I don't get 'inked up' very much for Sammy anymore, but back in 2022 when I took these, I was so excited to slather on the black body paint (until I had to wash it off). XD There are many ways to do Sammy's makeup, and I change it up every time I attempt him.

This may be one of the most complicated and exciting things I've built for a cosplay yet. Introducing, Boris' head! So here's the run down: I'm making a relatively life-sized Boris for a cosplay skit, and he's a very thrifted build. We just got his head finished last night, save for adding on the freckles. So far he's made of some dollar store felt for the eyes and cheeks, an old pair of pants for the black parts, some white fabric I had leftover from doll making for the muzzle, and plush stuffing. He has a little wire in there so that I can bend his ears too! Not pictured are his removable eyes that have the cartoony Xs to signify he's dead. I'm planning on adding some discreet Velcro to his face to be able to take that on and off.

I'm moving onto his body soon. It's mostly gonna be repurposing old clothes I've either outgrown or gotten from the thrift store, stuffed with stuffing and pool noodles to keep the gangliness of his limbs. I'm also hoping to add some Velcro so he can have a chest cavity for me to store things in/pull stuff out of. If you know my cosplays, you know I love dressing up at Twisted Alice, and I can't wait to put them together. He is going to be so fun to dissect as her. 💛

As you can see, he's quite large! I'll get a better photo once he's done/I'm in costume to show you, but his head is a really good size compared to mine! I was so nervous about that for a bit. I wasn't sure how to construct a Boris head on my own, so I got some help from our lovely Bendy community. This plushie tutorial by BudgetHobby was a huge help in not only providing great instructions, but also a pattern that I scaled up. The top ear piece fills up an 8.5 by 11 piece of printer paper, which is close to the size of my face, so I overlayed everything else to scale it with that, and that worked out just fine.

I'm so excited about this! He's gonna be so much fun to bring to conventions, and I'm sure he'll get a lot of head pats and snoot boops. XD

Idk. Some people are saying it’s being banned, others are saying it’s not. I’m trying really hard to be hopeful but it’s getting really hard to. I know that probably sounds stupid but…meh who cares 😭

I still tried to cosplay tonight though. I tried to recreate Bendy’s new look(the jacket looks so much like Felix’s it’s kinda trippy) and I might have cut up a pair of my white gloves(don’t tell Murklin)

And I’ve also been listening to Epic the musical sooo…fun stuff going on in a weird situation

Also my pencil is coming in on Sunday. Ig that gives me SOMETHING to look forward to.
