*.˗ˏˋ DEILD- The Quickest And Easiest Method To Lucid Dream That I know ´ˎ˗.*
Listennnn, I love the lucid dream method down. It is AND ALWAYS WILL BE my favorite way to shift, apart from the void state.
BUT I know I cannot be the only one struggling to get lucid😩😭 At least I used to struggle before I found DEILD. I found other techniques tedious, having to do constant reality checks during the day felt like a chore and lying completely still in bed for 30+ minutes waiting for my body to fall asleep was quite literally torture to me. IF I could stay awake through it because most times I couldn’t or just rolled over and gave up because nothing was happening and I was très uncomfortable.
I’ve tried mild, SSILD, fild, ALL THE “ILDS” every single one and while they are effective, I’ve finally found the technique that works best for me and takes the least amount of time so I thought I would share, just in case it may help someone else!
With this technique you…..
Go from being awake directly into a lucid dream without falling asleep (this is called a wake initiated lucid dream and in my experience I feel more aware and in control with these vs when I randomly become aware in the middle of my dream. They are also easier to remember if you have poor dream recall. )
Are able to start the lucid dream scene in the privacy of your own room so you don’t have to worry about trying to shift in the middle of distracting dream scenes or dealing with distracting dream characters
You can save a Lucid dream that’s been cut short or even have several lucid dreams in one night using this method
Don’t need to do reality checks during the day if you don’t want to or do any other daytime prep
The whole thing takes 10-30 seconds START TO FINISH!
The technique…
*.˗ˏˋ DEILD ´ˎ˗.*
Dream Exit Initiated Lucid dream
Steps…
Before bed set the intention that when you wake up you will immediately remember to perform DEILD
Set a touchless alarm to wake you up anywhere from 3-6 hours after falling asleep. I like this one! Maybe put it in a playlist with a lucid dreaming subliminal or theta waves set to play after the alarm goes off to boost your chances of becoming Lucid🌙
Go to bed as normal. As I fall asleep I like to imagine myself waking up to the alarm and successfully performing DEILD. Then I imagine myself successfully entering the void from the LD and then successfully waking up in my wr. I loop this sequence until I fall asleep. I do this to help me remember to do the technique the second I wake up, but it is not at all necessary.
Immediately upon waking and hearing the alarm, I try to remember to stay still and not open my eyes. Minimal movement is fine, but we’re trying to convince our body that we’re still asleep! The alarm will shut off on its own.
Wait for what feels like 10 seconds without actually counting (Again, you don’t want to activate your Brain and wake yourself up too much )
After it feels like 10 seconds have gone by, do a reality check like the nose pinch test EVEN IF YOU FEEL WIDE AWAKE and don’t think you could possibly already be back asleep in only 10 seconds. Most of the time you’ll already be in what is called a false awakening-when you think you’re awake in bed but you’re actually dreaming
If you were able to breathe through your closed nose you are now in a lucid dream starting out in your room. You can proceed to shift to your dr in any way you like-some of my go to’s are:
-creating a portal
-entering the void and shifting from there
-entering the astral realm and shifting from there
-waking myself up from the dream but intending to wake up in my dr not my cr
Editors note:
If when you do the nose pinch test, you are still awake, repeat step 6 up to 2 more times. If by this point, you still have not entered a lucid dream, it is best to go back to bed and try again the next time you wake up. This method is very effective but fragile, as it is best performed in that very small hypnopompic window right when you are teetering on the edge of awake and asleep.
Why this method works…
When you wake up from sleep and don’t move or open your eyes, it tricks your body into thinking that you’re still asleep and it puts you back in a dream, even though your mind is actually awake! This is why a touchless alarm is helpful, or you can use natural awakenings.
Troubleshooting the method…
The hardest part about this method is remembering to stay still as soon as you wake up.
You can set the intention to remember to do so before bed
You can also use prospective memory training during the day (every time you look in a mirror/ drink something/ plug in your phone/ enter a different room etc you can affirm “the next time I wake up I will immediately remember to perform DEILD” )
And if you move by mistake or have to use an alarm that needs manually turned off, all is not necessarily lost. it’s still worth trying anyway as long as you think you’ll be able to fall back asleep! Just wait 30 seconds instead of 10 before doing a reality check and consider using an anchor to help keep you focused and awake (could be focusing on the sound of the subliminal if you made a playlist, or the sound of a fan etc)
TLDR OF THE TECHNIQUE:
Wake up either naturally or to a touch-less alarm. If you must use a manual alarm, keep movement minimal as to not activate your brain too much.
Lie still with your eyes closed and keep a blank mind for 10-30 seconds
Do a reality check to see if you are lucid dreaming
Shift from the lucid dream

