Danny Phantom across the Multiverse

Vlad never learns and like always left his 17 year old nemesis to clean up his mess. So what did Vlad do? He opened the sarcophagus of forever sleep again.

At least he didn't do it for ultimate power again. No he did it because he was desperate, because the Observants finally wanted to lock him up for opening the sarcophagus the first time and releasing Vortex.

So Vlad ran but he didn't want to run forever so he thought he could gain favor from Pariah by releasing him. But that didn't work he just ended up swapping imprisonment for 3000 years for ceasing to exist.

This led to Danny fighting Pariah again, this time without the ecto-skeleton. It was a fierce battle that had the Infinite Realms shaking, the effects of it could be felt in every dimension.

Battered and bruised Danny stood infront Pariah Dark ready to finally end the fight. He crushed Parish's core, but while the old King was fading he didn't want Danny to feel victorious. So he opened up numerous portals behind the halfa that was beginning to suck him in.

While Danny was fighting against the portals with the last of Pariah strength he blasted Danny where his core was and it split into 10 pieces and Danny's energy and body was sucked into them when all but one piece was sucked into the portal.

Clockwork made sure to save one piece so that his grandson could make it back to him and his family.

Once the pieces were spat out the other end of the portals in different dimensions, 9 different Danny's emerged from the pieces.

One Danny found himself stumbling into a Camp that had the campers wearing orange coloured shirts and running around with swords and other kind of weapons. They welcomed him into the camp and helped him recover. He spent 2 years training, questing and trying to find his way back home. Sadly Danny lost his life in the war against the Titans to save his fellow campers.

When he died his core went back to the piece that was being held in Clockworks lair

Another found himself on an island that had dinosaurs and two giant Viking warrior friends fighting to prove who had caught the bigger fish. When they weren't fighting they were training Danny. Sadly he had to leave them in order to find a way home, so he left with a small pirate crew that was led by a man with a straw hat. They had many adventures, they laughed and cried, fought in many battles, fought against the world government and completed their dreams all except Danny who instead of making it home, made one for himself and had lived long enough to meet his great grand children.

Then he passed peacefully in his sleep and made his way back to his grandfather.

Another Danny found himself in a crime ridden city called Gotham instead of helping he decided to find a way home, he knows he should help but this wasn't his dimension he needed to get home. So he started stealing from tech companies in hope to build a portal home. After a few years when he was almost done with the portal the city gained its own vigilante called Batman and he was trying to catch Danny already. The rookie vigilante was well trained but Danny found out that Batman was actually Bruce Wayne (what's with billionaires and their secret life?). Sadly Danny found out that the veil was too thick to punch a hole into the infinite realms so he gave up and became a teacher at Gotham Academy. He eventually married one of his students mothers. A wonderful woman named Paula Crock, they met by accident and got along well. They told each other about their past and decided it didn't matter. Plus she loved it when he broke her ex husband's nose arms and legs. He even punched Bruce Wayne in the face for sending his step daughter on a mission that got her sent to the hospital. Sadly he was gunned down by a criminal while he was shielding his students. On his death bed he promised Paula he would come back for her.

Clockwork promised that he would help Danny reunite with the families he made.

When Max opened his eyes he couldn't remember who he was or how he ended up on the side of the road. Thankfully the Tennyson's gave him a name and adopted him. They even helped him pursue his dream of becoming an astronaut. But thanks to a certain incident he found out he could become something more if he joined the Plumbers. Joining the Plumbers gave him the best and worst times in his life. He made friends he couldn't have met if he didn't join but he also lost friends in this line of work. He also met his ex-wife Verdona who had given him his sons. Then he remembered his past but he couldn't leave his family he made so he didn't look for a way home. His grandson then became a hero like he was when he found the Omnitrix so he trained him. Hoping he didn't make the same mistakes he did, of course Ben made mistakes but at least he was around to help him. Until he wasn't, he was on a mission until he was discovered and had to ask Ben to step up and complete it for him and he did. He was so proud of his grandson, who became a better hero than he ever was. He still helped his grandson when he could even if he didn't want his help. Then one of his grandsons enemies accidentally made a portal to the Infinite Realms and it was going haywire, so he told his grandson and great grandsons to leave so he could shut it down. The only way he could make sure it didn't destroy the world was making it implode which would suck everything in a 10 mile radius into the Infinite Realms. He said good bye to his family and allowed himself to be sucked in.

Max met his Grandfather on the other side and gave him the biggest hug he could. He asked Clockwork if his family was still alive in his original dimension. Clockwork told him that what felt like decades to him over there was only hours here. Then he went on to tell Max that other fragments of him scattered across the Multiverse and would come back when they died or like him enter a realm portal. He also told him that now he had to put the core that was in him with the other core fragments in his lair.

Honestly Ben 10 is probably one of the most based science fiction series out there by sheer virtue of it having the balls to showcase any alien concept it wanted to no matter how ridiculous, and whenever someone is like “there’s no way in Hell that could ever be scientifically feasible”, it dared to look them in the eyes and go “Yeah, well, this is a world where magic and superpowered mutants also exist. What are you gonna do? Cry about it? You grown ass adult who’s expecting scientific feasibility out of a cartoon meant to sell toys to preteen boys that has lore so inconsistent it’s almost impossible to tell what’s canon and what’s non-canon? LMAO loser.”

I mean OS had it all- obviously aliens but not only that, at minimum 10 of them; mutants in daily life across at least America, no doubt in other places too; magic, albeit one without a system beyond ‘there’s a spellbook and some charms’. The shift to purely alien in AF makes the wonderful nonsense sci-fi stuff into frustrating logic trees of ‘how does xenobiology get this powerful’ which I had definitely fallen into. Ben 10 is unabashedly science fantasy, so why not go the full fantasy and bring back mutants and magic, haha!

