Favorite Thing About Character:

Do not make me pick a favorite thing. I keep finding new reasons to love him. I am smitten. He is so endearing in how he talks to Yuri and holds him. I love the gender of his whole character. Excellent stuff. Love that he has so much depth and is so easy to sympathize with. I could recap everything I have ever said but I will refrain. I think though that it's rare a character checks all the important boxes for me to not just huperfixate but also get art inspiration from them. Normally it's my OCs because I can control them checking those boxes.

But one of my low-key favorite things about his design is that he looks like he has freckles in high res pics and I think something happened to me when I saw that... I haven't been the same. That shits got me kicking my feet and twirling my hair around my finger. Like, ugh.

Least favorite thing:

Uhhhh, don't quite like how he's perceived by ER fans but that's their fault. Genuinely though I do dislike how ambiguous and vague a lot revolving around him is because the game gives us a lot that sews weird doubt about his character and the quest being a little clunky doesn't help.

Recency bias. Been thinking about this recently because is the implication trying to get closer or moving further away? Like there's definitely a, We're all made of stardust, kind of read that puts it into a really interesting perspective on getting as close to it as possible. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think he probably knits little clothes for Yuri. I think they probably do a bunch of cute shit together and that they have a way to minorly communicate with hand gestures and such. I just want them to have had times they were all as happy as they could be before game events.

Unpopular opinion:

I will draw him bald sometimes but that is not what I believe in my heart. Sorry.

But it's also interesting liking such a minor character to this degree where no opinion can really feel that unpopular. You know? Liking him is the unpopular thing apparently :/

I think Stargazers by Nightwish is just a great song for Elden Ring sorcerers as a whole. And I ironically do have a song I associate with Metyr. Cassandra by Florence and the Machine has some bits in it that kinda get me in my feelings about Metyr, but that's all I have for you on this!

Inscryption and Obra Dinn I played this year ! Inscryption is a very HYPE card game that includes a sacrifice mechanic that's very unique !! - Id say the first half is really good - a lot of people drop off after that part in the game and I agree with that consensus - but I think it's worth it just for the first half !

Obra Dinn is a black and white Eldritch Horror Murder Mystery where u have to find out how each member of an entire crew were killed/disappeared - and who or WHAT caused it ! Id say it's a lot easier than it seems but still quite tricky !! 💞💜

Spiritfarer is a BEAUTIFUL game I recommend to everyone and I have gifted to multiple friends - at its core it's a game about relationships and grief - but in it's mechanics it's a fetch game with platforming elements and it's beautifully GORGEOUSLY done through care and love towards ur very cute animal companions you pick up on ur many sails - I 100%ed this game and I love it sm

And Reverse1999 is kinda my trash pick but DONT KNOCK IT - it's a gatcha first and foremost - with a card game as it's mechanic - every character has their own abilities and sets of cards u can use to kill enemies dead Yu-Gi-Oh style. BUT on top of the sick ass designs it also has a very stirring story I have cried MANY A TIME at and it has a heaping helping of confirmed tragic yuri 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻my bias is medicine pocket because I'm Right 😋🥰

YES I HAVE! Two of them and holy shit it’s amazing. Lots of energy, people all across the stadium standing up, yelling lyrics, jumping up and whatever. Throat was sore and ears hurt after but man it was worth it, especially since I got go both times with my best friend (on invite). So yeah it was epic. They definitely upped the insanity of on stage effects and props in Maybe Mens tour from the Ok Orchestra one which added to the mind blowing-ness(?) of it

You asked me earlier and now I want to aks you! What are your top five favourite scenes (main plot, event, etc) from Twisted Wonderland?

Hi friend! Thank you so much for this ask, I'm happy to share my answers as well 🥰💜 Sorry I took so long, I was waiting for my day off and then I had to think about it quite a bit because there's some really really good scenes that I love in a lot of the game! But I think I have it narrowed down! (for the sake of simplicity, I did NOT include vignettes, and I haven't played all that is available for Book 7 yet so I didn't include it either)

Let's count it down!!!

5: Book 6, when Crewel is helping manage the infirmary after STYX attacks the campus. For obvious reasons, you know. (And for those who don't know, it's because I'm crushing on Crewel real hard and I find a man taking care of others, especially when he's taking care of kids, incredibly hot)

4: Book 3, when Jade and Floyd go to comfort Azul after his overblot. I just love those three so much. Book 3 is my second-favourite (current fave being book 6 because IDIA MY SON) and their friendship just makes my heart melt so much. Also, one of the major scenes that cemented me shipping Jade and Azul together, because of the level of concern that seemed to come across from Jade in that scene. I just loved it.

3: Glorious Masquerade event, when Idia confronts Rollo Flamme. Ugh, it hurt my heart so much. And I could feel Idia reliving his own pain while he was talking to Rollo. I just about started crying. It was so emotional. Also, I just adored that entire event because, as you know friend, The Hunchback of Notre Dame is one of my absolute favourite Disney films. The art and the music are amazing. I really think this event did justice to both the animation and the soundtrack of the original film. I truly loved it so much.

2: Book 4, when Yuu and Grim fall into the Octavinelle dorm while running from Scarabia. Listen, I absolutely *love* when a character goes to someone they helped in the past, desperate and scared, and that person reacts like "who scared you :) I just wanna *talk*". And that is *exactly* what happened in that scene. You cannot convince me otherwise. It was so beautiful. I was giggling so much.

Honourable mentions: Book 5 Malleus reveal for Yuu (and the reveal to the other cast of Yuu's nickname for him); Book 6 Rook, Epel, and Yuu finding the Island of Woe and confusing the shit out of Idia; Book 3 finding out Yuu and Grim stayed up all night to scream outside Leona's door until he caved in and agreed to help them; Book 3 reveal of the twins' eel forms; Phantom Bride event Idia getting fucking kidnapped; Book 6 Rook and Vil revealing how they met and sounding exactly like a married couple telling their children how they fell in love; Wish Upon a Star event Idia showing up because he wants Ortho to be happy.

