either for privacy. Not only was Rain forced to deal with having to hurt someone she cared for deeply, but she also had to come to terms with her sexuality too. They didn't want everyone else in their found family to feel awkward around them or react in other ways that could make the situation more painful than it had to be.

The plot thickens:

The reason for Rain's gay awakening? Her best friend, Kay. Growing up, Rain always had a crush on Kay, but never could put her finger on what it was or what it meant and she certainly couldn't define it either. As she got older, the crush became all the more apparent and soon, she needed to face the reality. She didn't tell any of this to Tyler though, preferring to give the least amount of information as possible, hoping to make the break as clean as she could so that a friendship could reform in the future. She didn't want to make Kay feel weird either if the truth got around and she didn't want to hurt anyone else.

After the separation, Rain disappeared to get away from everyone and to deal with her troubles alone. For months, it was just her and Andy, working for the hours needed for their freedom.

The movie opens and we see a small glimpse into the way Rain's life exists as it is...

Then Tyler calls and tells Rain about what they'd soon discover is the derelict Renaissance. Her absence is why Navarro and Bjorn had a bet running to see if she'd come; it's why Kay seemed almost desperately relieved to see her, and thus, why Rain appeared rather ambivalent throughout the first few scenes with her friends.

Ragnar Lothbrok.

He hasn’t seen you in several months and he starts to get worried because for one, you didn’t even come to the dock to greet him after another successful raid and two, you know damn well he doesn’t like to go for so long without talking to you when he is in Kattegat. He learns too much with you.

He knocks on your door one time before letting himself in like he owns it, and that he does of course. He’s the king.

“I just want to know why you haven’t even… oh,” He looks at you with wide eyes, looking down at the small round belly that has started to become prominent.

You look at him expressionless, your eyes filling with tears, he gets to you in two big steps and pulls you into his arms, one hand on the back of your neck and the other grabbing your arm so you can put it around his waist.

“My sweet dear friend, what’s the matter?” He murmurs and you sob.

“I missed you so much, o-oh for the love of Odin, my friend is here.” You cry on his chest.

“Of course I am, I’ll always come back to you,” He assures you.

You look up to him.

“I am with child,” You say and he snorts.

“I can very much see that,” He jokes but his smile vanishes when he sees the pain in your face.

“And he hates it, he hates it so much Ragnar,” You sob. “He said it’s not his child, he swears it’s yours.”

He laughs and walks with you under his arm to your bed, softly falling down and letting you get comfortable on his chest.

“I have to say, it does sounds appealing to bear a child with you,” You snort and sob softly. “But we have never had sex, for you rejected me when I asked you.”

“You wanted me to lay with you when we were camping and getting ready for a war back in the day, it wasn’t the time,” You roll your eyes. “He says my plan all along was to seduce you to become queen of—,”

“Does he even know that you’re the uncrowned queen of Kattegat?” He laughs. “It doesn’t matter, I’ll be the child’s father.”

“Why did I have the suspicion that you would say that when the time of me carrying a child come?” You ask with a small smile and he kisses your head.

“He can’t come near you anymore, he lost his chance.” He explains.

You close your eyes, forgetting everything that made you cry and remembering that Ragnar will always be there for you.

He frowns when you rush into his tent in what seems desperation, he grabs your shoulders to stop you.

“Wow, wow, wow, stop right there,” He says, and when you look at him his whole face changes. “Who did this to you?”

You have a cut on your lip and your cheek is starting to get swollen from a hard slap.

“Björn—,”

“I am not going to ask a third time, Y/N, who did this to you?” He grunts.

“Knud,” You whisper and you step in front of him when he is about to start walking, looking him right in the eye. “Björn.”

“I am going to break his arms, move.” He grunts.

“Björn, I am with child.” You snap, smacking his chest softly so he can pay attention to you.

He looks at you surprised, blinking a few times before slowly sliding his hands all over your belly.

“That’s wonderful, little one.” He whispers and your bottom lip trembles. His face suddenly turns cold. “Which means it’s going to be worse for him.”

He walks around you and out of the tent in the blink of an eye, you sigh and sit down for a few seconds on his bed, your state making things such as standing very tiresome.

After some minutes you stand up and go out looking for your friend, finding him close to the woods with a crowd around him. When you get close you realize that the father of your child is tied up to a tree while Björn is shooting arrows at him, missing on purpose to get him more scared. The whispers of the others are what makes Björn look behind his back, he smiles at you.

“Come here, my sweet one.” He says with feigned happiness, you stand on his side, ignoring the man on the tree on purpose.

“Yes?”

“What do you want from him? His leg? An arm?” He asks you entertained.

