The flight attendant has strong white teeth and freckles and she acts as if she is genuinely thrilled to be making their acquaintance. “Hi,” she says, ”I’m Yvonne, and I’ll be looking after you for the duration of the flight. Please don’t hesitate to call me if there’s anything at all I can help you with.”

“Oh my God,” says Anya, gazing around their suite. “This is insane. Is that a shower? Like, we have our own shower?”

“It’s a combined shower and lavatory, a design exclusive to Bridgeport Airlines,” says Yvonne. She sounds just as excited as Anya. “Would you like me to pour you each a glass of Moët & Chandon Imperial Grand Vintage 2013?”  

“I think we’ll be more than capable of doing that ourselves, thanks Yvonne,” says Roy. Yvonne looks disappointed for a split second but then bravely smiles and exits after beseeching them one last time to please call her if they need anything. Anya walks over to the fridge and lets out a little squeal.

“Roy, there’s another bottle of champagne in here and beer and soft drink and chocolates and cheeses and sushi and dips and crackers and half a freaking lobster,” she says. “Oh my God, I can’t wait to tell my friends about this. They're all going to die.”

She turns around to ask Roy if he would like anything and gasps and giggles.

“Better brace yourself for some turbulence, baby,” he smirks.

Me in August 2019: I’m gonna write a book!

Me in October 2024: I’m still writing the same book but now I have a series of side stories and AUs written around the characters that equal up to the same if not more as the amount of content that I actually have in my book (that still is not completed)

It's an interesting process, not only are you getting to see how your own art has developed and processes/approach changed, but you think a lot about how you've changed over the last 5 years too 🤟💜 Would you redraw something you've drawn before?

Have the people at The Ink Tank talked about any plans for any other comics after the Ben 10 X Danny Phantom one is done?

I hope they do as I got some interesting ideas, like some possible prequel comics about Ben's adventures in between Omniverse and the 5YL not related to the events of And Beyond. One comes to mind is that "road trip" Ben mentioned in the Omniverse finale.

Maybe they could do a comic that is a sequel to Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United! That would be a dream come true.