Why are u still not in the void?
No seriously ask yourself that you’ve been trying every method, listening to subliminals every night, doing breathing exercises, following this and that method, and yet...nothing? You see all these people saying "i entered effortlessly" and it’s like why not me? :(( so let’s actually talk about it.
First thing? You are thinking too much. every night you lie down, overthinking every feeling, wondering if you’re "doing it right?" You keep telling yourself "okay, tonight is the night" and then after 10 minutes, "wait, why am i still here? am i close? am i about to enter? should i move? should i start over?" and just like that, you’ve already lost. The void is about letting go, not controlling. You keep waiting for some crazy shift in feeling, some magical pull into nothingness, but the truth is? It’s not that deep. people have entered the void while just closing their eyes for a second or even just thinking abt it casually. Yes it is that simple.
And let’s talk about the whole "method addiction" thing. Why do u think u need 50 different techniques just to do something that is natural?? like, be real. some of you are cycling through methods like ur life depends on it, sats, affirm till u pass out, starfish, visualization, state of kinesthesia, lucid dreaming, awake methods, asleep methods... and every night, you try a new one bc "maybe this is the one!!" the problem isn’t the method, the problem is you don’t trust yourself. If you truly believed you could enter whenever, you wouldn’t be desperately searching for the "best" way. I'm not completely denying that you shouldn't use methods but some people use methods as some magic stick, nahhh, you have to believe it, no doubts then only you are using methods in the best way, imagine trying "distraction method" and in mind thinking "would I get into void or not by using this?" So your brain automatically puts you into the thinking mode, so how would you relax, because that's all what you need for void, honestly this how I use method : ik I always get into void easily, I don't need to worry about it, this is only just a fun thing, that's it, no overthinking and no worries.
Now let’s talk abt self-concept, because some of you are your own worst enemy. You keep saying "I can’t enter" and then wondering why you can’t enter. You keep saying "the void is hard" and then getting mad when it feels hard, like...do you hear yourself? You are literally manifesting failure. The void isn’t keeping you out, your own doubts are. You wanna know the real difference between someone who enters easily and someone who doesn’t? mindset. The ppl who enter effortlessly aren’t special, they just don’t overthink. they decide they can enter, and so they do and please stop thinking the void = being dead. You don’t need to lie still for hours. You don’t need to "feel" your body disappear. You don’t need sleep paralysis. You don’t need some weird floating sensation. You can enter while walking, while blinking, while mid-conversation if you wanted to. You can enter with eyes open, eyes closed, lying down, sitting up, doesn’t matter. You don’t have to follow a script, u just have to decide.
But the biggest issue? Y’all are obsessed. like, I get it, you wanna shift, you wanna manifest your dream life instantly, but the more you obsess, the harder it gets. the people who enter easily don’t sit there thinking about the void 24/7. They go about their day, do their thing, and when they decide to enter, they just do. The less importance you give the void, the easier it is. Because at the end of the day, it’s not something u have to "work" for, it’s just a state of awareness, honestly when I was putting the void on pedestal, and was searching 1000 methods, thinking about it whole day, I didn't get into void, but once I put off the void from the pedestal, I got into void effortlessly.
So stop overcomplicating it. stop making it a struggle, the void is not running away from you, it’s literally right there, waiting for you to stop doubting and just step in.

MAYA’S MORPHICS FIELD CHALLENGE
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hello everyone :) School is starting, and that's a time when stress levels can peak for anyone in the manifesting community. It's tough to wake up to another school year without your dream life, and I know how draining it can be. You might feel like you have to focus on your journey while also tackling school, which is challenging enough on its own. I hope this can help with anything related to manifesting reality, the void state, shifting, lucid dreaming, school, and mindset. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and it is inevitable you achieve all that you desire!
What are morphic fields
Morphic field audio refers to soundtracks that are designed to interact with the concept of morphic fields, which are theoretical fields that influence patterns and behaviors in nature. These audio tracks often incorporate elements like binaural beats or isochronic tones, which are sound frequencies intended to influence brainwave activity and promote specific mental states.
The idea is that by listening to these audio tracks, individuals you can tap into or resonate with morphic fields, potentially enhancing focus, relaxation, or other desired states. The concept is rooted in the belief that sound can influence the mind and body in ways that align with the patterns and connections proposed by morphic fields.
youtube
youtube
Subliminals or and affirmation tapes with morphic fields
When using morphic fields with subliminals, you can experiment with different approaches to see what works best for you.
Simultaneous Playback:
Play the morphic field audio and subliminal tracks at the same time.
Sequential Playback:
Before: Start with the morphic field audio to create a receptive mental state, then follow with the subliminal tracks. This can help prepare your mind to absorb the affirmations more effectively.
After:
Begin with the sublininal tracks to plant the affirmations in your subconscious, then play the morphic field audio to reinforce and integrate the messages.
Layering:
If you have audio editing software, you can layer the morphic field audio beneath the subliminal tracks, creating a single, cohesive audio experience. This method requires some technical skill but can be very effective.
Experiment and Adjust
Everyone's response to these techniques can vary like all methods so feel free to experiment with different methods and monitor how you feel. Adjust the timing, order, and volume to find the combination that resonates best with you :) it doesn’t have to be methodical at all
Specified Morphic Fields
You can also find specific morphic fields tailored to your desires, such as lucid dreaming, shifting realities, or entering the void state. These specialized audio tracks are designed to help you achieve particular goals by using specific frequencies and energies.
youtube
youtube
youtube
youtube
Similarly to binaural beats or isochronic tones Sounds, it’s best to listen to morphic fields in positive environments because they are highly receptive to surrounding influences. Ensure that your surroundings are calm and uplifting. This might include a tidy space, soft lighting, or calming scents like lavender or sage.
Stay away from negative influences like for example watching horror movies or engaging with negative shifting or void content while listening to morphic fields. Instead, pair your listening sessions with positive and inspiring content. This could include watching manifesting videos, glow-up transformation videos, or reading success stories related to shifting and lucid dreaming.
Combine this with affirming and persisting
the only three affirmations I use are:
I can shift
I will shift
I have shifted
This is very simple and effectively covers the past, present, and future, making it easy to repeat. The brain loves mantras, and these affirmations are designed to reinforce your belief in your ability to shift. This repetition helps to rewire your subconscious mind, aligning your thoughts and actions with your desired outcome. Keep it simple, stay consistent, and watch as your affirmations help manifest your shifting journey.
The challenge
Compile a playlist of subliminals or affirmation tapes, whichever you prefer.
Listen to them while playing morphic fields. You can use headphones or play them out loud; it doesn’t matter.
If you don’t want subliminals or affirmation tapes, find specific morphic fields for your desire, such as wealth morphic fields or shifting morphic fields.
They are easy to find on YouTube. Just search up your topic and then morphic field feel feee to use the ones I recommend as well!
4. Do this in a positive environment. Engage in activities like scrolling on Tumblr, reading success stories, or watching lucid dreaming tips.
5.Outside of this, use the three affirmations: "I can shift," "I will shift," "I have shifted."
You can replace these with anything related to lucid dreaming, the void state, or manifesting—whatever suits your goals, e.g: “I can wake up in the void,” “I will wake up in the void,” “I have woken up in the void before”
6.Make this routine fit your schedule. With school starting, you’ll be busy, so keep it simple and easy!

