A very mysterious technique
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻ੈ✩‧₊˚
This technique is more often referred to as SSILD which stands for Senses Initiand Lucid Dream. It's a lucid dreaming technique and as most of us know lucid dreaming can be a way to access the void state or shift realties. This technique combines multiple technique's and can be thought of as a hybrid technique. The author of this technique is a Chinese lucid dream blogger called Cosmiclron.
Cycles:
A cycle is the thing that allows this technique to work. It consists of three steps:
Sight: Close your eyes and pay attention to the darkness, just don't strain your eye muscles. Let your eyeballs rest, stay relaxed. You don't need to see anything and don't move your eyes around trying to see something just relax.
Hearing: Move your attention to your ears and tune into the sounds that surround you. You might hear some noise inside your head or your heartbeat, you can even listen to external sounds too.
Touch: Now focus on your body, feel around, try to sense any unusual sensations such as tingling, heaviness, lightness and so on. If nothing can be found you can also pay attention to your clothes on your skin, the weight of your blanket or softness of your mattress.
Repeating stimulations to our senses makes so SSILD is able to condition our mind and body into a subtle state that's best for lucid dreams to occur. Keep this in mind and don't make the common mistake of "trying too hard". Usually you'd want to see, hear or feel something and when nothing unusual happens you lose your motivation and might become desperate. You shouldn't really expect anything strange to happen during cycles it's better to expect that NOTHING will happen at all during the cycles. Not when you go to sleep to dream though you should have faith then.
The Steps:
Go to bed and set an alarm for 4-5 hours.
After you wake up get out of bed and stay awake for 5-10 minutes, go to the bathroom, drink water or walk around but try not to wake yourself up completely.
Return to bed in a comfortable position, preferably one that you don't often use but if you have trouble falling asleep you can use your usual position. This is to make it so that you don't fall asleep too early.
Do the cycle quickly 4-6 times. Do it as a warm up exercise so it should be very quick. A few seconds are enough.
Perform the cycle again slowly this time. Around 3-4 times. At this point you should be relaxed enough and you'll feel that focusing on senses have become much easier. You might notice symptoms such as seeing lights, colors or movement, sounds fading in and out. Remember to stay calm and quietly observe and move on to the other senses. Each step should take around 30 seconds. This typically the most important part in the technique.
Return to the most comfortable position and fall asleep, don't worry on whether it'll work or not. Don't think to much just have faith.
During step 5 you might get random thoughts. Don't try to chase them away since they're good signs that you're close to falling asleep. Let them act as gentle waves or kind breezes carrying you away from reality. Occasionally you'll remember that you've lost track of your exercise but you can just start from the beginning of a cycle and no need to worry.
What can happen?
Hypnagogia: In a dream where one is conscious one might encounter various unusual sensations. Falling, floating, seeing lights and images, hearing noises and many more that are beyond words. Chances are you already are in a dream when these things happen or really close to entering one. SSILD is known for causing hypnagogia. Remember be passive and observe it all as if you were watching a boring movie. Don't analyze to much mentally as it can cause it to fade away. During this state you can perform a quick reality check and successfully enter a lucid dream.
False awakenings: FA's are also common in SSILD. False awakenings are when you wake up and get out of bed just to wake up again and realize that your first awakening was in a dream. Some people who have tried this technique complained that they lost sleep over it just to realize that they've been doing SSILD in their sleep!? One thing to do that can combat false awakenings is to do reality checks whenever you wake up.
DILD: After falling asleep while doing SSILD you'll probably have heightened awareness in your dreams which makes it easier for you to catch all the things that are odd and realize that you're in a lucid dream. You can even become lucid from nowhere!
Real awakening: If this happens do no despair just go back to bed do some medium paced cycles and this time you have higher chances of encountering hypnagogia or having lucid dreams.
Sweet dreams everyone ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖࣪

This morning I realised I was still tired and could go back to sleep and try something. I'm not sure why, but for some reason I picked doing SSILD cycles. Well they sure worked. I had so many lucid dreams in a row, as well as another false awakening. If I could just get better at stabilising the dream I could be walking through portals every night.

Note
I looked up and read SSILD lucid method but I still don't understand it properly 😭
No worries! It is a really simple technique but I think the explanations are overcomplicated.