“I—,”

“Y-Y/N, p-please! Forgive me! I-I didn’t mean t-to, it was the ale!” The man cries.

“You hurt her while she’s with child and you think ale is the perfect excuse to give me? me?” Björn asks with humor, raising his arms and shooting an arrow right on top of the man's knees, smiling when he screams in pain. “Try again.”

You look at Björn and give him an enigmatic smile that he understands all too well.

“My friend, I could use a liver, maybe a heart,” You tell him and he hums.

“All you have to do is ask,” He says, shooting right into the man’s heart, watching the life leave his body. “Like that?”

“Like that.” You snort.

Ubbe Ragnarsson.

He’s sure the gods put you in his life with a purpose, because the amount of love and happiness he feels when he’s around you cannot be normal.

He was walking around Kattegat with a smile, watching his people do their own thing and being proud of the stability that they have now thanks to a lot of his, his father and his brothers' sacrifices. He sees you and frowns when he takes in your expression, walking a little faster to get to you.

“That fucking child is not mine!” The man, whom he knows you tend to lay with from time to time, was shouting in your face. “Find the father of that child because it is not mine.”

“Well, last time I checked I am not the Christian Holy Mary to have a child from a god,” You snap at him. “Who else’s child would—?”

“Oh, I don’t know, maybe the prince,” The man accuses you and you gasp, he starts to point his finger at you, every time touching your shoulder in an accusatory manner. “Why don’t you go and tell him that you’re with child, uhm? Since you’re so proud of being his main whore—,”

The man can’t continue his speech because he is interrupted by Ubbe yanking him from the back. Ubbe walks to him slowly, sighing to control his dark thoughts and straddling the man. He starts to calmy destroy the man’s face, smacking him with his open hand, punching him with his fist, with his own head. You crouch down beside him at a considerable space in order to not get punched by accident, with your hand under your chin, watching your prince make a mess out of the poor man that thought he could disrespect you and continue on his day like nothing happened.

“You think you’re too good to put a child on her? Don’t be stupid, you should be grateful that you even had the opportunity to be inside of her,” Ubbe grunts, watching the man’s face unrecognizable now.

He cleans his hands on the man’s shirt and stands up, walking to you and bending his knees a little to take you in his arms. You hum and slide your hands around his neck.

“I would’ve expected Ivar to lose control like that, even Hvitserk, but you?” You murmur into his ear and he chuckles.

“I’m Viking, love,” He says as if that explains the little number he just pulled.

When he enters the Great Hall he walks directly to a chair and sits with you sitting sideways on top of him, he caresses your back distractedly while playing with your hand with his other hand.

“I’m a little scared,” You confess and he looks at you. “It’s my first child, I’m not even married and he already made sure to let me know that he will not be—,”

“You don’t need nobody but me,” He says firmly, confidence emanating from his body. “And I’m not going anywhere.”

“Ubbe, you have your own obligations with Kattegat,” You try to reason with him.

“And still, I’ll be here for you,” He whispers, pulling you to his chest and slowly sliding his hand onto your belly, you put your own on top of his. “Every step you take, I’m taking it with you, my dear friend.”

“I know you will,” You whisper and kiss the side of his head.

High School AU - Skyrim Headcannons

Only doing this simply because I had a dream where I was in a classroom with some of my Skyrim Companions. So I'll put down how I think they'd act during class.

Obviously I do not own these characters and do not know them as well as their creators would. This is just for shits and giggles. If you have different head cannons or have head cannons for companions I did not mention, feel free to comment! Just be civil for the love of Talos.

fast asleep in his desk but everyone's too intimidated to wake him

gets frustrated when others classify him as "just a jock"

goes through pencils like their candy

a notebook for every class

color coordinated folders & notebooks

brings Mr. Dragonfly to every class

when he graduates Mr. Dragonfly will get an honorary degree (like how service animals do sometimes)

freaks out other students by eating raw meat

absolutely hates vegans and vegetarians because they go against her entire belief system (the green pact)

if there's a window, she's claiming the seat by it and will non-stop stare outside

Ragnarrsons ivar tries to kill himself after finding out Ragnar abandoned him as a child headcanon

VERY TRIGGER WARNING CONTENT

Ubbe & Hvitserk:

Those two will go together because they literally tried to kill themselves out of maternal neglect.

Out of everyone else, they get it. They understand painfully well where Ivar is coming from and what he’s feeling.

Even if they blame Ivar for being the cause of Aslaug's lack of attention to them, they don't necessarily blame Ivar for feeling Ragnar’s neglect, nor for reacting that way.

Talking about their emotions is not their strongest suit, but as far as silent understanding goes, they are at it.

Might very well push Ubbe more into a ‘caring’ role.

