This was my exact idea too!
Isn't it interesting that BTAS Joker's past self was already a heartless villain, while The Batman Joker's past self was an innocent and sane person?

Bio
Lucy Lock was one of the characters of the hit children's show Mortimer's Handeemen.
Owen described her as "a lawful good sheriff, always ready to help those in need". So, in the show, she was a selfless person that stands for justice. This characteristic didn't exactly carry over well when she was brought to life and, instead of displaying determination to be a serious, by-the-book officer, she has a more flexible, lax attitude with her sense of keeping people safe twisted into a possessive streak.
Appearance
Lucy is a humanoid wooden ventriloquist dummy designed after a young black woman with an afro.
In the prequel, Hello Puppets: Midnight Show, she wears a light khaki button-up shirt with long sleeves, a dark brown tie and a gold color sheriff star badge.
In the first game, Hello Puppets! her shirt has paled with time and the gold paint of her plastic badge has peeled off, leaving the item grey. Also, some changes happened in her design that better match her casual demeanor: she's no longer wearing a tie, leaving her collar open, which makes the upper hem of her white tank top peak out, her sleeves are now short and her eyes are now half-lidded most of the time, giving her a relaxed look.
Personality
Lucy is rather laid-back and performs actions based on mutual help and benefits, personal favor to the individual or just based on her own mood. While she doesn't shy from speaking her mind and giving her unfiltered thoughts, she tends to keep her interactions with her fellow puppets steady. However, similar to some of the other puppets, Lucy has a trigger that can make her more civil presentation waver and her calmness can be replaced with annoyance in case her attachment to hosts is judged or her boundaries in the form of personal hosts are invaded.
While the spell didn't fully break her friendly, caring nature, it did transform the desire to protect the people who need help Owen intended her to have into an involuntary feeling of comfort in humans' helplessness and delight in her vulnerable hostages' emotional dependence on her. That's why, despite developing attachments to humans and getting invested in them as individuals by learning names and any possible information about them, she still goes along with their capture and holding them captive (in addition to the fact the puppets need hosts to stay active).
Despite not being the picture perfect sheriff in terms of attitude, she possesses some abilities a good one would have such as good deductive skills and memory.
Relationships
Owen Gubberson
Just like Mortimer, Nick and Daisy, Lucy looks up to Owen highly as a father figure and shares Mortimer's desire for Owen to love them and see their point of view. Though Lucy is the only one who won't kill Owen due to her fondness for humans, she does everything in her power to stop him from trying to undo the spell. The fact that the puppets have to chase Owen around and can't make him see things their way seems to also be one of the reasons Lucy likes the company of her human prisoners who are always near and can't escape.
Mortimer Handee
Lucy considers Mortimer a friend of hers and sees him as a decent leader. While she does understand he can often be a control freak to other puppets, including her, and sometimes finds his overbearing attitude and proneness to threats and punishments an overkill, she respects and appreciates his skills, intelligence and presentation. Meanwhile, Mortimer, due to his controlling and power-hungry nature, initially saw Lucy as a potential threat or hindrance to his post because he feared her sheriff role would make her feel entitled to the position of leadership and her occasional blunt expression of her opinions made him believe she wouldn't follow his orders. But when Mortimer realized how her easy-going attitude is sincere and sensed her relatively positive attitude towards him and how any possible need for control she might have is already satisfied by the presence of the humans they capture, he used her fondness of hosts to his advantage and found her to be one of the easiest subordinates to deal with to the point he even entertains her more meaningful interactions with the hosts and her overly casual at times attitude.
Riley Ruckus
Lucy can find Riley's experiments on hosts and puppets rather gruesome and hard to stomach while Riley views Lucy's attachment to humans with skepticism, seeing it as a weakness and a waste of time on her part to get emotionally attached to something that is essentially a tool for them to use, even worrying that Lucy, despite being as unconcerned with hosts' autonomy as the rest of the group, can put the puppets in danger with her relatively more sentimental connection to them. Despite their differing views on human hosts, Lucy knows that Riley is intelligent and skilled and respects her as much as Mortimer. And Riley, while finding Lucy's attachment to humans troublesome, can see the value in working with someone reliable and competent. Not to mention her mind was somewhat put at ease when she took into consideration all the possible reasons for Lucy's behavior.
Nick Nack
Lucy and Nick have mutual love-hate for each other. Lucy can be irritated by Nick's desire for spotlight and considers his desperate attempts to get on Mortimer's good side by any means, including backstabbing others, both pathetic and amusing. She also grows to get feel bad for him when he gets abused by Mortimer and, while she doesn't interfere to not ruffle Mortimer's feathers, she does try to do something to ease his pain after he has endured the punishment, although she still lets him know he brought it on himself. Along with all of that, she can't help but find him attractive and have genuine interest in his artistic work. Lucy is initially seen by Nick as a rival for Mortimer's praise and her laid-back attitude can be a bit frustrating to him at times because he feels she lacks a sense of urgency or excitement compared to his own showy nature. But, with time, Nick's reaction shifts as he becomes aware of her opinion of him and witnesses the aftercare she provides when Mortimer gets violent with him – he starts viewing her actions as a form of appreciation and respect, so his one-sided rivalry is complimented by grudging admiration.
Daisy Danger
Lucy finds Daisy's cheerful and motherly nature quite endearing and charming. She sees Daisy as someone who always tries to keep positivity around them, which she really appreciates. She can sometimes be concerned by Daisy's lack of awareness of the awful things happening around her but doesn't mind it too much since it's this rose-tinted glasses outlook that allows Daisy to be the only puppet who doesn't question Lucy's behavior towards the humans she guards. In fact, Daisy sees Lucy's attachment to human hosts as sweet and endearing and views it as Lucy's "maternity instincts" kicking in, though Lucy's laid-back attitude can sometimes be a bit too relaxed for Daisy's taste and her straightforwardness a bit tactless.
Scout
Lucy finds Scout's genuine care for humans to be a refreshing change from the other puppets and is impressed by Scout's connection to her host. But, as much as Lucy might sympathize with Scout's intentions, she is loyal to her puppet friends and wouldn't want Scout to jeopardize their plans. On the other end, Scout, who didn't have as much interactions with Lucy as with some other Handeemen but knew she was relatively chill, was just as shocked by Lucy's talks with restrained conscious hosts as she was by the very fact humans are forced by puppets to be their hosts, instead of begging for it themselves, as Riley led her to believe.
Trivia
• Similar to how Mortimer was originally made to be a father figure toward the other puppets, but the spell twisted that behavior into a vicious personality, reminiscent of Owen's own abusive father, Lucy was originally supposed to be a dedicated officer of the law who does her best to help those around her, but, due to the corrupting nature of the spell, she started to resemble Owen's hometown sheriff who was friends with his father and was rather laid-back regarding law-protecting duties
• Lucy represents Owen's possessiveness as, just like how he was very meticulous about his beloved creations and opposed to his colleagues' input regarding them, she is more than reluctant to let other puppets perform any actions on her hosts without her permission.
• Lucy talks to hosts both in the storage when they are still conscious and when they have been linked to the puppets and rendered a mindless husk, which is somewhat similar to how Owen talked to his puppets before he brought them to life since, in both situations, the characters have conversations with those who are physically unable to speak back to them.
• While she, similar to other puppets, sees hosts as personal possessions, unlike Mortimer, who treats them as cattle, Lucy sees them more like pets (in their conscious state) or favorite toys (when they are linked to the puppet) that she looks after and that brighten her mood.