As I initially stated in my success story, I don't plan on being very active here because I've spent too much time on social media. However, I want to answer some common questions to help you guys achieve your dreams before winter or to provide some motivation.
Do you have new method you recommend
Yes, I found this on a blogger's page. I've been experimenting for fun with different techniques. One method involves using theta waves and counting from 100 to 300 until you feel drowsy, then affirming for the void.
Alternatively, you can use the five senses method that shifters often use, which I find works the best!
And, lucid dreaming is an incredible experience. To enhance your dreams, try spraying magnesium oil on your feet. This will lead to some of the most vivid dreams of your life.
Also, research neuroplasticity—it's a fact that with enough repetition, affirmations can rewire your brain. Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life.
Are you into shifting and other explorations
Yes, at first, I manifested shifting abilities just for fun, but I didn't have anywhere I particularly wanted to go because I was so content with my life—and I still am. I love my life! However, anytime you're curious about something, bored, or want to see how a different decision would turn out, you can just shift. It's amazing to feel this limitless, and I wish this experience for everyone!
I've also tried astral projection, but it doesn't do much for me since I can just shift anywhere I want or even travel there if I want to see something in person. It's all quite fascinating!
What is your life like now
I live in Monaco, but I'm considering international schools like Le Rosey or Phillip Phillips Exeter in Massachusetts. I've manifested that when I graduate in 2025, I'll get into an American Ivy League school.
I have an amazing social life, travel often, and attend prestigious events I could only dream of (I follow the billionaires calendar) I experience pretty privilege, and I have a good dating life and don't relate to the "I hate men" sentiment. I mean, the ones on social media can be gross, but they don't meet or see me in real life.which is insane. I get good grades easily and am generally loved and admired by everyone. It's so weird going from being ignored to being loved by everyone. My home life is great; my parents are the best people, and my siblings and I get along well. My home is the hangout spot for my friends which is fun, and I still cater to myself. I listen to subliminals and do journaling, which genuinely makes me happy. I'm open about my spirituality on my social media page, hehe! I've also become a Pilates enthusiast, even though I don't need to work out. I enjoy participating in rich hobbies like Pilates, golf, horseback riding, tennis, skiing, and, of course, traveling!
All in all, my life is amazing, and every day I'm kind of scared I'll wake up from this spell. It's crazy that this is just my permanent life!
Comment more questions I have a layover which nothing to do and I’ll add more to the post as I see them :)

The Truth About Shifting: No Rules, Only Consciousness
Shifting has been a topic of fascination for many, often surrounded by debates, methods, and so-called “rules” that dictate how and when it should happen. However, the fundamental truth is this: there are no rules to shifting because we are pure consciousness. Any restrictions we perceive are merely constructs of the mind, and once we break free from them, the possibilities become limitless.
The Illusion of Rules
Many people believe that shifting requires strict techniques—counting methods, subliminals, lucid dreaming, or specific affirmations. While these can be helpful tools, they are not requirements. Shifting is not something bound by external steps; it is an internal experience governed by belief. The more someone believes in a method, the more it works for them. This is because consciousness follows belief—if you accept that something is necessary, it becomes necessary for you. However, if you let go of the idea that shifting needs rules, it becomes as natural as breathing.
The misconception that one must be in a certain state—completely relaxed, lying on their back, or visualizing perfectly—is another example of self-imposed limits. Shifting does not care about physical positions or external conditions because it does not operate within the physical world. Your consciousness moves because you intend for it to move, not because you followed a checklist of steps.
The Nature of Consciousness
To understand why shifting has no rules, we must first understand what we truly are: pure consciousness. We are not just our bodies or minds; we are the awareness that experiences reality. Consciousness is not limited to one world or one state of being—it is infinite, free, and capable of existing in multiple places.
The best way to see this is through dreams. When we dream, our consciousness exists in an entirely different reality without needing effort. We accept that transition without questioning it. Shifting is similar; it is simply a movement of awareness from one reality to another. The only difference is that we are making the choice consciously.
Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs
If there are no rules to shifting, why do so many people struggle with it? The answer is simple: belief systems. Society has conditioned us to think reality is rigid, that we must be bound by time, space, and physical laws. These limitations are deeply ingrained, making it harder for some to accept the idea of effortless shifting.
But breaking free is possible. The moment you realize shifting is natural, easy, and unrestricted, it becomes that way for you. It is not about waiting for the “right” time or method—it is about understanding that you are already capable. The key is to let go of doubt and fear.
Embracing Your Infinite Potential
Instead of asking how to shift, start asking why not? If there are no rules, then shifting is always available to you. You do not need permission, techniques, or confirmation from others. You only need the awareness that your consciousness is limitless.
Trust yourself. Let go of the idea that shifting must be difficult. Step into the understanding that reality is fluid, and you are free to move through it as you wish. The only real rule is the one you choose to believe in—so why not believe in your own infinite power?

