Chronicles of #firstinlinemom I found a shirt in my #tshirtdrawer I wore before I was pregnant with my #twins . It’s even bigger on me now than it was before! I was #pregnant at age 36. I gained 70lbs and had a 6” separation in my abdomen with #distasisrecti after delivery. The journey to get my body somewhat back has been interesting yet a blessing. As a mother, it’s important to realize all our body endured during the #givinglife process. It’s incredible. It’s #beautiful. It’s a #miracle . It’s a #giftfromgod . I’m #thankful my body won’t be what it was #beforechildren because I wouldn’t have the greatest gifts as a result. I can prove there is a way to get your body back to healthy. Let’s face it! Parents must be healthy enough to keep up with the nuggets! We also want to be around to watch them live! Listen to the professionals. Train with the knowledge of those who have done the training!