Like many lucid dream techniques, this is a WBTB method (wake back to bed - done after you’ve had 4-6 hrs of sleep). After you wake up, use the bathroom or whatever, go back to bed, get comfortable. There are no restrictions about position, not moving, or anything like that.
You will be focusing on 3 of your senses in a cycle. Just put your attention on that one sense before moving on to the next, don’t try to force anything, just observe.
Eyes: look at the darkness behind your eyes. You might start to see patterns, colors, fractals. They’re called hypnogogic imagery. Don’t try to follow the patterns, just relax your eyes and notice them.
Ears: tune in to your sense of hearing. Listen for any internal sounds like ringing in your ears or your heartbeat.
Body: feel your body as a whole, notice any sensations of lightness, tingling or other subtle energetic sensations.
They suggest 4-6 fast cycles followed by 3-4 slower cycles. Based on a suggestion from a Redditor, I like to count up while doing it, in increasing amounts. So for example, the first set count to 5 for each sense: 5 seconds for eyes, 5 seconds for ears, 5 seconds for body. Then increase the time for each, so it’s like 10-10-10, 15-15-15, 20-20-20 and so on.
You can do it until you fall asleep, or once you hit a few longer cycles (30+ seconds) you can stop and go right to sleep.
That’s all there is to it!

I used the SSILD Technique last night and this is how it went...
I was using the SSILD technique to make sure if it's really that good of an technique of if it's one of those methods everyone seems to hype up. I had no concrete assumptions for the method and just did as I was told in an informative post I've reblogged yesterday.
HOW IT WENT
After waking up 2-3 hours from my alarm I almost forgot to do the circles but luckily I wrote myself a reminder right next to the alarm clock I had. Tired as I was I performed it 2-3 times only - therefore less than it was intended - but for 15-30 minutes for each step in total. Then I immediately went back to sleep, affirming that I'm going to lucid dream.
And it pretty much worked?? I had a VERY vivid dream about me beefing around with the Winx Club Members and somehow Roxy turning into somone evil?😭 (I was on a small season 4 rewatch) - I can still remember like 90% of the dream and even some exact dialog she or other characters said. Sadly I was so focused on the dream itself it didn't even came to my mind to just -well tap into the void.
Tonight, I'm going to do the same with some modifications (more + shorter circles, listening to my affirmation tape, etc.) and see what happens!

*.˗ˏˋ DEILD- The Quickest And Easiest Method To Lucid Dream That I know ´ˎ˗.*
Listennnn, I love the lucid dream method down. It is AND ALWAYS WILL BE my favorite way to shift, apart from the void state.
BUT I know I cannot be the only one struggling to get lucid😩😭 At least I used to struggle before I found DEILD. I found other techniques tedious, having to do constant reality checks during the day felt like a chore and lying completely still in bed for 30+ minutes waiting for my body to fall asleep was quite literally torture to me. IF I could stay awake through it because most times I couldn’t or just rolled over and gave up because nothing was happening and I was très uncomfortable.
I’ve tried mild, SSILD, fild, ALL THE “ILDS” every single one and while they are effective, I’ve finally found the technique that works best for me and takes the least amount of time so I thought I would share, just in case it may help someone else!
With this technique you…..
Go from being awake directly into a lucid dream without falling asleep (this is called a wake initiated lucid dream and in my experience I feel more aware and in control with these vs when I randomly become aware in the middle of my dream. They are also easier to remember if you have poor dream recall. )
Are able to start the lucid dream scene in the privacy of your own room so you don’t have to worry about trying to shift in the middle of distracting dream scenes or dealing with distracting dream characters
You can save a Lucid dream that’s been cut short or even have several lucid dreams in one night using this method
Don’t need to do reality checks during the day if you don’t want to or do any other daytime prep
The whole thing takes 10-30 seconds START TO FINISH!
The technique
*.˗ˏˋ DEILD ´ˎ˗.*
Dream Exit Initiated Lucid dream
Steps…
Before bed set the intention that when you wake up you will immediately remember to perform DEILD
Set a touchless alarm to wake you up anywhere from 3-6 hours after falling asleep. I like this one! Maybe put it in a playlist with a lucid dreaming subliminal or theta waves set to play after the alarm goes off to boost your chances of becoming Lucid🌙
Go to bed as normal. As I fall asleep I like to imagine myself waking up to the alarm and successfully performing DEILD. Then I imagine myself successfully entering the void from the LD and then successfully waking up in my wr. I loop this sequence until I fall asleep. I do this to help me remember to do the technique the second I wake up, but it is not at all necessary.
