I made this dress! Sewn! Entirely by hand and then took it to the renn faire in august! And then banished to a corner because I fucked up the cuff size and it was too small to do buttons the regular way! But then I figured out I could do a loop instead of a buttonhole and it would work and it did! Hooray!!! I can start a new sewing project!!!! Too bad my only pics of it are all obscured by my mildly insane jewelry and accessories.

#the fit is lil wonky #because this is a self drafted zero waste project and messed up the drafting just a lil #I think this will be an errands dress becuase the pockets are what drag the neckline down my shoulders #and also they are almost too small for my hands because I forgot to add seam allowance :(#I’ve started a new dress and I made damn sure there was seam allowance and it does fit my phone but I also think I’ll make the pockets #bigger next time #who knows when next time will be tho!#I am also hand piecing and sewing a quilt so that will take all the forseeable time #this dress is made entirely of some black cotton in my stash and now that I am quilting #kinda wish I had that black poplin for this project lol #sewing #handsewing #handmade #hand sewn
