Right now is just as magical as before and as magical as what is to come! I love my #twins love school 🏫 and I always look forward to what they will learn this year, academically 📚 and personally ! Chronicles of a #firstinlinemom I’m quite sure I have not recovered from the build up to #halloween 🎃 My kids absolutely love this day which I never enjoyed as a kid. It’s great to enjoy it finally and support them fully. As children on the #autismspectrum and with a #natural #recoveryplan in place (that IS working wonders!!), diet in the sense of food intake is a critical element. They DO have #foodsensitivities and candy is one of the items that is a definite no. The repercussions candy provides them is nothing I want them to have to endure. #ilovemybabies way too much! 🥰 So, our #halloweencandy fix-it is the #greatpumpkin 🎃 They are allowed to keep back the candy that is safe for them to eat and all the rest is given to the big orange guy. In return for giving HIM candy, he leaves toys in return. Thank goodness he knows what they like! #dragons for my imaginative son and #logicpuzzles and a coloring book for my cerebral daughter. Chronicles of a #firstinlinemom It was #pajamaday at school today! I bought these slippers around 15 or so years ago, when the real dog #dalmatianmovie was released and everything was Dalmatians!! I have had four #dallys in my life and those sweet #spotteddogs were my world before my children. I have a huge cedar chest filled with purchases I made back then that I knew would someday be for my children. Today, I got to take out these #slippers and my heart was so happy. Chronicles of a #firstinlinemom For some reason, I did not want to stop hugging these two precious loves today👫. I wish💫, sometimes, the three of us could sleep in the same bed🛏 and snuggle all night 🌙long but I know it wouldn’t turn out well. Both spin 🌀around in the bed like I did as a kid. They go to bed rather early ⏰and I stay up late working💻. I wake up early ⏰while they sleep🛌. It would be a bigger mess than it would be bliss😩. This is such an awful tragedy. I agree with @mayor_mike_rawlings statements today ... This needs to STOP 🛑 being a political movement and “sides” too busy pointing fingers at each other. Chronicles of a #firstinlinemom #winter ❄️is coming in #texas and it’s happening fast, right before my eyes 👀 Since I parked in the #schoolpickupline🚗 , The temperature 🌡has dropped 5°! It doesn’t sound like much but that’s over a 15 Minute time frame 😮 I knew it was coming 💡so I brought one of my blankets out of the trunk to bundle up.