Immediately upon waking and hearing the alarm, I try to remember to stay still and not open my eyes. Minimal movement is fine, but we’re trying to convince our body that we’re still asleep! The alarm will shut off on its own.
Wait for what feels like 10 seconds without actually counting (Again, you don’t want to activate your Brain and wake yourself up too much )
After it feels like 10 seconds have gone by, do a reality check like the nose pinch test EVEN IF YOU FEEL WIDE AWAKE and don’t think you could possibly already be back asleep in only 10 seconds. Most of the time you’ll already be in what is called a false awakening-when you think you’re awake in bed but you’re actually dreaming
If you were able to breathe through your closed nose you are now in a lucid dream starting out in your room. You can proceed to shift to your dr in any way you like-some of my go to’s are:
-creating a portal
-entering the void and shifting from there
-entering the astral realm and shifting from there
-waking myself up from the dream but intending to wake up in my dr not my cr
Editors note:
If when you do the nose pinch test, you are still awake, repeat step 6 up to 2 more times. If by this point, you still have not entered a lucid dream, it is best to go back to bed and try again the next time you wake up. This method is very effective but fragile, as it is best performed in that very small hypnopompic window right when you are teetering on the edge of awake and asleep.
Why this method works…
When you wake up from sleep and don’t move or open your eyes, it tricks your body into thinking that you’re still asleep and it puts you back in a dream, even though your mind is actually awake! This is why a touchless alarm is helpful, or you can use natural awakenings.
Troubleshooting the method…
The hardest part about this method is remembering to stay still as soon as you wake up.
You can set the intention to remember to do so before bed
You can also use prospective memory training during the day (every time you look in a mirror/ drink something/ plug in your phone/ enter a different room etc you can affirm “the next time I wake up I will immediately remember to perform DEILD” )
And if you move by mistake or have to use an alarm that needs manually turned off, all is not necessarily lost. it’s still worth trying anyway as long as you think you’ll be able to fall back asleep! Just wait 30 seconds instead of 10 before doing a reality check and consider using an anchor to help keep you focused and awake (could be focusing on the sound of the subliminal if you made a playlist, or the sound of a fan etc)
TLDR OF THE TECHNIQUE:
Wake up either naturally or to a touch-less alarm. If you must use a manual alarm, keep movement minimal as to not activate your brain too much.
Lie still with your eyes closed and keep a blank mind for 10-30 seconds
Do a reality check to see if you are lucid dreaming
Shift from the lucid dream

hey pink! I'm so happy, I've finally reached the void state and manifested and it's all thanks to you and @thedoona.
before I get into it, I was able to get into the void state for a few seconds prior to my success so that really boosted my confidence and faith.
my method:
i decided upon the lucid dreaming method. it just seemed the best way. but first i needed to learn to lucid dream. the void community loves fild and ssild but if i tried to do fild or something it would never work so i had to do other things.
#1: reality checks every hour
#2: go to sleep affirming i will get a lucid dream and enter the void
#3: wake up in the 4.5 hours afterwards, rmbr my dream and type it out on my phone notes, then stay up for a bit and then go back to sleep repeating the same affirmation
during the day, I did a meditation a day. I read that maintaining awareness in meditation helps you become aware in your dream and tbh I'm not the best meditator but I put it on my to do list everyday to meditate and I chose a video and would try it.
also I listened to subliminals, I used that apold subconcious file from your challenge and listened to these 3 subs for 30 minutes:
https://youtu.be/HMmycC8BRfk?si=AC29Y8uKna0qkaO4
https://youtu.be/uGLHAp1dDx4?si=K_2gcln0vZ4cSA1X
https://youtu.be/O7rhQq3YGME?si=b-yjxX8sm7FDbWVH
And this sub for 1-2 hour:
https://youtu.be/OlHUujYD9wI?si=6KK8jsyeQ_0H9_t6
i did this since Jan 27th and last night, not only did I get lucid dream but also I first just affirmed a bunch of stuff like I am going to enter the void, the void is easy, I am guaranteed to enter the void because I heard sometimes when people close their eyes during lucid dream they end up waking up so I was scared that happen to me so I affirmed for a bit and then I closed.my eyes and began meditating and almost instantly like in maybe 10 to 20 seconds I was in the void. I knew it because it was expansive and still and then I just affirmed for my void list to.come true and when I awoke this morning, I had everything.
