FIRST BOLLYWOOD DJ FROM HYDERABAD AT HYLIFE BREWING PUB (JUBILEE HILLS)
Roots in Kerala, Brought up in Chennai and ruling the hearts of Hyderabad with his Bollywood Music, DJ Kim aka Kim Thomas is one of the most refined Artists In Hyderabad who has truly mastered the art of DJing just within a span of three Decades. If Kim met in the daytime, would come across as just like any other 9-5 Corporate IT person, being in I.T is also one of his passions as an Information Security Professional, however, you will be gobsmacked to know where he truly belongs – On the console spinning the best of Bollywood music and entrancing crowd to sway and swing. His passion for music not only has earned him the title of” Best Bollywood DJ in Hyderabad “but also made him the favourite DJ of party holes in the city.
Kim started his career as a DJ in 2012, on the Journey from just like any other struggling artist to becoming one of the most sought DJs in Hyderabad he quotes” It has never been a smooth ride, there was so much disapproval, but what kept me going is my passion for music”. He played at almost all the popular nightclubs and party places in Hyderabad, like Heart Cup, 10 Downing Street, Vapour and Kismet, and many more. Most Recently DJ Kim was hired by one of the popular party places of Hyderabad “Hylife Brewing Company” Located at Jubilee Hills.  Kim is the first Bollywood Artist to be blazing the floor of Hylife with his stunning mixes of Bollywood classics and retro that his fans have come to love and know him for.
Hylife is known for its unique choice of international Artists Spinning EDM, Deep Tech, House, and Trance, it’s always buzzing with party freaks even on weekdays. This place truly lives up to its mark and looks no less than an art piece and not to forget hanging the vehicle in the center is just the cherry on the top.  Hylife being the best has chosen the Best Bollywood DJ in the city. The combo of the lovely place and the lively DJ results in one hell of a party at Hylife every Wednesday.
Partygoers at Hylife not only love this pleasant change but thoroughly enjoy the wow factor which Kim adds to the night.  Kim’s secret sauce is that he understands his audience and his ability to blend Sounds, Emotions, and Music; he is truly a definition of being able to think on his feet. Both a true DJ and People’s favourite, Kim’s Popularity echoes all over the city, and respected as one of the Best Bollywood DJs in the city, which explains why he is the first Bollywood DJ  to be chosen to play at Hylife.
Let’s hear what Hylife Management has to say about Kim’s work at Hylife:
Bobby: Operational Director (Hylife) :
Kim just owns the dance floor and he knows how to alter the playlist according to the audience, he had some innovative ideas on the table at our first meet that we loved and had never seen before from other artists who could cater more than what they can deliver. He truly is charming both on the floor and off the floor. He takes cues from the crowd and engages them subtly. I would highly recommend Kim any day for a Desi Club Night.
Karthik: General Manager (Hylife) :
Kim is the first Bollywood Artist from Hyderabad we had at Hylife, there is a reason why he is the first one, he is good at what he does and never disappoints us. He also brings in a lot of ideas for improvement, takes feedback, and works on them spontaneously for the success factor of the business. Kim is one of those artists who is very Professional, hardworking, and humble at the same time. Our Wednesdays have been so exciting ever since he has associated with us. He is so easy to work with and understands our requirements and always delivers more than expected.

…. That's the only response Dazai had given all day to everyone, other than Chuuya, who he'd give shakes of his head or curt nods to response of certain questions. Dazai seemed to ignore everyone else prior, which was practically unheard of (other than times he's being a jerk). "What's going on with him?" Atsushi asks, sidling up next to Chuuya, whose wings spike at the boy's presence, but he forces them down. "Oh…Dazai?" He glances over at his brunette, taking a moment to decide whether to answer truthfully, or keep his husband's grieving a secret. The armed Detective Agency should know as much as he's not in a normal state of being, it was obviously written over his features (to Chuuya. Only Chuuya. He wore his poker face so well that the only thing was off was that he wasn't talking to anyone). And he couldn't gauge why nobody went up to him to offer him condolences. He looked awful. The slight, tense crease of every muscle in his body. How his eyes had a glossy sheen to them. How his breaths were quieter, and slower than average. These people can't be great detectives if they can't pick up that much.
"He's grieving," Chuuya responds, albeit hesitantly, to the other. He was unsure whether to say more than that. "What? He can grieve?" Chuuya shoots Atsushi a dark, warning look. The weretiger casts his gaze downwards. "S-sorry. Sorry." "An old friend," The redhead continues, his wings tucked so tightly to his body to the point they were trying to merge into his back. "It's his birthday today. But he's….not here, to celebrate it."