A very mysterious technique
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚
This technique is more often referred to as SSILD which stands for Senses Initiand Lucid Dream. It's a lucid dreaming technique and as most of us know lucid dreaming can be a way to access the void state or shift realties. This technique combines multiple technique's and can be thought of as a hybrid technique. The author of this technique is a Chinese lucid dream blogger called Cosmiclron.
Cycles:
A cycle is the thing that allows this technique to work. It consists of three steps:
Sight: Close your eyes and pay attention to the darkness, just don't strain your eye muscles. Let your eyeballs rest, stay relaxed. You don't need to see anything and don't move your eyes around trying to see something just relax.
Hearing: Move your attention to your ears and tune into the sounds that surround you. You might hear some noise inside your head or your heartbeat, you can even listen to external sounds too.
Touch: Now focus on your body, feel around, try to sense any unusual sensations such as tingling, heaviness, lightness and so on. If nothing can be found you can also pay attention to your clothes on your skin, the weight of your blanket or softness of your mattress.
Repeating stimulations to our senses makes so SSILD is able to condition our mind and body into a subtle state that's best for lucid dreams to occur. Keep this in mind and don't make the common mistake of "trying too hard". Usually you'd want to see, hear or feel something and when nothing unusual happens you lose your motivation and might become desperate. You shouldn't really expect anything strange to happen during cycles it's better to expect that NOTHING will happen at all during the cycles. Not when you go to sleep to dream though you should have faith then.
The Steps:
Go to bed and set an alarm for 4-5 hours.
After you wake up get out of bed and stay awake for 5-10 minutes, go to the bathroom, drink water or walk around but try not to wake yourself up completely.
Return to bed in a comfortable position, preferably one that you don't often use but if you have trouble falling asleep you can use your usual position. This is to make it so that you don't fall asleep too early.
Do the cycle quickly 4-6 times. Do it as a warm up exercise so it should be very quick. A few seconds are enough.
Perform the cycle again slowly this time. Around 3-4 times. At this point you should be relaxed enough and you'll feel that focusing on senses have become much easier. You might notice symptoms such as seeing lights, colors or movement, sounds fading in and out. Remember to stay calm and quietly observe and move on to the other senses. Each step should take around 30 seconds. This typically the most important part in the technique.
Return to the most comfortable position and fall asleep, don't worry on whether it'll work or not. Don't think to much just have faith.
During step 5 you might get random thoughts. Don't try to chase them away since they're good signs that you're close to falling asleep. Let them act as gentle waves or kind breezes carrying you away from reality. Occasionally you'll remember that you've lost track of your exercise but you can just start from the beginning of a cycle and no need to worry.
What can happen?
Hypnagogia: In a dream where one is conscious one might encounter various unusual sensations. Falling, floating, seeing lights and images, hearing noises and many more that are beyond words. Chances are you already are in a dream when these things happen or really close to entering one. SSILD is known for causing hypnagogia. Remember be passive and observe it all as if you were watching a boring movie. Don't analyze to much mentally as it can cause it to fade away. During this state you can perform a quick reality check and successfully enter a lucid dream.
False awakenings: FA's are also common in SSILD. False awakenings are when you wake up and get out of bed just to wake up again and realize that your first awakening was in a dream. Some people who have tried this technique complained that they lost sleep over it just to realize that they've been doing SSILD in their sleep!? One thing to do that can combat false awakenings is to do reality checks whenever you wake up.
DILD: After falling asleep while doing SSILD you'll probably have heightened awareness in your dreams which makes it easier for you to catch all the things that are odd and realize that you're in a lucid dream. You can even become lucid from nowhere!
Real awakening: If this happens do no despair just go back to bed do some medium paced cycles and this time you have higher chances of encountering hypnagogia or having lucid dreams.
Sweet dreams everyone ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖࣪

I had a merthur fic idea that it's keeping me awake at night and I just had to write it down (METHUR PROMPT)
OK, so hear me out. What if merlin after having lived 1500+ years has forgot Camelot?
Like not the idea of Camelot, he knows what happened and knows it's true, but like the specifics are blurry. He suddenly can't remember how did the castle looked, or what was the name of the cook, things that, to him made all of the experience, personal. But it gets worse, he can't remember the face of his mother, or Gaius's voice, he can't remember Arthur, so he panics.
He has had SO MUCH TIME, and so he has studied a lot about his magic, most of it through trial and error and personal experimentation, because most of the magics in the world have already vanished, so he tries to create a new spell, to make himself remember, fearing that he won't recognize Arthur when he came back.
This new spell is meant to help him remember, relive if you will, the memories that he lost. He pours every bit of knowledge into this project, practicing with very advance Alzheimer patients (because of course Merlin is a doctor, and a chemist, and a profesor... he has had time alright) and he makes a lot of progress. He spends years into this, but the progress is too little, he can make an Alzheimer patient remember up to 10 years in the best of the cases, but he has lived thousands, 10 years was virtually nothing.
Frustrated, and honestly more than a little drunk, and sad, he decides to wing it, he shouts the spell sobbing and uses all of the magic that he can, begs the gods to listen and he also threatens them for good mesure and then he passes out.
Basically he time travels, but he DOES NOT KNOW THAT. He thinks the spells work so fantastically he is having a really fucking amazing lucid dream of sorts, he doesn't remember the specifics so he can't know that he is not exactly following his original steps.
So we have a homesick Merlin running around Camelot, way to happy just to be there and maybe a bit high on magic (because of course in the past there's so much more magic than he's grown used to with the years).
Obviously shenanigans ensue, a 21 century mind in a medieval setting, a wizard that is used to using his powers regularly because nobody believed in magic anyways, a doctor with modern techniques, a slightly shortsighted profesor who is use to wearing reading glasses, a lovesick idiot who forgot the face of his first and most true love... He does something (I am yet to figure that part out) and make a big change in the course of the events and finally finds out that he timetraveled and that he is probably fucking up history for good, and tries to fix it maybe.
That's basically the basis of the idea, I think there a lot of possibilities this could go and I really love it. I wanted to write it here so if anybody wanted to write something with this idea or expand on it it could be fun
English is not my first language so im sorry if I made a mistake. Pls let me know what you think about it. I might expand this with more head canons later.