I knew from the second I woke up because I have pretty bad body acne and I manifested all of that away. I manifested df and db and it feels so weird rn but ik I'll get used to it. I also manifested good grades, good friends, etc
I really wanted to thank you and thedoona and I'm so excited to go be living my dream life now!! Bye bye pink I will always remember and treasure you ❤️
Sorry for late response and congratulations love!! Have fun living your dream life, you deserve it! 💖

Dark NightShade’s Guide to Hypnagogia
Introduction: hello ^^. I’ve decided to make this guide on the hypnagogic state. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions as to what topics I should cover next ^^.
What is hypnagogia?: It is the transitional state between being awake, and falling asleep. The opposite of the hypnagogic state is hynopompia, which is the stage that happens when you are waking up from sleep. In both states you are able to take advantage of to manifest easier, shift or respawn in as well. You can induce the hypnagogic state at anytime. You may use this state to also enter other states, such as lucid dreaming, void state, god state, etc.
What would one experience during the hypnagogic/hypnopomic state?
During both states, you can experience strong visual and auditory hallucinations (along with other types of hallucinations). You may hallucinate someone calling your name, music, voices, people, etc. You may feel lightness, your body jerking, and sometimes sleep paralysis.
Methods to induce the hypnagogic state:
Meditation
-Meditate and relax deeply while you watch colors slowly forming behind your eyelids. Don’t force or manipulate anything. Don’t force any thoughts or hallucinations-just let everything flow.
Inducing images method
1. Lay in a position you are not comfortable in. This is so that your body “asks” you for the usual sleep position. Therefore you will feel discomfort and impulses to change positions, making you stay in the hypnagogic state for longer time.
2. Use any deep relaxation techniques to relax, deepen your breath, and letting go of all physical tensions.
3. Create random imagery. The more random it is, the better. Make them appear slowly, with ease. Make intrusive thoughts (if any) part of the process.
4. Return to step threw if the intrusive thoughts appear. Be gentle with yourself.
5. Follow whatever images come up next, generate a new one, and go with the flow.
Hyper-tiredness
With this method, you basically ro strenuous exercise or tire your body before going to bed, to induce the state easier. You can also combine this with the “forearm up” method, which you lay on your back and place your arm 90 degrees up. As you faol asleep, your arm will drop down and awaken you. As something extra, you can also hold something not too heavy nor light in your hand. Like a small ball, for example.
Imagining objects or animals
Ones that can be easily visualized, doing a constant motion. Like a horse galloping, or a puppy wagging its tail.
Phosphene
Softly observe the phosphene that floats around your eyelids when theyre closed. It can slowly turn into images.
Song method
You play a song in your head until the hypnagogic state takes over and the auditory hallucinations occur. You will realize that you are in the state when the song naturally plays in your mind, and/or your mind distorts the song, or makes up a random song that is completely different from the original one.
REM eye movement imitation
Note: this is recommend it to do it as you are going to bed, and not in th4 REM cycle itself.
You basically imitate the REM-like state by slowly moving your eyes left and right while observing your field vision.
SSILD method
-you can use the SSILD technique by focusing softly on what you see, hear and feel a few times. This will induce strong hypnagogic hallucinations, especially if done during the REM cycle.
Sigil for the hypnagogic state:
It is already energy charged. You can simply stare at it for as long as you want.

🅴🅰🆂🅸🅴🆁 🆆🅰🆈 🆃🅾 🆃🅰🅿 🅸🅽 🆃🅷🅴 🆅🅾🅸🅳 🆂🆃🅰🆃🅴?