He hoped Atsushi got the hint; not here as in deceased, but he'll let the weretiger fend the real answer for himself as he went back to his husband's side. The avian couldn't help but notice the portrait of his deceased friend propped up on Dazai's desk, the glass gleaming with a reflection from the light above. "Do you want to visit him?" Chuuya asks deliberately, stacking some papers to sort for later, and to separately hand out to all the other staff once they were finished with the current case hovering over the Agency. Work could wait. Dazai, could not.
The man merely nods, and Chuuya takes his hand, guiding him out of his seat, circling around Dazai's desk chair and guiding him toward the door. He doesn't receive restraint, and not much compliance either, simply a husk wishing to stand in place. Chuuya didn't mind dragging him around. He chuckles internally at the thought of carrying Dazai like a princess, but both don't enjoy the feeling much unless its vice versa, unless in dire situations. It's only amusing because of the height claus, and how the brunette would whine all the time afterward. Reeling in his wings, the avian drags his other half down the stairs, trudging through the bustling, noisy city, full to the sound of cars, people, honks, pets, and various others until they reach the train station. Clambering on once tickets were bought and having done waited for the arrival of said train, bording was successful. They sat in silence in a respective seat, mirroring another seat in front, but since they'd bought a seperate cart on this rather expensive train ride, they had nobody to occupy them.
At last, Chuuya speaks again. "Are you okay?" Dazai fidgets his no. Chuuya takes it as an answer. They wait for fifteen minutes, the train taking a screeching halt once arriving at their destination, a little westward out of town. Chuuya takes Dazai's hands, uncaring for the looks they receive as they walk towards their true last stop. Another five minutes later, they arrive at a graveyard, partially hanging over the cliff.
"Do you need me?" Dazai nods. Together, they triverse through the dense, coarse land, void of souls unless you count the dead six feet under. They find his grave. Both sit down, Dazai almost staggering a little. Both care little for dirtying expensive clothing.
Dazai leans gingerly on Chuuya. Chuuya lets him.
His husband begins to quietly sob. Chuuya looks back at the name, almost reminiscing the time of the four of them in the bar.

The Impact of Volume: How DJ Sets Influence Audience Energy and Engagement
Introduction: When it comes to a memorable DJ set, volume plays a crucial role. The right balance and intensity of sound can create an immersive experience that captivates the audience and fuels their energy. In this blog post, we will explore the impact of volume in DJ sets and how it influences audience engagement, emotions, and overall experience.
Setting the Tone: The volume of a DJ set sets the initial tone and atmosphere of the event. A well-calibrated sound system with the appropriate volume can instantly grab the attention of the audience and create a sense of anticipation. Whether it’s a soft introduction to build suspense or a powerful blast of sound to ignite excitement, the volume sets the stage for the entire experience.
Energizing the Crowd: High volume levels have a direct impact on the energy levels of the audience. As the sound reverberates through the venue, it stimulates the senses and activates the listeners’ adrenaline. The pulsating beats and powerful basslines resonate with the audience, encouraging them to move, dance, and fully immerse themselves in the music.
Enhancing Emotional Responses: Volume is intricately tied to emotional responses. Intense and loud music can evoke a wide range of emotions, from euphoria to exhilaration, as it envelops the audience in a sonic embrace. The booming bass, soaring melodies, and electrifying drops create an emotional rollercoaster, heightening the listeners’ experience and deepening their connection to the music.
Fostering Unity and Connection: The collective experience of a DJ set is amplified when the volume is appropriately controlled. As the sound fills the room, it creates a shared auditory experience that unifies the crowd. People feel connected through the vibrations and the communal energy that arises from being immersed in a high-volume environment. This sense of unity can create a powerful bond among the audience members.
The Role of Dynamics: Volume dynamics within a DJ set play a vital role in sustaining audience engagement. Skilled DJs understand the importance of variation in volume levels, utilizing quiet moments to create contrast and anticipation before unleashing powerful crescendos. This ebb and flow of volume keeps the audience engaged, heightening their anticipation for each climactic moment.
Striking a Balance: While high volume can enhance the energy and impact of a DJ set, it’s crucial to strike a balance to ensure a pleasurable listening experience for the audience. DJs and sound technicians work together to achieve a suitable volume that provides an immersive experience without overwhelming or causing discomfort. Responsible sound management is essential for protecting the audience’s hearing and ensuring a sustainable event.
Conclusion: The impact of volume in DJ sets cannot be underestimated. From setting the tone and energizing the crowd to enhancing emotional responses and fostering unity, the right volume can transform an ordinary event into an extraordinary one. Skilled DJs understand how to harness the power of volume to create unforgettable experiences that resonate with their audience on a deep level. By striking a balance between intensity and comfort, DJs can create a sonic journey that leaves a lasting impact and connects people through the universal language of music.
