How about a nature theme?

thankyouuuu im going with more of a fantasy thing for this one since i feel like the last few ive posted all look the same (you can tell i was grasping for straws with some of these forgive me😭😭😭) some stuffing, some inflation/expansion/bloating

🌹 Your character eats a tasty plant known for being particularly filling. They don't feel all that full until they find out where it gets its reputation: it blooms inside the stomach, filling them to the brim with large, hearty blossoms. Their burps probably smell pretty sweet.

🥀 Your character is feeling wilted after accidentally eating something that's been enchanted to drain energy. The best way to rejuvenate themself in this situation is with plenty of food and drink, even if they're already full from whatever they ate.

🌱 Your character is a plant person. They aren't nearly as big as their fellow plants, and they're doing everything they can to grow themself bigger--extra sunlight, lots of water, the works. Maybe it'll work eventually, but for right now all they have to show for their effort is an extremely bloated tummy.

🍃 Your character adds a new fast-growing plant to their garden, hoping for some quick and plentiful produce. What they didn't realize is just how quickly it grows. Before their very eyes, the sweet, crunchy leaves begin to spring up and overtake their garden. There's no time to get help; the only thing they can do is try to eat it faster than it can grow. Can they get it under control before they run out of tummy space?

🌵 After eating far too much, your character is feeling sore and sick and desperately wants a tummy rub. Sadly, they're covered in prickly scales, and their tummy is far too rough for most hands. Can anybody help them? Maybe some protective gloves would be useful.

🌴 Your character is a little woodland critter who lives in a hole in a tree. Their home inside the trunk is comfortably roomy, but the entrance is a pretty tight squeeze. It wouldn't take too much to bloat their tummy up enough to make it hard to get through, or even to get them stuck.

🪺 Your character is some sort of sneaky little egg-stealing freak, and they happen upon a nice full nest. One or two eggs would easily fill them up, but they can't carry the rest with them and they're unwilling to leave them behind, so they quickly cram the rest into their belly as well. Hopefully they're not too stuffed to scurry off before whatever laid those eggs returns.

🏔️ Your character is hiking up a mountain, and they stumble across some berry bushes. They're easy to identify as safe; these berries have pretty much no lookalikes…except for a very similar-looking berry that expands dramatically in dark, damp environments, making themselves a hazard to anybody careless enough to eat too many.

🌊 Your character is a deep-sea mermaid. They occasionally visit their friends who live closer to the surface, and any time they do, the change in pressure makes their belly bloat terribly. Hopefully their shallow water friends have something to soothe their tummy, otherwise it's going to be a very uncomfortable visit.

🌬️ Your character is a winged creature, perhaps a fairy or a harpy, flying against strong wind. They make the mistake of opening their mouth for a moment and are promptly filled up with a rush of air.

⚡ Your character has some sort of lightning powers that build up if they aren't released frequently enough. If they find themself somewhere where it isn't safe to blow off some electrical steam, their belly could become very uncomfortably bloated.

🌧️ Your character is at a cafe in the sky, trying a cloud for the first time. They're warned to take it slow, but they accidentally suck up the whole cloud in one slurp, leaving their belly incredibly bloated, at least until all the vapor in their stomach condenses back into water.

☀️ Your character is a creature with an exceptionally high body temperature. They don't need water to survive, and it isn't really found where they're from, so they've never had it before. The first time they drink water, they discover that it boils inside their stomach, rapidly filling them up with steam.

🌕 Your character visits the moon and discovers that the rumors are true: it's made of cheese (continuously regenerating cheese, too!). The place is filled with expansive cheese shops and restaurants specializing in cheesy foods. By the time your character is ready to come back from their trip, their belly is feeling very weighed down by all the tasty cosmic cheese they've eaten.

💫 Your character is visiting an intergalactic rest stop, and they have a buffet there. There are foods from all sorts of different planets, many of which your character has never seen before, and, being curious, they're eager to try a little bit of everything. They'll be stuffed enough from the quantity of food; hopefully none of the strange and unfamiliar foods upset their belly.

Sparkling Cookie Meets His Shadow(?) 🎭

I remember seeing a dark purple cookie in one of the recent Cookie Run Kingdom Trailers, who's planned to appear in the upcoming Shadow Milk Cookie Update! 🎀

From what I was able to get, that particular cookie looks like a fusion of Sparkling Cookie and Stardust Cookie 🥂💫 With that in mind, I felt like drawing this aforementioned cookie with the former of the two ✨

As of posting I wasn't able to find out what this cookie's name is 🤔 But in the meantime, I'll refer to him as Huckleberry Cookie (which is a type of dark purple berry) 🫐 This is a placeholder name, and I plan to change it once the official name is revealed! 🎀 But only on certain posts, where it allows me to edit the artwork showcased 😊

Also adding a small detail for my Cookie Run Kimura AU since I got a chance 🪴 The Ace of Spades that Sparkling has on his crossbow, it was once owned by a cookie who rebelled against Shadow Milk 🎭 Originally part of a quartet, with the cookie simply known as the Spades Hunter ♠️

Sure thing!! Also, going ahead and shouting out to @kaylinalexanderbooks and @orions-quill as both of you guys have asked about Pancakes as well!!