A lot of these new shifters who came from TikTok and Amino are lying. Not because their stories are unrealistic—they are realistic—but it's because Amino was coded the same way. In 2021, everyone got exposed for lying, and now on TikTok, they're admitting they're lying for attention. Now, shifting is real; I have been doing it since 2019, but be careful who you're following and who you're listening to. A lot of these new shifters who ran away from TikTok because it's crumbling are just Wattpad writers or having a false attempt at living "in the end" in hopes that helps them shift. And then, others are just having lucid dreams or false awakenings and calling it a day. Please do your own research; shifting is very real. Stick to the old shifters on here—I can think of 3—not anyone who came during 2024. The quality of shift Tumblr is becoming juvenile, which is sad because it's been one of the best communities thus far. Take from the OG and please dip so you don't slow down your own journey. This has happened on every platform, unfortunately, but the people engrossed in drama are lying and attention-seeking.
The stories that literally sound like they're Wattpad-coded or just make no sense to the foundation of shifting are lying; the questionable memories are lucid dreams or a hypnagogic state. Again, shifting is REAL, the law is REAL, manifesting is real, but a lot of people are uneducated and literally want to spread misinformation and lies for shits and giggles, and it's embarrassing. Keep it on Amino and TikTok—you know who I am talking about. m unfortunately but the people engrossed in drama are lying and attention seeker, the stories that literally sound like they’re wattpadd coded or just make no sense to the foundation of shifting or lying, the questionable memories are lucid dreams or hypnagogic state. Again shift is REAL the law is REAL manifesting is real but a lot of people are uneducated and literally want to spread the misinformation and lies for shits and giggles and it’s embarrassing keep it on amino and tik tok you know who I am talking about
As someone who shifts often and meets with other wise shifters across realities , here are some tips:
1. **Stick to the Law**: The law of assumption will not fail you and is always in operation. Learn about it.
2. **Avoid Useless Debates**: Stop engaging in meaningless debates; this isn't drama club. Those involved in such debates likely aren't shifting—they're like crabs in a bucket.
3. **Embrace Lucid Dreams**: Lucid dreams can be your best friend. You sleep for a third of your life, so use it to your benefit!
4. **Believe It's Possible**: Yes, you can shift without trying, but most won't achieve this because you can't do something you don't believe to be true. Don't lie to yourself; honesty is key to progress. It’s okay to want techniques and use them, it’s okay to be lazy sometimes but some of you guys are being lazy without the assumption that will aid you so it will not work!! Shifting is worth it but some work in it’s okay…
5. **Don't Let Doubts Hold You Back**: Understand that your doubts can't stop you. Don't attach yourself to them.
6.Use Methods That Fulfill You: Stop copying others. There are no rules to shifting, which is why it works differently for everyone. Just because a method worked for someone else doesn't mean it will work for you in the same way.
7. **Feeling Is the Secret**: Your emotions and feelings play a crucial role in shifting.
8. **Have Faith in Yourself**: If you doubt everything else, at least have faith in yourself. Shifting is a part of you and is within you.
Good luck, and research wisely! Shifting is very real it’s so amazing guys. Please don’t scroll too much on this app anymore the quality has gone to shit in the last week or two and it will get worse.. don’t make the same mistakes everyone did in 2020!!!! You all can do it even the people currently lying (and it’s very obvious pls log off lol) they can do it too :)! To infinity and beyond my friends ☯️

I'm still looking for good astral projection techniques and readings. Doing it at night doesn't seem to work because I end up falling asleep and lucid dreaming. I can't even tell if I'm in the astral or in my imagination when I try it because all I see is darkness, yet I can kind of describe certain locations I often frequent in my mind. I've discerned two of them as inner temple spaces but some I'm not even sure if it's astral or just making up scenarios in my head. I think two of them are actual locations where I've met dragons but I'm having trouble with visions since all I see is darkness even though I can give a physical description, if that makes sense?
The rope technique doesn't work and counting backwards doesn't work. Unless I need more practice? Lucid dreaming I have down easy at least. Any recommended techniques or readings?
Howdy;
It's hard to say if you need more practice. Personally, some people pick it up very quickly, and others take a lot longer at it. Generally I find that most people I talk to about it are traveling, they just aren't sure if they are or not because they tend to have unrealistic expectations.
One of those expectations is vividness; obtaining a very high level of vivid immersion is IMO difficult, must more difficult than obtaining valid travel experiences in general.
Obtaining vivid immersion also isn't linear; I used to have very vivid experiences, but now I don't. I also have spent I suppose thousands of hours traveling, but after spiritual growth I lost the ability to travel at all for a while (a few years I think, but I haven't put thought into the timeline). After many years of practice and traveling, I still sometimes have "blackout" sessions where I can recount experiences, but I see nothing.
So although you haven't said as much, it's not something that you just unlock and then you get the skill forever; it's a living skill, like all magic (in my opinion).
Anyway, it's totally possible to need plenty of practice, but also possible to pick it up quickly. The question is how do you know when you've done it correctly, and IMO the best solution is to just try and do whatever it is you want to do in the astral and see if it works.
I mean, astral travel can be purely entertainment, in which case you never need to verify anything because it's like playing a video game; the experience is what matters. But if your goal is to do something, like say meet and commune with dragon spirits, then go ahead doing that and carry on as if you really have met them, and see what happens.
What's the end goal? To learn special names of dragons, and gain one as a familiar or a teacher? To learn how to do new kinds of magic? Set out to do those things and see where it gets you; see if you learn new kinds of magic you can do in dreams, or in the waking world. See if you learn how to call these spirits in and out of trance states.
See if what you do in these practice sessions is making your life better, or bringing you closer to goals - or not.
The benefit to this approach is that it can bring structure to practice; practice is no longer open-ended, but becomes, "how do I find this certain spirit?" and then "...next I'll explore his home" and "now I'm going to learn to make astral offerings to leave at the shrine," and so on. So it's less tedious, in my opinion.
Yes, try more techniques; have fun experimenting with a lot of them. Give them all an honest go. I recommend trying any particular technique a solid twenty times or so, just to gain the experience of it. Even attempts which do not appear to result in travel will bring experience and development.
I favor any technique which involves going downwards, especially through the trunk of a tree, or down through a well. As a relaxing method before sleep, I sometimes like to swim down through an endless ocean and look for a trap door, or a glowing crevice or something; then I go down through that. Or sometimes I don't.
If we can say that there's a pre-astral state, like existing in the space with the rope before you climb the rope, then that space in and of itself can be lovely and fun to play with, and you don't have to try to 'astral' at all.
Maybe you want to climb down through the trunk of a tree via a hollow; you can practice immersion skills by wandering around an imaginary forest, without actually trying to bridge the gap into the astral. And it's alright if it's just your imagination, because of course it is.
Another technique you may find to be very effective is to begin in a memory, especially a memory that positions you near to a convenient loci of travel (such as a favored childhood tree), and at first recall the memory with clarity, but then begin moving differently in it and seek out the astral doorway.
Also in general practicing trance is helpful.
Also, practicing calming and relaxation techniques before trying to travel.
Alright, I think that's enough novel. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by astral readings, but I hope the above is helpful.