Sigurd:

Sigurd will be judgmental and he’ll make it known.

He might not speak of it if it happened while they were children as he’s pretty closed up at that age, but once they get older, he’ll definitely use that against Ivar.

Just like he uses the fact Aslaug breastfed him to a late age, he’ll use his suicide attempt.

When their fight gets heated enough, he’ll go as far as saying Ivar should have gone through with it, possibly mocking him for having failed at it.

Bjorn:

Like Sigurd, Bjorn will be judgmental. Unlike Sigurd, he will be quiet about it.

He’s not so much bothered by Ivar wanting to end his life as much as he is bothered by how this could impact the social standing of his family.

He’s not a sentimental person, so this subject would never be brought up by him.

Bjorn took in stride the death of his first daughter, it won’t be Ivar that will shake him up.

Ivar was supposed to die when Ragnar abandoned him, if he wants to end his life now, then so be it.

Ivar the Boneless

Absolutely in love.

He is the more excited of the brothers to get you into raids.

Of course he fears about your safety but if you are with Ivar it's clearly that you know how to handle things like this.

Seeing you all covered in blood of your enemies, with weapons on your hands and that exhausted look, made him think you are a valkirie.

He gives you trinkets, even when the city has been destroyed and all the treasures of the city belong now to the vikings, he still gives you things he sees on another woman.

Sometimes you don't like how he gets after fights, becuase sadism in battles is good but tortures after that, no.

You try to reproach him about it, at first he gets angry, then he tries to be less sadist after that.

At the end, raiding with Ivar is a big adventure.

Ubbe Ragnarson

Very protective.

Expect him to be your shadow, attached to your side every second.

He kisses you after battle, he says he doesn't want to be in Valhalla without feeling your lips one last time.

In battle you both are always together, fighting in complete synchrony.

One thing he does when the battle ends that drives you crazy is kissing you. You both covered in dust and blood, exhausted from battling and he just goes to you with feral eyes, drops the sword/axe and kisses you furiously.

He doesn't like to make you gifts from the raids but instead you are the one who grants him things, he smiles like a child everytime.

Hvitserk Ragnarson

He thinks it's the best thing you both could do.

Like a vacation for the two of you, seeing new places and trying new food.

All the things he gains during the raids are YOUR things too, he gifts you everything he can.

He ussually tents to follow some jokes from other vikings about taking woman from the raids.

After seeing your face full of disgust, he never does it again, he wouldn't support seeing your eyes look at him like that again.

He always finds the higher spot on the place to spent the evening after raiding, organizing a picnic above all the bloody chaos of the under.

Sigurd Ragnarson

He doesn't like you going, he doesn't like going either.

You both only go when it's necesary because of his family.

When you are there, you both prefer to watch out the camp rather than enter in battle.

In fact, probably you are better warrior that him, so you protect him during the battles.

Being on the camp he always plays instruments to calm himself, and because of that you lay next to him and relax yourself too.

After battle he goes straight to your side and hughs you tightly, other vikings mock him about his not-so-manly behaviour.

Bjorn Ironside

He doesn't really care.

He thinks you can handle yourself, but unlike the others, that makes him let you get lost around.

He just watches you from afar with a serious face, expecting the unexpected.

A small grin appears on his face every once in a while, thinking about how badass you look.

The sight of seeing you covered in blood makes you look so desirable, he has to restrain himself from taking you right there.

You have to endure his cheater behaviour with foreign woman and getting slves everywhere.

But after battle you are euphoric and decide to put him on place.

Being Married To Bjorn Would Include...

-Him knowing he loved you the first time he had ever seen you. He was so in love with you he knew that he would do anything and everything for you and wanted to marry you too.

-He loves to give you gifts and give you lots of love and affection. He thinks that you deserve it all. He also loves to see your happy self once he gives you all these things.

-He loves to travel with you always. He is always worried about you traveling though. He hates the idea of you getting hurt because of some type of violence while out. That is why he keeps you very close to him while you both are traveling.

-He loves to keep you close at all times possible. Like I said before he would hate for you to get any type of hurt. He would take it very personally and think that it was his fault for not keeping you close.

-He is always so protective over you it sometimes makes you a bit crazy. But in his defense, he cannot help it.

-He sometimes will follow you around the village and make sure you do not know about it because he knows you will get mad if he follows you a lot.

-Being married to him would have some perks. Some including that you have lots of respect from not just him but from the rest of the village as well.

-He is a very jealous man, so if he sees any man with you he has to automatically include himself in the situation because he does not trust any other man in the village.

-He would want to get a tattoo signifying your marriage. He would also like it if you got one too. Most likely matching to his tattoo.