Because I dived in the Hello Puppets fandom again, I'm making an OC for it. I already finalized the design, I just need time to finish her characterization and write down info on her.

Made a trio of sidekicks for my Pack Rat.
Real Name: Eurig
Aliases: Copper
Affiliation: Maxie Zeus (formerly), Pack Rat
History:
Eurig was one of Maxie Zeus' henchmen who, when Zeus produced a new electricity source for his weaponry, tried to warn his boss about the potential dangers of the invention and, after Zeus refused to listen, made an attempt to steal it in order to get rid of it but was caught. Zeus drew parallels between this attempted theft and the myth of Prometheus stealing fire and decided to give his subordinate the simular punishment as his inspiration figure gave the Titan by chaining him up and putting him through a cycle of daily physical pain, but, instead of having an eagle eat the man's liver, Maximillian decided to stick to his lightning theme and electrified the poor guy in the area of his liver. The mechanism that struck Eurig had a movement detector, which discouraged Zeus' other henchmen from helping their colleague as they would get too if they got close.
The man's suffering ended when Pack Rat came across Zeus' temporary hideout and decided to out the guy. Simular to how Heracles used his skills to kill the eagle that feasted on Prometheus' insides, Pack Rat used her abilities to destroy the machine that tortured Eurig with electricity before taking him to her place and treating his burn.
Powers and Abilities:
• Engineering
Real Name: Takara
Aliases: Shredder
Affiliation: Hideto Katsu (formerly), Pack Rat
History:
Takara was a part of Hideto Katsu's Yakuza team but was slowly and swiftly stealing and spending the group's money. When he was exposed, Katsu ordered The Dragon's Fangs to kill him, so they attacked him with katanas and he engaged in a combat with them.
He was severly injured and on the verge of bleeding out to death when Pack Rat picked him up in the alley the fight took place in and dragged him away to her hideout where she and Copper treated his wounds.
Powers and Abilities:
• Martial Arts
• Swords
Real Name: Jasper
Aliases: Spiller
Affiliation: Rupert Thorne (formerly), Pack Rat
History:
Jasper was one of the muscles on Rupert Thorne's team but due to him being rather clumsy and prone to accidently blurping out important intel, Thorne decided to have him "taken care of" and Jasper was put in cement shoes. Pack Rat noticed him being thrown into water and initiated his rescue. Upon his return to the surface, it was determined by the team that there was no way to get the legs out of the cement before they completely atrophy so Shredder amputated the lower parts of the man's legs and, after they brought him to their home, Copper made prothesis for the new team member.
Powers and Abilities:
• Athletic training
 Cooking skills

The OCs drawing is going a bit slow, so felt like doing a fanart for the show and chose Maxie Zeus, because the character in general is pretty underrated but TB version has even less attention (despite being pretty cool).