AMA: My Experience as an Experienced “Shifter” and Where I am Today with it
So, I don’t ever talk about sifting anymore really, even to the friends I made through the sifting community, but I’ve weirdly been seeing a lot of sifting posts on my main and thought that it couldn’t be a coincidence- especially since I hadn’t been looking for the content. Tumblr is very specific about their algorithm I’ve found. That was weeks ago though, but for the first time today, I actually thought about shifting.
For a bit of context- I used to be a very popular shifttoker on TikTok years ago. Obviously im not anymore. I did it for about a year- met some great people, and some others not so much. It was exciting while it lasted, but i moved on after i started to notice all the drama, and genuinely got so annoyed so i left. Before shiftok, I was already very spiritual and using my time to consistently look into techniques especially regarding meditation, lucid dreaming, and astral projection. I never did figure out astral projection, but became what you could call a “master” of lucid dreaming. I was doing it every night, several times a night without waking up or causing problems! Then deeper into my research i found out about shifting.
It was much like lucid dreaming, or at least it followed my theories about dreams- that when we dream, we’re technically in another “state of existence” much like astral projection, where our consciousness is leaving the body. I couldn’t find much info on it honestly, and what info i did find either led back to TikTok, or to ancient spiritualities and religions, and I genuinely couldn’t decipher half the stuff i was reading from them. My mistake, was i went to TikTok instead of trying to understand anything else. TikTok, I genuinely believe, has done irreversible damage to what actual shifting is, and if you were anywhere near shiftok in 2019-2022ish, you know exactly what im talking about.
BUT that’s not what this post is about, I wanted to talk more about my experiences (just wanted to add my history :))
My first shift was actually not too long after i found out what shifting was, I can’t entirely recall the method i used- no its not one of the fancyshmancy ones we see all over YouTube. It was something more simple, like a genuinely simple meditation, and at this point i had gotten very good at meditating- shutting my mind off and feeling everything but nothing (if that makess sense). It was unlike anything i had experienced, ESPECIALLY lucid dreaming. It was really just a mirror image of this world, with some differences, so nothing crazy. It was after i had found shiftok that i decided to join in as a creator and share my experiences, as I was actively shifting.
This was another mistake, as i found it more difficult to shift after this, but again- this post isn’t about that.
I was actively shifting for about 2-3 years before I eventually stopped. Why did I stop? I started to see really negative results in my real life (cr as some call it). I had some real elaborate realities I would go to, some were planned to the most minuscule detail, others not as much. But i had a blast regardless, and genuinely learned so many new things. I stopped when I started to really look at my life here, which when i was a creator, i always would tell my followers to ground yourself here, to never look past what’s happening here. It’s easy to get lost in your many lives, but it’s not worth losing this one. I really should’ve followed my own advice though. In my life here, I was still in college, had just broken up with my boyfriend of a year, had some shit friends, and a job at a library (which was honestly the only good thing). My life was boring, and I was living out what i wanted, through shifting. Which isn’t entirely a bad thing, just not the best thing.
Once shiftok when to shit and i had left, I had kind of “healed” myself in a way and created a new relationship with shifting, i was shifting regularly again. It was also at this point that I started to come up with more theories about shifting other then the whole, “we’re tuning in to another consciousness”. I’m by all means not saying that isn’t what it is, but we don’t know for sure if it is, so i was just having fun, as a regular shifter and lucid dreamer, trying to figure out other explanations.
I havn’t shfited in god knows how long. I haven’t meditated either. And I sure as hell haven’t lucid dreamed. It sucks to kind of lose something that was such a huge part of your life, but for reasons that has made my life better. I now have a partner of 2 years, im back in school for my masters, and im generally happy with my life :). The first time i have thought about shifting, was this morning when i woke up. Something happened earlier this week that has caused me great stress (family related) and one of my thoughts were “man shifting somewhere else would be lovely” just this idea of not having to deal with anything really. This thought process isn’t healthy, and by no means should you shift to escape anything. If you choose to do this (let’s face it, lots of us have or will), just understand the consequences.
If anyone would like to hear any shifting stories, methods, or theories or just any questions, please ask! I may not shift anymore but i love talking about it :)
Thank you for reading :)

hii, i kinda need some help. so i listened to kira's domains' "land of the dreams" sub yesterday, it was intense like it gave me headpain (slade subliminals dont even do that). anyway i went to sleep listening to it, but for some reason, i cant sleep with it in the background? like in general? so any tips for lucid dreaming in general??
hii!
I wouldn't know why you can't go to sleep to it :( maybe lower the volume until you can barely hear it incase it's distracting you from falling asleep. or, listen to it until you're drowsy enough and then just turn it off and go to sleep. that could work too.
for lucid dreaming, for me, reality checks work best. 8/10 times that I do become lucid is by doing a reality check.
you can also use the several techniques for lucid dreaming. I heard WBTB works well. I actually once, without any knowledge of this technique, used it, and had my first lucid dream in a long while!
oh, and I just read a post that said to imagine what you're gonna do once you lucid dream as you go to sleep, so do try that too! (I can't find the post, or else I would've linked it 😔)
there's this tiktok page (@/inducedlucidity), you can also check that out. he gives good advice, and I liked his videos before, well ... I deleted tiktok.