Admittedly a good implementation of magic in a series tends to follow a magic system, which I’m not especially great at coming up with, especially in comparison to speculative biology which come with pre-established rules. But hey, I don’t exactly expect it to be fleshed out, at least not as well as the alien aspect of Ben 10; even then, there’s only so much fleshed out, it’s to tease us into making lore for it lmao-

To be fair though, Ben 10 itself had to whack itself on the cheek in order to be reminded of its magic and especially mutant parts, which unfortunately in the latter case was central to major retcons so…

In Google there's a Generator Rex related question. "Who did Rex Salazar ended up with?" Rex in a future he will always end up with Ben Tennyson together?! OMG!! Benrex should be semi-canon. Plus if Black Knight & the Consortium ever return in a possible Generator Rex revival, Rex Salazar will always need Ben Tennyson's help to beat those two. [PREV] Ben 10 Design and Story - Part 3

Ben Tennyson always looked up to his grandfather, Max, even more than his own parents. When he passed away suddenly Ben went into a depressive rut, his grades falling and failure to keep people close to him were only a few of the side effects. He put on a smile most days but inside he was struggling. Ben's parents were very concerned about his depression, especially at such a young age. During the first week of summer vacation his parents took time off work to take him on a camping trip. This is where an alien pod came from the sky and Ben discovered the Hero Watch, an alien device that let him transform into different alien species.

After Ben discovered what powers the Hero Watch was able to give him he decided to help protect people who could not protect themselves, like his grandfather. Before Ben 23 got the chance to use his powers to help people he decided to post a video of himself transforming to the internet and continuously did so multiple times during his week camping with his parents. Most believed it was special effects until on the way back home the evil Dr Vegeto (a scientist who mutated food into monsters) attacked a nearby mall. Ben jumped into action and defeated the scientist, little known to him it was being filmed live and people across America saw it on the news. Not long after, Ben's fight was known to the whole world.

Thanks to the massive support from famous newscaster and television host Will Harangue, Ben become even more famous and dubbed himself Ben 23. He started live streaming his fights with villains and grew a large ego. A VERY large ego. Using his Hero Watch he defeated anyone evil. He mostly stayed in Bellwood where he befriended billionaire child Billy Billions and together they started Ben 23 Inc. Ben had movie deals and many sponsorships, his most well known being from a fast food chain called Gyro Time.

Ben 23 used his money he gained from monetizing his hero work to give his parents and himself a lavish lifestyle, even having a giant tower commissioned that on the top floor had his own private penthouse. He called it Tower 23.

Eventually, beings from outer space got word of the Hero Watch and many went to try and take it for themselves. Ben 23 started a campaign against "evil aliens". He did not take into account of aliens that may be trying to help, or ones that live normal lives and Ben unknowingly gained a prejudice to all aliens, which his fans and followers copied. Ben 23 found out an alien by the name of the Intellectuary was sending aliens to take the Hero Watch away from him and Ben decided to press harder on his "evil aliens" campaign, not thinking about why someone might want the Hero Watch.

You know, at first the idea of the Galvans being high intelligence-low wisdom made me wonder if the Cerebrocrustaceans have slightly more wisdom than the Galvans to contrast being slightly less intelligent than them.

Then I remembered that one of their best scientists thought that a reasonable response to First Thinker-senpai not noticing him was to blow his planet up, and realized that nope, they’re just as lacking in the wisdom department.

Now I'm just imagining the Contumelia coming up with alien species to populate the newly-created galaxy with and making two ridiculously smart ones before going “wait, we can’t make them too OP, we have to nerf them somehow”, and in addition to having one species be five inches tall and giving the other species no hands, deciding to make them complete dumbasses when it came to practicality and sound judgment.

Galvans are considered smarter on the long term, being typically more intelligent than cerebrocrustaceans on the technicality that they plan thinks beyond one certain goal; there's a longevity to galvan tech that cerebrocrustacean tech has not been designed around, which is not quite 'planned obsolescence' persay but 'right to break' style fixing and updating versus 'goal a, b and c' design philosophy.

But that tends to make galvans 'slower' to think because they (as a generalised statistic) like to plan things to a more completed state, whereas cerebrocrustaceans are great at coming up with disposable instant ideas and solutions and move on to the next to outthink the situation they're in. In other words... autism vs ADHD /lh /hj adlkfhgfkl-!

I think the reason why species known for their wisdom aren't heard about in the wider galactic sphere (beyond just not having a concept in the world of Ben 10) is because they have a high enough wisdom to not get involved too heavily beyond their own scope. I mean certainly they'd be wise enough to retort were anything to happen to drag them out but, unless you're a 'wise guy' sarcastic trickster individual or 'look at what i can make' big brain smart alec, wisdom might not get you heavily well known (unless you're a geochelone aerio against a power hungry Aggregor)-

Nnnn the contumelia... considering that the construction of the universe is beyond our feeble human understanding, being the looks something up fifth-dimensional beings that they are (depending on what Ben 10 defines as dimension, this could mean they are beings of split timelines and come in the visual form that they do because of the very limited 3D snapshot a three dimensional being imagines which at the very least manifests in matters of emotional sway) they may create and destroy universes for perhaps the intrigue of divergent timelines, but I do not think they have control over the actual species that make that universe home. Something something I don't want to discredit achievements (even fictional ones) to the work of one specific cause, yada yada the contumelia being5D beings that are perhaps entertained by the comparably one dimensional 3D lives merely through the creation of new variable timelines.