Tumblr media
Hey y'all !!💗
Soo i wanted to talk about a method... originally a lucid dreaming technique that i tried few weeks ago and it includes disturbing your sleep cycle soo do it when you don't have to work the next day! This method is called SSILD Technique...I am not the creator of this method and idk if anyone have talked about it earlier here if yes then please let me know I'll love to give credit to them. I can't do this method cause once i wake up it takes me about an hour to fall back asleep 😭 and in this method we have to fall asleep as soon as we can...soo let's dive into the method!♡´・ᴗ・`♡
THE SSILD TECHNIQUE
This method includes 3 cycles that we have to perform-
First cycle:- focus upon the darkness behind your closed eyelids, don't strain your eyes and don't try to see something even if it's just dark.. focus on it.
Second cycle:- focus on what you hear...it can be the sound you hear within your body or the outside noise like the fan.
Third cycle:- focus on what you feel ...it can be tingling sensation that you feel within your body or the weight of your blanket, your clothes
Soo now you know the cycles let's dive into how to use them! Combine this method with wbtb(waking up in the middle of the night preferably 2 hrs before you actually wake up ...or after 4 hrs of sleep. Do not do this method before sleeping as this includes rem sleep soo it won't work before going to bed).
Wake up in your rem sleep do something for 5 to 10 mins just don't wake yourself up be in that sleepy state
Once you ready lay down in a position in which you usually don't fall asleep and set the intention to enter the void or to lucid dream.
Time to perform the cycles!
First you'll perform the cycles fast (4-5 seconds) ....4-5 times.
Then take time and perform the cycles slowly (shouldn't take less then 30 seconds) ....3-4 times.
Then lay in your comfortable position and fall asleep as soon as you can don't think about void or anything coz that's gonna wake you up!...the earlier you sleep the more are the chances of this technique to work!
Now that you've done your part there are chances three things can happen
You can end up in a lucid dream....you can enter void through that easily
You can have a false awakening. It means you'll wake up do your stuff only to realise that it was actually a dream...soo don't forget to do a Reality check as soon as you wake up. It may all be a dream that feels so real😉
You just wake up... don't get discouraged this time just perform the slow cycles again and fall asleep quickly.
Now to enter the void setting intention before performing the cycles is enough if not then you'll end up in a lucid dream and from there void is so easy peezyy🥱
I am providing the actual link of this method if anyone's curious to read about it and you don't have to read other posts about it.
My experience with this method!?
I swear by this method...i tried it just once few weeks ago and had a false awakening i did this method with zero expectations. And few nights ago i suddenly remembered this method and i was like tf it's soo easy and so effective why not use this but unfortunately as i told above I can't sleep easily soo i thought of sharing this method with you guyss! I promise if you are gonna do this for a week infact week is more than enough... you'll gonna tap into void soon.
Hope y'all like this method and i urge you to try this once!💗
-love, bee💗

𝐕𝐈𝐗𝐄𝐍’𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃 ★
Hello fellow mortals. You can call me Vixen. I have been lurking around Tumblr for quite some time now and I have decided to finally share with all of you my method for shifting. Just a little backstory of me, I have been shifting for quite awhile now and after trying out countless of methods, I have finally made something that works for me constantly. Keep in mind that this might not work on the first try for some but with enough practice, one could successfully shift in about a week or so.
This method could be used for other things such as getting into a lucid dream, astral projection, manifesting, remote viewing and whatever other shenanigans you could think of.
So you might be thinking, what is the secret to my easy shifts? The answer is:
“Hypnagogia”
It might be a familiar term to some, and to others, probably not so familiar. I wouldn’t want to waste my time explaining it since this post is dedicated to my method so if you are interested, I might or might not make a post that explains on this phenomenon in detail. Just keep in mind that this is a ‘half-awake’ state method that if utilised correctly, you could reap its benefits.
Tumblr media
Steps to my method:
1. Hypnagogia can be induced at any stages of your sleep. However in my case, I would simply carry out ‘wake back to bed’ technique. What I would do is to sleep for about 4-6 hours before waking up to carry out this method.
2. Once done and awake, you do not want to wake up too much. I would usually go to the washroom and head back to bed. What you will have to do now is to do this technique that is quite well known in the lucid dreaming community called the SSILD technique.
3. Now that you are laying on your bed, start to carry out the long ‘Cycle’ for as long as you want to. The key here is for you to fully relax yourself, as if you are about to fall asleep. After cycling the steps that I have linked above, you will be hit with a strong wave of Hypnagogia.
4. Don’t be alarm. This is just the normal process what you would experience when you fall asleep, but this time, you being completely aware. As you are being sucked into Hypnagogia, the next step is on you. Affirm, visualise, whatever floats your boat at the moment.