Ok so you do think that loa is real? Then you tell us how to ACTUALLY manifest then
For me, the best method has been meditating into the void and using lucid dreaming techniques, but honestly, you can use any method that works for you. I would recommend exploring non-dualism and focusing heavily on meditation, as it can help with everythingshifting, accessing the void, lucid dreaming, and more. Take time to study brain waves and understand how your brain works. This not only enhances your practices but also benefits your real life in countless ways.
I’m not here for clout or attention. My only goal is to bring awareness to the toxic behavior of these people, most of whom have been exposed within just a month—and rightfully so, LOL. I have no intention of staying here to entertain attention-seekers, and neither should you. Focus on the basics, prioritize your mental health, and stay grounded. Manifestation is entirely possible, but it’s a personal journey, not a performance for others.

hiii! i saw that you shifted using the alterium method but i couldn't find anything about it anywhere lol? what's the method like? you got me curious haha :)
np (im 70% sure thats bc i spelled it wrong lemme fix that)
so the alterum method is a sleep method and its kind of a hybrid lucid dream and julia method. me personally i prepare by scripting, listening to subliminals, affirming, etc.
the (very loose) instructions/steps are:
Make your room comfortable/ best for sleeping in (temperature, darkness, cleanliness etc.)
set an alarm for 4-5 hours from when you plan on falling asleep
AFFIRM AFFIRM AFFIRMMM (etc.)
wake up w/ your alarm, stay awake for anywhere in between 1-120 min and affirm etc.
fall asleep using the julia method
this is where the path splits (hence the name), you either shifted using the julia method (congrats) or you fell into a dream/lucid dream
if you fell into the dream/lucid dream, either become lucid using reality checks or other techniques (remember: if you're in a lucid dream, reality checks will still change! i.e. the time will rapidly change on a clock, your book pages will look different, etc)
once you become lucid, start to visualize where you want to go (dr or wr). imagine a doorway that leads to that place as a direct portal.
walk into your dr/wr and do some reality checks again (nothing should change after looking away)

Dream life before the EOTS challenge
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
——————————————————————————
Hello beautiful people! I totally get it- as the end of the school year approaches, I understand there's this huge push to finally tap into our dream lives before the beginning of the next school year. But here’s the thing, I don’t want you all to get too caught up in the timing. Instead, I’m excited to share with you a mix of my favorite techniques that can truly help you tap into your dream life, as we should!
Consistency is going to be your best friend here, and naturally, feel free to adjust these to better suit your preferences. I’ve got this strong feeling that this challenge is going to be particularly impactful for those who thrive on methodical approaches and have been searching for their calling for some time now. the journey to your dream life isn’t about rushing or meeting arbitrary deadlines. It’s about finding what resonates with you, applying it with dedication, and allowing your things to unfold in its own way. Use this for anything… your dream life, shifting, the void state, it does not matter ! Just Remember, the journey to your dream life isn’t about rushing or meeting arbitrary deadlines, please be kind and patient with yourself !
——————————————————————————
What we will be using this challenge
1.I am 100% sure technique
2.living in the end
3.reverse psychology techniques
4.Questions technique x SATs
5.optional* lucid dreaming
——————————————————————————
1.This is inspired by @gorgeouslypink ‘s challenge but…
Every morning, as soon as you wake up, either say or write or think "I am sure that I will [insert desire]. Anytime you think of your desire, think or repeat that affirmation to yourself as a reminder. You don’t have to do it a billion times. Once is enough and move on with your life. Another tip is, one of my first shifts was by using the 5 sense method while listening to music. Affirming while listening to your favorite song or sound is basically a hack to get you into your desired state. The key is to do it while listening to a song that makes you feel euphoric and in the morning to revise your mind while it’s in theta state ! Just during those times !!! don’t parrot affirmations if it stresses you out
2. You should be "living in the end" in whatever way inspires you. I encourage you all to create your vision boards on Pinterest if you're a visual person, and really immerse yourself in the joy of knowing this is your life. Those are your pictures.
If you're more of a writer, script your success story that you'll send to me, or write a thank you note to your favorite blogger. In the draft, mention how you used this technique along with whatever else you're doing. Write with the conviction that it's real.
For those aspiring to be YouTubers, film a mock video. If you envision yourself becoming a TikToker, start drafting video ideas. And if your dream is to be an actor, do practice runs of your favorite script, if you’re going to be an entrepreneur, draft your business ideas and proposals and draw inspo from your favorite successful entrepreneurs!
Guys, fulfilling yourself and living in the end should be fun! Embrace your inner child, remember how easy it was to believe in Santa Claus even when you were with your mom buying gifts. To become famous like the kids on Disney, all you had to do was desire it and practice making the Disney sign with a wand. Let's bring that love back to manifesting.
3.If you're someone who likes vaunting or affirmations, instead of just parroting affirmations, use the reverse psychology method! Talk about how tired you are of succeeding, how you want to wake up in your CR not your DR, how you're tired of waking up in the void, how lucid dreaming every night by accident ruins your sleep schedule, etc. Do some of the vaunting in front of a mirror, I don’t know theosucholgy about it but vaunting with convections in front of mirror looking straight into my own eyes always brought me results in days.
4. Before bed, think about what you want, imagine being there, and start asking yourself creative questions. Really picture yourself in that situation and take part in it as you answer. One at a time, slowly, we'll get into each question by thinking up answers and feeling like we're really there.
The whole point is to immerse ourselves in the reality of this state as we paint the portrait. Ask yourself whatever questions, then imagine that scene. It doesn’t matter if you do 40 or just 1. Ask yourself what it’s like to enter the void state every night and have a scene of you living your dream life doing whatever you want. Ask yourself what it’s like to be a girl who shifts reality while people fight over resources in the 3D, and imagine yourself in your WR (Waiting ROOM) or DR (Desired Reality) living your dream life. Ask yourself what it’s like being someone who is wealthy in the top 0.001% and imagine a scene of buying expensive things, checking your bank account, and making lunch with finer ingredients. Again, it should be fun; it doesn’t matter how specific or vague the questions are, how long or short the scene is, whether it’s one scene or 100 scenes. Fulfill yourself in SATS (State Akin to Sleep). Whether we do this before a nap, after you wake up, or before you go to bed, it does not matter. Pair this with a nice Subliminal with good music if you desire
5.Combine this with anything from my lucid dreaming guide that resonates with you, or just assume you’ll have a lucid dream and read all the ways you can shift/manifest/or enter the void through in my LD guide!
I know how busy everyone is; this shouldn't take a lot of time, nor should it feel pressuring or like a task. We all deserve our dream life and, most importantly, we all deserve to feel fulfilled as we embody the people we truly are. During this challenge, be kind to yourself, remember why you’re doing this and who it’s for—it's for you. Be persistent and have patience, not just to be a good follower of the law but to be good to yourself! We all can do it; I know it.

