I did the same thing at my last (4th) birth! I put a piece of placenta between my cheek and gum - however, my piece was half smaller than this one in the video and it worked anyway. Also (for me) it didn’t feel like I had blood in my mouth... it actually (to my complete surprise) felt and tasted good. With the rest of the placenta... Aside from the fact that it is a woman’s LEGAL RIGHT to choose where and how she births her baby, these reports intend to spread fear and misinformation about such a crucially influential issue for women birthing in Australia today. They have used Jessie’s beautifully positive birth video as ratings fodder and click bait - footage of what is the most sacred and empowering moment in a woman’s life...her passage from woman to mother.