5. That should be it. With whatever state/shift that you have decided to get into, you should already be in it by the end of this method.
Tumblr media
Ending notes
It is quite simple and it shouldn’t be that difficult to get in with enough practice. Getting into Hypnagogia might be easy but maintaining and getting sucked into it is a different thing so what I would suggest is for you to continue to do the ‘Cycle’ up until you are being bombarded by these hypnagogic hallucinations before implementing your next step of choice.
I am open to answer questions about shifting, manifesting or about this method so don’t be shy to comment down below. Other questions that does not deem as useful to others or me would likely be ignored. Until we meet again.
~ Vixen 🖤

how would I combine the phase method and SSILD?
Tbh the methods already pretty similar and have a lot of overlap. Both involve waking up after around 6 hrs and going back to sleep with the intention to lucid dream. You could just perform the SSILD cycle as your separation technique.

I have a lot of things to write about my attempt to induce lucid dream, i start it from March this year, what a long time journey and i am still here… sigh..
Back to lucid dream, ( traditional method as MILD, WILD, etc i tried those sometimes, but lately i stick to SSILD when WBTB and yoga nidra before sleep, i always keep my dream journal too, you will be surprise how many log in my dream journal but no LD yet 🥲, and of course reality check every hour and sometimes i did ADA ( all day awareness)*correct me if i am wrong)
Tried, a lot of herb for induce LD but nothing worked for me, silly me bought 3 pouch of mugwort tea back then ( one pouch is 30 bag of tea ), the taste is horrible, who in the world like this kind of tea, even i like tea i hate this one 😭 drank it before sleep, no effect, drank it when WBTB, no effect, even i didnt get any vivid dream and my dream recall so horrible after that. Wonder why people succeeded with it…
Blue lotus, that one is expensive one and i just got a little flowers for quite of money to spent 🥲 not worked for me too ( i want to hit myself ) in the first time i drank it i had this really long deep sleep i ever had, like you just hit your pillow and close your eyes for one second and one second later you open your eyes, you already sleep for 7 hours! I am grateful for that one though, i never sleep like that before. But yeah after that first time it didn't do anything for me anymore, not deep sleep, not vivid dream or i even can't remember my dream.
After that, i don't want to tried the tea or herbs again, due to disappointment, and then, came these supplements…
Anyone maybe did heard a lot about vitamin B, especially B6 and B12 which coincidentally make people LD, well lucky for me because i lack on these vitamins (including vitamin D) and i bought it for my health too, i bought only vitamin with B1, B6 and B12 in it first but i change to B-complex ( there are choline in it so also need it for my memory, i had the most bad memory in the world if i can say it) so it's a win-win if i really did LD with it too but well… you know the outcome already. But one day i tried this B1, B6 and B12 vitamin one when i did WBTB, i did have semi-lucid(?) one when anything out of place like who in the world can pull blanket through the wall?????? Yeah it was me and i keep thinking it was normal to pulled blanket through the wall, i always like this when had ‘really dream-like scene and there no way you can witness an do it in real life’ and keep thinking it was okay, dam—- what an idiot 😭
But tell you what, after regularly consume B-complex and vitamin D3 frequently my dream became kinda vivid and my recall more better than before consume these vitamins. That's a great progress i guess.
And the recent supplements i just bought a week ago! Huperzine-A and Alpha-GPC! Sigh anything related to brain always expensive 😭 you guys know Galantamine? Yeah that one supplement also the most potent tool for induce LD due to people who review it on reddit, but sadly i can't bought it and you need prescription to buy it (and the price my god more pricey than those two i just mentioned… just why…😭)
Like how stupid i was, i consumed it both when WBTB, due to high choline in these two i am not surprised i was so sick and wanted to fainted after i woke up. Hard to falling asleep again but try to force it but i feel uncomfortable don't know why, and didn't get any dream, maybe because how high choline in my body that day, these two supplements work so fast like the effect will peak at around 10-15 min after you consume it.
I bought the 250 uhm mcg or mg(?) Huperzine-A i don't remember sorry ( i told you my memory is trash 😭 luckily this two main benefits is help with memory and cognitive) and uhm 600 mg Alpha-GPC 50% so you will only get 300 mg when you consume it one pill.