Most of my files as I mentioned as just scenes. Pancakes is a scene about, um, pancakes and how 703 eats them for the first time. I'm not very good at explaining things, so I just attached a portion of the scene. Supposedly, it's to take place in book 1 of EoWC.

P.S. I think I've posted snippets from this scene before, so a couple lines might look familiar, but it's been rewritten since then... I think.

703 walked into the main area of the ship. There was a pleasant aroma of food. Or she assumed it was some kind of food. Master Airvix still needed to eat after all. He was in the small kitchen. His back to her as he worked at the stove. A plate was stacked high with some circular, puffy food. Pancakes if she wasn’t mistaken. There didn’t seem to be much batter left in the bowl. “Breakfast is almost done, then we can discuss the plan.” Master Airvix didn’t bother turning around to look at her. “You can go ahead and sit at the table.” It almost seemed like a request, but she knew better than to think that. No matter how it was phrased or the tone of voice used. An order was an order. So she sat down. “I hope there’s more detail to this plan than the last one.” His voice remained light, but it still made her squirm at the critique. “I Jumped you from one motel to another,” she tried weakly to explain her planning. “That involves precise coordinates.” “Oh, does it? I thought you just put in some general location and it shot you there. Doesn’t Bridging technology work like that?” Not in the slightest. Mostly because it wasn't strictly technology. Sure. The Mors were working on Bridging technology, and they had a few that worked decently, but it was by no means ready for mass production. “I’ve never used any technology like that so I suppose I don’t really know.” He hummed as he pulled fruit from the small refrigerator and plates from the cabinets, finally setting everything on the table. It looked delicious. Two plates of pancakes. Bowls of blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. There was syrup and powdered sugar and a can that said whip cream. It was surprising how much food there was. Though 703 wasn’t really sure how much food normal people ate. She was more surprised when he pushed a plate of pancakes towards her. “If you don’t like pancakes there’s some eggs in the refrigerator too and I can make you an omelet?” He looked at her, clearly expecting an answer. “I… don’t need food.” This was some kind of test, right? Master Airvix seemed fond of those. First a name, then her injuries, then questioning her ability to do her job properly, and now this. Perhaps Master Gerd had instructed him to do it. To ensure she was being a faithful Asset. "You haven't eaten in the past two days." Master Airvix pointed his fork at her, pausing from filling his plate. "I expect you to eat this time." She couldn't argue with a Master. But... this was clearly some kind of test. Right? She wasn't supposed to eat on missions unless to uphold her cover. Nor was she permitted to eat any food prepared without her supervision. Far too easily spiked. "I'm on a mission. I don't need food." She tried again to deflect in fruitless hope that he would leave the situation alone. He waved away her answer though, chewing a bite of pancake he had drenched in syrup, whip cream, powdered sugar, and every berry on the table. How anyone could eat that pile of death inducing sweetness was beyond her. "Those nutrient formulas they give you before a mission aren't the same. I mean, I know they keep you from needing to eat and what not, but it's not like you can't eat. Besides, you should at least eat while we've got food. Who knows when we'll be able to make something like this for the next couple of weeks. And there's no way in the Seven Realms I can eat all of this by myself." Slowly, hesitantly, she took the plate. Eyeing him. Gingerly, she started to eat. He didn't seem the least bit concerned. And the pancakes... Ancients. They were the best thing she'd ever put in her mouth. Soft and rich. It was like eating the Realms' most delicious pillow. Rarely, did she eat proper food like this. It was only ever for pretense. She couldn't risk being poisoned. Now that she was thinking about it, she couldn't recall the last time she'd had real food. It had just been nutrient formulas for as far back as she could recall. Maybe before... no. There was no point thinking about those times.