1: And the number one spot goes to: BOOK 6 IDIA'S OVERBLOT. Ok, I know, this scene isn't happy. And his overblot extends for more than just a scene, it's a pretty significant chunk of the story in Book 6, but still. If it isn't fucking cathartic. I live for that shit. I could feel his heartache. I find I identify a lot with Idia's desire to protect and care for his younger brother. Finding out what happened to him, and finding out where his brother was tugged at my heart so much. Seeing him basically descend into madness for the sake of his brother? Relatable. 10/10 I would do the same for either of my siblings. If they were trapped in basically hell and wanted to unleash destruction on the world? Who am I to say no??? So I get it. Plus, I really enjoy the overblot designs. I think they're so pretty, and I love Idia's. Also, I just love the imagery of him opening Tartarus. Of him falling into it. This is my personal bias but I think the inky overblot style looks the best on his colour palette 💜

14. bl you think is underrated

ooh this is a tricky one, bc i can definitely tell you what i think is overrated (but thats not the question...), plus im always gonna think my favourites are underrated bc everyone should love them but i digress. i wanna highlight 3 shows/things bc the first one is a short series and then a movie and thats his. idk if it's bc its a few years old now but when i watched this show and then the film i just adored it. first of all, the show is the perfect kind of chill watch where not really much happens and yet a lot happens?? thats how me and my sister affectionately describe our favourite kind of shows bc they deal in the normal and everyday and manage to make it seem huge and beautiful and this series does that with one of my favourite tropes that i love to see crop up in j-bls which is an escape to the beach (and later the countryside), plus the show has the most awesome and well done early 2000s aesthetic that just fills me with nostalgia. but the film is a whole other thing. it pulls an old fashioned cupcake/cherry magic and gives us adults but unlike them shows us a story that is very grounded and real and serious, like they really said lets take this bl and actually make it a story about parenting and what a family can be and show just how complicated it all is and sometimes there is no winning and thats life. god its just beautiful, and theres still a deep and meaningful love story at the heart of it. just go watch it now if you haven't, or rewatch it if you haven't for a while.

second im picking eien no kinou and im prefacing this by saying i get why less people talk about this bc its not fun and some people dont wanna watch a story they know will be sad, but its also so important that it exists and i think it touches on some really tough topics and manages to tell them beautifully. and bc i havent seen much of what ppl say about this, idk what any consensus takes are but i felt very emotional watching this through the lens of erasure of queer relationships when it comes to loss, how sometimes when people aren't out or cant share their relationship, they become lost, or invisible, when someone is lost. and i mean... the queer experience is all-encompassing and such grief is something that should also be talked about when queerness can affect that process in a specific way, and while i dont think its easy to watch or revisit, its nevertheless important and beautiful

ive talked about some more heavy shows so i'm ending with if its with you, which is recent but even i pushed it to the side a little bc i liked i cannot reach you so much, but this show is kinda like the opposite to the ones above. i feel like people like a middle ground in their shows between drama and comfort, so while people dont talk as much about serious or sad shows, they also dont talk about the shows that are just nice. and this show is just that, bc its all about teaching someone thats had a bad experience that there is simple kindness in the world and its so heart-warming. i'll never forget the way ryuuji responded in that last ep when amane got nervous around the other kids, how he thought it would be this big think that he'd be mad about bc that's what happens in every show, but ryuuji was just like yeah its ok i understand and im not mad. just the pure kindness this show has to people feeling the way they feel is so refreshing and beautiful and it captures the high school simplicity of it all in a way that makes you step back as someone older and think huh yeah it really is just that easy, its just about happiness.

anyway, between this and the last response, i think by j-bl bias is jumping out a bit too much but thats the end of my rant, thank you for coming to my ted talk

Favourite event/plot point in the books Foxes reaction to seths death and seth death, it set really god tone for rest of the story and was the only event that genuinely surprised me bc i did not expected anyone from hero team to drop dead

What's your 3rd favourite animal? Hamsters, I love hamsters. One and two are cats and rabbits. I have cried into the fur of each cause they were just to cute. But hamsters were my first ever pet and I like to think I look like a hamster. Or I hope I look as cute as a hamster.

The best name to give to a lizard? Lizzie McGuire, no explanation needed clearly the best lizard name

Where's the best place to sleep? Ideally in the arms of my bias. But I love sleeping tucked in the corner of my bed surrounded with pillows and stuffed animals. Also in my grandma's walk in closet, it was a wonderful sleep environment with a case of room temperature diet pepsi beside me to get into when I wake up.

3. who is your bias in your favorite group(s) and why?

I did exo here. but I'll do svt for you ☺️💜 I have 4 biases in svt (bc who can have just one). wonwoo, dokyeom, mingyu & seungkwan. dokyeom first of all has one of my favorite voices in all of kpop. I love love love hearing him sing. him and seungkwan. I need more main vocal unit songs from them. wonwoo & mingyu came from me being a big fan of the hip hop unit & coups being my first svt bias 😂 my eyes just kept getting drawn to wonu & gyu when they performed. plus all 4 have really silly & endearing personalities. kwannie's the newest addition to my svt bias line and he's just very dear to me. almost like a little brother. I will fight anyone who hurts him 🥊

hmmmm I really like darker concepts. esp with like a supernatural element. big fan of the evil doppelganger concept exo did with obsession for example. a.c.e's goblin (favorite boys) is another good example. svt's fear concept's a fave of mine from them too. that kind of stuff ☺️