The question is why these supplements? Well, i can't explain it because i am not expert or really know, but choline is help with active brain when we are sleep, and like Galantamine which is for Alzheimer disease, these kind of supplements for Alzheimer found out to be effective and coincidentally induced LD, that curious isn't it? If you really want to know and curious search it up yourself because i can't explain more than this 🤣
Planning to using this for just once per week, because these supplements stay inside body kinda in a long time. I am out of method and kinda tired to always met with disappointment so i tried supplements, but it's also help my brain so i can't complain 🥲

My journey
Background
I discovered subliminals in 2016, which marked the beginning of my journey into exploring new dimensions of consciousness. This was an eye-opener for me, as I started understanding the profound impact of audio frequencies on the subconscious mind. I then stumbled upon the concept of shifting in 2020, which further expanded my exploration into alternate realities and self-discovery. In 2022, my curiosity led me to delve into the void state, a fascinating concept that intrigued me with its potential for transformation and deeper understanding. Altogether, this journey has been a transformative experience over the past four years, each phase adding new insights and challenges.
Successes ??
Throughout this journey, I’ve achieved several notable successes. Despite my unconventional study habits, such as never really engaging with traditional studying methods and admittedly often cheating without consequences, I’ve managed to maintain good grades. These academic achievements have been a source of both pride and amusement for me 😭😭. I’ve also experienced sporadic financial successes, which have provided some unexpected but relief and motivation to continue exploring these techniques.
In the realm of dreams, I’ve had significant breakthroughs with lucid dreaming, I have frequently experienced multiple false awakenings, Additionally, I’ve managed to mini shift to my DR (hear and see it for a couple seconds) which has been an exhilarating experience. I’ve also tapped into the void state multiple times (4X)
Most importantly, this entire process has given me hope for the future, a crucial anchor for my mental well-being, as without it, I’d struggle to find the will to live.
My Goal
As I look ahead, my immediate goal is to graduate early, a goal I initially viewed with excitement but now realize has brought immense stress and anxiety. This accelerated timeline has been challenging, pushing me to live in the end and maintain a state of wish fulfillment despite the pressures. My ultimate dream is to manifest my dream life before my early graduation in December!
What I’ve Been Doing or have done
To achieve these goals, I’ve adopted a routine that includes listening to subliminals every day, a practice that has become a cornerstone of my daily life. I’ve also explored morphic fields, which have intrigued me with their potential for influencing reality. My focus on lucid dreaming has been relentless, as I aim to harness its power for personal growth. Living in the end each day has become a mantra, guiding my thoughts and actions toward my desired outcomes. I persistently affirm and reinforce my goals, ensuring they remain at the forefront of my consciousness. Moreover, I’ve experimented with every shifting method at least once, each attempt offering new insights and experiences.
Best parts of my journey
One of my most memorable shifting successes occurred when I woke up in my Attack on Titan DR, an experience that was abruptly interrupted by my mom waking me up -_- For this, I employed the 5 senses method and used music as a tool to enhance the experience.
Another achievement was waking up in the void using the lullaby method!
I also once achieved a lucid dream and entered a fake void using Leviathan subliminals, although it was disappointing when their channel was taken down. I used to experience frequent false awakenings with the SSILD method, but I have found that I quickly build a tolerance, which diminishes its effectiveness over time :(!
Anyways success is near! 🥲🥲🥲🥲

Hii chai!!🩷
Soo i just thought of sharing my way of affirming..just in case it helps anyone...soo i wrote down on a paper i am goddess and then i wrote the points like ...i am the master of void....i trust myself....i manifest instantly and all....and now I'll do psych k with the affirmation "my subconscious always obeys me instantly because i am a goddess" instead of just the void
Andd i wanna ask if anyone had heard about ssild it's soo effective I've tried it once and had a false awakening the very first time also it has High success rate.....soo if anyone know how can we use it to enter void directly instead of getting into lucid dream .. would be grateful thank you! Chai i adore you soo muchh🩷
Also can i be your🪻anon?
welcome to the anonnies 🪻 !!!
and it sounds like you used the list method which is always very effective for manifesting a bunch of stuff at once and combined it with commanding your subconscious— that's such a great idea!!! and also, what's ssild? 🤨 I am curious— to google I go