"Here, try some powdered sugar." Master Airvix leaned over the table, shaking out the fine, white powder onto her pancakes. Her pancakes. She still couldn't understand why he was allowing her to eat. Insisting on it really. She was just an Asset. She had thought the powdered sugar would be too overwhelming with the pancakes, but it only made it better. She could still taste the pancakes clearly, but now there was the the extra puffiness of the sugar. 703 tried not to seem overzealous, but she was shoveling the pancakes in her mouth, far faster than what was considered proper. Master Airvix might decide he didn't want her eating anymore. He could take them away whenever he wished, and she was permitted to do nothing. She was only an Asset, and this was a luxury Assets weren't given. "Have some of the berries too." He pushed the bowls towards her. "I'm not going to be able to eat all of those and they certainly aren't going to last the whole mission in that fridge." She didn't hesitate this time. Piling all three berries onto her plate; half of them went straight into her mouth before she even added them to her pancakes. She loved fruit. It was one of the few real foods she eat somewhat regularly. When you were out in the wild, you had to find your own food. She could eat the fruit alone and be content. But when she added them to her pancakes? Oh, it was heaven. The sweetness of the berries and powdered sugar, combined with the fluffy pancakes was more than enough for her to kill for.

So, hmm...

I think I'll give commentary on two things here - one for my Skyrim fic The Perfect Storm, and the other for my Oblivion fic With light comes shadow!

The Perfect Storm

Hehe, so, I think here I'll go on about something simple but that I love bringing into the fic - Elyse has a sweet tooth.

There have been numerous occasions during which she's been chatting to someone or doing something all whilst munching away at something sweet, or was about to do so.

For example:

Chapter 5:

Elyse reached into the bag which she had with her and pulled out one of the apples, ready to eat it before returning home. She didn’t expect to get a sudden tap on her shoulder, which made her flinch before promptly throwing the apple at her ‘assailant’.

Maybe I should clarify that it's a red apple, because they're sweeter (and I've always found green apples too sour - I've only ever used them to make apple sauce with heapings of sugar!!!)

Chapter 8:

Elyse had to stifle a yawn as she nodded in response to Farengar’s questions as she sat – very much reluctantly – with the court mage. "I haven’t had reason to," she muttered, now reaching out for a sweetroll she had been trying to eat for quite some time.

And

The questions were really starting to build up by that point, so she decided that enough was enough, and that he could wait for a few moments before he would get his answers. She grabbed the sweetroll, and took as big of a mouthful as she could manage without ending up spitting out crumbs as she ate, holding up one of her fingers to let him know that he would have to be patient.

Elyse has priorities and Farengar's questions aren't one of them.

Chapter 11:

In what was a stroke of luck, he quietened down when dessert was served. But then again, who could focus on anything other than a warm, freshly baked cake drizzled with cream and snowberries when such a delight was put out before them?

As she was finishing her last mouthful of her cake, Elyse found herself being tapped on the shoulder by the boy, a look which seemed almost pleading on his face. "Tell him! Tell father that I can join in next time that you help to train the guards!"

It suddenly felt really hard to continue chewing as she felt both Frothar and Balgruuf’s eyes upon her.

Chapter 17:

"Do... you remember when you saw Nelkir talking to me the other day?” She glanced at him for a moment, until he nodded, before continuing. “He said some strange things to me," she whispered as her hands wrapped around the mug of tea which had not long been poured for her.

It's not mentioned here but is something I am going to add in when I get to editing this chapter, but that tea most certainly has sugar in it.

And in the upcoming chapter 18, Elyse will be spending a decent amount of time eating fruit tarts. And here's a little excerpt from when Balgruuf realises that she has a sweet tooth:

When she returned, it was with a half-eaten tart in her hand, steam escaping from the filling as she went to take another bite. It was only then that he began to pick up on the scent she had been going on about – it was most certainly from the tart, and it had to have been freshly baked.

“So... You like sweet foods, hm?”

She raised an eyebrow at him as though he were mad for asking such a question. “Of course I do! Sweetrolls, cake, tarts, candies, berries... How could I not?”

Elyse loves her sweet stuff! Her favourite thing though is strawberries, which are abundant in Cyrodiil but not so much in Skyrim. She can settle for things like snowberries though.

With light comes shadow

So, in the one whole chapter I have posted so far, one of the key points is that Florian has a lucky septim from his first properly successful theft. I've already gone on before about how after he loses it he eventually finds himself a new lucky Septim (Martin), so I'm not going to go on about that again, but instead go on about the fact that things being like a coin will be a massive metaphor in this fic!

Both Florian and Drissa are opposite sides of a coin, one is heads, one is tails. One is a criminal, the other is a rule-following, lauded public figure in the arena. One sticks to the shadows to avoid being caught, the other is in the spotlight.

From the moment Florian loses his coin, it is as though the metaphorical coin has been flipped for the pair. His life changes for good, for the better - he becomes not just a hero, but a champion, and even finds love and starts having hope for the future. Drissa's life changes for the worst, but she begins to welcome this darkness as she seeks revenge for her arrest and finds herself in the Dark Brotherhood, but still has to suffer through more and more as she keeps losing what she wants to hold close. But both of them accept these changes by the end of the fic... So perhaps there's a chance for a happy ending for them both? Hehe.