okay so I've tried out a bunch of different methods over past few years and I think I've figured out what works best for me.
It boils down to the simpler, the better.
I've tried lucid dreaming methods in the past, but instead of shifting with it I either end up waking up, teleporting to a new dream or have a horrifying encounter with a personification of my subconscious (and still don't manifest anything). Plus there's the effort and element of luck involved in trying to make yourself lucid dream, even for someone like me who naturally lucid dreams semi often.
Entering the void sounds great in theory, but only if my goal is to experience the void itself and not try to shift with it. I get bored and burnt out trying to get in, and it ends up feeling like a pointless side quest on the way to my true goals. Why would I try so hard to get in the void when I could cut out the middle man and try to shift or manifest directly instead?
Subliminals are great pregame for getting in the right mood and relaxing myself, but for actual attempts they're a bit of a nuisance. Earphones hurt after a while and limit how you can lie down, and if you use youtube subs there's always the danger of an ad interrupting and breaking your focus.
Meditations and breathwork are a hard pass for me, I get so stressed out trying to match the breathing patterns and follow any other instructions that I can't relax.
Robotic affirming does work somewhat for manifesting, but it tends to give me a brutal headache after a while. I've had some luck manifesting small things with states too, but only the times I've forgotten I was trying to manifest something. The more I want it, the harder it is to let go and get into that headspace of already having my desires.
Scripting is fun and relaxing and solves the headache issue of robotic affirming, but for some reason doesn't work as well as it did when I was a kid? I might do more tests with this one.
WHAT DOES WORK:
Lying on my back. I'm naturally a side sleeper so that's the more comfortable position for me, but I can't get my body numb enough that way. Sitting up doesn't work either. It has to be on my back, fully supported with pillows to make it not awful. I carry a huge amount of tension in my body and have poor posture, so it takes time to relax.
Being in a dark, silent room. The less stimulation the better, I don't do well with distractions.
Staying completely still. If I move, the spell is broken and I lose all my relaxation progress. Even if it's just to scratch an itch.
Breathing normally!! Deep breathing dries out my throat and makes me feel lightheaded in a bad way.
Counting down from 100. God tier distraction technique. Way easier than visualising. I try to make myself sink down into the mattress and release a bit of tension with each number. If I lose track, I start again. Affirming every 5-10 numbers works well too and is infrequent enough to not give me a headache.
Staring off into the blackness behind my eyelids and just letting whatever imagery forms, form without thinking too hard about it.
MY CURRENT METHOD:
Lay down in bed tired but awake. Stretch out my muscles, set up pillows supporting my neck and knees. Remove any articles of clothing that feel uncomfortable or constricting. The goal is to feel weightless. Set my intention clearly and decisively. "I am going to shift to X."/"I am going to enter the void." Imagine myself achieving that goal, and how I think it'd make me feel. Once I'm feeling happy and motivated, I quiet my mind and begin relaxing my body as if I'm trying to fall asleep. 1-3 deep breaths if I really feel like it, but not too many. Then I start counting down from 100, with the intention that when I reach 0 I'll have shifted/entered the void. With every 5-10 I'll say a simple affirmation. "I'm shifting"/"I'm entering the void". The more natural it sounds to my thoughts, the better.
Present tense affirmations don't work as well for me (ex. "I'm in my desired reality/I'm in the void right now) because I get too hung up on the fact that I'm not. It's much easier on me to affirm that I'll be somewhere soon.
If I don't reach my goal by zero, the next move is to roll over and fall asleep.

Hi so basically I've been trying to be lucid since this month.. Do u have any begginner tips for this? And Like any tips to be able to do it before like a week
hi anon !!
So firstly, i do wanna preface by saying it does take some patience and practice, but it’s really easy to do it once you get into it.
I answered a similar question yesterday and talked about the Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) Technique, reality checks, and affirmations.
So I’d like to introduce you to the Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD) which was invented by Dr Stephen LaBerge while studying at university to have lucid dreams on demand, and it is said to be effective and ideal for beginners!
Basically, if you don’t already know, a mnemonic is a learning technique that’s supposed to aid memory, which in this case will help you remember your intention to LD and recognize when you’re dreaming.
It’s broken down into four sections:
Dream Recall
Reality Checks
Affirmations
Visualizing Your Dream
You can already do the first two steps any time today. For dream recall I find it best to write down my dreams in a journal as soon as I wake up, and even throughout the day you can think about the dream you had, or even tell someone about it!
Reality checks are simple, it’s just a little trick you do to see if you’re dreaming or not (i.e. trying to shove your fingers through your palm) Pick one or two you like the best and go nuts!!
Affirmations are probably one of your best friends I am not kidding. You’d be surprised at how well it can rewire your brain. I find it best to do my affirmations right before I fall asleep, just repeating things like “I will be aware I am dreaming,” “I am going to lucid dream tonight” stuff like that because you’re putting it fresh in your mind, and make sure you really put some feeling into it- believe you will LD, because you can !! It’s so easy I promise.
And onto visualizing your dream: This is the fun part. As you’re falling asleep you just relax and imagine all those scenarios or previous dreams you’ve had, imagine if you were already lucid and what you’d be doing on your little adventure. I’ve read where people would insert “dream signs”- something that tells them they’re dreaming. Like anything out of the ordinary that wouldn’t make sense in your awake world. (For example, I became lucid one night because in my dream one of my pets was injured and acting really strange- I cried for a moment until I looked at her and was like ‘wait a minute.. my pet doesn’t ever look/act like that. I’m dreaming!’)
And take time to practice anytime you’re feeling sleepy! You wanna take a nap? That’s the perfect opportunity to start training your mind for it !!
Okie i think that’s all for now, if you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to ask and remember :
YOU ARE 100% SAFE IN YOUR DREAMS, YOU ARE IN CONTROL AND CAN DO WHATEVER YOUR MIND WANTS TO !!!!
Happy dreaming !! 🫶🏻✨
